My name is Tandra Ravi . My phone number is [protected]. I have Broad band connection from BSNL. Three months back, I have received a call from my land line phone. A Lady explained about hungama movies and hungama music. I have heard all matter what she said. Finally she thanks and disconnect. From the next month onwards, every month extra charges Rs 400-00+ are included in my telephone bills against onetime charges under hungama movies and hungama music and hungama games. Actually I am not asked bsnl about hungama movies and hungama music and hungama games.For this I gave a complaint in BSNL OFFICE for deactivation of Hungama movies and hungama music and hungama games. But no action from BSNL. .

        No sim card inserted/emergency calls only

        My Number is [protected].In most of the time I will be at udupi.Since service at udupi /HERGA is very poor I have ported my number to BSNL.Now the problem is different.In Bangalore I try call any body I am not able to get the number.I am receiving the message-sim card not inserted....

Your 24/7 customer call centre toll free number is not being picked up by anyone. Very poor services. Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance everyone has better services.When will this improve

              Hi, My name is VAMSHI KRISHNA KUMAR VEMULA. My landline number is[protected] after shifting to Abids/Gunfoundry area, Hyderabad from Vanasthalipuram (Auto Nagar Exchange) area of Hyderabad. Before shifting. my landline number was[protected]. My landline account number is [protected]. I was overbilled with Rs. 300/- as a telephone shifting charges in the current month bill (Bill #[protected], dated 06 Jun 15, with pay bay date of 27 Jun 15. Therefore, bill amount spiked up to Rs. 596/- with service taxes, which I usually get around Rs. 233/- (approximately) with taxes. My telephone shifting request Docket number is[protected], which was raised on May 27, 2015. Old number[protected] was disconnected the same day and the new exchange number[protected] was assigned to me the next day. I moved to new addressed on May 30, 2015, and line was already active. When I called the BSNL customer care after I received bill over SMS on my mobile (+91-[protected]), they clarified that it is shifting charges for internal wiring. Internal wiring was already existing at the new address, as the old occupant was also BSNL customer and flat owner has done internal wiring during constructions itself. I also carried the wiring along with device (telephone) per BSNL recommendation as I had already paid for it in the past. Also, lineman only turned up ONLY my shifting to the new address (Abids/Gunfoundry area). He ONLY came to check but my line was active and I already started using it. The new shifted address, apart from the internal wiring with already active BSNL connection, also had telephone connection box readily available only the telephone jack to be plugged in and to be used. So, I connected the device jack myself and my new line became active after I moved there and called my old exchange (Auto Nagar - Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad), where I gave the shifting request application form. Also, it is clearly mentioned in the BSNL Website (http://bsnl.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/about_us/forms/index.html) in PDF form (Page 2 - Point No. 8) available in "Landline & ISDN" section as, "If the subscriber provides internal wiring at the new place, he will be entitled to the rebate at the prescribed rates [Rs.300/- as on 1st August 2001]." I repeatedly called customer care and also called the exchange numbers[protected] /[protected] /[protected] / 1500 / 198 / [protected] /[protected] they gave but none respond and every call is going in vain. Most of the above mentioned numbers will ring but will never be answered. I also spoke to the lineman at the shifted address named, Yadagiri Reddy (Mobile No. +91-[protected]), who only came after the phone was connected and active, who gave me some numbers[protected] / 198 /[protected] which were already mentioned above to call and lodge a complaint. On repeated calls, someone on[protected] responded and gave me 2 other numbers[protected] /[protected] of AOTR (accounts) and said that I should NOT be charged per policy and suggested me to talk to accounts (AOTR) to get this resolved, but calls to the 2 accounts department numbers were never answered, which lead me to Google search to find this site and file the complaint. I called(155223) caller tune department on 12/6/15 at 1.10 am early morning to install new telegu movie " POWER" Hero reviteja movie- song name: Champestude...chempestunde... before placing request., i told call center person... Already i have 2 melodies songs in SWAP mode, alternatively caller tunes, dont disturb, you can add this 3 rd song. But he put new song...but deleted old 2 songs from my track. so i found it and complaint to call center at 7.32 am, 3.57, 6.2pm, 6.37, 6.39, 8.06pm, 8.13pm, 8.14pm and finally 12.39am 13/6/15...i have spoken to prasanth, raju, one lady, and 2 more pesons, finally with Naveen. you can here my recorded voice had on 12/6/15 at 1.10 am, I TOLD CLEARLY DON'T DELETE MY EXISTING 2 SONGS, ONLY ADD THIS NEW SONG. but he activated new song, deleted old 2 songs. Hence, i request you to activating my old 2 songs WITHOUT CHARGING ME. Please once again listen my recorded voice. Telugu old existing2 songs & Picture names are... 1) Duukudu ( Hero Mahesh babu) Song name: Guruvaram March Okati... 2) Evadu ( Hero Ramcharan)...song name: Nee Jathaga... Please understand my pain and wasting of time..because of your call center people negligence... so, i request you to reinstate my previous existing 2 above mention song in SWAP mode ( when each customer call me, song comes alternatively... in that way i put 3 songs...) again by installing 2 songs, dont delete my recent yesterday new song. please do needful, and give me sms alert after resolving the problem.                     I'm M.Joseph residing in Nagercoil situated in Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu. I'm using a BSNL Broadband with landline connection of Rs.845 plan for the past 5 years now. Today I received my bill and found that the One-Time High Speed charges was printed wrongly. Last month I recharged the speed only on 6th May and 20th May 2015. But in the bill, both the entries were printed double times. The total One-Time charges should be Rs.500/-. But in the bill it is Rs.1000/-. This makes my total bill amount of Rs.2217. Please check this problem out and resolve it as soon as possible. I also wrote a complaint to the BSNL office in my area. But still I need to reassure that it has been deducted.                       Hello, I am living in Kerala and having a Bsnl wired broadband connection. Last night someone had breaked the landline wire of a house next to my house and when the bsnl lineman came for enquiry they telling that we cut their wire and lineman calling very bad word to us and gone. Today, some other bsnl officers came to my house and telling we will file a vigilance complaint against you and we will disconnect your connection. but we didn't do nothing. So, please help me as soon as possible in this case. Thanks

