My landline telephone is remaining dead for the past 9 days, since 13.3.2016. I have registered complaint over the fault booking number 6 times. Complained in person to the office of the principal general manager, telcom, uppalm road, thiruvananthapuram, 2 times. But no remedy for my grievance. Due to the discourteous attitude of the staff in the office, even to hear my grievances, i am really aggrieved. Due to the non-receipt of internet connectivity, a lot communication problems and loss of connectivity also is experienced. If the present irresponsible attitude is continued, i may have to approach consumer forum or appropriate courts. Kindly do the needful.
