I have recharged BSNL mobile number of Rs.183 through GooglePay . Transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Even after 24 hours, it is not reflected in the mobile number and still cannot make an outgoing call or sms. Wrote an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but still no response. Tried to contact the customer care but call is not answering

        My BSNL Broadband on Landline no. [protected] has been faulty for more than a month. I have lodged many complaints, even public grievances on BSNL and DoT websites, as well as Consumer Affairs website, but no action has been taken against the BSNL Kolkata personnel who are not fixing my internet.
        DoT Public Grievance Ref No. DOTEL/E/2022/17795.
        Consumer Affairs Grievance No. 3564026.
        BSNL Public Grievance No. BSNL-WB-2022-CU-[protected].
        ALL THE ABOVE GRIEVANCES ARE UNRESOLVED. NO ACTION TAKEN BY ANYONE.

        Local BSNL Kalighat Exchange officials keep closing the Complaint Docket without resolving the problem. Latest Complaint Docket No. [protected] is open for 2 weeks. BSNL technicians visited my residence to check the line & modem, but could not understand the problem. They gave me a different modem to see if it works. But even then the Internet keeps disconnecting.

        I need the internet to do my job. Without it I will lose my livelihood.
        I am suffering from severe mental trauma, helplessness and depression because of this problem. NO ONE IS HELPING ME.
        I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED PERMANENTLY.

            I am not able to port out my number from BSNL because they have put contractual obligation. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. It is being so frustrating for me.

                I've complaint before 15 days from now to remove my contractual obligations because I am not getting my upc code, And I've also called so many times to remove but they always reply like a robot sir and told to wait for 24 hour and after that you can generate but nothing has happened. Please sir/mam help me to get rid of this situation

                  Request for UPC could not be processed

                  I have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

                  1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                  2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                  I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got...

                  BSNL International Roaming in Portugal (No Roaming). Please find a suitable local telecom partner in Portugal and establish the roaming services in Portugal.

                        I have been facing internet down issue since a month. I raised a complaint with bsnl customer care executive. This is the msg that i received from bsnl-
                        "Dear customer, we have booked your complaint / Request . The docket number for your complaint / Request is - F[protected] "

                        I am in Mumbai-Maharashtra-Goa circle of bsnl mobile prepaid service.

                        Accordingly, It had to be resolved within 48 hrs. I waited for 3 days, still no response from Bsnl. Therefore, i again called to customer care executive and asked stutus about complaint, he told that case has been closed.

                        I was shocked, because i got no response from bsnl regarding complaint and even the issue is not resolved, how they can dispose the case without solution. I asked same question to the executive, then he rudely responded by telling me some rubbish things and cut the call from their side. Then i called multiple times to customer care executives, on which they kept speaking rudely stupid things and cut the call rudely from their side, without giving any solution.

                        Bsnl executives consider customers as stupid and hold no responsibility towards customers. They keep insulting customers without giving solutions to problems.

                        It cost me huge economical, educational, mental health losses. Iam still struggling to get solution to the problem, without success.
                        Pls help me to resolve the issue.

                                Landline down and not repaired

                                I have a bsnl landline connection[protected] that has regularly had issues but last month it stopped working completely. I registered complaint and the person who came said whole line is down and will have to be changed. I have raised multiple requests but each time the ticket is closed saying updated as per cr 2065. I have 4 complaints that are closed like this with noone contacting or helping. Please tell me if it cannot be fixed and...

                                I have done my bsnl prepaid mobile recharge through BSNL selfcare app via QR code but during the payment it successfully debited 398 rupees from my account but the recharge is not done and it shows failed app

                                  On 14th of june 2022 at 12:05 AM, i had done recharge payment of Rs.56 for [protected], through paytm UPI payment mode on BNSL SELFCARE APP . After some time payment status and recharge both get failed, but money is not refunded still now in my account.

                                  You are requested to slove my recharge issue. If recharge can not be done then refund my money back in my bank account.