                        "Dear sim card user your BSNL Number has been closed within 24 hours due to Kyc pending please submit your addhar number contact customer care number [protected] immediately."

                        Request you to immediately track this fraud and take prompt action.
                        A message sent to my mobile [protected] that I think is fraud/doubtful. I am herewith attaching the message that may be blocked or necessary action to resolve.
                        1. Getting fraud message from [protected] asking contact customer care of PNB : [protected] for unlock blocked debit card & for refund o[censored]nauthorised deduction madeon 15.07.2022.
                        2. Getting fraud message from [protected] for disconnection of electricity on that date due to non payment of last month bill & asked to contact elctricity officer : [protected] on14.07.2022

                          My brother got a call from BSNL Hungama Call center two months before and he was told about the new services provided.We clearly mentioned that we are not interested in the mentioned service.But he took some personal details from him like mobile no:, email id and Date of Birth.We were totally unaware that the service was auto activated. Along with brodband bill we have been charged Rs 396.33 for the month of April and Rs 410 for the month of May.I approached bsnl-hungama with mycomplaint.But they denied my claim for refund.They claim that activation was done from our side. I have seen that there has been a lots of complaints raised against the organisation for the same reason.I would be grateful if i get a quick solution for this

                              My telephone number is 26898116 in Pune. I had a broadband plan from BSNL which stopped working from 23rd May 2015. From last 15 days, Everyday i would lodge a complain on the online number (1500/198), i would get a complaint number and the very next day without anyone checking or calling me the ticket would be closed with the message issue resolved. I waited for almost 2-3 days doing the same exercise everyday, then tried to talk to the llineman whose number i got from BSNL in the message. The line man also just said line is ok from my side and no resolution to my problem. Later one day i tried to talk to the custmer service executive. The call got routed to someone in Dehradun. The BSNL service executive on hearing my complaint told me the issue would be fixed very next day. When i asked him whats the guarantee as he did not even check the history/background the guy on the other side started misbehaving saying Do i have a choice other than listening to him. He told me i can go and complaint against him anywhere i need and nothing will happen to him Finally after so much of frustration i decided to disconnect BSNL broadband and switch to some other service provider. The BSNL office, where i filled the form for disconnection were also least bothered to know why i want to disconnect. When i told them about my problem, the lady on the other side very coolly told me i should go to another BSNL office and complain there. In the current office they dont have a complaint form.She can only give me disconnection form
