As i have a postpaid connection of bsnl mobile service from last 10-12 years u der the name of rakesh kumar goyal i always used to pay bill on time but a problem they troubling me by the way of their service in gprs facility .. i have requested a gprs facilty of 1 gb data at 140 per month by submitting an aplication in their head office nd now the problem begins by the way of no service sometimes nd sometimes wjth very nehligible speed.     I have asked for deactivation of the Hungama services provided by the
    BSNL in the month of December 2014. I have never used the Hungama services nor any of my family member. But, from the December, 2014 onwards an amount of Rs. 343 is being deduced in my Telephone Bill.

    I request you to refund the amount of Rs. 343X3=1029 to me immediately as I have never used the Hungama services.

      Dear sir, 1. I have bsnl mobile [protected] and landline broadband[protected] 2. I made an online payment for both my bills on 12 Feb, I have been confirmed of payment made, however the payment receipt which is to be sent on email has not been received todate. 3. This was highlighted and a complaint of this was mentioned on 1500, however on 16 Feb, I receive a message saying my complaint has been resolved, but the receipt has not yet been delivered on my email. 4. The response of customer care is so pathetic that you keep holding the phone for 20 to 25 min but no reply. 5.           I went S P Road BSNL office on 12/02/2015 for new connection first got reply that server is down after my request one lady who were busy talking in her mobile agreed to fill the form & told that it will take 24 hours time.I agreed fill the form choosen fancy number [protected] fancy no 29 paying Rs 843 extra along with my driving licence and Pan Card copy then after I was continues calling 1507 getting masage that they have not received document again I visited the office they said process is going on it will be over within half an hour but after that i am getting masage that this facility is not available in your telephone contact with costumer care when I contacted customer care they said either go to the office where i have given the papers or call 1507 What should i do please suggest I am surprised to see the service which is very poor

            My mother has been using ([protected] )this number for the past 5 years. Last month she got a message "Not registered on network". We registered a complaint :2A17807262 which was opened on 17/1/2015 and closed with no action on 20/12015. They said there is no name associated with the number in bsnl records. Its not our fault that bsnl records are faulty WHICH IS A SHAME. She has been uning this number for far too long and don't want to let it go because of bsnl'd fault. Please give us back the number and activate the sim.We are facing a lot of problems due to unavailability of this no. .If reactivation of the sim is not done by the authorities or further delaying tkes place from your side we wud have to go to consumer court.

              Number disabled saying not registered, using it since 5 years.

Landline No[protected] I had disconnecting my landline connection as on August 2014.And the security deposite was sancioned of amount Rs 1942.00 on October 2014.But still date we not recives the same.I am the Retired senior setizen and i have continuosly follow with BSNL regadring the same.                     it is a post paid connection and no. is [protected] (Kerala state, Thiruvananthapuram district). The bill received from the BSNL shows the last date of remitting payment is 19/02/2015 . Moreover the credit limit is Rs. 2500/-. The outstanding bill amount is Rs. 1128/- only. They have barred my outgoing calls without informing me eventhough there is sufficient credit limit. It happened once 15 days back and they had regretted for the inconvenience and retained the facility. Kindly do the needful...

                      Sir, I am aniket kumar, my land line number is[protected], I got this landline connection last friday 06/02/2015, my phone has lots of noise and distortion and since first day my broadband ADSL light is not blinking, I have registered complaints several times, each time i got the message that my problem is resolved, but the fact is no one came to see the problem and the problem remain same.

                        Dear sir, I done the recharge in my mobile of Rs.90 under special tariff facility regarding national roaming free on 28 January 2015. But according to Rajasthan plan there is no any recharge for Rs. 90 for national roaming . I am currently living in mumbai and when i call on customer care number than their reply is we dont know anything regarding this call on Rajsthan customer care number and there is no seperate customer care number for Rajasthan. My complain is they are not going to refund my amount as well as explain the reason for not refund. My mobile number is - [protected] I request you to help me and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I am balwinder My mob no is [protected] I submit a complaint in BSNL on 09 February 2015 My complaint will not solve till date I face lots of problem in haldwani I will never call at home if I will try call will be automatic cross connection or call will not complete I request it plz plz plz solve my problem early as possible,
                          I think its a my wrong decision to get bsnl network !!!

