Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

You need to go to nearest BSNL customer service center with ID proof to deactivate your number.

It is a fraud person. Don't give your credit card number and CVC number to anyone when asked via phone or SMS or email.

My land phone no [protected] is in complaint more than one month.I already informed to the exchange as the same time and emailed to the compliant cell as well.But no action taken against my complaint.so please take necessary action on my request...

I hope you will consider this complaint as most top priority...

So pl. deactivate this undesired service immediately and refund the amount paid. last month also we filed complaint but still got bill for may month. We were paying yearly bill for last few years. But suddenly you start charging extra money for this unwanted service.

Without any request from my side e shiksha Balaji services has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my bill for April & May, 2015. This is highly irregular and against the ethics of BSNL business.
In view of the above you are requested to deactivate this undesired service immediately and adjust the imposed charges from bill.
It is also requested that the amount by me for the April Bill may kindly be adjusted in my bill for the Month of May 2015.

Pl. refer my previous complaint, above complaint has not been resolved till date. In addition above imposed charges for the said service has been aagin been imposed in May'215 bill. Also imposed service has still been not deactivated. Pl. look into...
