This is so ridiculous. For the month of September, 2015(Rs. 273) I saw one time charges in the BSNL bill and i thought it was due to some BSNL service but again for the month of October i get On Time Charges of Rs. 410. When i called customer service and asked what this is and they informed that it is due to Hungama services that I had activated, which I'm not aware of and I do not need these services. Today they are calling from Hungama and telling you should activate the account and start using Hungama since I will have to pay for this month also. I asked for a call recording of me or my wife accepting this offer and they have not replied me yet but persuading me to activate and use the services.

What kind of nonsense is this? Why do I have to pay for something which I have never used and why should I activate a service which I dont intent to use.

Two months back my wife received a call on our Landline and was asked about these services and she rejected saying we do not require such services and even after that these services were activated, the customer service representative falsified the information and asked my wife's email id for billing purposes and activated these services. This is daylight robbery and pure cyber crime.

I want a refund of the amounts that were billed and want the services to be deactivated.

    As am not residing in my home for a long period, I want to deactivate this hungama plan immediately.Am sorry to say that several times am calling but nobody is responding why.Please do it as soon as possible.

    Plan whatever it may be but the employees of BSNL Hungama are not cooperative.They are not responding the call of the customer.This is very bad and inhuman.So, this is my personal request you all that at least respond to the customer call.Always reply comes that "this no. does not exist".Pl.rectify this situation.

      Unable to change bsnl broadband plan in http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in SAP portal. when i am selecting to change broadband plans button and trying to change broadband plan the website giving me error like ""No Plans Found !!!", so i am unable to change broadband plan. i am also SAP ABAP programmer but this website is only for fooling people and customer care service is very old type. i have sent many emails to bsnl customer care but not a single reply from BSNL. i am file this complain because in website BSNL Gives option to change broadband plan online but this function is not working and useless for all people and when i have send email to bsn then i am not getting any single reply from BSNL in last 4 month.

        Additional services like Games on Demand, Music on Demand and Movie on Demand by Hungama are activated on my BSNL broadband without my consent and i want to unsubscribe this from my BSNL land line no.[protected]. This has reference to my previous complaint online. Last month BSNL landline bill added about Rs.136.56/- towards BSNL hangama VAS and this month bill shows Rs. 410/- towards their VAS. It is reiterated once again that I have NOT ACTIVATED the link provided by BSNL hangama through my e-mail. So kindly stop the service of "HANGAMA" IMMEDIATELY and the process of adding additional bill towards VAS in my telephone bill. Kindly refund the excess amount deducted as above. I have tried several times on the toll free no provided by hangama.com, which is not being attended by the so called executives, it stops after repeated record saying the executives are busy.

              I am having a bsnl landline phone (no:[protected] which is not working from last 3-4 months but still the bill coming which is about Rs. 500 per month. this month the bill i received cost me near about Rs. 1100 even though i didn't made a single call in last two months. and when i tried to pay bill and surrender my phone after dis-satisfaction of BSNL service, the people in-charge in NANDGRAM OFFICE AND RTAJNAGAR OFFICE didn't allowed me to do so. they didn't even told me the legal path to surrender the phone and made to roam here and there.

                    My landline #[protected] On 12th october-2015 I received call from BSNL hungama, their representative were explained to about the BSNL hungama activation... during the discussion they had said very clearly BSNL hungama can be activated on trail basis if you interested you can continue further once your account activated we shall start the additional billing ( in addition to my land line combo bill).
                    after the discussion I received mail from them with account activation link but after that i was not activated the link even never sign sign in to BSNL hungama ..
                    but while received my recent BSNL bill 264.52 rupees has added as one time charges it was really surprise for me, after that many time try to contact your customer care[protected] but nobody picking the phone.

                    so hereby ask you to immediately deactivate the BSNL hungama and refund my additional charges ...

                    Thanks for your promote action, I received call from BSNL support service they ask to pay only my land line combo bill amount then immediately actual bill amount has been paid through BSNL cash counter.

                    subsequent to the above complaint last month itself received deactivation confirmation from BSNL customer as well as BSNL hungama team but again in the November month Bill added 191.33 rupees as one time charges .

