I am ported from tata docomo to bsnl 3 days ago . When i am switch off and switch on the mobile automatically 3 rs deducted from balance this happens 3 times in 3 days . In my mobile there is no mobile tracker and no service message settings but ur dseducting my balance . I am using bsnl in 2nd slot . When i am using tata docomo and telenor in my mobile no balance is deducted when i am ported to bsnl my balance deducting . Give my money back. My mobile no is ( [protected] ) and my email id is - ( shyam.[protected]@gmail.com )

    My name is sumit parbhakar. my landline no. is [protected] and mob. no. is [protected]. i am from jind (haryana). i have bsnl broadband connection. i got a call from bsnl hungama before 1 and half month about subscribe their services. but i refused. then they ask me to provide my email id. i gave them and then they subscribe 3 services on my broadband. i am charged more than 400 rupees on march 2016. so please do something

      We have already user of bsnl cellone postpaid mobile since year 2000 in up east circle and haveing an account in PRBT service. we have lost the password. we have doing all effort but not result till date. We have also call on 1503 regarding this problem but they are helpless in this regard. So please send the PRBT password recopver how to change the bsnl caller tune in my number.

        Maine apne number pr 151 rs. se recharge kiya tha. lekin recharge nhi hua hai aur wallet se amount deduct ho gya hai. so plz solve my problem.

            Dear sir, i live in Gurez area of jammu and kashmir. (pin :193503). since its launch in 2006, the said company has not improved its services in the area. there are frequent call drops and after trying for more than hour call gets connected and onle after few minutes it gets disconnected. the problem is very grave and we face a lot of inconvenience.

              I was subscribed to HP Govt. Plan ph. No. [protected] and a/c no.[protected] and I applied for portability to airtel well in time.After portability after 3 month later I got bill 1558 rupees for just !gb data used for ! day only.but I was subscribed to the plan under which 10 gb data was free with fixed tarrif plan.I was charged much above the minimum tarrif which I have already paid. Please refund exess money paid.regards

                Several time contacted but no single response for internet network problem, more than 70 % time i never get continues network for internet, requesting you to solve the problem otherwise there is not worth to pay monthly bill without being used. solve the problem otherwise i have to switch on other service provider. alreternate no. is [protected]eaji

                    I have surrendered my lanline/broad band[protected] at coimbatore saibaba colony exchange and submitted relevant papers at customer care centre attached to gm's office coimbatore on 30/10/2015. Though
                    I was informed that refund cheque will come within 3 months, i have not got the refund even after 6 months. There is no change of address.
                    I wonder in these days of technology adoption, how this much delay can happen. Does it show bsnl simply do not bother about the public they deal with. May i have solution for my problem soon ?

                              I keep getting messages, sometimes over 5 a day with messages like "if you want a friend, call me on xxxxxxx" from BT-656300. Once when I called it said "you will be charged rs.7 after the beep" and I was charged rs.7 from my balance.

                                Our wifi has been down since Thursday night and we booked a complaint yesterday.However, it is now Saturday evening and these people have still not come to check out the problem.We have no choice to wait until Monday for this problem to be solved(if they even come).This is not the first time this has happened.A similar situation occurred last August where we had to wait more than 4 days for them to even come.We are not some who are obliged to wait for them to come at their own will.As providers of a service, they have a legal and moral responsibility to satisfy the requirements of their customers WITHOUT ANY DELAY

                                      I have taken a LL connection in SATARA, Maharashtra. the No is 280634.
                                      Deleberately, BSNL started the Hungama Scheme to ny LL Connection. I dont the scheme, and I told them so, not to give me this Scheme. Inspite of my no, they delebereately do that, and charging me at about Rs.400/- per month, whic is total waste for me, and I cannot pay the Excess Bill.. If this service is not cancelled within 2 days, I will sue the BSNL Department, and will not pay any amount payable...treat it as a Threat...

                                      I expect better from this Modi Goverment Ministry...

                                        I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed hungama but a sum of Rs.472/ has been unnecessarily included in my March 2016 bill. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. So kindly deactivate the plan immediately.
                                        i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for the plan and you will adjust my bill to refund the charges
