BSNL has charged me wrongly due to its own network failure. I was charged Rs. 58/-.
I have launched a complain on 30th Dec, 2015. The complain number is 1L30311827.
Whenever I contact customer care. Somebody picks up the call and said that the complain will be resolved very soon. But its been more than 2 months and its not solved yet.

    We have closed our bsnl connection as per closure request submitted on 25th January 2015,

    Our security was to be paid to us after adjusting bill till 25th Jan 2016,

    But bsnl is sending me my landline bill for month of February even after my disconnection, and this is wrong and unethical,

    Please stop generating bills for[protected], and return my security,
    Bsnl was inefficient and gave poor services to us in last 9 years, and even for closure process bsnl officers is lazy and inefficient,

      Money was deducted from the account and was not recharged.On 3 rd march i recharged data pack 198 for rs 198 trough website http://portal2.Bsnl.In/myportal/quickrecharge.Do, .I made the call to customer service several times and my money was not refunded.Kindly refund my money ...Ref no.Igobpcltu3.

              I had a new Connection for BSNL Chennai just 15 days back. My area is Pammal and my phone number is[protected]. I had taken a scheme for 1091 with 8 Mbps speed and 60 GB limit.
              In the last 15 days I never got any speed which is even near to 8 Mbps. I got a max of 2 Mbps and that too for a very short duration. Almost all the time the net was giving a speed less than 128 Kbps which is very frustrating. And I raised the complaint to BSNL several times but no action has been taken.
              From yesterday onwards there was no internet in my home. For this I have raised complaint to the call center and to my surprise the call center girl was shouting at me saying that 'this is the call center and not the area to resolve the problems'. I am feeling cheated and feel so much worried after taking this stupid BSNL connection. Now if I cancel this service I am not sure whether these people will give the money back also.
              Also the person who came to my house from BSNL initially for setting up the connection has taken a bribe and then too he is giving this poor service. I am really frustrated. Hope this complaint reaches the right authority or else I need to go to court for the mental torture and pressure I am going through.

                I had a broadband and landline connection of BSNL [protected]
                My connection was disconnected by BSNL in Jan 2016 for non payment of bill dues. This happened as no online payment link is functional
                I decided to terminate my connection and deposited the application for cancellation of connection on 16 Feb 2016 at the sector 39 office after full payment of my dues as confirmed by the official in the office. However, till today my connection has not been cancelled and is showing as active. Please do the needful as i am not going to pay any extra bills due to the negligence of your officials in Noida

                    my bsnl number[protected] i paid my landline bill on 27 th feb 2016, the amount RS.1715 was debited from my bank account but it is showing as bill not paid. contacted local BSNL office also they told wait for 2 days but still bill not paid

                      I Manish kushwaha applied for a broadband connection dated 30/09/2015 and till date has not received the connection.our neighbours have got connections .we enquired over and over again but were given one excuse or the other. I will be attaching a picture of the bill as well .it is very disappointing that broadband connection has been denied to us.
                      The receipt number is 23302.

                        From the past 11-12 days mobile data services were blocked in haryana as a result i was not able to avail the internet facility for which i had paid the amount . I had subscribed for data pack of 14 days out of which i was able to use it only 2-3 days, company is neither taking any responsibility to provide extended validity nor refunding back proportionate amount . Company is saying that it was blocked due to govt. orders, in between all this, consumers suffered the whole loss instead of propotionate loss . I want that either company should provide extended validity or refund the proportionate amount to me

                          Dear sir,
                          I had recharged online on 2nd Oct. 2015 via mobikwik website. RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL. But benefit of that data pack was not given to me. I complaint about it to customer care and also on [protected]@bsnl.in
                          I provide him transaction id also for that recharge. I spoke to mobikwik customer care.They told me that" if your recgarge would not successful, amount will automatically refunded on your wallet. Your recharge is successful so you have to speak with your telecom service provider."
                          Since then I was mailing and talking with BSNL authorised person but I still not get my refund.
                          I request you to kindly check details and refund me my money as soon as possible. It has been 5 months from the date of my recharge but no solution is provided yet.

                                  Complaint: About a charge for rs 8000, which i never used or never downloaded data

                                  I have received a bill for Rs 8000 for alleged use of 11GB Data.

                                  My laptop has 3GB free space.
                                  If full 3GB capacity or greater than 3GB capacity is used, my laptop will crash.

                                  There is no scope with my laptop to use 11GB.

                                  By personally visiting the below addresses
                                  1)BSNL Customer Service Center,
                                  near p&t quarters, secunderabad
                                  2)the Concerned officer in Cell One
                                  billing complaints, paradise, secunderabad,

                                  I gave a written complaint, that i have never used so much data,
                                  So far there is no response.

                                  I request you to look into the complaint immediately and correct the billing and restoration of my BSNL 3G Data Card service.

                                  more details and facts about my complaint
                                  a)There was never a warning to me in this regard
                                  b)As per History from my BSNL 3G data card, the data is like below
                                  uploaded data is 2.65GB, downloaded data is 1.49 GB
                                  no where it says 11GB was downloaded
                                  c)As per my plan 5GB data is discounted, but i never downloaded 11GB or fully utilized my 5GB discounted
                                  d)The net speed was always ridiculously slow around 1Mbps, to download such huge data, it would take several days to download 11GB data

                                    On Dated 02/03/2016 I have made payment of Rs.197 for BSNL Data voucher for mobile No.[protected] recharge through my axis Debit card No.[protected].
