I am a BSNL landline and internet with with [protected] number which is under the name of RAHUL SHARMA. This is to inform you all that I am very disappointed with BSNL Internet Services. Since the day got connection (2010) we were promised a speed of 2mb/s till 8GB post that 512kb/s for 945 internet plan unfortunately we never received a speed more than 250kb/s. I feel cheated by BSNL complany because they failed to provide the servies which they promised. I did speak with one of the supervisor named POOJA on Sep 3, 2015 she was very rude and did not have the mannerism to talk to a customer. I really want someone to take serious action against her. I did make a complain earlier as well one on 30th Aug which was closed on the very next day stating its resolved they the made another complain on 2nd Sep which was closed again without resloving the issue (complain number[protected]. Today i made another complain with complain number [protected]. Hope so that you people can help me out withy my problem.

    DL data Rate keep using 1 mbps so i turn off the wifi and directly connected to pc still same problem no application running in background don't even say about virus i scan whole computer with norton even i[censored] think it is virus that using internet speed then i try on my laptop there also same problem.As i know it is 100% bsnl fault as always and there costumer care number busy as always.I'm Using Bsnl wimax (worst decision going for bsnl connection) this problem occurs today(03-sep-15) from morning, or if they updating somethingh or troubleshooting plz send a message in 192.168.1.1 early so i don't do important stuff if it stop in middle all are wasted so i know what is the problem going on do delay important stuff or use data card for it

        I am Subham Biswas from Kharagpur West Bengal. Modem- dlink 2750u.My BSNL BROADBAND connection is not working. Past 1 month its not getting connected to internet. Before it used to connect. But bill is paid every month. People of Bsnl doesn't cooperate with customers. This is irritating. Bills are paid timely. But no net connectivity. Please assure me consumer forum. I am sending you a pic of my modem. The last light is for connectivity. But it doesn't glow now. But before a month I used to get connected.             I am suresh from susmitha mobiles(Prop). I was opened my shop on 18/04/2015. Before 1 month I gave my proof and shop seal to my area sales man(Mr.Gokul [protected]) to getting the demo sim. Why because to get demo sim before my shop opening day. But the problem was still now i didnt get my demo sim. I called him through mobile so many times. But he is not responding my call. If he attend also he saying that he was in a meeting. Unfortunately One day I saw him in a shop that was next to my shop. i was waiting outside for him and i called him and asked about the demo sim. He told that he was lost my proof and ask me to give a new one and I also gave my new proof and photo. He told me that you will get your demo sim on next 2 days. Its already passed 2 months, but still I didnt get my demo. Totally I gave 3 proofs. Again one day I saw him next to my shop and I was standing for him outside and called him through my mobile. he told me that he was in a meeting. So I didnt ask him anything and came back to my shop. Please do something Note: I have sold more than 500 airtel sims, 500 idea sims, and more than 150 vodafone sims in just 3 months. Ask the idea, airtel, vodafone salesman about my shop and decide whether you need to give the bsnl demo sim or not.

              The product which you provide me with is defective and not proper in use and it seem to be a second hand tablet, ther are lots of problem in the tablet such as voice, calling, and scractes on the screen, so please slove the issuse on top priority, its a humble request to you. so plase do the needful.

                I am regular customer of bsnl cellone since 2006 . I bought the prepaid sim in 2006 ([protected]) . Initially the services were good but now from the last 6 months the services are getting worse day by day. Noise are always coming in the background so hearing quality is reduced. Sometimes when we try to call another person the network is gone for about 1 minute. So we have to wait for the network to come. So all emergency purpose is failed. Moreover the company over charge the seconds of what we are talking. It has resulteg in poor quality of life and social interaction.

                  Dear Sir, On 27.08.2015 I made online bill payment for my land line phone for Rs.1187/- through my HDFC Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". I tried second time and the same error occurred again. But the today is the last date for payment. So what should I do now? please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.                     Please deactivate all bsnl hungama services activated on my BSNL Broadband, My BSNL Landline No' is[protected]. This is my humble request to deactivate all hungama services. I tried a lot to contact on [protected] but never any customer care executive ever pick up these calls. This is a FAKE service and needs to launch a real CYBER FIR on these fraud services. Please help me out.

                        This is happening since the last 2 days. When I'm browsing, the ISP randomly directs me to their promotional email service http://mail.bsnl.in/ . This makes the web browser lose the URL I intended to visit which in turn hampers my productivity during work time. I believe it also violates the NetNeutrality principles.

Till date that deposit amount & excess paid amount not yet received. 2 months back they have sent one cheque to my old hyderabad address.but iam not in hyderabad, i was shifted to vizag address. last month june i was raised complaint with request letter along with my new vizag address. kindly look in this matter & close ASAP.                               I am a 77 years old retired Indian Air Force Officer. The account No.of my landline telephone connection is [protected] for which I received a bill of Rs.1544/= for the month of May 2015. I held a plan of BBG Home 345 Combo upto 15.05.15 for which I have been charged Rs.166.94 and BBG CNT Combo-630 from 16.05.15 till 31.05.15 for which the charges are 325.16. I made very few telephone calls during day time as most of the calls were made after 9pm as there is no charge for calls after 9pm. As such it is not understood as to how the bill amount has become Rs.1544/= since my bills have generally been of half the amount every month though there were no free calls earlier and as such almost all the calls were made during daytime. Hence it is requested that the bill for the month May 2015 be scrutinised and corrected. It is also requested that the excess amount charged may please be reflected as refund in my next telephone bill. An early action is solicited. Since then I have been getting monthly bills of Rs.650/= approximately every month. The bill for July 2015 was Rs.654/=. No action has been taken till date.

                              Despite my making the complaint regarding wrong amount of bill for month of May 2015 by BSNL on 26.8.15, no action has been taken till date as it is evident from the bill for the month of August 2015 which I received a few days back; as no refund has been made in the bill of August 2015.

                              An early corrective action is solicited.
