I had registered the complaint (Communication ID[protected] on 20 August 2014 through BSNL helpline toll free no. [protected] regarding the "10% central government employee discount" as my father is serving in Indian Air Force which was not given by the BSNL from June to September. BSNL representative assured that discount will be given in the next month bill after enquiring certain details. Next month discount is not given in the BSNL bill. I called up the toll free no. [protected] again. The BSNL representative gave me BSNL account office number. I called up there too they gave me commercial office number told me call that number and again i called commercial office. They gave me some other number of commercial office. At last I got correct telephone number. Commercial office representative assured me regarding discount and all the money from last 3 months(June to August) will be deducted in the next month (September). On October 8 2014, I saw the bill. Proper discount wasn't there which was assured by the commercial office representative. I called up [protected] four times. They disconnected the phone thrice. Now BSNL representative told me send all the previous bills since June to September to BSNL Central Regional Office and disconnected the phone without giving the further details (address, telephone number etc.). I find it really difficult for me to get my money through BSNL. Please help. Here I have attached last two months bills as photo proofs

I had registered the complaint (Communication ID[protected] on 20

BSNL representative assured that discount will be given in the next
month bill after enquiring certain details.

Next month discount is not given in the BSNL bill.

I called up the toll free no. [protected] again. The BSNL representative
gave me BSNL account office number. I called up there too they gave me
commercial office number told me call that number and again i called
commercial office. They gave me some other number of commercial office.
At last I got correct telephone number. Commercial office representative
assured me regarding discount and all the money from last 3 months(June
to August) will be deducted in the next month (September).

On October 8 2014, I saw the bill. Proper discount wasn't there which
was assured by the commercial office representative. I called up
[protected] four times. They disconnected the phone thrice.

Now BSNL representative told me send all the previous bills since June
to September to BSNL Central Regional Office and disconnected the phone
without giving the further details (address, telephone number etc.).

I find it really difficult for me to get my money through BSNL. Please
help.

    Dear Sir, I have never opted for any Bhaviyavani service from BSNL and in fact I have made 3 times UNSUBSCRIBE and after all those long procedures, I got msg that I am unsubscribed. But again the very next morning they have subscribed me again without me using the mobile even for any purpose during the interim period. Please unsubscribe my Bhavishyavani service immediately. Every 7 days deducting 20 Rs from my balance BSNL should be ashamed off.. My mobile no [protected], I am not at all interested in this service. . Please unsubscribe it. I tried calling customer care nos of BSNL and no proper action or response. I would like to escalate the matter. Pl. guide me. Thanking you Martin Charles

      Sir, My phone no is [protected]. It proves to be very bad on the BSNL part to act like this and eat our money without knowing to the customers by activating some idiotic service called as hungama service. I request the bsnl people to deactivate the service immediately. Even after issuing the letter you have not done it. If this continues we will have to approach the consumer court. So take necessary action as soon as possible.

            Sir,
            The Cell No. is [protected] and I am residing in Chennai. I find that the signal strength is very poor and it results in frequent disturbance in the form of the calling getting disconnected or the other person not able to hear our voice. I tried using it near the window etc. but in vain. In fact last year officials from BSNL visited my residence and checked the poor quality of the signal. Thereafter nothing has been done to rectify the mistake. If this situation continues then I have no other option but to switch over to a better service provider.

              I was using the data connection of my mobile on other device and suddenly received a message that I have been charged Rs 30 for subscribing to video on demand service, which I of course didn't do (they do these kind of things to steal the balance from the subscribers account often), i was already running low on balance while roaming and this just made it worse. Please look in to the issue and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                      Hi, I have recharged Rs 135 voice plan on 21/10/2014, 11:44:50 AM Ref :No :[protected]. Mobile num:[protected] But still i am not able make a single call. customer care number 150 is not connecting to the operator. Also the portal is the worst, always returns 404 error whenever tries to lodge a complaint. This is not the only fraud activity i faced during this month, there are lots of money deductions without intimation.Necessary action should be taken against these kind of activities.What central government is doing by managing a biggest communication network in India?. Your government suckkksss!!!

                        Since the first week of April 2014 my Telephone set is out of order. On 10th April I lodged a complaint (Docket no. [protected] dated 10.04.2014). Till now I tried several times to contact the local Exchange. On the middle of June 2014, I was able to contact the concern person (perhaps SDE,[protected], who assured to solve the problem shortly. Unfortunately noting happened to reconnect the dead telephone set. Still BSNL is sending bill regularly and deduct the bill amount from my bank account using auto debit facility.

                            My last month invoice was Rs.81, I paid Rs.100, Rs.19 more. I received Rs.466 invoice for the the month of Sept 2014. Now I want full details of my last month invoice.                               I am using landline[protected] my problem is that my telephone was provided with the service of self dialing with code 161 and for communication purpose in my family from floor to floor

                              Off late when i lodged a complaint for telephone not working the facility has been withdrawn and the lineman says that the facility is with drawn - when enquired with the bsnl officials of the area, i was told that the facility is not withdrawn

                              The lineman is playing in between i do not understand why. We have been paying our bills regularly when payment is made in time we do expect the same type of facility from the authorities

                              It is requested the matter may please be taken with the authorities in restoration of the self dial facility

                                  On inserting new sim of bsnl postpaid service in sony z3 my gprs not worked inspite of all settings and contacted customer care on 19/10/14 again and again no sttings was provided to me and i was asked to send my mobile model code and send it again and again and it yielded no results inspite of calling customer care again and again on [protected] finally i called on same no on 9.55pm customer care executive mr joginder responded with very ill and rude behaviour and then i asked him to get me to some senior officials but he satarted misbehaving with me...                                       I am alia anis and ii am using broadband services with the No[protected] and my add is Maudaha, distt- hamirpur UP... this is really painful to tell you that a even after clearing all of my bills I am not able to get net services in my broadband and this is not a matter of one or two days in fact I am become sick and tired of it... in the whole month these services are okay for hardly one weak.. and when we complain about it thethen we get such irritating answers like " I am retiring after three months so after my term you'll be getting all the services on time so keep patience . And on top of everything the SDO working here is least bothered aboutabout any complaint as if he doesn't want to do anything departmental or he doesn't know anything at all... sir please do something regarding to this or tell me the helplessness of these Govt staff so that I can also opt to go for disconnection as the lots of other consumers of our area are already gone for... SDO of our area is really a big pathogen of our govtal system he really shows us the real and raw face curruption with such bravery... he doesn't listen to anyone and the top royalness is like he doesn't talk to any consumer and made the system like consumers are not suppose to talk to hhim... sir please do the needfull so that we can use the services and facilities provided by govt and so that we can proudly carry our basic rights... Thank you

                                        My land-line connection number along with STD code is[protected], is not working. We have both broad band and land-line which got disconnected since 3 days before. Have made a complain day before yesterday but no response. Without Internet and land-line it is difficult to make a complain and then waiting for response for 2 days. Please make immediate response and solve this issue.
