My BSNL Broadband on Landline no. [protected] has been faulty for more than a month. I have lodged many complaints, even public grievances on BSNL and DoT websites, as well as Consumer Affairs website, but no action has been taken against the BSNL Kolkata personnel who are not fixing my internet.

ALL THE ABOVE GRIEVANCES ARE UNRESOLVED. NO ACTION TAKEN BY ANYONE.
Local BSNL Kalighat Exchange officials keep closing the Complaint Docket without resolving the problem. Latest Complaint Docket No. [protected] is open for 2 weeks. BSNL technicians visited my residence to check the line & modem, but could not understand the problem. They gave me a different modem to see if it works. But even then the Internet keeps disconnecting.
I need the internet to do my job. Without it I will lose my livelihood.
I am suffering from severe mental trauma, helplessness and depression because of this problem. NO ONE IS HELPING ME.
I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED PERMANENTLY.
