    I did a transaction in bsnl broadband web protal UPI through Paytm on February 28th, 2022, at 10.50 AM. It was successful in Paytm but in the bsnl web portal, it failed and Rs.1518 was deducted from my Canara bank account at the same time.
    I enquired at the bsnl office they told me that, the payment had not been received them.
    kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund the same.

        Recharge money deducted but recharge failed

        I was recharging a BSNL number using bsnl self-care app, and when I went through the recharge the recharge failed but the money was deduced from my back account. I paid using google pay upi system and the money got deducted from my back account but in the app the recharge failed and I've not yet received my money back....

          I am using BSNL internet...[protected]. I raised a complaint 1 month ago that my internet is not working upon repeated complaining they took complaint and they discarded the complaint by simply marking it as a message that it is solved in my bsnl app... then I approached customer care numerous times but still no one came to solve it... I personally went and gave complaint to bsnl office. They told me to buy new wire to continue connection and now they changed Cooper broadband line to fiber line and telling
          me to buy new modem as they changed the connection without solving the problem from past 20 days they are dragging the issue and again new internet bill came without any usage... and still my problem is not solved...depending on their flexibility they are changing wires and modems I am using since one half year and this my 3rd modem..internet is working about 3 -5 days a month repeatedly getting disconnected they are telling that it is due to rain and climate changes..I have paid monthly around 750 rs for net of 2 to 5 days a month and this month I'm having pg final exams ongoing and expecting them to repair it since 15 days and my exam are also done but they didn't correct their fault ..I am repeatedly asking them to disconnect so that I won't get the upcoming bill unnecessarily..they are not even disconnecting and bill is getting automatically generated pls help me with this..my phone number [protected] for further details and bsnl office owner number - [protected] thagarapuvalasa visakhapatnam andhrapradesh

            I am using bsnl broadband [protected] . I have given complaint to bsnl customer service that my interest is not working. They took complaint and now it's showing complaint solved. Personally I went and complained to office they told I am using copper interest u have to use fiber interest and they made me buy copper router and now they changed it to fiber and now they are telling ro buy another fiber router... I payed the bill up to date... but past 15 - 20 days I don't have interest and again bill came ... y should I pay... without any usage of interest ...

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

              This is for your kind information that I am in a grave trouble regarding my BSNL recharge processed through the BSNL SELFCARE app in online mode through net banking.

              I had done this recharge yesterday at 20:52hrs and it has been more than 12 hours that my status did not update neither on the app, nor did I receive any text message regarding my successful payment and service validity update. I cannot make calls for the past few hours since BSNL did take the money at one go, but did not bother to update my number regarding the same. This was my first time updating my recharge through the app in online payment mode, but I never knew I will have to face such an issue.

              It's an earnest request to you to look into this matter and help me resolve this issue since I cannot make my important job calls as this is my only number available and it is showing blocked.

                I've complaint here yesterday about bsnl prepaid recharge of rs 98 failure (on 31 may 2022 at 9 a.m. by credit card) and money not refunded. after that complaint marked as resolved without any solution. I made another recharge of rs 198 after no response from BSNL because I'd needed it.
                I found that my no is not working after second recharge and I'm unable to make any call and use internet now. It's showing error 'sim terminal can not be configured remotely'. I tried many times the customer care no [protected]. It's useless and not receiving any input by us to select any option.
                Please solve this issue asap! also give me any response before marking this complaint as 'resolved'
                Govt. services are good but some employee made the whole service worst. Hope You are not type of that guys.

                      I made a recharge of Rs 98 at 31 may 2022 at 9a.m. through credit card on bsnl official website. It's second time I'm facing such issue. price has been debited from my hdfc bank credit card and recharge was not done. I request that amount may be credited back or recharge must be done by early date.

                        I have been troubled by 'no network ' of and on. However, for the past few days I have not been able to use my cell phone at all in the house. I am unable to run out everytime I need to make call.
                        If this cannot be corrected, I have no option but to move to another provider.

                            Removing/ Shifting BSNL telephone pole located in front of my house

                            There is BSNL telephone pole right in front of our house. It is causing excessive problems and we are not able to park our vehicle outside our house. We neither use any connection nor any service related to the BSNL pole.

                            It is a request to kindly relocate this pole to a place where it is suitable for the houses which use its connection. If no one is using its connection, then kindly remove...

                              My name is jyotiranjan Mohanty, i want write against complaint bsnl fiber vendor in jagatsinghpur, odisha, 754103. My telephone no is 291390. The vendor provide service over fiber and they took money around 6000 for the wires and modem and services. After completed the connection and used 1 month no issue then, even one day my modem has blinking red light and i contact t know the problem then they tell me your wire was cut even your side in pol or anywhere and they came to repair them. Then they didn't came and didn't receive my phone 3 to 4 days totally i disconnected internet and i connected because of need. Even i was previously custmore of bsnl normal bordband connection but they didn't provide service and take charges. So i discontinue the service. After bsnl fiber thought that bsnl improve them no they always gives bad service provide and the vendors also only money matter for them. If contact me for help -[protected]

                                I tried to port my BSNL number but while sending the port request I am getting theese two messages

                                Message 1
                                Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                Message 2
                                Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                I tried many times and still recieving the same. But at the same time I tried with anotjer airtel number and I recieved the unique porting code(upc) at that momment itself.
                                I tried contacting the customer care and they are least bothered about the same and asking me to wait for 1 week.

                                I saw many customers having the same issue in the internet and they all got their UPC after complaining in the consumer helpline.

                                  From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set. My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received. Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.
