Sir my cousin no was [protected] and he waz ported go idea recently. When i was trying the same number from my bsnl it was telling that the number iz nof working whereas all my other relatives are talking to him even i am also getting calls from but iwas unable to call from bsnl.         Every time when I visit any other state mymobile network stops working call getting dropped Internet not working and when I complain about my problems the company says everything is fine at their end . and if problem persists it will resolved automatically but it has never happened my request is please look into the matter and please give me a solution as soon as possible

            My place is Jog falls. I am having a BSNL land line connection. It is not functioning properly since inception. Regularly we are facing a lot of problems. If we call from out side we hear ringing tone, but phone is not ringing instead the caller will hear ring tone. This has caused very much humiliation to us. Because the caller will thought that we are not picking the phone. The requests made with the telephone exchange is not fruitful one. Pl inform the remedy for restoring quality service.

The was done successfully. The amount was credited and my mobile was showing more than 10 hrs talk time including previous balance. But now t is showing zero balance.                 Hi Sir/Mam, For data recharge, i checked recharge information from Bsnl website http://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/quickrecharge.do. In website there are 150mb data in Rs 29 when i recharged, this pack is convert in call rate cuter pack. I also called customer care and talk with Mr Vinit who is customer care executive. He told me they can't help me because its website problem. I have screenshot of website plan details there are no full information about recharge. I lost my 29 rupees because of bsnl website fault.                     Date of Incident[protected] Complaint Docket No[protected] Landline no - [protected] Registered alternate mobile no - [protected] Complaint details: (Need Repair and proper service) I have registered a complain in BSNL customer care no (1500) through IVR on[protected]. But through IVR there is no option to mention the original issue for which we raising the complaint. I have raised the complaint for no clearance in the calls and some background noise is coming in both dialler and receiver end. Also I have broadband connection associated with the same number where I am not receiving the mentioned speed. I didn't receive any calls to my landline number nor to my registered corresponding mobile number where i am receiving message for complaints registered. But within a day i have received a message saying my complaint has been resolved.

                      I am paying 2000 per month for bsnl broad band connections, and its been 7 days landline is dead, I have submitted two complains in their website.Both the complains were closed without problem being solved.When I call to their technical people they are telling to complain where ever they want.Worst ever company.Can some one tell me some higher authority of bsnl so I can complain to them.

                      Dear Sir
                      Recently my Videocon LED TV JB32FM-B1A[protected] required repairs.
                      I registered my complaint Call. No. PUN[protected]
                      The service center sent a service engineer who inspected the TV and said that the TV would be required to taken to service center as the mother board was faulty.
                      The TV was then taken to service center and repaired with assurance to return my TV in three working days. However the TV was returned to me.
                      After one month, I had personally contacted and discussed the issue with Area Manager and Regional Manager. They assured me of penalizing the service center and return the repaired TV as soon as possible.
                      I received my TV in working condition after two months in service center.
                      I was asked to pay bill amount Rs.5900/-. Service center refused to give a proper bill receipt when asked for. The Area Manager has assured me rebate in the bill due to delay. I have not made payments due to this.
                      The service center employee on 30.12.2015, entered into my home forcibly in my absence and removed the motherboard. I was on duty and when called refused to talk to me. However after some time he talked to me and fixed back the motherboard in the TV when i assured them of making payments.
                      I am reporting this to appraise you about this incidence.

                        I have surrendered my Land Line Telephone No.[protected] in the month of June, 2014 without any pending payment of bills. I have found in on line that an amount of Rs. 1150/- have to be refunded by the BSNL vide Bill No.[protected] dt 1st July, 2014 Even after lapse of one year I have contacted with AAO, BSNL, Vizianagaram and subordinate staff in Local BSNL Office, Bobbili on several times. But no action is being taken for refund of my deposit amount as on today(31.12.2015) I therefore request to take immediate action for refund of my Deposit amount as its taken 18 months for this petty issue.                               This has to taken in priority if the service provider is not able to provide the services then request you to please refund the Advance monthly rental paid for 3 years to my SBI A/C The phone is dead since 19th Dec and there is no timeline when it will start working. Then its worked for two days and again started non functioning there after when I again registered complaint three weeks back from today. Some from bsnl visited but phone still not active. I called up the office and requested for rectification but no action so far. I request action against the officer who is responsible for this as its almost a year non proper function of phone

                                        It is very sorry to note that HUNGAMA billed through BSNL Rs. 410 on 01.11.2015 without any explicit contract with them for availing any service. To my wonder I do find an 50% shoot up of bill amount all at a sudden in November, 2015. When enquired the concerned BSNL authorities it is learnt that this is the result of just transmitting the email id of the subscriber (complainant herein). Is it not an act of picking the pockets of BSNL subscriber stealthily? Pl arrange to repay to my account the paid amount. I do really fear to receive any call at all from HUngama.
