I had a broadband and landline connection of BSNL [protected]
My connection was disconnected by BSNL in Jan 2016 for non payment of bill dues. This happened as no online payment link is functional
I decided to terminate my connection and deposited the application for cancellation of connection on 16 Feb 2016 at the sector 39 office after full payment of my dues as confirmed by the official in the office. However, till today my connection has not been cancelled and is showing as active. Please do the needful as i am not going to pay any extra bills due to the negligence of your officials in Noida

I did the online recharge from BSNL online recharge portal. Money debitted but transaction was unsuccessful.

my bsnl number[protected] i paid my landline bill on 27 th feb 2016, the amount RS.1715 was debited from my bank account but it is showing as bill not paid. contacted local BSNL office also they told wait for 2 days but still bill not paid

I Manish kushwaha applied for a broadband connection dated 30/09/2015 and till date has not received the connection.our neighbours have got connections .we enquired over and over again but were given one excuse or the other. I will be attaching a picture of the bill as well .it is very disappointing that broadband connection has been denied to us.
The receipt number is 23302.

From the past 11-12 days mobile data services were blocked in haryana as a result i was not able to avail the internet facility for which i had paid the amount . I had subscribed for data pack of 14 days out of which i was able to use it only 2-3 days, company is neither taking any responsibility to provide extended validity nor refunding back proportionate amount . Company is saying that it was blocked due to govt. orders, in between all this, consumers suffered the whole loss instead of propotionate loss . I want that either company should provide extended validity or refund the proportionate amount to me

Dear sir,
I had recharged online on 2nd Oct. 2015 via mobikwik website. RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL. But benefit of that data pack was not given to me. I complaint about it to customer care and also on [protected]@bsnl.in
I provide him transaction id also for that recharge. I spoke to mobikwik customer care.They told me that" if your recgarge would not successful, amount will automatically refunded on your wallet. Your recharge is successful so you have to speak with your telecom service provider."
Since then I was mailing and talking with BSNL authorised person but I still not get my refund.
I request you to kindly check details and refund me my money as soon as possible. It has been 5 months from the date of my recharge but no solution is provided yet.

I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan . do it immediately. My land line number is[protected] and i am not able to pay this bill so plz immediately deactivate. my gmail id - [protected]@gmail.com

Dear sir my no.[protected] has been recharged 2times of 699.00 which is free onnet call.this bihar registered no.regarged by paytm.

Complaint: About a charge for rs 8000, which i never used or never downloaded data

I have received a bill for Rs 8000 for alleged use of 11GB Data.

My laptop has 3GB free space.
If full 3GB capacity or greater than 3GB capacity is used, my laptop will crash.

There is no scope with my laptop to use 11GB.

By personally visiting the below addresses

billing complaints, paradise, secunderabad,

I gave a written complaint, that i have never used so much data,
So far there is no response.

I request you to look into the complaint immediately and correct the billing and restoration of my BSNL 3G Data Card service.

a)There was never a warning to me in this regard
b)As per History from my BSNL 3G data card, the data is like below
uploaded data is 2.65GB, downloaded data is 1.49 GB
no where it says 11GB was downloaded
c)As per my plan 5GB data is discounted, but i never downloaded 11GB or fully utilized my 5GB discounted
d)The net speed was always ridiculously slow around 1Mbps, to download such huge data, it would take several days to download 11GB data

Dear Sir,

On Dated 02/03/2016 I have made payment of Rs.197 for BSNL Data voucher for mobile No.[protected] recharge through my axis Debit card No.[protected]. The Amount Rs.197/- is deducted from my A/C but neither my BSNL Mobile No.[protected] is recharge for DATA VOUCHER nor I have received the message for recharge.

Today[protected] my bsnl sim card was blocked without any concern. can u please resolve the problem and activate my number as soon as possible because i am using this number more than 5 years. my mobile number is [protected].

The EVDO service of agartala, tripura is very poor, it seems the speed of the EVDO internet speed is shared in the ratio of 3:1 which means, the company to earn maximum profits out of the capacity, the speed of the single EVDO data cards is shared among other three EVDO data cards.or the company is making very illegal and dirty business.pls make necessary measures.Iam even planning to write a letter to PM regarding the issue.

I have been applied for BSNL FTTH connection 3 months ago, and it was working fine for only 2 months. It was disconnected on 12-Feb-2016, without any notice. And it is due to non-payment. When I asked the billing information the number allotted to me[protected] is in somebody name and I can't pay the bill for the same. After a follow up of 15 days, still no resolution. I have even lodged the complaints in grievance of BSNL, but still no response. Please do let me know how I can take any legal actions against BSNL

I want to complain against bsnl because they are not repairing the broadband line amd due to this internet is not working since 15 days. I m very disapointed by their customer service. For using internet i have to recharge on my pre-paid sim. If i pay for recharge then why should i pay the bill. plz solve this problem as soon as possible

I would like to inform you that there was no connection since Dec, 2015 in above mentioned telephone due to construction of drain in Army Supply road. I have paid the bill up to Dec, 2015. I am facing lot of financial hardship to pay the bill for the month of Jan, 2016.

I have a BSNL telephone connection, which is not working properly. In July, 2015, area line man came to my house and told me that wire is so old and it need to be replaced. After replacement he took Rs. 300/- as wire cost without giving any receipt. Even then my telephone is not working properly. The wiring is very poor and frequently it brokes due to which phone stop working. At present my telephone is not working and I had made a complaint on 27.02.2016 but it has not been solved.

For last few days my bsnl cellone postpaid mobile no.[protected] sim is disabled. I really don't know why this thing has happened. Till date all my bills are cleared.I don't find any reason for my sim to be disabled/blocked. I tried whichever ways to enable it but in vain. Finally, yesterday the 26th I sent an email to ccmobile.[protected]@bsnl.co.in with the hope that something will done from their end but so far no response. I am facing so much of problems without my sim being activated. I have been using this sim for many years and haven't experienced such problem. It is a matter of great concern for people like me banking on prestigious company like BSNL for keeping in touch with family members, friends and business partners across the country. BSNl should not let down the people of this country by giving them high hopes for better facilities with better products when they cannot afford to look into simple matter that I am facing.
