This is hariprasad.g staying in chennai having bsnl post paid connection no [protected]. Sir 6 months back i have closed my post paid connection and changed to prepaid number([protected]) by clearing bill amount. But i did not get my refund. please arrange my refund from bsnl.

    Dear Sir, Please find the trailing mail regarding the deduction of amount of Rs 252/- on 14.07.15 while attempting for BSNL Prepaid recharging online through HDFC Credit Card [protected]. But the transaction was not successful and the message was received through SMS. But instead of reversing the amount, the Bank again deducted the amount on 16.07.15.At present when I ask the bank for refund of the amount deducted twice, they ask for a confirmation from the Billdesk on this matter.         with respect, i would like to inform to the concerned authorities, on july 15 2015 i tried to recharge my phone via bsnl online portal.i comlpleted the procedure and the transaction was complete, also the bsnl debited Rs.500 from my bank account but did'nt get my phone recharged.on the same day i got my complaint register with bsnl, i even initiated and talked to many authorities and customer care executives.they gave me assurance of attaining and clearing the problem within one week, but no initiative has been taken yet now, the services offered by bsnl is very poor.

        i have all the relavant documents, such as; bank A/c statement, transaction id and even i forwarded the complaint to many people.please take this issue and solve this problem.i feel that the authorities are careless and very slow, i'm very unhappy with the behaviour of the officials.till now i did'nt get my money refunded.expecting speedy remedy.

            The bsnl telephone no.[protected] is out of order since one month. the complaint no. is[protected]. The phone is with broadband internet connection We have been contacting bsnl yelahanka ever since the phone went out of order but till today they are not able to solve the problem. Everytime they tell the same reason the road is dug and we have to get 300 meters cable and we are on the job since 03/06/2015. The cable incharge Mr.Harish of BSNL is just ignoring calls. I request the higher authroities to initiate action against such employees who are so ignorant, careless, negligent and irresponsible. The service offered by bsnl is so pathetic. Every time we call up customer service - they say it will be ready in 2 days Everybody wants a change in the system. Looking at BSNL and its apathy I am shocked and feel ashamed of the people and the system. DO WE NEED 2 MONTHS ATTEND A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ? IS THE BSNL AUTHORITIES ALIVE ? IF ALIVE, CAN THEY JUST LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE ?

              Respected Sir, My land line phone number is[protected] and Account no is [protected] I, deposited a sum of due amount of Rs. 907/- for the month of July-2015 at Rishi Nagar Post-office on[protected]. Till dated the amount wasn't adjusted in my account and there are various massages regarding disconnection of telephone. I want to draw your attention that your department is failure in providing better customer services as well as not providing better broadband facilities. I contacted your costumer care executive yesterday on 29/07/2015 at 6.30 pm but he was unable to register my complaint so please make a provision for registering complaints related to not adjusted the deposited amount after a long waiting immediately. Kindly, take a strong action against those who were failure to adjust the aforesaid amount deposited by me. For verification I am attaching here with the receipt provide by the post office on 23/07/2015. Kindly do the need full and acknowledge the same.

                The bill have been paid on 16th july 2015 but still BSNL cut the broadband and phone lines on 28th july 2015(i guess)...The line was broken because of storm for 3 days...the complaint was booked on 27th july 2015(same day the line was broken) but they haven't come to fix it at all. Today after calling them for long hours and getting no response, i fixed the lines by myself but when i tried to call or start the modem for broadband connection, I'm getting message of services getting temporary stopped and have to contact to local account officer.
                Even after paying bill...they cut the lines and providing no service to fix the lines as well...

                  Dear sir, This is the complaint regarding mob no.[protected], Which is in my name, Umesh R Giri. i have paid ₹2500/_against the due amout which was around ₹ 2700/- on 28/07/'15 by Cheque of Canata bank and as usual where bsnl where used to start my services on sumission of cheque, Mr.Shankarlal o[censored]r a/c in baroda says he needs ₹ 2700/- in advance in order to start my services. I bave credit limit of 2500/- which they deny to accept. I have no overdues atall. I fail to understand the style and high-handedness of these officials of bsnl in this worl of high comppetition. I there for request u to enquire into the entire matter and solve the matter according to principles of equality and custumer satisfaction and not on laws instantly made by irresponsible individuales occupaying high posts in public institutions on the basis of sinieority and not by eligibilty and humanity.                       The company claims to resolve issues in 24-48 hours. but my phone is dead since 4 days and also the broadband doesn't work. every time i call to complain they tell me to wait for a day or two and tell me my complaint has been forwarded. moreover when i ask them to let me speak to their supervisor they simply disconnect the call. the service offered by them is pathetic.

                          why someone lodge a complaint... for better result...????? no... According 2 Jorhat bsnl officials of Assam...Complaint means Pending Request... I had booked many more complaint... but...no response...no result..only pending request... provide 3G only 10-12 days in a month... and 3G speed bellow 200 kbps... and its near about 300 meter range of bsnl satellite station location... may b its bcoz...!!! Do...Or...Do Not...U can get...!!!

I tried calling up at the costmer care no one is answering the call. I would like to know what is the problem? & want my sim to be activated as early as possible.

                                Sir I have surrendered my BSNL landline no: 25591435 in january 2013 i have not yet received any deposit amount. When i call from customer care, he told "Your Deposit Amount is Rs.1850." Requesting you to refund my security deposit as soon as possible by present address: 514, Sivakami Amman Colony, 3rd Cross, 8th Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 39. I did not get any receipt regarding disconnection of my telephone kindly do the need full. I have attached the last total Out Standing Bill payment receipt. Yours faithfully Karthick

                                  One Postpaid Cellone no. is being used by me under Manik-jod plan since 2007. Phone No.[protected], A/C no.[protected]. At first no rental was charged. But, so far since 2010 a minimum rental had been introduced against the aforesaid plan, and from then I have been continuing to pay the double rental till date.

                                      I received SIM CARD No: thro' BSNL Mela at Vellore on 17.07.2015 with an allotted No: [protected]. They assured that it may get activated on 20.07.2015.So far we have not get to activated despite our complaints to BSNL and dircet contact with BSNL Office at Vellore and thro' toll free etc., But our efforts went in vain. Now when we tried thro' this SIM they tone comes as contact Cell One. This is the condition, I request you to activate the same.
                                      do recharge for Rs 49 your sim will be activated

                                        I, Arvind Mishra. of JODHPUR had surrendered landline Telephone[protected] on 02/12/2014 vide BSNL OB- No. [protected] of 02/12/2014 and the instrument was deposited on 06/12/14 in Basni Exchange of Jodhpur under receipt. My Customer ID is [protected] and A/c No. was [protected]. I applied for Refund By submitting refund application by reminding monthly from JAN 2015. As such i HAD submitted SIX reminders by registered POST till now. But no reply till date received from the concerned department BSNL. BP BSNL had already send a message on my mobile no. [protected]. that Rs.1653/- is due in favour Of Arvind Mishra. As advised I have requested on phone to A/C Officer TR Phone No.[protected]. on 11/06/15. Then I was told that refund will be send up to July 2015. On 24/07/15 I requested again to A/C Officer TR Phone No.[protected] then it was conveyed that for refund " you will have to wait till AUG 2015 due to technical reasons" I could not understand the undue DELAY.
