Unwanted calls are coming in my mobile No.[protected] & No. [protected]. The callers are in search of certain services from BSNL Authority. The callers have found my above mobile numbers in web-page of BSNL. I have failed to understand how & who has shown my above mobile numbers against customer care of BSNL. Kindly rectify the discrepancy.

I want to say that I had recharged my two bsnl no [protected] twice of rs 100 each under IH44174243 AND IH44174924. And [protected] of rs 50 under IH44174430 through sbi netbanking on dated 27/12/2015 but my both bsnl no had not been recharged yet. Total amount of rs 250 has been deducted from my account. Please resolve my problem. Thanks

I got new bsnl mobile connection on December 7th of 2015 from tiruvannamalai with the charge of 120 rupees. On December 19th of 2015, I got message saying some web address without having any information about the charge. When i pressed on that, iam not able to view any information on that website because of very slow internet connection from bsnl sim. Within ten minutes, i got message saying i have been charged for 7 rupees. The main purpose of the bsnl sim where i bought is to use data. Till now I am using the very slow internet. I am not able to view any page after getting bsnl settings for internet. Regarding the issue, I called to customer care and I explained about it. And asked to deactivate & requested for refund. And got the complaint number as 5L19TN300273. And he said refund process would take for 7 business days. When I asked about this today(04/01/2016), one of the customer support said the subscribed account has been deactivated but refund can not be processed because in order to process refund the deactivated account needs to be active. Informed to support that the first support person didn't informed about that but she is not listening what iam trying to say. Hence asked to get supervisor, she put me on hold for nearly 36 minutes & disconnected the call. Again I called, the other customer support transferred & got disconnected for 3 times. Finally reached supervisor & tried explaining about the issue but he said since the activation is done from my end. So he won't refund the 7 rupees. In this issue, iam very tired about supervisor because he not even apologised for the disconnection I faced for three times & put on hold for 36 minutes for three times. And supervisor tried explaining that if the refund is requested it would be processed and paid whether the subscribed plan is active or deactive. In this case, what iam going to do is just going to use the available balance through the sim to trash. And very funny in this issue is supervisor don't have the permission to process 7 rupees from his authorisation. It is the worst services from government concern.

Today I received a unknown call from my bsnl number [protected] from a unknown number . And after end call there balance of 45 rupees cut from my main balance . BROAD BAND NOT WORKING PROPERLY EVERY DAY sir Broadband Connection is against a land line no. 2391000, Since few days we have marked that your broadband fails to give proper service even at the time of our emergency.

Sir my cousin no was [protected] and he waz ported go idea recently. When i was trying the same number from my bsnl it was telling that the number iz nof working whereas all my other relatives are talking to him even i am also getting calls from but iwas unable to call from bsnl. From last month our internet and phone is not working we have complained on customer care, local SDO, local exchange sikandra but problem not yet resolved. no body is taking initiative to resolve the problem.against our phone no.[protected]

Every time when I visit any other state mymobile network stops working call getting dropped Internet not working and when I complain about my problems the company says everything is fine at their end . and if problem persists it will resolved automatically but it has never happened my request is please look into the matter and please give me a solution as soon as possible

My place is Jog falls. I am having a BSNL land line connection. It is not functioning properly since inception. Regularly we are facing a lot of problems. If we call from out side we hear ringing tone, but phone is not ringing instead the caller will hear ring tone. This has caused very much humiliation to us. Because the caller will thought that we are not picking the phone. The requests made with the telephone exchange is not fruitful one. Pl inform the remedy for restoring quality service.

Sir, My Mobile No is [protected], Bangalore number prepaid BSNL connection I top up on 22 Dec 15 with an amount Rs 135 for 300 minutes call time for out going calls. The was done successfully. The amount was credited and my mobile was showing more than 10 hrs talk time including previous balance. But now t is showing zero balance. I have not made sufficient calls. There is something wrong, Please find out. Hi Sir/Mam, For data recharge, i checked recharge information from Bsnl website http://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/quickrecharge.do. In website there are 150mb data in Rs 29 when i recharged, this pack is convert in call rate cuter pack. I also called customer care and talk with Mr Vinit who is customer care executive. He told me they can't help me because its website problem. I have screenshot of website plan details there are no full information about recharge. I lost my 29 rupees because of bsnl website fault. But through IVR there is no option to mention the original issue for which we raising the complaint. I have raised the complaint for no clearance in the calls and some background noise is coming in both dialler and receiver end. Also I have broadband connection associated with the same number where I am not receiving the mentioned speed. I didn't receive any calls to my landline number nor to my registered corresponding mobile number where i am receiving message for complaints registered. But within a day i have received a message saying my complaint has been resolved.
