My name is jyotiranjan Mohanty, i want write against complaint bsnl fiber vendor in jagatsinghpur, odisha, 754103. My telephone no is 291390. The vendor provide service over fiber and they took money around 6000 for the wires and modem and services. After completed the connection and used 1 month no issue then, even one day my modem has blinking red light and i contact t know the problem then they tell me your wire was cut even your side...

I tried to port my BSNL number but while sending the port request I am getting theese two messages

Message 1
Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Message 2
Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I tried many times and still recieving the same. But at the same time I tried...

From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set. My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received. Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help....

They are showing 197 plan in which frebies for 18days only highlighted ZING for 18days but not voice calls and sms.
Now they are cheating people that voice and sms also comes under frebies .
If it's so why aren't they highlighting them also.They are treating customer who do that recharge as fools.
When I had a call to customer care for details....

While i am aplying to mobile number portability there is a sms given to
"Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

Please help...

I had recently tried to recharge for my number but recharge failed and cash has been debited from my account. Kindly do the needful and do refund the amount or proceed the payment....

I have ported my number to BSNL postpaid Kerala Circle and was using normally. Once I moved to Karnataka Circle 'No network' showing. I tried two different phones and even tried in Manual Network Mode also. BSNL 3G/2G is showing 'Unable to connect'. Further I contacted BSNL customer care in both states Kerala and Karnataka. Kerala Circle said 'They cannot do anything as the SIM is not working under their circle of coverage' and Karnataka...

I am unable to send port message to 1900 .Even though I have recharged my number with rs 147 and Rs 10.

My message to other persons are being sent it's only port message to 1900 which is showing failed to deliver .

I had complained to customer care but they are just noting down complaint number and doing nothing .
Any help would be appreciated . Thank you...

I have a BSNL SIM card number - 73******15 which my family uses and i recharged it with my own (different) number.
I had a due date on 1/5/22 and i recharged For my relative on 2/5/22 with Rs 187 pack ( 2GB/day for 28 days) PRBT 187.
I was able to Recharge successfully but I was unable to call and use data. So I contacted the Customer Care and they were unable to resolve my Query and going off track. They did not listen to me...

My mobile no [protected] and [protected] both are bsnl but in my home bsnl have zero network so i asked them for port number upc code but its been 23 days and they are repeating the same after 24 hours your problem wiil be solved for the past 23 days please help me i have to go out 5, 6 kilometres for a transaction

Prepaid - Incoming and Outgoing calls not working from past 10 days even recharged.

I have made the recharge on time for my prepaid mobile number ([protected]) where as the services were stopped. I have made the recharge twice again but no luck.

When I have tried calling the customer care (1503) they are putting my call on hold and disconnected for initial days. Finally they have accepted my complaint 3 days...

The BSNL Mobile Number is not having the speed of 3G data speed and No signals at some locations.
The network tower signal strength to be monitored by the BSNL staffs engaged for maintenance and the mobile plan should give enough speed to each and every individual....