                      Hi, I am Premkumar from ambur (vellore district). internet is not working for last 1 month in our area, not only for me, also for my neighbors too. i went and spoke to BSNL official at ambur areound 3 weeks back and they said they will be sending a person to sort out the problems. after 1 week again i reported an issue that no one has come to fix the issue. its been almost 1 month 5 days no action being taken by BSNL officials.                       I lodged a complaint SR#[protected] for broadband not working for more than month and this SR was closed without providing a solution and comments. is this the way you treat customers? since we took the landline and broadband connection I never failed to pay bill. when you expect customers to pay bill before the deadline, we also expect BSNL to serve us better in terms of quality service as a customer. I have visited Ambur BSNL office thrice and informed Concerned staff to look at and expedite the process to fix the issue. but, it appears staffs are reluctant to visit our village and troubleshoot an issue and this applies to all my neighbours. today[protected] i have lodged another complaint SR #:[protected] for the same. Please let me know how can you close SR #[protected] without providing a solution and comments. I need a justification here why internet is not working for more than 1 month in our Village. your service could be one of the reason why most of the people don't prefer to take BSNL connection. very pathetic service. if you are not going to give me a solid reason I will disconnect the service for sure. I am really pissed off with BSNL service in this matter.

                        Sir, I am using BSNL broadband services on my Land line no. [protected] at sse-225, lda colony district lucknow(up east). Without my request, this e-shiksha Balaji services has been added to our broadband. we complaint about it few months before then it was deactivated but in this month's bill i.e. october this plan was automatically activated.we are experiencing so much of inconvenience .we want you to immediately deactivate this plan. we are very much disappointed by this action of your company. i hope that this time we will not feel the same

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am living in Naickkan Palayam Village nearly in Pollachi. I have one BSNL Landline Connection. In BSNL landline was not connected more than 75 Days( 1 1/2 Month). I was complaint to the Pollachi JE Also.

                            The Pollachi JE Name was Manjula Devi. She said to us, we take the action with in two days. But Still my phone was not working. Mainly, I get the connection for my business purpose. But the landline was still dead. Why i was still connect to that network. If they take any action.

                            Please disconnect to our connection. Its mostly worst connection. Please take the action to the particular Person and make the connection quickly. The JE also does not take any action to the connection. I was Complaint Several time. Please make a favorable result to us.'Please refund my bill amount and also abort my connection. The most worst service in india. Please don't cheat the people. The Phone not working, the bill only raised to us. The Pollachi BSNL management also very bad. Please take the action against to them or else we file complaint to the consumer court.

                            I will also able to attached the current month bsnl bill. The landline doesn't working more than 75 days. I will pay the last month bill also. They will raised the this month bill also. But the phone line are still dead. The construction worked before 25 days and the people does not correct the connection. The Worst service people at BSNL POLLACHI. Please take the action against them and please disconnect our service also. Waste of money and time also.

                              These people called me and tricked me into pressing 1 on my dial pad without informing me about being charged for any subscriptions. When i said i want to deactivate immediately when I learnt that I will be getting a added bill on my monthly bsnl bill, I told them to deactivate it. They told me to call the toll free number :[protected] to deactivate.
                              I called 5 times and there is no response no matter how long you wait. In the end the call gets disconnected.

                                Sir/Madam I have a land line no. 2470301 at BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA in which the Hangama plan has been activated without my consent. One time charge of Rs.330.65 has been charged to my bill of this month. I want to DEACTIVATE the plan rightaway and please arrange to refund my money which was charged and I have paid because it is included in the bill.

                                  Hello, I complained about my landline phone[protected] didnt working on 2-nov-2015. Next day support person came to my home and changed telephone device and told me that they gone provide new device soon but then after they yet not came to home to give me device. Even then after the old device which they gave us is not working. I did complain about it again and they assign me same complain number which is [protected]. I called after that many times but same complain number given to me. I received message that complain is resolved on date 10-nov-2015 but no body came to my home and resolved the issue. Since last week I am keep complaining about the phone is dead but no body coming to resolve that. Now it is very frustrating that Diwali is coming and my phone is dead so I am not able to receive any relatives phone call or not able to call any one using my landline and still I have to pay full month bill. No compensation they are going provided cause of their faulty services. I am so much fed up now. if possible can you resolve my problem ASAP. I dont want to keep visit their office as they are not listening anything or doing such steps to resolve my issue.

I also called on customer care number given on that I talked with Viral Joshi. He told me he dont have any information and not able to resolve anything regarding your complain. This is very rude and frustrating answer. Please help me to resolve my issue. I am so much fed with response given by the respective persons.

                                    Dear sir/mam,

                                    My account was billed for 2934 /- rs and I payed the bill online through bsnl portal after the whole transaction it showed the error stating that: "sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries." And sir/mam the amount of rs 2934 from my bank account has been debited.
