Dear Sir, I submit a application on 28/9/[protected] for the disconnection of Broad Band and change the plan of Rs195 /month only for call. but after two month position is same. I visited two times and meet HDO of BSNL office. Yesterday a phone call come form BSNL office and she said that first you pay the balance payment then disconnection done. Respected sir, i have lost my prepaid bsnl sim no.[protected] bought in my name one week ago.kindly deactivate & block this no. as early as possible to prevent misuse of the same. i am working in bbdnitm lucknow(engineering college) as an assistant professor. My basic phone and broad band of bsnl is not functioning since 8.12.15. I have complained and reminded twice but no action had been takren. My land line no is [protected].I am Dr binod from ranchi and my mobile no is [protected]. E mail [protected]@g mail.com

I own a BSNL PHONE CONNECTION[protected], am 69 years old and live alone with a fractured hand and damaged right leg in an accident. My phone rings up at odd hours and with difficulty, I reach for it 'thinking it could be my children living far away, but finds it belching awful songs; and tapping the cradle does not stop it . It carries on for the full time of more than ten minutes. And cannot even make a call for the whole period of song . while installing the phone I neither asked for any such facility except a broadband connection nor I was told that this song will be beamed to me in such odd hours .I had contacted the BSNL local tel exchange at Makkool peedika under Vatakara sub div several times, but asked me to go to customer care at Vadakara 6 KM away and give a request, to terminate a nuisance which I never asked for and was thrust up on me. The staff was so arrogant and said they cant do anything about it and even refused to give the customer care telephone number, asking me to take it from the telephone bill which I may or may not receive from the Post man. When we talk very loud about the customer care etc. etc. the treatment meted out to an old man is very ridiculous and deplorable.

On 8 dec 2015 i have made payments to my 3 no BSNL phone numbers through j&k bank e- banking but till date the same has not been transferred to BSNLresulting in disconnection of all my 3 numbers thus causing me great inconvenience to my entire family.On confirming from the bank all the 3 payments had been credited in your company accont at bombay.The details of the payments are as under. 1.Rs 1370 at 16;32 hrs on account of eBIL/EJKB41599. 2.Rs 657 at 16;41hrs on account of eBIL/EJKB41599. 3.Rs 727 at 16;51 hrs on account of eBIL/EJKB41599. Now as i have made the fresh payments toBSNL for restoring of my phones.It is as such requested to revert the above 3 payments to my accont at an earliest thus avoiding furter inconvenience. with regards, kamlesh kak. Bsnl - Selaiyur - East Tambaram

Now more than 2 months since I registered for bsnl. I have recieved the new telephone no. but till now no one is comming for instalation.

The Bsnl AE guy never attends the calls, atleast he should pickup the call and say something

Dear Sir, My bsnl mobile no is [protected] . Now bsnl gives renewal offer rupees 5 for 5 years. But bsnl was deducted rupees 49 from my account for renewal without my permission on[protected]. So please take action to get my rupees 49 refund to my account.

I surrendered my land line number[protected]Indiranagar Telephone exchange, Bangalore) on 27th Oct. I gave the cancelled cheque also so that they can deposit in the account. I was told by the account officer that no communication will be sent, no need to follow. But even after 8 weeks have not got the amount deposited. Please look into this.

I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed hungama for the games on download but charges has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND

My Bsnl Rajasthan mobile number is [protected].last few days incoming & outgoing calls are blocked my number. I have full signal range, but only some times incoming calls coming.I was tried to customer care number. It is also failed.And i have balance in my main account. Please take any step as soon as possible

Complaining to BSNL about any technical problem is like the effect of rain on a buffalo. Number of times I complained. BSNL says wonderful imaginary things but in reality range of wifi is less than 6 meters.

In kerala bsnl landlines are not frequently working. Some sort of mischief is being played. In a month many days this phone is dead. My senior citizen parents are not able to communicate with the children. The logo of bsnl (connecting india) seems a big failure. The free service 9pm-7am is a joke. The officials are not competent to resolve problem.

I have not subscribed for any services but a sum of Rs.440 has been unnecessarily included in my bills without my consent. . i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.Then return my money collected from me for last month.I once again request you to disconnect these servies and clear my account. My wimax speed is very poor around a week. i was complain in the bsnl office. but he did not respond. my wimax account no. is[protected] my name is Ramanjeet Singh. City- Abohar, Punjab.

Sir, I am Abdul. and we have a BSNL Landline for more then 8 years. in Nanganallur, After we shifted to Anakaputhur, Gurusamy nagar, (the shifting )applicaion rejected becoz of Feasibility problem i want to know. when it will be solved. ? when BSNL connections will be available in Our Area, Like Anakaputhur Gurusamay Nagar? Actually i have asked in pammal bsnl exchange, they said. 'plz wait if someone surrendered or canceled the line. we will give it to you". waiting for 3 years. !!! When will be the feasibility problem solved?

I am fom bhilai khursipar chhattisgarh i called them for new broadband connection they are refusing for a new broadband connection by saying that there are no bsnl lines there but there, s a bsnl line in front of my house later i called them and said that there is line in front of my house now they gave me the the reason that there is no space on the line. if bsnl is saying that they provide internet connection for bhilai area then what is the problem for my house i am also living in bhilai . they don't wan to add new customers very bad service too worst experience
