शिकायत मैंने अपने बी एस एन एल के लेंडलाइन के फोन नंबर[protected] को बंद कराने हेतु 23/09/2014 को आवेदन दिया था जिसे 21/10/2014 को विभाग द्वारा बंद किया गया टेलीफोन बंद किए जाने के बाद आज दिनांक 08/05/2015 तक मेरे द्वारा जमा की गयी 1503/- रुपये सुरक्षानिधि राशि विभाग द्वारा वापिस नहीं की गयी है इस संबंध मे विभाग से अनेकों बार मेरे द्वारा संपर्क किया जा चुका है इसके बाद भी सुरक्षानिधि मुझे प्राप्त नहीं होती है तो मेरे द्वारा उपभोगता फोरम मे शिकायत की जाएगी | आवेदक का नाम :- पीतांबर सोनी मो0 न0 – [protected], [protected] पता - वार्ड नंबर 5 लखनादोंन जिला सिवनी(म प्र) 480886

    Sir, For my Phone Number- [protected], I have requested to change my Broadband plan to BB 999 from May 1st 2015, the same was not done from the exchange (Kaniyapuram-Trivandrum-Number:[protected]and I went their for enquiry and after that they changed the plan with effect from May 5th. The plan i requested is BB 999 and the Speed for the same mentioned in the details is 4 mbps. But till now the speed iam getting is maximum 1.68mbps. i tried to complaint to broadband customer care and they informed that we need to inform exchange, but after informing the same to exchange they given another number and said that they are the concerned to do . i tried that number more than 10 times and no response.everyBody is simply delegating this to others, iam very unsatisfied with the customer service from Kaniyapuram Telephone Exchange and BSNL Broadband. i need to get the actual speed for my Internet 4mbps as iam paying for that only.         I, Deepak S. am a BSNL landline and Broadband consumer. I have registered a complaint regarding my BSNL broadband service, but there is no resolution of the problem still provided. Today morning I have also visited the BSNL office, Old Sangvi where I was just tossed from one counter to another just to register a complaint, I am afraid I am not able to mention any names here as nobody there was ready to share their name. I have been registering broadband complaints for on a average of 2 per week, where the request once closed the service is active for 6 hours and service is down again I don’t know for what reason. So I am not only available to consume the Broadband service but there is overhead on me for registering the complaints. The feedback which I been getting from the BSNL employees is that the modem is faulty or the phone is dead which is impossible as I am registering my complaint through my landline and my modem works properly once the ticket is resolved. You can fetch complaint history from my telephone no. and you will find a good reason for why I am forced to write this frustrating email to you.           My house is situated in centrally located place. I am having two cell one connections. On other cell phone there is always connectivity. But on this no. only when it is moved out of house connectivity is available. In fact there are three towers near my house still I am facing problems. Due to this problem I am thinking of transferring this number to some other company. Please take immediate action.

              sir, my self inder kumar mishra s/o Ram lallan mishra mere pita bsnl employee hai gwalior me hai naya gaon headquater hai sir mere pita ji ne ghar par landline lagawaya tha 2010 me .jiska bill 2010 se bsnl department se bill zero ataa raha aur jo bhi bill ataa tha wo bill ka bhugtaan karta araha hun.2014 me jab ek baar 1800 bill aaya to mene to bill ki detail nikalane ki appli. di to department ne 3800 ka bill de diya . mah khatm hote hi 57000 ka bill ghar par pahucha diya . sir, Ramlallan mishra ko department kehta hai ki 2010 se bill diya gaya hai.sir aapse request hai ki landline no.[protected] bill detail 2010 se nikalwaye aur inquiry karwaye sir, mere pass sabhi bill rakhe hue hai. sir mujhe bataya jaye jo bill mere ghar par jo bill ataa raha hai aur jiska bhugtaan karta aa raha hun wo bill kiska aa raha tha iski inquiry karaye .sir apse request hai ki jald se jald inquiry karaye gwalior ka department iska jawab nahi de raha hai ki kaun bill nikalta tha us vyakti ki inquiry karai jaye.aur ( mujh par galat bill ka bhugtaan karane ka dabaab banaya ja raha hai..sir bsnl employee ke saath aisa department aisa kar raha hai .sir please help.sir mujh par bhugtaan ki hui aur zero bill sabhi maujud hai.

                          I have applied new connection for broadband connection in oct-nov. 2014. till march service is very fine. i have not face any problem. but last two month "mar-apr." i face very disgusting service of your broadband & landline connections + badly attending client by your branch. i have not satisfied with your service. bcoz last two month i can't use my internet for single minute. so, pls. solve my problem & pls. less my i½ month bill that have already payed by me. bcoz i cant use internet for any single minute. so pls. give me response. i am suffering from your bad service.

                            Sir I use service of bsnl broadband and my number is[protected] and my name is Imran Khan.I pay above 1150 rs/month for 2 mbps speed upto 10 gb and then 512 mbps unlimited. but they give very low speed around all month.I check speed by speedtester.bsnl.co.in utility it is below 512 kbps in starting of month I used less than 1 gb to 1.5 gb yet 1 to 4 may 2015. I also do complaint 2 times 20 april 2015 and 28 april 2015 to bsnl customer care and they not resolve my complaint yet. And they not change my plan also I request them for change my plan but they say to for plan change you need to go area office and in area office.it is not confirm officer's are available or not lot of time they are not on her duties and if 1 officer is avaiable then another is not and process of work is not complete and lot of time is waste.

                                  i cant access internet and phone line. The problem in phone line that is no incoming call are coming and no out going call are going because when i pick up receiver then coming useless voice. this problem was 2 months and we was tied to complaining in exchange and also head office. we cannot complaining before 1.5 months because useless voice are coming in telephone. so please take action as soon as possible. Note :- WE CAN'T PAY BILL UNTIL DISCONNECT MY LINE WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR SERVICE. mob. [protected]

                                      I have a BSNL land line connection from 1995 and have broadband connection from 2008. My Customer Id no. is [protected] and my Phone no is[protected]. From Last 4 Months I am having a lot of noises in my phone. My Broadband get Disconnected every 5-10 min and I am having very poor latency. My SNR Value shows less than 9 and Attenuation Value shows more than 50 After getting no answer on Standard BSNL Service Complain Bookings, I try to contact them Directly. But after continuously running the office no one ever came to visit my house. Now they are saying me that my complain cant be solved and I should disconnect the Telephone Line. Kindly check on this matter and please help me solve my issue.
