This is for your kind information that I am in a grave trouble regarding my BSNL recharge processed through the BSNL SELFCARE app in online mode through net banking.
I had done this recharge yesterday at 20:52hrs and it has been more than 12 hours that my status did not update neither on the app, nor did I receive any text message regarding my successful payment and service validity update. I cannot make calls for the past few hours since BSNL did take the money at one go, but did not bother to update my number regarding the same. This was my first time updating my recharge through the app in online payment mode, but I never knew I will have to face such an issue.
It's an earnest request to you to look into this matter and help me resolve this issue since I cannot make my important job calls as this is my only number available and it is showing blocked.
