On 15.04.2016 around 8 a.M rs. 50 had been unauthorisedly deducted from my account for activation of wallpaper subscription (Vas).

I had not activated the said service either by sms or ussd or even trough wap link.

I contacted bsnl customer contact service and they had replied that the service will be deactivated shortly. I argued that when i had not requested for any services of vas why i have to bear the cost. Instead i demanded for refund of deducted amount. But they said no option and closed the ticket no v6d15tn381371.

Since no response, i constraint to file the present grievance.

Last night at around 7.30pm, I credited my account with Rs.68 recharge which gives me data benefit of 1GB for 2 days.Shortly after the recharge I got a message that the recharge of Rs.68 is successful.As soon as I started to surf the internet, a message flashed on the screen that I do not have enough credit to make that connection.I was perplexed and furious at the service, so I decided to call the customer care regarding the inconvenience.The first customer care told me to restart the device, I told him that I already tried that.He told me to do that again and abruptly disconnected the call.Then I called them again at this time he told me that the recharge of rs.68 was never done and he tried to close the call without further listening.Now after 4 hours I called them again.She told me that I exhausted all my balance and she can`t do anything now, I told her to check my usages after the recharge has been done.She said she can`t do that, also can't lodge a complaint and closed the call.All this experience left me helpless and furious at last.
If there is any BSNL officer reading this query.Please, resolve this matter and for the record check my data usages after the recharge of rs.68.

I playing online game league of legends recently to be precise from 6 april 2016 i encounte lots of ping and request timeout and ttl expire also .At first i thought it's game server problem but then i found my friends using other isp have no problem at all and it's not only limited to game server other site also . Then i tried to complain local authorities but they did not listen to me then i tried to call customer care several time but they hung up or call was disconnected by them . It is a government owned firm, it is non cooperative and non functional in terms of resolving customer issues .
I will be thankful to you if you will look into this matter and help me to get my problem resolved soon .

I want to unsubscribe bsnl hungama all packages on my landline number[protected].
The service has been subscribed automatically on my bsnl connection . Please take it serious and do response immediately.
The Bsnl Hungama is a big spam which do fraudulent activities with many people.

My phone number is[protected]. In the month of march 2016 bsnl has volunteerly activated the BSNL Hungama, and they have charged Rs.498 more in this month bill which I have not requested to activate.
Kindly advice them to deactivate the feature and revoke the amount Rs.498 to my account.

I am facing a problem that on my mobile always shows flash sms at regular intervals of 1-3 min.
And if by mistake i pressed ok balanced will deducted.
I called customer care 3-4 times but they don't give any satisfying answer and most of they disconnect call without hearing my problem.

I also started DND by sending sms but still facing problem.

i have been using bsnl broadband connection since so many years with user id : na[protected] in the name of narinder singh .
i want to complaint regarding the inactivity of connection since 30th march 2016 .
the connection im using uneventfully stopped working on the above said date and there was no response from bsnl authority and i haven't seen any technician arriving at our location to fix the problem .
im at loss because i have to pay the bill and my works have been stuck as im unable to browse internet .
i want to complaint about the speed as well
i m promised a high speed network connection but it is an extremely slow internet network and as it is a government owned firm, it is non cooperative and non functional in terms of resolving customer issues .
i will be thankful to you if you will look into this matter and help me to get my problem resolved soon .

One day a cal from bsnl service and explained all plan details, but activated some subscriptions plans without my permssion. After that i got a bill of 600 -
Date of incident: 15 febuary 2016.

I am having a bsnl prepaid mobile having a number as [protected]. I got this connection 7 years before. Now i want to get micro sim for the same number. when I contacted the customer care at crompet, chennai for getting micro sim they informed me that first getting change of address in bsnl connection and then apply for it. How can i change my address in bsnl connection

I recharge my bsnl phone on date, 7/4/16, order no.Fcva [protected] by rs.110 but i did not get my recharge hower money deducted from my account.

Dear sir, i am v.alexandar, tele.no.[protected]. the tl.bill was charged for Rs.1700/- and above, for the month of March/16 i have been paid bsnl customer care at chromepeat, chennai. . on 20.3.2016. i have complaint to about the tele.. bill was charged more amount. at time they were explain, the hungama activation included. i was reply to them i am not agree with hungama activation in any time. also they ware given hungama deactivate .com and bsnl. a.o. accounts number. i have try to conduct many more time both of them also toll free number. the result is nil. now again again try and conduct to bsnl. officer.still. for deactivation . hene, i request to you kindly to deactivate the hungama facilities. in my b, band. and also kindly refund the all debit the amount in the same purpose. thanking you .

I am not intrested in the channles of hungama.com and also i have no time to spend for the same, also i have never used the channles of hungama.com hance I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. This is for your kind attention and information that i have made a docket bearing no [protected] on 26/03/2016 as my broadband is out of order and broadband connection not working. I cannot pay bill within due date for this problem i have to pay on 01/04/2016 after two day of due date. I cannot use internet as my use and phone line is very noisy, cannot listen of none can hear from me. Fault should be repaired within 03 days of docket days as on 30/03/2016 but it was not done. I called local exchange several times on 30/03/2016, 31/03/2016, 31/03/2016 and 01/04/2016, 02/04/2016 but fault was not repaired. Local exchange said it is a underground fault may not be repaired soon it will take long time. So now on i am applying for rebate on monthly rental for non-functioning days of broadband till problem get solved.

I am submitting required proof against my claim.

My Sim card no. [protected] not receiving any call since today morning. Only emergency call mode is blinking but no outgoing or incoming is possible. As a businessman all my work is disrupted. I am the customer for more than 10 years and I expect my complaint be solved immediately. For the second day the connection error is there. I am unable to contact anyone as well as I am not receiving any call.

I am BSNL Landline broadband user. BSNL Hungama services have been activated without my confirmation on my Landline number[protected]. They added charge Rs185/- to my landline bill. I try to deactivate this and tell him any documentary proof for activation but the did not gives me any record. Sir please help me.
