Hello, I am living in Kerala and having a Bsnl wired broadband connection. Last night someone had breaked the landline wire of a house next to my house and when the bsnl lineman came for enquiry they telling that we cut their wire and lineman calling very bad word to us and gone. Today, some other bsnl officers came to my house and telling we will file a vigilance complaint against you and we will disconnect your connection. but we didn't do nothing. So, please help me as soon as possible in this case. Thanks

    Sir/ Madam, We are continuously getting fraud calls from different companies.. like insurance schemes, for credit card password, . after 3-4 days today i got a call from no. [protected] on bsnl landline phone..it was fake call to get a number of my father.. please we are very disturbed by these calls..

    Getting frequent calls like asking for bank accounts, details, new card sent, etc for the past one week from the below numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected], can you check this assp

    Tried multiple times on BSNL toll free no. But didn’t get any response from it..
    Kindly look into it and take the needful action.

    Have been getting constant fake SMS, calls from [protected] as below mentioned:

    "Dear sim card user your BSNL Number has been closed within 24 hours due to Kyc pending please submit your addhar number contact customer care number [protected] immediately."

    Request you to immediately track this fraud and take prompt action.
    A message sent to my mobile [protected] that I think is fraud/doubtful. I am herewith attaching the message that may be blocked or necessary action to resolve.

      My brother got a call from BSNL Hungama Call center two months before and he was told about the new services provided.We clearly mentioned that we are not interested in the mentioned service.But he took some personal details from him like mobile no:, email id and Date of Birth.We were totally unaware that the service was auto activated. Along with brodband bill we have been charged Rs 396.33 for the month of April and Rs 410 for the month of May.I approached bsnl-hungama with mycomplaint.But they denied my claim for refund.They claim that activation was done from our side. I have seen that there has been a lots of complaints raised against the organisation for the same reason.I would be grateful if i get a quick solution for this

          My telephone number is 26898116 in Pune. I had a broadband plan from BSNL which stopped working from 23rd May 2015. From last 15 days, Everyday i would lodge a complain on the online number (1500/198), i would get a complaint number and the very next day without anyone checking or calling me the ticket would be closed with the message issue resolved. I waited for almost 2-3 days doing the same exercise everyday, then tried to talk to the llineman whose number i got from BSNL in the message. The line man also just said line is ok from my side and no resolution to my problem. Later one day i tried to talk to the custmer service executive. The call got routed to someone in Dehradun. The BSNL service executive on hearing my complaint told me the issue would be fixed very next day. When i asked him whats the guarantee as he did not even check the history/background the guy on the other side started misbehaving saying Do i have a choice other than listening to him. He told me i can go and complaint against him anywhere i need and nothing will happen to him Finally after so much of frustration i decided to disconnect BSNL broadband and switch to some other service provider. The BSNL office, where i filled the form for disconnection were also least bothered to know why i want to disconnect. When i told them about my problem, the lady on the other side very coolly told me i should go to another BSNL office and complain there. In the current office they dont have a complaint form.She can only give me disconnection form

              From last one month my land line phone is dead. Though I complained repeatedly to the local bsnl service centre and also filed complaint through online portal also no action was taken. I paid the telephone bill on yearly basis. For last 20 years we are using this land-line bsnl. I want to continue with this facility, but the bsnl is not considering my complaint.                 I have problem in my new land line broadband connection. I have complaint to customer care but response is very poor and my broadband connection is not started so far. Today i received SMS from bsnl customer care for pay bill 1475/- while connection not working.

                      Sir, I am the subscriber of BSNL Mithram Plam. My Mobile number is [protected]. I have ported this number from Vodafone only to get the high speed internet of yours. Thereafter I have subscribed your internet pack STV68 on 09.06.2015 at 5 PM. But till this time I cannot avail the service and I have the sufficient main account balance to access the internet. i have tried several times to contact the customer executive through 123 and [protected], but it was also not connected. Kindly do the needful, otherwise I would loss my precious time and money.

                        Deduction of charges for unused BSNL Hungama site for BSNL LL[protected] having broadband connection. We never used Hungama site nor given any rights for deduction of charges for using it. Hungama represetative just rang once and told that Hungama is providing music, movies data for free to BSNL customers. He didnot mention @ any kind of charges, Inspite of it, we never used this site.                           Service Provider : BSNL Service : Landline & BroadBand Phone Number :[protected] Billing Account Number : [protected] Landline has been out of order since early May 2015. Broadband has been working on and off. I have lodged complaint with customer care on 16 may. But the service personnel closed my complaint the same day without taking any action. I have lodged complaint again and again. But all my complaints have been closed the same day or within two days. Why are they closing my complaints without taking any action. No calls has been made till now from my landline since 8th may, which itself proves the fault. Either solve my complaint or leave the complaint as it is so that i will get discount in my bill for not solving the problem within 10-15 days.

[protected] Type III/39 A.G.Colony sector -O, Aliganj Lucknow Without my request, Subject Cited service has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my last 3 -4 month bill.                                   Sir/Madam, Our phone number is[protected], kollam circle. we have registered complaint four months along with the bill payment. we got the docket number by SMS and after few hours we got another SMS that the complaint is solved. Again this month also we got a bill for rs 280, and when we enquired with th exchange and the engneer, he told us to pay rs 150, and registered another complaint and we got another docket nu, ber and again in the next few hours another SMS came thaty the problem is solved and we have to pay the balance rs 130. but nobody came to our home or the problem got solved. what should we do next or to whome should we complaint against this kind or irresponsible practices. thanking you in anticipation, R. You have been charged Rs 8.0 for 8 days. To unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223.' I wish to inform you that I have never subscribed to any service. I do not wish to subscribe to any service in future too. Please ensure that these types of SMS are never sent to my mobile. Please refund the amount of Rs 8.0 charged to my mobile number.                                       DOn't got recharge and don't get refund to my Bank account I HAVE PAY RS 251 TO BSNL VIA HDFC SAMART BY BUT NOT RECHARGE TO ME. I HAVE PUT Complain to BSNL costumer Care two time but not refund to me. it detail as belov. REF NO.[protected] POS [protected] VALUE DATE 25 MAY 2015(DEBIT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT) MO. [protected] on that day i have made 2 recharge from HDFC amart By one was 251 and another was 200. but some how i dint get of 251. please do the needful.
