I WAS GIVEN A PROMISE THAT THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM THE DATE OF SURRENDERR. I AM STAYING IN SRIRANGAM. AND I TOOK PAINS THRICE TO VISIT YOUR BSNL OFFICE AT ASHOK NAGAR SPENDING RS.1000/- ON THREE OCCASIONS....

Sir We all of BSNL Prepaid customer at Hanumangarh Jn, Rajasthan using prepais connection last 02 years . Since last 10 days the service of BSNL is stopped fully or working one or two time in a day. We have complied this matter to BSNL customer care but they have bone nothing and only passing time giving false consolation . From the above it can be assumed that BSNL staff are adjusting with private mobile company so that we the BSNL customer may forced to lest the BSNL and join other private company. Please lodge our complain and forward to higher Official of BSNL for better service and for better future of BSNL

    I have changed my old sim to micro sim without change my cell no [protected].after that the sms regarding the call duration, call cost, balance were not received, I have registered a complaint on 18/12/2014.complaint no is 4L31TN357310.Today bsnl sent a sms stating that the problem is rectified.But still now the problem is not yet rectified.Please rectify the same.

Sir, i have one bsnl broadband connection, my landline no is [protected] and it is not working from moring, i registered my complent in bsnl office .when No one come to repair line or to see problam, i again vist to bsnl office at this time No one give proper repla and saying "iske AREA me to Soni ji rehte ha par vo ghar gaye ab kon jayge... and every one seting to complet there working hours ... i hope you will understand problam and resolve it as soon as possible and taking action on such type of office ... Aaj k Yug me jaha pe hum sabhi log ye sunte aa rahe hai ke ab desh internetnet se chalega par ye to lewal sunne ki baate rah gai hai ... kyoki Ham log to kewal internet to humne dekh hi nahi.             For phone problems you have so many No. All staff are escaping with falls information. I recharged my mobile for network. I am getting mail, Facebook, but not getting what's app...trying to speak to all your no. Someone gave configuration, it is ask ing for pin...then they say 1111...it's not working. Thought like complaining now...or ...now compelled to change my No. To other private companies. As a Govt.organisation, I know it is a waste to complain... Ratnakar

                I am praveen KUMAR from kovilambakkam chennai. In my area over 50 people's landline phones are dead from 18-DEC-2014. I DON'T KNOW what steps bsnl is taking. They should deduct these days from billing. Till today 29-DEC-2014 PHONE is not working. Kindly do the needful.

                    Dear/madam I ported my number from Airtel to bsnl in that Pv49 plan recharged .Then they told me 20mb 3g data u will get. I am not able to able to accessing that i called my times to customers care but no response .they will give.                         my mobile has cell one error 40, so that it hags my mob.i want to remove it and my mob. 3G Data Charges are very low with cellone, the signal strength is very poor and not getting high speed . My mob internet connection is so poor.i gave msg. for 3G but there is very loose connection of net.

                            I have been frequently trying to reach the Customer Care Nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] for Bangalore Circle to block my Mobile SIM, but my efforts have turned futile because the number is either busy or gets suspended mid way when we key in the required inputs before getting to the customer care executive. I am in a hurry to block my SIM Card as the same has got locked into the SIM Holder of a new Mobile Set purchased by me. The SIM is not active in the new Phone and I am not able to release the SIM from the holder. The set is now being surrendered by me (alongwith the locked SIM Card) for replacement. I therefore request BSNL to deactivate/block the SIM to ensure there is no misuse, I am separately applying for a duplicate SIM Card at the local Customer Care Centre. Regards M Prema kumar

                              Even though 3G Data Charges are very low with cellone, the signal strength is very poor and not getting high speed as being advertised by BSNL at Hyderabad in particular Ramanthapur area. My Outgoing calls were stopped by Cellone from Monday (22/12/14) and I have paid my bill on 23/12/2014 Till writing this mail I could not get connectivity and very sad to say that they should not treat the customer like this and i have been using this number for the last 7 years and felt very bad about your activity. They should not treat a good customer like this. For the last 5 days I could not make any outgoing calls and I am working in Marketing Department and finding it very difficult to work without mobile.
