respect sir, mera bsnl no [protected]hai jis par maine 10.12.2014 mein porting code BW 337338 liya tha aur es ko maine vodaphone mein port ke liye apply kiya tha jis ko bsnl ki aur se cancil kar diya gaya tha. maine fie se 26.12.2014 ek new porting code le kar vodaphone mein port ke liye aply kiya hai. so i request u ki es bar meri vodaphone porting request ko accept kar mere no [protected] ko vodaphone mein port kiya jaye. with regard prabodh arya (adv.)

    my mobile has cell one error 40, so that it hags my mob.i want to remove it and my mob. 3G Data Charges are very low with cellone, the signal strength is very poor and not getting high speed . My mob internet connection is so poor.i gave msg. for 3G but there is very loose connection of net.

        I have been frequently trying to reach the Customer Care Nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] for Bangalore Circle to block my Mobile SIM, but my efforts have turned futile because the number is either busy or gets suspended mid way when we key in the required inputs before getting to the customer care executive. I am in a hurry to block my SIM Card as the same has got locked into the SIM Holder of a new Mobile Set purchased by me. The SIM is not active in the new Phone and I am not able to release the SIM from the holder. The set is now being surrendered by me (alongwith the locked SIM Card) for replacement. I therefore request BSNL to deactivate/block the SIM to ensure there is no misuse, I am separately applying for a duplicate SIM Card at the local Customer Care Centre. Regards M Prema kumar

          Even though 3G Data Charges are very low with cellone, the signal strength is very poor and not getting high speed as being advertised by BSNL at Hyderabad in particular Ramanthapur area. Most of the times signal loss and if getting signal will be very slow. This is going on for a long time but no one is taking care of this. Srinivas

            Ref: Mobile No: [protected] Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject I would like to bring in to your kind notice that my payment got delayed this time for 4 days. My Outgoing calls were stopped by Cellone from Monday (22/12/14) and I have paid my bill on 23/12/2014 Till writing this mail I could not get connectivity and very sad to say that they should not treat the customer like this and i have been using this number for the last 7 years and felt very bad about your activity. They should not treat a good customer like this. For the last 5 days I could not make any outgoing calls and I am working in Marketing Department and finding it very difficult to work without mobile.                   I Mr. Janardan Waman Shetgaonkar was applied for New land line and Broadband connection in month of September 2014 at Office of Mapusa, Goa. Landline connection is given on 10/11/2014 (Phone No.[protected]. But Broadband connection is not yet given. Kindly look into matter and do the needful on urgent basis.

                    I have made several complains to BSNL regarding the poor link speed that I receive. I am using the BBG Combo ULD 2799 plan which proclaims 4Mbps. I do not receive 4Mbps, nor do I receive 512Kbps. After contacting, they always say that I'm getting my full 4Mbps, and that my link is limited to 4Mbps as I'm on the 4Mbps plan. But I do not get 4Mbps. I receive pathetic link speeds ranging from 56Kbps to 300Kbps. Their Customer Care never have a solution, nor do they even bother to rectify or give any detail about the matter, they just say that you are receiving the speed that you have paid for. Don't you think that Rs.2799 is a lot to pay for a connection that is not even giving speeds of 512Kbps? To whomever it may concern, kindly get this matter resolved.

                            I have applied for a new connection online in October and the necessary application form and documents were collected by your local representative in last week of October. I received the above number from local exchange after three days with a promise that the line will get connected within 10 days. Since then I have received several calls from your technician asking for the location to come and connect the line which has not been happened so far. I regret to bring it to your kind notice about the lethargic approach of the concerned staff to carry out the necessary connection.

                              My telephone (Land line no is[protected]. The same is not functioning since March, 2013. Inspite of several complaintsto several officers from Chairman to GM to everybody, BSNL has not taken any action resolve the complaint. At last after receiving a bill for Rs. 25000/- (approx) I sent copies of all the correspondence to GM and AO BSNL Dharmapuri, TN. Within 15 days my telephone was disconnected and they sent an intimation stating that my account has expired since 15.12.2014 and my amount will also expire w.e.f 31.12.2014. Without land line my internet does not work putting me into a lot of difficulties.

                                I have a BSNL Post paid Cell one connection with mobile No. [protected]. I am making payment regularly within due date in Thiruvanmiyur Post Office (600041). Till date i didn't have any problem but today morning i am getting a recorded voice that all my out going calls are barred. When contacted help-line, they could not give me the specific reasons and advised me to approach BSNL office Adyar. In-coming calls are received without any problem. When regular payments are made within due date reasons for not allowing out-going calls may please be intimated. Complaint 2: Signal strength in Fort Area (600009) is very poor.                                   My landphone[protected] and BSNL broadband connected to it are not working for weeks. We reported the complaint at the BSNL Telephone Exch., Maradu, Ernakulam, Kerala, many a time.We have already paid Rs.7500 as annual payment towards availing internet services. We are in very urgent need of internet services. The cable problem noted by the exchange is not yet solved.Kindly take immediate action to redress our grievance.

                                    I have paid the bill amount of Rs.954/- on 6.12.2014 though I was out of country from 15.11.2014. I was shocked to see that my bill is pending for payment and I was asked to pay Rs.1054/- again on 17.12.2014, stating that the due date is 29.12.2014. I again made payment of Rs.1054/- on 17th itself as only after making payment we can appeal for refund otherwise the connection will be disconnected. Now I would request you to refund the amount of excess payment made by me on 17.12.2014. We will be returning to India only during 2nd week of January 2015. Your immediate attention is requested in sorting out this issue.
