I am facing BSNL broadband connectivity problem today on 03 June 2015 it is connecting and disconnecting frequently. From the month of january 2015 I have lodge more than twenty (20) complaints via phone on toll free No.1500 and also in BSNL customer care center in Indira Nagar Lucknow. My landlines No[protected] was installed in November 2014, was working very good about one and half month. After that having internet connectivity problem lodge complaint. After 10 to 20 hours BSNL staff called on land line phone and ask "is your phone working OK" and as I reply "phone is Ok but..." before I could say that broadband is not working they disconnected the phone. after all this I received a SMS that your complaint is resolve. More than eight time I had visited customer care center at BSNL Office in Indira Nagar Lucknow, they wrote in complaint register and every time same procedure repeated. Every complaint is closed on phone call and on SMS. After complaint some time internet work properly some time I again lodge the new complaint after getting SMS of the "complaint resolve" about one week back around 25 to 27 of May 2015, after complaint some body called and said that you should change plan to Rs.1400/= monthly, my current plan is Rs. 675/= monthly, then you will get the proper broadband speed. While same connection was working fine during first one and half month of installation. When I visited the Indira Nagar, Lucknow BSNL office on 16th may 2015, meet SDO, he rudely said BSNL only provide connectivity so check your system and did not listen any thing, and when i said what I have to do "said do whatever you want to do". I am in unable to get the solution. As I reside in Government Campus there is only BSNL is available. So BSNL has monopoly and worst service and customer care of BSNL is well known.     Dear Sir, In reference to above mentioned subject, both BSNL Landline [Client] Numbers[protected] &[protected] is not working form May 2015's first week to till date. We, Mayank Equipments, Basni ii nd Phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, have booked complain many times at Customer Care, but we have nor received proper response from BSNL Customer Care. BSNL Customer Care advise us every time that your complaint will be resolved within 24 Hours, but not resolved till date. We approached personally BSNL JTO- BASNI, Jodhpur [protected], but he is also said to us that I am surly resolved the complaints today. However, he is also failed to resolved the complaint and he is not pick up the phone.       I'm Using AirTel now. my number is [protected]. I have opted for MNP and got my UPC number on 25th May 2015. I applied for BSNL MNP connection on 26th May 2015. I provided all the Details for Proof and submitted my application with BSNL CSC (Bibikulam, Madurai District, Tamilnadu). It has been more than a week and still my New BSNL Sim is not activated. When i contacted all sorts of BSNL customer service centres including the one where i applied, i received very very poor response and they are asking me to contact AirTel to close my connection. Help me in this issue

      they activated mnp in a week after i contacted bsnl to their csc centre. they apologized n asked to wait for few days and finally it got activated.

        Sir, I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected] I have not subscribed for the games, movies and music on download but a sum of Rs.460/ has been unnecessarily included in my bills. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. So kindly deactivate the hungama plan immediately.             My BSNL broadband connection[protected] is not working properly since last 6 months, its stay connected for few minutes and then gets disconnected. I made several complaints, but still have the same status. I even didn't get any satisfactory answers either from customer care nor from local BSNL staff. Nobody came to visit my place till date, even after several complaints. Also BSNL customer care no. doesn't work properly from Noida, It is really pathetic situation.

                I am a BSNL Broadband subscriber having telephone No.[protected]. My broadband has not been functioning properly for the last 70 days or more. It disconnects frequently (at the interval of every 1/2/3 seconds.) It takes long time to get connected, whenever it connects, it is so slow that hardly any page opens. I have lodged complaints to the local BSNL office at Siddhiashram, Agartala as well as through this site several times. Besides, I have communicated the matter to the Broadband Customer Care 1504 over phone but their suggestion is very disgusting. Moreover, I have lodged complaints online to the higher authority of BSNL. But any fruitful action to restore my broadband connection is yet to be noticed. I could not find any difference between the "Higher Authority" and the "Customer Care". This shows great irresponsibility on the part of BSNL. Such poor services are not expected from a organization like BSNL. Break down of broadband connection for 70 days or more is too much. It is now of no use for me, just like a show piece. Now I am thinking to lodge complaint to the District Consumer Court.

