I had recharged for Rs 200 on 8/5/15 on my mobile number [protected].I was shocked to find my balance to drop down to rs 15 as of today(18/5/15).I tried calling on 1503 to ask them if any plan has been activated but no such option was available to speak to the customer care representative.I am truly disappointed with the service from bsnl and would like to voice my complaints here!

Sir/Madam, We are living near Ottoor junction in Varkala Taluk limits of Trivandrum disrtrict.The BSNL tower covering this area is from Manamboor Naalumukku Jn, which is almost a kilometer away.Six moths back it was found that the signal strength at Ottoor and nearby areas is fluctuating from nil condition to two or three bits.The matter was brought to the concerned BSNL officers(AEs) and they informed that the reason is due to a faulty antina pointing to Ottoor area, on the Manaboor Jn Tower.They assured as o[censored]ninterrupted service within few days, even without accepting a written complaint from the public in this matter.Now also the problem continues, worse than ever.If this be the case we(the villagers) have no other option other than quitting all these connections for ever.Please do the needful. Sir/Madam, This is to inform with utter frustration that I am not able to get a continuous net availability for the last 3 months.(No:[protected] For 6 pm to 10 pm not is completely unavailable. Rest of the time it comes and goes. We have called BSNL office for around 20 times. Nearly 7 times they came here to check after checking here and there they say problem is not here and not from there and it is in the line. Still they are not doing anything.We are paying the bill of more than 700 for the last three months. Pleas do the needful.

I had paid all the dues and requested them to cancel my land line and broadband connection in the month of February 2015. They told it will be done in few days. I received a bill for the month of Feb and march 2015, now they have sent a letter stating that i have to pay Rs 1162 to continue using my broadband and landline services

Sir/Madam, Last month i got 3G data usage bill 10, 700. I came to the BSNL office twice. Accounts officer showed usage of around 8000 on April 23rd, 24th 2015. I haven't used the 3G SIM all at that time. Can you please help in the validty of this abnormal bill. I have been using the 3D cell for data usage and the bill used to be around 150/- to 300/- for the past 3 years. Officer informed that i was notified message. But i was using the 3G broadband adapter, hence i didn't recieve any messages. My 3G cell number is [protected] and account number is[protected] Can u please help in resolving the issue. evdo service is very pathetic at jorhat, tower is just within a km and told by bsnl personnel that speed is good in this area, but customer care phone is not picked, i have seen the receiver was kept in busy mode. who will listen to us for loss of our money

You need to go to nearest BSNL customer service center with ID proof to deactivate your number.

I have made a complaint on 14.05.15 regarding quick recharge of Bsnl mob No.[protected] for rs.135 on 08.05.15. Some body from [protected] asking my credit card details including CVC number. I doubted and did not tell my CVC to the person calling details. Kindly confirm on my e mail that the person was a genuine one or fraud, so that I may take suitable legal action against all concern. It is a fraud person. Don't give your credit card number and CVC number to anyone when asked via phone or SMS or email.

On payment of bill through online payment portal for my mobile no.[protected], the amount of Rs.572/- was debited from my account, but the official website of BSNL shows no response from Bank and the amount was not taken into my mobile account. Again I have to pay for the same and I have done that also. Often this problem persist in BSNL. Please go through this matter and refund my money. Thanks

Without any request from my side e shiksha Balaji services has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my bill for April & May, 2015. This is highly irregular and against the ethics of BSNL business.
In view of the above you are requested to deactivate this undesired service immediately and adjust the imposed charges from bill.

I am using BSNL broadband services on my Land line no.[protected] at JVV Sec 29, Faridabad. Without any request from my side e shiksha Balaji services has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my bill for April & May, 2015. This is highly irregular and against the ethics of BSNL business.
In view of the above you are requested to deactivate this undesired service immediately and adjust the imposed charges from bill.
It is also requested that the amount by me for the April Bill may kindly be adjusted in my bill for the Month of May 2015.

I "Madhusudan karmakar" of 15, Kalitala lane, salkia, howrah - 711106, had taken BSNL internet connection on Telephone No: "26652848" against security deposite Rs.2280. Last bill I've paid on July, 2011, after that i have surrender this connection (though no receipt copy has been given to me) on base on this, BSNL has disconnection my connection, till date no BSLN internet has been use by me, unfortunately BSNL Advocate Mr. Kalindi Sharma...

The above mentioned numbers belongs to Govt, ITI Butana-Gohana- Sonepat-Haryana and these phone has not been made serviceable since one and half year inspite of lot of complain telephonically as well as in written from SDO Gohana to Sonepat and Ambala. There is dire need of broadband connection for this institute to train/teach the students of all branch.It is unfortunate that the telephone could not be made serviceable till date. I recharged a net pack of 251 rs 2 GB and used but a few days after an SMS came from the company saying that upgradation is going on and services would not work so that night my internet connection got disconnected. I thought that it might be due to upgradation process so I waited for next day but my internet connection did no work so I called the customer care they said that their system is not working so they can't tell and told me to wait for 2 hrs also to recharge with some amount as I had no balance so I recharged and connected with internet but it deducted my balance not my data balance and data balance was not showing after I disconnected from internet so I called customer care they said the same as earlier 6 or 7 days have passed and I can't access the internet so I want my money back full refund as I cannot get my data.

I moved out of the country in June last year and gave authority letter to my friend (since I did not have enough time to run around BSNL people). He is trying to get the landline+broadband connection disconnection since January this year (after many attempts to make the broadband work). BSNL people send bills on time every month though nobody is using the connection and upon enquiring about our disconnection request, they say it is in progress. How many months' tariff we have to pay before they finally disconnect it. I tried doing it online through BSNL selfcare portal but there too, I am unable to log in since they are still 'verifying' my details!!! No wonder BSNL suffers losses. They have the worst customer service. Landline no:[protected]
