Sir, My land line phone no.[protected] is not working since 25 days. I reported to vadaserikara exchange several times and put complaint also. But there is no suitable reply and no action is taken.so, I request you to take necessary action on this matter immediately please.

      WRONG RECHARGE REVERSAL

      Sir/Madam, my recharge flexi no. is[protected], I have done a wrong recharge for no., [protected] amount 200/- reference no. is [protected], for which I requested a reversal from BSNL, they told me the procedure but at first I was unable to send the message after contacting BSNL costumer care finally i was able to send the message, but then it wasn't accepted saying Transaction time duration should not be greater than 6 hours, after again...

      Dear sir, i am the bsnl broadband user. phone number 23453380. for the march month onwards i got extra bill, telling that, i have opted for hungama service, when i wrote a mail to the concerned, his reply was the user pressed #1 for activation in land line phone and activated. and he told that the emailid, which does not belong to me and for my knowledge i dont have that id. this is ridiculous as the confirmation is not a closed loop as the mail confirmation or written confirmation. in a house lot of people will live and people may not be knowing what they have to do when some voice recording comes. this is not fare. unless a written communication or email confirmation how one can fool by telling that #1 is pressed and services activated. sir i got two months of extra bill, request to revert the extra charges which are in the bill and get me the actual bill for which i selected the BSNL.

            Internet is not working. Incoming and outing calls can be done but internet accessibility is not possible though the phone is recharged. The net connection is showing but net is not connecting. I donot understand why net had been blocked?! Please have a look on this. Its irritating!!! Thank u!

              Dear Sir, I have been availing BSNL Broadband facility under “BB Home Combo ULD 800” against my Telephone No.[protected] for the last 6/7 years. It is very unfortunate to say that during the whole period I have been facing inconvenience every so often in accessing internet. My broadband connection remained useless for 25 to 28 days at a stretch on several occasions and every time I communicated the problems to the local BSNL office at Siddhiashram, Agartala. They responded and tried to some extent but possibly the problems could not be sorted out properly. However, during the last 45-50 days or more I have been facing great difficulties in surfing internet. It takes long time and disconnects frequently(at the interval of 1/2/3 minutes. I have lodged online complaints several times. Besides, I have communicated the matter to the local office several occasions but the problem is still continuing. Further, I have reported the problem to the BSNL Officer (Broadband), Tripura nominated for dealing with the customer complaints but unfortunately any fruitful action from your end is yet to be noticed. I am fed up with this broadband problem because it is of no use for me at present and nowa I have no other alternative but to surrender the connection. I, therefore, request you to take the matter on top priority basis to restore the proper functioning of my broadband and at the same time it is also requested to take necessary steps to solve the problem permanently rather than for the time being.                   Today Morning, I contact Customer care officer of BSNL from Mumbai. I clearly said that I am using BSNL tamil nadu sim here and I want the full talk time plan detail. She said to recharge for 250 rupees and so that I will get full talk time. I used BSNL website (https://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/instaRecharge.aspx#Submitpage) and I got only 222/-. Previously I had balance of 2 rupees. Later when I contact customer care officer they are not giving proper information and putting call on wait and line get disconnected after some time. The number I have recharged is [protected]. Why the remaining 30 rupees not credited ?? Its BSNL Tamil Nadu Nesam Gold Plan.Regards J Lalith Varman

                      we are complaining from last two weeks about the bsnl broadband internet problem (connection drops/ no constant signal) and also the land line is not clear(disturbance).. but there is no response from the bsnl office.. whenever we call they give us diff no.s to register our complaint.. we also tried 198 .. but still no response. our bsnl no.[protected]

                          Sir, For my Phone Number- [protected], I have requested to change my Broadband plan to BB 999 from May 1st 2015, the same was not done from the exchange (Kaniyapuram-Trivandrum-Number:[protected]and I went their for enquiry and after that they changed the plan with effect from May 5th. The plan i requested is BB 999 and the Speed for the same mentioned in the details is 4 mbps. But till now the speed iam getting is maximum 1.68mbps. i tried to complaint to broadband customer care and they informed that we need to inform exchange, but after informing the same to exchange they given another number and said that they are the concerned to do . i tried that number more than 10 times and no response.everyBody is simply delegating this to others, iam very unsatisfied with the customer service from Kaniyapuram Telephone Exchange and BSNL Broadband. i need to get the actual speed for my Internet 4mbps as iam paying for that only.                               I, Deepak S. am a BSNL landline and Broadband consumer. I have registered a complaint regarding my BSNL broadband service, but there is no resolution of the problem still provided. Today morning I have also visited the BSNL office, Old Sangvi where I was just tossed from one counter to another just to register a complaint, I am afraid I am not able to mention any names here as nobody there was ready to share their name. I have been registering broadband complaints for on a average of 2 per week, where the request once closed the service is active for 6 hours and service is down again I don’t know for what reason. So I am not only available to consume the Broadband service but there is overhead on me for registering the complaints. The feedback which I been getting from the BSNL employees is that the modem is faulty or the phone is dead which is impossible as I am registering my complaint through my landline and my modem works properly once the ticket is resolved. You can fetch complaint history from my telephone no. and you will find a good reason for why I am forced to write this frustrating email to you.                                 My house is situated in centrally located place. I am having two cell one connections. On other cell phone there is always connectivity. But on this no. only when it is moved out of house connectivity is available. In fact there are three towers near my house still I am facing problems. Due to this problem I am thinking of transferring this number to some other company. Please take immediate action.

                                    sir, my self inder kumar mishra s/o Ram lallan mishra mere pita bsnl employee hai gwalior me hai naya gaon headquater hai sir mere pita ji ne ghar par landline lagawaya tha 2010 me .jiska bill 2010 se bsnl department se bill zero ataa raha aur jo bhi bill ataa tha wo bill ka bhugtaan karta araha hun.2014 me jab ek baar 1800 bill aaya to mene to bill ki detail nikalane ki appli. di to department ne 3800 ka bill de diya . mah khatm hote hi 57000 ka bill ghar par pahucha diya . sir, Ramlallan mishra ko department kehta hai ki 2010 se bill diya gaya hai.sir aapse request hai ki landline no.[protected] bill detail 2010 se nikalwaye aur inquiry karwaye sir, mere pass sabhi bill rakhe hue hai. sir mujhe bataya jaye jo bill mere ghar par jo bill ataa raha hai aur jiska bhugtaan karta aa raha hun wo bill kiska aa raha tha iski inquiry karaye .sir apse request hai ki jald se jald inquiry karaye gwalior ka department iska jawab nahi de raha hai ki kaun bill nikalta tha us vyakti ki inquiry karai jaye.aur ( mujh par galat bill ka bhugtaan karane ka dabaab banaya ja raha hai..sir bsnl employee ke saath aisa department aisa kar raha hai .sir please help.sir mujh par bhugtaan ki hui aur zero bill sabhi maujud hai.
