I'm Karthik and my landline no is[protected] and i requested for landline shift to my new address and i submitted the request form on 16th April 2015 in BSNL office and the date of shifting was mentioned as 22nd April 2015 and till now no action taken from BSNL and i tried calling customer care several times. Each time a customer care person picked up the phone, asked me all the details and told it will take 2 more days. Every time the customer care person gave me the same reason [it will take 2 days]. I dont know why it is delaying this much time. Almost a week passed and still no action from BSNL's end. Please help me to get my request resolved as soon as possible.Really very very poor service.

Dear Sir, My name is B.Satyanarayana, my no is [protected] .It is a new connection activated on 24/04/2015. The problem is we are receiving calls from all over India except Bangalore. My son is continuously trying to call through different Operators including BSNL from Bangalore.But he is unable to connect.He also called to one of my neighbours number to that phone also he is unable to get connected. We complained at Manglagiri Telephone Exchange, They told us that there is no problem at their end. Respected sir, It is to inform you that, last 10 days our broadband connection is not working that caused the waybill/road permit is totally hamperd, no materials are entered in west bengal border from other states as well as foreign country also.Due to the cause, our production is hamperd . Dear Sir Since last one and half month we have shifted our execting telephone along with broadband connection to the new location, since they have fixed the telephone, but broadband is not working, as we learned that we may require new user name and password. We have complain many time, but till date nothing has been done, we have also received the telephone bill. Since its a computer Institution without internet connection its very difficult for us. Dear Support, I am the BSNL Broadband user No#[protected]. Till last month we have several internet disconnection but since last month it's completely out. We are calling to the local wire man, he is coming and fixing but still the result is same. I don't have internet. Looking for the uninterrupted solution. Thanks, Vidyapati Jha

My BSNL landline phone stopped working nearly 5 days ago. I had registered online complaint. My complain number is [protected]. They gave me time of 24-48 hours. But it took more than 5 days that i registered the complaint and still no solution is obtained.

My No: [protected], BSNL Cauvery, I did online validity recharge on 16/04/2015. It was not successful. I made it offline and it was successful. I called to the customer care immediately and told this. They consoled me that money will come back to my account within 7 days. I have been waiting it, but it did not come back yet. Please look into this issue and do the needful soon.

This is in reference to application for new FTTH connection at my residenceDetail of Demand Note and Payments are in attached scanned image) Application for FTTH connection was submitted in March 2014. A demand Note was issued from BSNL Office Raghougarh on 21.03.2014 and accordingly Rs 2550 was deposited in Post office for the connection. Even after some months also connection was not given at my residence giving reason that FTTH line was not laid near my residence area. I thought without FTTH line How can I get connection (A valid reason). But it was shocking when I get notification on my cell that my FTTH connection is activated. And worst part was that I got bill too in billing cycle that too without connection. So in nutshell, I applied for FTTH connection in March 2015 (1 Year 1 month 4 days), No Connection provided at residence. Billed for an amount Rs 7203 till date. They assured me for resolution. But no further updates from their side. I also send written complaint to them through speed post and receiving was confirmed by one of executive. The issue is long pending issue and needs to be resolved on priority. I tried with customer care toll free number too but they also advised me to contact local office only. Online complain was also not feasible as no option for FTTH connection is available at portal. As It has been more than one year for connection to be provided. Right now I am in no need of FTTH connection at my residence. So it is humble request to refund my paid amount (Rs 2550) and terminate the connection immediately.

Basically we are leading real estate firm in surat.we provide the facilities to our customer of broadband and Internet connection. we would like to inform you that we had a contract with BSNL surat Gujarat on date 22/1/2015 for my both project swar sangini and sangini solitaire located in vesu, surat. on that contract BSNL commited that work will be complete in 4 weeks of confirm contact order and 100% advance payment. we already paid them 100% advance along with contract order. but till toady we dont received any kind of connection at my both site. we received very irresponsible and un satisfying anwer from BSNL . Nobady take this matter seriously. because of that i lost our prestige in market. now we don't wont to do work with them we wont our refund money back.
here i am sending the contact copy and their answer which we received by mail.

In the last five months, my 3G data speed was very slow on evening and night. There a 2G speed is good. Why this? I am calling to the customer care, said this problems. But no success. What can i do? I like BSNL, but this type problems are forcing me to take another provider's connection... Mob: 0 [protected]

The SIM is from UP(east) [renukut] but currently i am residing in up(west) [greater noida]. Earlier the network was fabulous but now a days it has gone to its worst level as during the whole day it completely vanishes for at least 8-10 times. Even though if it is there a proper call cant be done. There is no voice clarity in it. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have submitted written broadband disconnection letter for our connection[protected] to Commercial Officer, customer care center, BSNL office, M.I.Road, Jaipur dated[protected].
We have deposited our last bill also but still our account not been disconnected, and we are receiving bill message every month then we have contacted to again customer care but not reply properly and told it will not be...

My no[protected] is not working, it is dead but unfortunately no response has come after giving repeated complain.We are very much upset to receive such poor response from BSNL..Stil as on date it is in same condition and no response from technician .

I tried paying BSNL landline bill (Jaipur Rajasthan) online using BSNL portal. After completing the net banking
transaction, Amount was deducted from my ICICI bank and a/c has been debited but amount Rs1, 012.00 got deducted from my account on 20th April, 2015