                  For the last 10 days, my BSNL Broadband Nokia Siemens Connection was fluctuating. Every 3 or 5 minutes the connection was turning from on to off and off to on. I became fed up and was burning in hell. Was it hacked ? Then, why was it behaving erratically ? What was the cause behind this abnormal behavior of turning off and coming again after 3 to 5 minutes ??? And, right now, it has completely stopped functioning., On my word 20 people opted for BSNL Broadband Connection. I'll suggest them to take Airtel Broadband or any other goddamned Broadband Network. If it doesn't bother you, then remember, that 20 people may become 20 thousand. And your Helpline Number is holy ! They blurb that my number doesn't exist. Then, how do I talk to them ? Through Telepathy, I suppose ! I have mobile recording of your personnel. I'll make them public. I'll publicize BSNL Broadband Service. Negative publicity is publicity, too. Isn't it ?                       Hi, I live in Bangalore. Two weeks ago I have submitted for transfer of my BSNL Broadband from my old address to new address( I have shifted my home), and there is no update on the transfer. When I visit the old office where I submitted the transfer form, they say that I need to tell them the nearest Telephone exchange or any neighbour's telephone number. I wondered being the staff, they should be knowing better. I also asked to let me know if it is not possible for the broadband in my new address for which they don't have any clue. Being India's official service provider, I was surprised by the reluctance and competence of the BSNL staff.                       Now, that I managed my self roaming all the day to find a nearest BSNL telephone number and informed the BSNL staff in Jalahalli. The lady in the customer service didn't update the record yet for disconnecting the connection and transferring to the new Exchange. When I call her, she reluctantly responds stating the server is down and just drops the phone immediately without answering further. When I call again and request her the next process, she just gives me some phone number and tell to ask there. When I call to that number those people say they are not the correct people to answer my query.

                      Am wondering being India's official Telephone Service Providers and also having the dream of giving Broad Band connection to every home in a village will ever come true with this kind of Customer Service and Staff of BSNL. Forget in Villages, getting a connection in a Metro like Bangalore is so hard!

                      Am still waiting ...
                      And the expected has happen. The status now is that the Jalahalli team has forwarded the request to CV Raman Nagar after following up every day. They have allocated the number[protected] to me.

                      Taking this number I found out my self(with lot of hasle and multiple calls), the BSNl number of CV raman nagar. The madam there redirected me saying that it is in Outdoor(ph no:[protected], madam said server is down and will allocate it to line man tomorrow. I have called up immediate next day and realised that it is allocated to a person named Mahendran. When I dialled him, he said that he is not the correct person and told to check with madam about the correct contact.

                      Now, I have again contacted Outdoor Madam and realised that the correct person is Lineman named Uday. I wondered and wasted 2 days here as the ticket was with a wrong person. My wife has called up this Line man Mahendran and he was blunt at his reply stating that there in no cable near to the Apartment I stay and dropped the phone abruptly.

                      Later in the noon I spoke to him again he said the same reason. I rang the outdoor and discussed this with Madam, the lady said that it will be allocated only if there is a feasibility and told me to call next day. I called outdoor next day, now a different person picks up the call, I have to tell him the whole history. He says that if line man says then there will not be any feasibility and was suggesting me to drop the plan of having BSNL Broad Band :(, instead take a 3G dongle.

                      Hathway people are ready to give me a connection in 30 minutes. There are four active BSNL connections in 150meters away from place I stay. BSNL being nation's service provider cant extend their connections overy 150 meters.

                      Now, I wonder and laugh when they say that BSNL will provide Broadband connection to every home in a village. Wonder how they'l do so when they cant do in Metros like Bangalore.

                            Greetings to Team CellOne! We have been using the following numbers under JODI offer. 1. [protected] and 2. [protected] Whenever people are trying to contact us on this two numbers, they are not getting the connection. In stead, your system is sending a reply message that 'The number is not reachable' even though the mobile is kept ON. Due to this unwarranted and unsolicited message, we are loosing contacts and feel embarrassed apart from loosing our business. This is a routine feature and there is no hope for any technical solution. Many times, the calls are getting disconnected during conversation. This is most unbecoming of the professional ethics !
