      I am using land line service of BSNL in PUNE under LL no[protected]. This No. is not working since July 2021. I have given 4 reminders to Asst. Engineer to refund my paid bills. This not resolved till date & they are sending me bills for this no though it is not working.

        Recharge done on[protected] and the payment was done through UPI app PHONE PE, the transaction was successful yet BSNL company didn't recharge the amount, it showed error.

              PV_Rs397, GEN_Plan voucher 397, GEN_Plan Validity 300 Vide Receipt no[protected]dated 25.2.22 for phone 94xxxxxxxxwas recharged on 25.2.22.But now SMS received that my plan will be expired on 13.9.22.Please clarify the discrepancy against my plan validity days. Because my prepaid recharge plan has validity from 25.2.22 to 300days. BSNL now reduced the facility from 300 days to 200 days as per their revised plan .Why BSNL is sending SMS that validity expires on 13.9.22.I strongly appeal to authority for redressal my issue.

                  In front of my house i have bsnl pole more than 20 years. From long back no one in my street are getting any services from this pole. It's ideal for many years. Because of this i have problem for parking my four wheeler vehicle inside of my house. Due to no usage of this pole i request your firm to remove it. Then i can make ke a way to arrange to park my vehicle easily. Kindly consider such requests and support me.

                      I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue.

                              I had surrendered the landline number[protected] in the month of Nov 2021 with all the required forms and details like blank cheque for depositing the amount in my bank. The instrument was also surrendered on very day at different office which is 6 to 8 Km away from the Naranpura Office.
                              Till this date there is no refund deposited or any communication from BSNL office.
