After multiple complaints about the broadband not working they showed up to check the problem but the person from bsnl sindhudurga office (sawantwadi) Mr amey ghatkar was down right arrogant and rude, that rather then rectifying the problem he gave irrelevant replies and walked out of the house literally ignoring the issue. Me and my family members have never requested for or interested with or used Hungama music or hungama games or Hungama Movies.

Sir, i am bsnl customer using broadband with a plan of 750 rupees monthly where round figure of money deduction is 900 around in Reckong Peo Distt kinnaur himachal pradesh.from three month there is no regular network. I had taken a BSNL broadband connection on 1 Mar for my residence located at Ramky one north, Avalahalli, Doddaballapur Road, bangalore - 560064.
BSNL took more than 10 days to start my connection. After starting connection, the connection went down twice in a span of 10 days.
First time when the connection was broken, it took more than 3 days for resuming it, that too with several reminders & follow ups.

I had given an application for local shift of telephone along with broadband (No.[protected] on 13th October-2014 at BSNL, Indiranagar Exchange, Blr-08( Ref No. 05/c.o.2nd East-BSNL) as directed by Brookefield Exchange.

Dear Sir,
I have taken plan(RS. 675/ month) of Internet but unfortunately Bill has come of Rs. 10184 (Invoice period- 01/01/2016 to 29/02/2016) and i have given Application at BSNL-Office Hira-path, Mansarovar, Jaipur and we have deposited Rs.1175 on 18/03/2016 but still it was showing Message on my Mobile for paying Rs.10184.

I wish to take a new landline connection along with broadband. The circle officers are saying that I have to give them cable charge, labour charge, and the handset cost. When I inquired about the costs for new connection to the customer care officers at[protected] the told me that there is no such costs and initial installation charges and security deposit will be shown in the first bill. Kindly deactivate/cancel bsnl hungama service from our telephone number[protected] with immeddiate effect.

Being old and senior citicen I cannot use this service and so far has never use this service. I am paying unnecessarily. Kindly cancel/discontinue.

Its been really hard to say that indias govt. Telecom provider is not able to provide a good networking in rural parts of india.We the people o[censored]diyankulangara (Kerala)is now facing network problems here.India is moving to 4g networking now but in this place 3g service hasn't yet started.We the people living here kindly request you to take adequate measures immediately.
