Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

My mobile no. [protected] have a pre-activated news pack service which sends my mobile different news via SMSs. I actually don't know whether the news pack is pre-activated or it has been activated by a mistake but I didn't activated it myself. The news are written in PUNJABI language which i don't understand, so i want to change the language to ENGLISH. The various messages sent to me as- BZ-RMLAGR, VM-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLNWS, VM-RMLMKT, BW-RMLNWS, BZ-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLMKT, VM-RMLHLT, BW-RMLAGR, VM-RMLNWS, DM-SBIRML, BZ-RMLINF, VM-RMLAGR, BW-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLFIN, VM-RMLINF, VM-SBIRML, VM-RMLFIN. These names are of the senders only.(as is written in messages). Please change the language from Punjabi to English as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear Sir I am using BSNL Internet service (Bill Plan :-BB Home Combo UL 1425) and paying Rs.1601 . According to this plan i should get 4 Mbps speed but now days i am gettting just 770 to 900 Kbps. I have attached file for evidence. I am facing this problem for past 2 month. So many times i have complained in nearest BSNL Office(My Service Provider) regarding this problem but they are not taking any response and i am completely fade off with this . I recharged my mobile on 31 dec 14 worth Rs 47 for doing bsnl to bsnl 20 paise per minute and i didnt get the offer till date. on 2nd jan 15 iregistered a complaint against this they told wait for 4 days and i waited and again there is no responds from the network provider.

I booked a broadband plan 675 with landline #[protected] on 12/12/2014.The phone have not worked even for 15 minutes and the faulty handset was fixed. The fixed I made three complaints of which numbers as below [protected] [protected] [protected] (I received a message that my issue have been resolved but none of technician even arrived a single time). I called thrice to consumer helpdesk every time i was informed that the issues would get resolved in 48 hrs but no action were taking against the complains. I am very disappointed by the services provided by the business associates of BSNL. In case if the issue does not get resolved soon i would not be liable to pay any outstanding bill against my connection as I am not getting the services which have been promised to me. Dear Sir, I have a BSNL telephone connection with broadband Internet facility detailed below. I am very sorry to let you know that the broadband Internet service is pathetic to the contrary the stature it holds in the market. I would be very happy if the service is offered as promised in the plan I have sought for. I have opted for a plan, which offers a package with 2 Mbps up to 20 GB and 1 Mbps beyond 20 GB, but much to my dismay,...

I have lost mobile on 01/01/2015 which consists dual sim.Of which one of the sims is cellone of the above mentioned no.ie., [protected].I've tried several times to block the no. by dialing 1503 and no response from your side.The next day I got response from your side and they got the another no. [protected] from me to give the feedback to me regarding the complaint, but no response. The same complaint given to you on two occasions morning and evening on 5/2/2015. Still the action was not taken by you.Now to my surprise the call from the stolen sim [protected] was diverted and came to me. Now I request you to block the number and provide me the same no Truly Kalai amudhan.

I have paid INR 555 through the net banking transaction of HDFC Bank for General top up through BSNL Bill desk on 4th January 2015 vide ref BHDF [protected] and the bank debit No.[protected] dt 4.01.15. The topping up was not done for the mobile No. [protected] even till now. Hence I would like to register this complaint as this is the first time, I have faced this problem. As I was very confident that I have not faced similar problem in the past, hence I have not saved either the Transaction code No. or receipt No.

mobile No:[protected] i recharged on 16th dec 2014 for Rs.110 and a net balance of Rs.272 again recharged on 31st dec 2014 for Rs.200 when i called on 2nd jan 2015 the voice replied 019 paise balance when i contaced 1503 they said the amount was taken for gprs when i checked in *124# the balance is 2kb with having this balance i was surprised why you deducted in my main account i also complaint regarding this in 1503 there is no response i have proof that there is 2kb in my phone so please reverse the amount you deducted for gprs i hope you will immediately reverse that amount by v.kothandaraman chennai 4th jan 2015

AND I TOOK PAINS THRICE TO VISIT YOUR BSNL OFFICE AT ASHOK NAGAR SPENDING RS.1000/- ON THREE OCCASIONS....

Sir We all of BSNL Prepaid customer at Hanumangarh Jn, Rajasthan using prepais connection last 02 years . Since last 10 days the service of BSNL is stopped fully or working one or two time in a day. We have complied this matter to BSNL customer care but they have bone nothing and only passing time giving false consolation . From the above it can be assumed that BSNL staff are adjusting with private mobile company so that we the BSNL customer may forced to lest the BSNL and join other private company. Please lodge our complain and forward to higher Official of BSNL for better service and for better future of BSNL

I have changed my old sim to micro sim without change my cell no [protected].after that the sms regarding the call duration, call cost, balance were not received, I have registered a complaint on 18/12/2014.complaint no is 4L31TN357310.Today bsnl sent a sms stating that the problem is rectified.But still now the problem is not yet rectified.Please rectify the same.

DEAR DIR, maine bsnl ka recharge 135 ka 25 dce 2014 me karaya jisme 335 mint milte hai kal date 30 dec 2014 me kareeb 19000 sec baki thi, aaj date 31 dec ko jab mai ek argent call karne laga to mobile me se mint khatam thi. jabki mere 135 ki minte ek month chalti hai customer care call ki to koi responce ni mila is liye aap ki pass complane dal raha ho

For phone problems you have so many No. All staff are escaping with falls information. I recharged my mobile for network. I am getting mail, Facebook, but not getting what's app...trying to speak to all your no. Someone gave configuration, it is ask ing for pin...then they say 1111...it's not working. Thought like complaining now...or ...now compelled to change my No. To other private companies. As a Govt.organisation, I know it is a waste to complain... Ratnakar

I am praveen KUMAR from kovilambakkam chennai. In my area over 50 people's landline phones are dead from 18-DEC-2014. I DON'T KNOW what steps bsnl is taking. They should deduct these days from billing. Till today 29-DEC-2014 PHONE is not working. Kindly do the needful.

Dear/madam I ported my number from Airtel to bsnl in that Pv49 plan recharged .Then they told me 20mb 3g data u will get. I am not able to able to accessing that i called my times to customers care but no response .they will give.
