The ph no [protected] of sr citizen mrs maya dey remain dead due to cable fault, as per local bsnl staff mr dilip kumar nag since 12.03.2016 till date. Now it take abnormally long time to resolve this issue since 12.03.2016. Request you to resolve this issue immediately please. Alternative no [protected].

    Ftth connection fake bill

    This complaint is regarding the BSNL FTTH broadband connection i

    took for the below address.I have been using BSNL portal for paying

    monthly bills online whereas at a certain point the portal has been

    upgraded and the IP is changed for the portal.I started using the

    new portal for paying bills where i could find the entire bill

    history.As the bills are archived...

    Respected sir, I am an old man aged aged 69 years. I am using a sim card purchased from BSNL.The number is [protected]. Most of the time i was using this sim number. I am a poor person. But BSNL deducts Rs 5 -00 once in two days.This morning [[protected]] i recharged for Rs 10-00, . Immediately after recharging this amount BSNL duducted Rs 5 -00. How can I use this number hereafter. I had asked BSNL not to deduct Rs 5 from my sim card but the do not bother.Regularly they are doing this mistake.
    Kindly do the necessary action so that BSNL will not do this fault again.

      Outgoing calls barred

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      We have been using[protected] landline for the last close to 2 decades. In 2011 we have raised a request to bar outgoing calls on this number. But in Jun 2015 we have requested to activate the basic 675/- broadband plan on the same number expecting we would get to make calls and browse internet.

      We only got to browse the internet, making calls was still a long shot. I have visited BSNL Vizag...

        My Land line no.[protected] has been closed before 18th September 2015 as per my service Request for Closure which has been registered successfully with BSNL. My Request Id for future references is : [protected]. As per information of BSNL - Vapi office the cheque for refund of Rs. 1421.89 has been issued in the month of December and it will be sent to my residence. But still today I have not received any cheque. According to BSNL - Vapi office it will be sent from BSNL - Valsad office. I had communicated with customer care of BSNL and they have asked me to contact[protected]. I have ranged the number several times but nobody is attending. Require your intervention to sort out the matter. Please help me. My customer ID of BSNL is [protected] and Account No. Of BSNL is [protected]. My Name and address is as follows :-

            My landline telephone is remaining dead for the past 9 days, since 13.3.2016. I have registered complaint over the fault booking number 6 times. Complained in person to the office of the principal general manager, telcom, uppalm road, thiruvananthapuram, 2 times. But no remedy for my grievance. Due to the discourteous attitude of the staff in the office, even to hear my grievances, i am really aggrieved. Due to the non-receipt of internet connectivity, a lot communication problems and loss of connectivity also is experienced. If the present irresponsible attitude is continued, i may have to approach consumer forum or appropriate courts. Kindly do the needful.

              On Oct 2014 I retired from my job and on Jan 29 2015 I gave an application to Bsnl Koraput to disconnect my landline connection at my old residence and provide me a new one at my present address. I paid an amount of Rs 2645 for this purpose. More than 1 year has passed and still no connection at my home. Talked to the GM many times but no use.

                    I have made transaction through icici bank vide transaction id[protected] dated 19/03/2016 for recharging of my prepaid mobile no [protected] for rs. 110. The message indicated that the transaction is complete. However the talk time has not been credited to my mobile yet causing inconvenience to use the mobile for outgoing calls. Request needful action at the earliest.

                        Bsnl cheating (Phone no[protected]
                        1) bsnl continued to bill me till 2nd february 2016 despite disconnection of my phone on 28th january 2016.
                        Bsnl is not only lazy and inefficient organization, though my phone line and internet were disconnected on 28th january buy bsnl gave me bill till 2nd february 2016.
                        When i asked bsnl office i was told that lazy and slow working bsnl officers entered disconnection date late in system which caused this extra bill though my phone was disconnection on 28th january.

                        I collected signed acknowledgement from bsnl officer at palam vihar gurgaon branch date 28th january 2016.

                        2) cheating no 2
                        I have not received bsnl bills since last 2 years and i check it painfully by going to bsnl office. After disconnection my bill was not sent for month of january 2016 for which bsnl has sent me wrong charges as late fee.

                        3) cheating no 3:
                        Bsnl has not sent my bill s as full and final settlement and have not refunded my security despite my disconnection, i was hoping that my bill will get adjusted against my security and i will get over and above security and bill as adjustment.
                        I have spoken to sunder lal from pg at ambala who is face of corruption in bsnl and has not helped me.
                        I have emailed this issue many times to bsnl(Public grievance) department but i have not received any help on this issue, ..And bsnl has refused to correct the wrong bill and refund my security.

                            My land line no. [protected] not working since from last one year still bsnl sending regular bills. Same complaint register with local office. (Letter is attached). There is no any response from bsnl. And in feb 16 bsnl send defaulter notice mentioning 307 rs pending bill after deducted from deposit.
                            What is the actual cause - as discussion had with local officer mr. R p patil (Bsnl nandgon, tal murud, dist raigad, maharashtra.) all telephone lines are damaged during they laid fo cables for grampanchayat. Now it is not possible to reoperate landlines.
                            I want start my landline as soon as possible.
