I am a Customer of EVDO Sim. BSNL website shows 500 rupees for 5 GB bundled data plan for prepaid EVDO as link given below.

But When we recharge they take 600 rupees for the same recharge of evdo data card.

    On 06/09/2015 I was trying to recharge for my cell no [protected] using paytm website. Recharge was for Rs 84( 59+ paytm wallet money 25) under ref.no.[protected].An amount of Rs. 59/ was debited from my bank a/c under transaction no.CCAI1AVN816 but recharge failed. Please. resolve the issue so that the amount is refunded to my a/c

      On 24th sept.2015 I requested online special recharge with Rs.125 through paytm.My reference no.is [protected].I received message for successful recharge from 1127073 on 24th sept 2015 at 02:39:45 hour through BSNL .But I have not received the said money in my mobile as yet.

        On 24th Sept.2015 I visited paytm for online recharge of my BSNL mobile no [protected] with special recharge by Rs.125.This special recharge has the provision of 177 minute talk time with any network, 200 MB data and 100 SMS. My transaction order no is #[protected].Rs. 125 has been deducted from my account. .I got message from BSNL that u/r a/c is credited with Rs.125 from 1127073 at 02.39.45pm reference no [protected].But till today I have not received the money.
        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Hello Sir, I had port my number ([protected]) from Aircel postpaid to BSNL postpaid on the date of 18 sep 2015. i had complete my number vitrification successfully on 19 sep 2015. but still my number is not activated by BSNL company. when i call customer care [protected] they were not given proper response. Only the BSNL company take Rs. 100 charged for port facility, other PVT. company give this service free. after that BSNL not provide us good services. Monika Jaipur Rajasthan

            Sir iam having international credietcard master card.since long time iam paying my telephone bills though this card.recently my card was not accepted by the bsnl swipeing meshion provided by axises babk.when imade an enquirey at bsnl they say that their banker notaccepting the card.futher they told me that their banker has got instruction /guidelines from rbi not to accep-t international credite card.Pl kindly send the guidelinescopyoradvise us why the internatinalcard was not accepted.                 I tried to call the mobile customer care number 1503 it said switched off. I went to Bilaspur bsnl branch office, and the lady there also tried to call the number, she was also not getting any response.

                From past 2 days around Rs 500+ has been debited from my account, which concerns me. Having no response from the customer care is not helping much.

                Please help me to resolve this issue.

                    In spite of repeated complaints to (BSNL Taramani Link Road, Velachery, Chennai - 600042) there has been no scope for getting the landline restored (now dead for more than 8 months) due to the sorry state of affairs of the departments concerned (Highways, BSNL, TNEB) pending the storm-water drain which has left the region in tatters. Rebate given.

                      I am a post paid customer from BSNL AP circle and my mobile number is [protected] I have ported in to BSNL bangalore circle and upon porting in they collected deposit of Rs.500 again . They have also asked me to pay extra for bill charges after the last bill amounting to Rs.633. I have to get the deposit refund and excess amount in my account number[protected]...

                      I'm a.A.Chacko residing at 35 / 1 - c 3rd cross street, collcetorate colony, aminjikarai, chennai 60029 having bsnl conection no. 23742484, i have not asked for the so called hungama movies, music and games, so i ask you to withdraw or deactivate "hungama" with immediate effect and refund the amount shown in each of my earlier bills of all the past months rs410 / - each month

                        I have activated Do not Disturb service on my BSNL mobile number, but still receiving promotional messages. The service i asked to start was DND Full, but still receiving promotional messages and calls. I have already made a complaint about it but still the issue is not resolved. There are some promotional messages from BSNL also. Can some one help by resolving this issue. Thanks in advance.

But unfortunetely there is neither any notification or clarification from your billdesk side nor any receipt sent to me.                             I have been a BSNL WiMax subscriber for the past 3 years. Since 2013, my connection has been suffering from absolutely poor speeds and lagging connectivity right after 6PM up until 9 AM in the morning. I have bought this issue under the attention of the concerned officials several times but nothing has been done to address it.

                              Work order No: AR[protected] dated 13/07/2015 and Recovery receipt S No: 508 dated 17/07/2015. More than two months have passed since I returned the land line telephone instrument vide Recovery receipt S No.508 dated 17/07/2015, but no cheque pertaining to my refund of deposit money ( Rs.3000/-) from BSNL-Hyderabad Telecom District, Ameerpet has been received by me to my residential address as yet. A registered letter to the concerned Accounts officer has been sent by me on 10th Sept, 2015 but without any positive response, which is frustrating.                                 My July month bill of BSNL is Rs 6571. in that Broadband bill amount is 5539. My credit limit is Rs.3000, then how they have given bill of Rs. 6571. I met billing department Jitubhai at kalol branch but he denied to give claim amount.Please do needful and provide me revised bill.                                 Never deal with BSNL. I have suffered from similar nightmares.

                                We came to know from the CESC bill that we are being charged GST on consume of electricity.

                                  Hi I live in anjaneyanagar, moosapet under kukatpally Area in hyderabad. BSNL, I agree has got good coverage in India, but the worst part is that the signal is really BAD. Inside Buildings and flats the signal drop is too bad, while talking i bit move where i stand the signal will drop.i live in amid in city but signal is very very poor.some times signal looses on the main roads also.everyday i am facing this problem and getting irritation also. Please look into this issue.

                                    Actually they told which is one time fee only and charges will be deducted based on usage only during joining stage. I did not use any options under indiagames on any day from the beginning itself. But without informing anything they simply billed Rs. 410 for July and August 15. I sent two emails to their Id [protected]@indiagames.com but no reply received yet. Hence kindly arrange to credit Rs. 410 each for the month of July and august 15 to my account and arrange for PRBT deactivation at the earliest.
