I take BSNL land line and broadband (Koraput, Odisha circle, Phone[protected] on June 2015. But, I am getting problem with broadband and land line from that time. I am now very much annoyed by this BSNL broadband service. Finally, planned to lodge some complains here. 1. BSNL employees does not cooperative towards customers. 2. They do not have much idea about Broadband plans. (At the time of plan purchase he told me that “you can make calls all over India for free between 9:00PM to 7:00AM”, but after I saw the bill over net and asked to the customer care, they told me that the free call is not available on your number due to Govt service holder.) 3. They have not (hard copies) listed properly, broadband plans on their notice board. 4. Phone bills increases day-to-day without any reason. 5. There are always disturbances in the BSNL phone. 6. The broadband works for one hour and then again goes off, then works for 1-2 hour and again goes off. Daily I call the exchange many times to ask about my problem. But there is no satisfactory reply. 7. Whenever I tried to contact with the JTO, he frequently not present in the office.

    Through my SBI ATM card i made online recharge for my BSNL mobile through bill desk but no recharge is done, from my account Rs220 is deducted (Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX3107 for a purchase worth Rs220 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com txn#[protected].) Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount at the earliest

      I installed a BSNL landline[protected] in Jun 2015. In the last 50 days, the telephone has not been serviceable for 20 days. Frequent disconnections have become a problem. BSNL personnel always say that it is due to the lenght of the cable which runs 5-6 km from the nearest exchange. No permanent solution is being provided.

          I have applied for bsnl connection online but after visiting the office i get to knw the plans so i said them i dont want it. one day their executive come to my home after that to install a connection i said them i dont want it and i had also informed to the office. then a msg come on my alternate mobile no. provided in the request that u have to pay the bill fo 1212 rs amount. i went to bsnl office their they said to meet sdo. but sdo is always busy sometime they dont come on time even so was not able to meet him and i ignored it coz i dont have so much tym to go everyday. now they have sent a wriiten notice to my home to do payment otherwise they say that they will take a legal action. when i dont have connection even for a single second how can they do this even without checking that i have connection or not, pls advise me what to do can i file a complaint against them, if yes then how. .pls suggest

              To The Minister of Internet & Telecommunication, Government of India., New Delhi Sub : Complaint against BSNL Sir, I am a senior citizen (age 65 yrs) and retired service man, my per month pension is Rs. 1589/- (EPF Pension), I have taken an internet connection from BSNL 3G Data Card vide SIM no. [protected] since last seven years. With great regret I like to draw your kind attention in this regard that I am observing that my internet balance has been decreased (reduced) from time to time by the BSNL authority without my use. I have submitted a compliant last year to local BSNL Authority at Berhampore W.B. on 02.07.14 in black and white but they have taken no action. Again after one year further I have submitted a complaint on 15.04.15 to Indian Complaint Board Forum. You are requested to kindly follow the complaint given below and which is self explanatory. Just after four days I followed in this afternoon that after use of my internet I closed the said connection at 04.10 P.M. and in that time my Bal was 1502 MB and after 3.5 hours when I opened the internet connection at 7.42 PM I verified my balance which stands 1425.84 MB (i.e.[protected] = 77 MB reduced by BSNL without my use). Total three times balance of 155 + 77 = 232 MB reduced by BSNL without my use. You are earnestly requested to kindly arrange either to return back my 232 MB Balance or to arrange to submit me the details of my use of internet which have been consumed against use of 232 MB. Sir, I expect genuine judgment from you. Never you have expected also you should not give me this opportunity that my next complaint will be submitted direct to Prime Minister in black & white. No.01-1869.73 MB found as on 12.8.15 night & 1775.32 MB found as on 14.8.15 night ( col no. 2 internet at all not opened). I have not opened internet from my last use stands balance 1930 MB. I am following this mal practice since last one year. I had sent a complaint to S.D.O., BSNL, Sancharika Bhawan, Berhampore, Msd. on 02.07.2014 but it is my assumption my complaint have been thrown into WPB (Waste Paper Box). Finding no way I had to purchase the SIM of Aircel & Reliance (vide SIM no. Aircel - [protected] and Reliance – [protected]) but their service is very much bogus and after one time use I have turned down both of them. My BSNL SIM No. [protected] and age of this SIM is about 07 Yrs. Now BSNL authority is requested either you prove by sending me the chart in details of about the sight of my internet use starting from 1775 MB to 1931 MB (i.e. for 155 MB) or you refund back 155 MB[protected] as on immediate date failing which I shall be bound to take the shelter of law of court.                 i am using landline connection of BSNL since 10 year .on 30 Th July 2015 i had given written application to transfer my landline no. to new address .but from last 20 days they just assuring me we will do soon but yet they have not done my request.even i wrote mail to their district office regarding this issue but i have not received any reply from them .so kindly help me out how i can transfer my landline connection ...

