I recharge 107 rupees online on my bsnl no. [protected]. I get deducted message from SBI. Then I call to Bsnl they tell the recharge is not done the rupees of 107 are refund within 7 days but till date I donot get rupees. Even the online complaint from bsnl web is also not submit & they are not solve this problem

    I lost my mobile phone while travelling in Delhi yesterday, 31st January 2016 at Rajeev Chowk Metro station. I will be delhi for another 10 days hence cannot submit documents in Rajasthan.
    The customer care people are asking for FIR copy and other documents.
    please help me in getting my SIM blocked first so that no one can misuse it.

        Respected sir/mam i am a bsnl user from last 5 years and from about 3years, i used to do a recharge of minute pack. Right now its of 159 rupees, in which i get 425 national minutes to any number for 27 days, sometimes if we are unable to finish all minutes then we do the same recharge again, on the last date of the plan, by this we get new minutes+the remaining one. Yesterday (i.e.- 30/01/2016) i did the same thing again because i was left with the previous minutes of more then 10 hours. The thing i get is 150 rupees topup. I was shocked and thought that the plan might have changed. For a cross check i open up the website http://haryana.bsnl.co.in/1214/prepaid.php#ffstv, which is showing the plan is correct. So i finally thought of calling customer care, and told them the problem i am facing, in reply they said "TODAY MINUTE PACKS ARE NOT BIENG ACTIVATED" in reply i asked that "how could i come to know that your plans are working or not, because you havn't informed us by any advance message, nor it is a notice on your website" and i was very disappointed by their reply "SIR BSNL KI WEBSITE KBHI UPDATE HI NI HOTI H (SIR OUR WEBSITE NEVER GET UPDATED)", after that i asked him that how can i save my remaining minutes, because its the last date of renewal, he gave me a reply "that its a waste" .I mean how can the company do this kind of mistakes.Sir/ mam please take some action against them.           My bsnl landline phone no is[protected], i get random calls from various number[protected] [protected]and when we say hello the intercom with chinese recording pay.

          That is very annoying since i get calls even late night at 1 am also.

          Please resolve it!!!

            I received a call on 29/1/2016 from BSNL HUNGMA marketing people. They asked some general ques like my email DOB and then asked me to press 1 without telling me that after pressing 1 bsnl hungama will be activated.After that i received email and in that mail they said that you are subscribed to bsnl hungama plans and to activate the account click on the link " ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT" but I did not click on that link . Then I called to their customer care and asked about this. They said that the account is already activated and to deactivate it, login to that account. After that I received another email which consists of my login id and password. Then I login to that account and unsubscribe the plans. So please tell me my subscription is activated or not.I mean just because i press 1 on my landline these people going to charge me for my subscription.I really do not want it to be activated. Please DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.

              I had taken a BSNL connection for broadband through optical fibre in 2014 in my daughter's name. Later, as I had to shift my residence to a different location where this facility was not avaiable I surrendered the connection to the respective branch of BSNL on September 16, 2014. and also we have not been using the connection from 1st September itself. However, BSNL kept billing me till December 2014 in spite of my several visits and telephonic requests. Even after that I did not receive any communication from the department regarding disconnection of the line.

              Moreover, when I personally visited, I was told that they had some software transfer issue due to which they could not affect this cancellation. I wonder, why the consumer should be penalised for their internal problems.

              Further, in the month of August, 2014 I made three online payments for the same amount by mistake. Apart from this they have a refundable deposit amount, which they have not refunded till date.

                Hi,

                I have surrendered my BSNL landline in 22nd Jan 2016 as I was shifted to different place in chennai. By mistake for the month of december 2015 I paid the monthly bill twice. I don't know how to recover the amount that I paid since I surrendered my BSNL landline.

                  Sir I will bring in your notice.BSNL internet service provider had issued me a bill of 4760rs which is totally wrong and I have not used that amount of data on my phone. Now they are telling me to pay that amount . when I contacted their customer Care Representative they told me that they can't give information about the data charges charged by BSNL internet service provider .Sir please look into the matter and take steps against this as soon as possible .

                    Recently I got call from member of BSNL Hungama.
                    He ask details about me and tell me there is new launch of BSNL Hungama website. And he said press 1 to record message as future response. After that he said he will provide login credentials to email id about BSNL Hungama Trial and Hang up.
                    After that i receive mail like please activate your account subscription.
                    But i doubted that its a spam and stop that process.

                    They gave tollfree no : [protected]
                    But nobody lifts call and nobody responds to email

                    So my concern is please complaint against whole BSNL team regarding this to prevent fraud on innocent people.

                      Hi,
                      I have faced immense pain and frustration to get a simple 2 secs fix of a cable fault. These people are not bothered to resolve my issue eventhough i have complained since 2 weeks. My docket no is:[protected]. My landline number is:[protected]. There is one line man by name Sampangi his phone number is :[protected] if i call him after talking to jto his reaction was: "I am not going to work to resolve your issue you do whatever you want" . I am so fed up of calling these people everyday and following up i have spent 1000 rs making calls to numerous people yet the issue has not been resolved. Last time i had to complain to GM only then it got resolved this time its been more than 2 weeks things are not moving forward. From next month i am planning to disconnect bsnl service and opt for ACT. I am fed up of talking to shameless people.

                        I had registered for the BSNL Recruitment of Management Trainee (Telecom Operations) External Examination – 2015.
                        The examination was scheduled to be held on the 1st week of September, 2015.
                        I had also paid Rs. 1500 for Application fees towards the above on 8-Jun-15.
                        However, the exam has been postponed for the last 5 months and no update has been shared till now.
                        I had written few mails to their official mail address but my concern has not been addressed, except automated reply saying "We will get back to you within 48 hours".

Till today nobody attended to the problem. I have three bsnl connections. I have to surrender all the connections if I don't get any solution to the problem.

                            My name is Sanjay Sharma from Faridabad, Haryana and I am using a BSNL prepaid connection mob no-[protected] and yesterday I recharged of Rs 68/- 1GB 3G net only for three days but till now I didn’t able to use it because the speed of the connection is too slow that I can’t open any application regarding this many times I contacted BSNL customer care but also didn’t able to solve my problem. around 15-20 times i contacted BSNL customer care but thy disconnected my call by saying that they will not able to solve my problem. I want to correct APN setting in my handset but no one of your executive is able to corrected my handset APN setting’s. I also complained regarding this issue complaint no-2A23410816 and they told me that your complaint will solve in 24 hrs but till now i didn't got any update on my complaint my pack validity is also over .there is no steps taken regarding my problem. i also mailed on BSNl customer care email but as-usual i didn't got any response from BSNl. whenever I contacted customer care every customer care executive told me different APN settings for my handset then, what is the actual setting? I am not free I have all other important works rather than calling again and again waisting my time and by disturbing my mind. please renewed my pack again otherwise gave my money back and also want strict action on my complaint otherwise i have no option i had to take strict steps towards my complaint.

                                        Hungama pack was activated on my above landline without authorization from me. Somebody called and told me about it without mentioning charges etc. and thereafter I got a mail that Hungama has been activated on my phone. Again charges etc. were not detailed in the mail. I was out of station and my phone was in safe custody of BSNL. I took no notice of the mail and continued paying the bill on net. After my return to Pune I checked and found that money is being deducted for something which I never ordered. It should be deactivated and money refunded to me as I have never used it.
