It is very sorry to note that HUNGAMA billed through BSNL Rs. 410 on 01.11.2015 without any explicit contract with them for availing any service. I applied and paid 1500/- for BSNL new connection near Perungalathur, Chennai. It has been more than one month. Daily, i'm going to BSNL office but no use. Daily they are postponing.
