Sir, i have sent a mail to hungama on 22 feb 2016 for deactivating the hungama plan.but there is no response for the mail .my amount is crediting every month so deactivate it soon and refund the amount.my landline number is[protected] do it immediately.deactivation of movie, music, games on hungama plan..

I'm ajun from Kerala...I'm using Bsnl broadband connection since 2010...now I'm completely feedup with this network connection ...I'm using that 650 RS plan...and for this Plan Bsnl offers 1 Mbps speed for initial 1 GB... And beyond 1gb 615kbps speed...in Kerala, Bsnl network costumers satisfaction is low...I only get 0.85kbps after 1 GB usage.After I registered a complete there is no several action taken by the authority.

I want statement (Incoming and Outgoing calls) of bsnl prepaid number [protected] from last six months, so pls advise the process for statement.

On 03 03 16 top up was done to my mobile no [protected] twice. My bank a/c was debited twice, but no top up was done. One amount of Rs. 110/- was refunded to my a/c on the same day. another amount of Rs.110/- was not refunded.

please deactivate all hungama bsnl packs on my landline number this is [protected] plz deactivate immediatly..

I suspect someone else misused my BB Internet dat, because it's impossible to consume 2GB dat with in two days, because we are uploading/downloading any huge sizes file, normally we are using for checking mails and chatting . Had sent detail mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 03/03/16 also made complaint through customer care and local bsnl office but so far no response from anyone . Mail content attached for reference

actually I made previous month payment on 28/02/2016 through online, even received confirmation mail from BSNL. today morning on-wards if I trying to access any websites web-browser automatically redirect to http://172.30.67.136:8080/ssssportal.war/fupTopUpHome.jsp then the screen displayed as "Since you have exceeded the Fare usage Limit provided as per your opted plan".

Then I called 1504 and trying to register an complaint but customer care representative replied that according to web status you have been consumed your allowed data(i.e 1GB) ...

actually more then one year I am using this landline with broadband connection so far till end of the month never faced such problems . I was trying to explained to the customer care representative that with in two days it's impossible for consume this much data because we are not downloading anything only for chatting, mailing and sometime watching you tube videos probably someone else misusing my data. finally she said better you approach local BSNL office to clarify further.

then today after noon I been to cuddalore BSNL office and give an written complaint to grievances counter, they also we can't clarify all this better you call 221172 our technical shall assists you further.

then immediately back home and sat in front of my computer sevaral time I am trying to call 221172 but no one answering the call, .

ultimately nobody clarified my doubts, hope this would be clarified and if someone else misusing my data will take all the necessary action.

Please dectivate my hungama music, movies, games.i was not aware of the connection done with my bsnl .i request you to dectivate the hungama plan attached with my phone no:[protected].if I recieve any more bills regarding this i will surrender my bsnl connection.very sorry to say your toll free no is of no use i have tried in this to disconnect but it seems your executives are always busy .and have no time and value for their customers.

I am receiving 'push messages' every day twice on my phone.. [protected].from Bt650500, 655888, 659797, 659797. Would like these obscene messages to please stop.

For the past 3 months my landline is not working, i have raised the complaints using 198, but it is not solved, i talked to AE, he is not giving proper reason, then i made a complaint using the Grievance Registration Form, it is closed without solving, but i am paying the bill for every month, the which is not working, what to do i dont know

I want to deactivate bsnl hungama services which was activated falsly,
the bsnl and hungama doing the malpractises by providing such services

Sir, this is to inform you that I have lost my "BSNL West Bengal" sim card on 06/03/2016 at about 06:00 p.m. Therefore, I requested your customer care executive to block the number immediately, but he said me to contact to bsnl office. But, I request you to bock this no immediately, so that no one can misuse it.

BSNL has charged me wrongly due to its own network failure. I was charged Rs. 58/-.
I have launched a complain on 30th Dec, 2015. The complain number is 1L30311827.
Whenever I contact customer care. Somebody picks up the call and said that the complain will be resolved very soon. But its been more than 2 months and its not solved yet.

We have closed our bsnl connection as per closure request submitted on 25th January 2015,

Our security was to be paid to us after adjusting bill till 25th Jan 2016,

But bsnl is sending me my landline bill for month of February even after my disconnection, and this is wrong and unethical,

Please stop generating bills for[protected], and return my security,
Bsnl was inefficient and gave poor services to us in last 9 years, and even for closure process bsnl officers is lazy and inefficient,

Money was deducted from the account and was not recharged.On 3 rd march i recharged data pack 198 for rs 198 trough website http://portal2.Bsnl.In/myportal/quickrecharge.Do, .I made the call to customer service several times and my money was not refunded.Kindly refund my money ...Ref no.Igobpcltu3.

I just recharged my mobile number [protected] with 5days dataplan for 35/- but it is not working please check my problem as soon as possible

Please block my sim card as soon as possible my number was [protected]. Bsnl cus. care [protected] has very poor service.

I had a new Connection for BSNL Chennai just 15 days back. My area is Pammal and my phone number is[protected]. I had taken a scheme for 1091 with 8 Mbps speed and 60 GB limit.
In the last 15 days I never got any speed which is even near to 8 Mbps. I got a max of 2 Mbps and that too for a very short duration. Almost all the time the net was giving a speed less than 128 Kbps which is very frustrating. And I raised the complaint to BSNL several times but no action has been taken.
From yesterday onwards there was no internet in my home. For this I have raised complaint to the call center and to my surprise the call center girl was shouting at me saying that 'this is the call center and not the area to resolve the problems'. I am feeling cheated and feel so much worried after taking this stupid BSNL connection. Now if I cancel this service I am not sure whether these people will give the money back also.
Also the person who came to my house from BSNL initially for setting up the connection has taken a bribe and then too he is giving this poor service. I am really frustrated. Hope this complaint reaches the right authority or else I need to go to court for the mental torture and pressure I am going through.
