My phone no. is[protected]. I have been charged regularly for hungama movies, hungama music and hungama games. I have not yet used the services. But I am annoyed why I have been charged for the services for which I have not utilized. Kindly deactivate the services immediately and reimburse the amount collected from me immediately.     My wimax user id is [protected]@bsnl.in and my account no.is[protected], I have purchased this connection approx. 4 years back since than i am not satisfied with the download speed given to me now a days it is around 6kbs/persec to 25kbs.per second I have made several complains to the bsnl department but they did not solve the issue, I hardly do any work on the internet due to the poor speed.Pl help me.

      Dear Sir,
      I have taken plan(RS. 675/ month) of Internet but unfortunately Bill has come of Rs. 10184 (Invoice period- 01/01/2016 to 29/02/2016) and i have given Application at BSNL-Office Hira-path, Mansarovar, Jaipur and we have deposited Rs.1175 on 18/03/2016 but still it was showing Message on my Mobile for paying Rs.10184.
      While discussing in the office they said that they have given 1-year bill but i have to convert monthly. so kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        I wish to take a new landline connection along with broadband. The circle officers are saying that I have to give them cable charge, labour charge, and the handset cost. When I inquired about the costs for new connection to the customer care officers at[protected] the told me that there is no such costs and initial installation charges and security deposit will be shown in the first bill. What should I do? Due to this they are not giving me connection.

          Kindly deactivate/cancel bsnl hungama service from our telephone number[protected] with immeddiate effect.

          Being old and senior citicen I cannot use this service and so far has never use this service. I am paying unnecessarily. Kindly cancel/discontinue.

            with due respect that I have take a Internet Broadband connection no[protected] on the name of my firm Quality Freights Agencies Nalagarh Ropar road Dherowal, Nalagarh(H.P.).Sir I am paying my BSNL bill always before due date because my total work depend at this broadband connection because my firm is a online service provider.Sir I have make many time complaints through BSNL Land line no[protected] and JTO BSNL No[protected] but my problem is as it is yet.Sir I BSNL customer from about since four years but they are continue ignoring my complaints that is effects my business badly.Sir please take necessary & actions about my complaint mentions above.

Telecom provider is not able to provide a good networking in rural parts of india.We the people o[censored]diyankulangara (Kerala)is now facing network problems here.India is moving to 4g networking now but in this place 3g service hasn't yet started.We the people living here kindly request you to take adequate measures immediately.

                    This complaint is regarding the BSNL FTTH broadband connection i

                    took for the below address.I have been using BSNL portal for paying

                    monthly bills online whereas at a certain point the portal has been

                    upgraded and the IP is changed for the portal.I started using the

                    new portal for paying bills where i could find the entire bill

                    history.As the bills are archived in portal i didnot save bills

                    personally.After few months again the portal stopped working and

                    when i approached the customer care they took two months to give

                    me a solution.Finally one day they told i cant pay online anymore

                    and i have to walk to BSNL office to pay bills.As the service was poor

                    i decided to surrender the connection so i went to office where i was

                    told to pay 6000 to surrender the connection.When i asked the

                    reason they told i have this due hence to close the connection i

                    need to pay the amount.I requested them to provide me bills which i

                    have not paid but i didnot get any response.The connection also

                    stopped working hence i assumed they disconnected as i did not

                    actually pay two months bill.
                    Recently i got a mail for bill payment which is 22, 000+ for which

                    there is no history.I could not refer my paid bills also as the portal is

                    not working anymore.BSNL officials came in person to discuss on

                    this and i have explained them the entrie story.They handed me a

                    bill which is 14, 000+ and they said they have done some

                    adjustments.They told me to report in their office but i demanded

                    them for the technical data of internet usage.I again got a call and

                    they said as per technical records it is 10, 000+ for which no proof

                    was shown/sent to me.Yesterday i got a call from accounts officer

                    saying that if i dont report in office by today this case will be

                    handled legally.
                    With no proper proof from their end and no proof (due to

                    inexistence of portal) from my end to show this is going high.
                    Attaching the required conversations and bills for further

                    investigation.

                      Respected sir, I am an old man aged aged 69 years. I am using a sim card purchased from BSNL.The number is [protected]. Most of the time i was using this sim number. I am a poor person. But BSNL deducts Rs 5 -00 once in two days.This morning [[protected]] i recharged for Rs 10-00, . Immediately after recharging this amount BSNL duducted Rs 5 -00. How can I use this number hereafter. I had asked BSNL not to deduct Rs 5 from my sim card but the do not bother.Regularly they are doing this mistake.
                      Kindly do the necessary action so that BSNL will not do this fault again.

                        We have been using[protected] landline for the last close to 2 decades. In 2011 we have raised a request to bar outgoing calls on this number. But in Jun 2015 we have requested to activate the basic 675/- broadband plan on the same number expecting we would get to make calls and browse internet.

                        We only got to browse the internet, making calls was still a long shot. I have visited BSNL Vizag...

                          My Land line no.[protected] has been closed before 18th September 2015 as per my service Request for Closure which has been registered successfully with BSNL. My Request Id for future references is : [protected]. As per information of BSNL - Vapi office the cheque for refund of Rs. 1421.89 has been issued in the month of December and it will be sent to my residence. But still today I have not received any cheque. According to BSNL - Vapi office it will be sent from BSNL - Valsad office. I had communicated with customer care of BSNL and they have asked me to contact[protected]. I have ranged the number several times but nobody is attending. Require your intervention to sort out the matter. Please help me. My customer ID of BSNL is [protected] and Account No. Of BSNL is [protected]. My Name and address is as follows :-

                              My landline telephone is remaining dead for the past 9 days, since 13.3.2016. I have registered complaint over the fault booking number 6 times. Complained in person to the office of the principal general manager, telcom, uppalm road, thiruvananthapuram, 2 times. But no remedy for my grievance. Due to the discourteous attitude of the staff in the office, even to hear my grievances, i am really aggrieved. Due to the non-receipt of internet connectivity, a lot communication problems and loss of connectivity also is experienced. If the present irresponsible attitude is continued, i may have to approach consumer forum or appropriate courts. Kindly do the needful.

                                On Oct 2014 I retired from my job and on Jan 29 2015 I gave an application to Bsnl Koraput to disconnect my landline connection at my old residence and provide me a new one at my present address. I paid an amount of Rs 2645 for this purpose. More than 1 year has passed and still no connection at my home. Talked to the GM many times but no use.

The message indicated that the transaction is complete. However the talk time has not been credited to my mobile yet causing inconvenience to use the mobile for outgoing calls. Request needful action at the earliest.