                      Sir, this is to inform you that myself Sudeb Mukherjee has lost my sim card of BSNL no- [protected] today on 19/08/2015 at around 10.30 am near Jadavpur, Kolkata.
                      I have lodged complaint at Jadavpur Police Station with GDE No- - 1938.
                      Therefore I am requesting you to BLOCK MY SIM CARD as early as possible.
                      I shall be highly obliged if you kindly do the needful.
                      Sir, This no is still active. And I want it to be blocked as soon as possible. Therefore please take steps so that it can be blocked as early as possible.
                      I am still waiting for any positive response from yous side eagerly.

                        I am a customer of BSNL Cellone with postpaid vide mobile no. [protected] (postpaid connection).

                        I made the payment of my BSNL Cellone Chennai postpaid bill which was due on 17th Aug 2015 through ONLINE via BSNL Cellone portal:

                        - First using My credit card : I made the payment through my credit card Rs. 610.
                        My credit card confirms to have made payment to
                        BSNL Cellone Rs.610 and debited to my account. I got the SMS from my Bank.
                        However the BSNL Cellone portal did not confirm the receipt of payment.
                        - Hence I again made the same amount of Rs.610 using my net banking facility
                        which was later acknowledged by BSNL Cellone portal and I got the receipt for
                        same.

                        Since I have made Rs. 610 in excess (which was paid through my credit card but not acknowledged by BSNL Cellone). You are requested to kindly give credit of Rs.610 (excess paid amount) and confirm at the earliest.

                          Dear Sir, My Self ABHISHEK SINGH, From CHITRANGI, District- Singrauli (M.P.) I am using BSNL SIM Since last 10 Years. I am getting Network/Coverage problem at CHITRANGI GSM BTS since last two months. I have already informed above problem to JTO/SDO and DGM of SIDHI SSA but no response from their end. The problem is that the above GSM BTS is radiate poor signals for Eastern area of coverage area and 70% customers are Living here out of total customers. This is problem is due to some technical issues like too much old TRE cards and some interruptions in old Antennas. At present this GSM BTS capacity is not enough to provide Quality full services to a lot of customers. In this regard i requested to you please direct to respective officers to solve the above technical problem and Establish a additional (New) GSM BTS in Eastern area (Hospital Chowk ) of CHITRANGI.                               Respected Concerned Authority, This is regarding inappropriate behavior of two of bsnl staff (unsure of their cadre and designation)from Chitlapakkam exchange. The two staffs along with a labor, who were deputed to cut a tree close to an apartment near our house, threw the cut down waste near our residence. when asked to deposit in an appropriate manner, the staff (supposedly thiruneelagantan) said NO in a cut throat fashion. the other never heard us. My mother is an INDIA POST employee and I am a working professional. We by no chance deserve such behavior from these kind of people. requesting appropriate action and answer for this miserable experience.

                                of my bsnl landline no:[protected], which was activated for hungama games on demand, hungama music on demand and hungama movies on demand without my concern, hence i request you to deactive this for my above mentioned land line number and adjust the bill at the earliest for the month of july, 2015, so that i can pay my bill in time.

                                  I am using BSNL Krishi prepaid card. On 17 Aug 2015 I have done recharge of 109rs on Portal BSNL through Debit Card. Amount was deducted from my account...on portal also shown that recharge was successful but not balance credited to me. Please refund my amount. Thanks. A screen shot attached with this complaint.

ANGAMALY, ERNAKULAM (Dist) To BSNL Complaints, Ernakulam Sir, My telephone land line number[protected] of Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly, Ernakulam District is not working for the last 3.5 months. I already gave complaint to Thuravoor BSNL office many times but till now the problem is not yet solved. We are just paying the the telephone charges without having any use to us.                                       Deactivation of hungama service from bsnl broadband Please deactive hungama service on the landline number [protected] which we were not activated . Please take necessarily action and refund the money. So please request to you to stop this service immediately. It seems to be fraud and cheat earnestly request to you to deactive hungama service with immediate effect.
