I have been facing internet down issue since a month. I raised a complaint with bsnl customer care executive. This is the msg that i received from bsnl-
"Dear customer, we have booked your complaint / Request . The docket number for your complaint / Request is - F[protected] "

I am in Mumbai-Maharashtra-Goa circle of bsnl mobile prepaid service.

Accordingly, It had to be resolved within 48 hrs. I waited for 3 days, still no response from Bsnl. Therefore, i again called to customer care executive and asked stutus about complaint, he told that case has been closed.

I was shocked, because i got no response from bsnl regarding complaint and even the issue is not resolved, how they can dispose the case without solution. I asked same question to the executive, then he rudely responded by telling me some rubbish things and cut the call from their side. Then i called multiple times to customer care executives, on which they kept speaking rudely stupid things and cut the call rudely from their side, without giving any solution.

Bsnl executives consider customers as stupid and hold no responsibility towards customers. They keep insulting customers without giving solutions to problems.

It cost me huge economical, educational, mental health losses. Iam still struggling to get solution to the problem, without success.
Pls help me to resolve the issue.

          Landline down and not repaired

          I have a bsnl landline connection[protected] that has regularly had issues but last month it stopped working completely. I registered complaint and the person who came said whole line is down and will have to be changed. I have raised multiple requests but each time the ticket is closed saying updated as per cr 2065. I have 4 complaints that are closed like this with noone contacting or helping. Please tell me if it cannot be fixed and...

          I have done my bsnl prepaid mobile recharge through BSNL selfcare app via QR code but during the payment it successfully debited 398 rupees from my account but the recharge is not done and it shows failed app

            On 14th of june 2022 at 12:05 AM, i had done recharge payment of Rs.56 for [protected], through paytm UPI payment mode on BNSL SELFCARE APP . After some time payment status and recharge both get failed, but money is not refunded still now in my account.

            You are requested to slove my recharge issue. If recharge can not be done then refund my money back in my bank account.

            Proof of my payment and get failed but money is not refunded to me.

              I have surendered my connection brodband, landline in september 2021.Till now[protected] i have not recieved the money security deposit. The staff and jto(junior telicome officer) were telling to leave this issue

                  Dear Sir,

                  I m using BSNL postpaid no. [protected] since Apr 2022 (Bihar) and experiencing badly that BSNL all india customer service i.e.[protected] not responding for my complaint and saying that this service is for only Haryana region and given me two numbers of customer care Bihar which is not longer used..I don't understand how to resolve my complaint..Therefore, I compelled to register my following complaint by this email:-

                  Complaint- My BSNL postpaid no. [protected] is not working for outgoing/incoming calls and even SMS inspite bill paid Rs 471/- two times (one from phonepe and second from BSNL self-care) on 10th Jun 2022... (screenshots attd)..Request fix the problem to avoid my financial hardship...

                    Since 08th june 2022 my prepaid sim card [protected] is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help

                      I want to port my number from bsnl to other network I am trying to do so since 3 months. Whenever I send message to 1900 for porting code I get a reply that 'there are contractual obligations..' I have talked to customer care for more than around 20 times in 3 months, everytime they tell me to wait for some time but till now nothing has been done. Worst service experience with bsnl I just anyhow want to port my number please provide me porting code

                          A dead cow is lying inside the open ground of
                          BSNL RTTC COLONY, SEC-G, NEAR LOKBANDHU CHAURAHA, LDA KANPUR ROAD LUCKNOW -226012 since Yesterday evening
                          ie 11.06.2022, due to which very foul smell is spreading in the nearby residences also. Kindly get it removed as early as possible keeping in veiw to public health.

                            Every time Rs 1.2 deducting from my balance.
                            It's torturing me.
                            Can you please help me out, I need to port my number as soon as possible

                                I have installed BSNL broadband in January in starting they claim very good aspects of thier plans and broadband then next week trouble us start and today till now every alternative days their broadband not working nor Internet and 3 days before continuously i try to contact them and file a complaint and i call them they did not answered, so i call [protected] they also not answering one time they picked up i speak abou my problems regarding thier broadband and i called to register a complaint and then they cut the call. Disgusting after service of BSNL broadband please help every month on a same date i paid the bill on time with this kind of service, i'm very upset.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                                      My mobile number is [protected] (Madhya Pradesh circle), my sim has been recharged with STV118 which provides PRBT facility as well.

                                      So I downloaded the BSNL Tunes app (North&West) and when I try to register my number in it, it shows the error message that "please input the valid bsnl number to enjoy the service ".

                                      I would like to bring to your attention that my number was not ported and I took the sim freshly as BSNL itself.

                                      Please guide me on resolving this issue and I'm attaching the screenshots of the above mentioned issue for your reference as well. I even complained online with docket number BSNL-MP-2022-CU-[protected] and received no response. Sometimes it logins and says unable to process request even though my sim is recharged and having prbt offer.