                            Yaar duniya ki sab se gandi service h... kuchh saal pahle chandigarh aur panchkula ko roaming free kiya tha haryana k mobile no k liye... kal paise kaat liye... us area mein jahan pahle roaming charges nhi padete the... bsnl care pe phone kiya 1503 pe... raat ko 11:00-11:15 pm(11 feb 2015) k as pass.. ik jis ne phone pick kiya bohut hi batmizi se bol rha tha... maine fer bhi kuchh nhi kahan bola ki please ik ticket rise ker do ki mere wrong deduction hui hai... bolta hai ki haryana walon ko chandigarh mein roaming k charges padte hain... maine bola ki apne senior se baat karwa do.. bolta hai ki senior se us ne baat kar li hai... baad mein gaon ki language use karne laga aur abuse word use karne lga... last mein bolta hai ki abuse language use karne ki wajah se aap ko dis connect kiya ja rha hai... means apne technical error check nhi karne... kuchh bhi goli daal deni hai... my number is [protected]... paise to kya wapis karne hain... aur abuse language se raat bhar gussa alag se aata rha...IK NO KI GANDI SERVICE...

                            6 years ho gye hain.. manimajra chandigarh mein aaj tak to kabi roaming k charges nhi pade... main to mohali ki side bhi nhi gya ki punjab ki bondary touch ho...

                              This is to bring to your notice that inspite of paying the bill we have not been provided Broadband connection. It has been 14 days so far and yet we have not been given the broadband connection. There is no proper response inspite of raising a complaint as well. The customer service is absolutely bad. The people do not even let us talk. This is not the first instance that we have raised a complaint. This is happening consistently. People try collecting money from us telling that only if we give them there would be proper response. Request you to take serious action on such cheap behaviour which is causing lot of disrespect. We have been with BSNL Broadband for the past four years and it's absolutely humiliating for receiving such a bad service from our broadband.

                                Dear Sir,

                                For the past few months our Land line is not working and we raised a complaint on 12/01/2015 (Time 16:52:47) SR#:[protected]. Our Customer ID is [protected]. Some employees from BSNL comes for checking the fault. Surprisingly without rectifying the issue now the complaint status is showing as closed.
                                Now today again I have raised a new complaint for the same reason. Will BSNL is able to rectify issue or not? New SR#:[protected] dated 11/02/2015 (Time 21:35:52). This is exactly after one month from the date of first complaint. After registering complaint I can see a message that this will be resolved in 3 days from the date of complaint.

                                  dear sir.
                                  I recharged my mbl no [protected] for rs 199 from bsnl portal for rs 199 roam free plan (as shown by BSNL kerala portal) on 09 feb.
                                  i waited 24 hrs for the activation of the service .
                                  even after 02 days the service is not activated.
                                  helpline no 1503 and mbl no [protected] are not responding.
                                  in short m not able to contact with bsnl at all.
                                  I even tried registering complaint online but in vain.
                                  m facing lots of problem and financial loss on roaming.
                                  please help me out.

                                    I am having a BSNL land line[protected] for about 15 years and broadband connection for about 10 years. Since June 2014, broadband connection is not working. I have complained at least a dozen times between June and October last year. The BSNL technician had visited couple of times to my house to check the fault. In two occasions, JTO of the area asked me to take the modem to his office and I took it there to find out no issue with modem. After all this, still the broadband problem could not be fixed. Still I was paying the bill till September. From October, i stopped paying bill as I was not getting the Internet. Then BSNL has disconnected the land line from November 2014.

                                    Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
