Since the first week of April 2014 my Telephone set is out of order. On 10th April I lodged a complaint (Docket no. [protected] dated 10.04.2014). Till now I tried several times to contact the local Exchange. On the middle of June 2014, I was able to contact the concern person (perhaps SDE,[protected], who assured to solve the problem shortly. Unfortunately noting happened to reconnect the dead telephone set. Still BSNL is sending bill regularly and deduct the bill amount from my bank account using auto debit facility.

      My last month invoice was Rs.81, I paid Rs.100, Rs.19 more. I received Rs.466 invoice for the the month of Sept 2014. Now I want full details of my last month invoice.         I am using landline[protected] my problem is that my telephone was provided with the service of self dialing with code 161 and for communication purpose in my family from floor to floor

        Off late when i lodged a complaint for telephone not working the facility has been withdrawn and the lineman says that the facility is with drawn - when enquired with the bsnl officials of the area, i was told that the facility is not withdrawn

        The lineman is playing in between i do not understand why. We have been paying our bills regularly when payment is made in time we do expect the same type of facility from the authorities

        It is requested the matter may please be taken with the authorities in restoration of the self dial facility

            On inserting new sim of bsnl postpaid service in sony z3 my gprs not worked inspite of all settings and contacted customer care on 19/10/14 again and again no sttings was provided to me and i was asked to send my mobile model code and send it again and again and it yielded no results inspite of calling customer care again and again on [protected] finally i called on same no on 9.55pm customer care executive mr joginder responded with very ill and rude behaviour and then i asked him to get me to some senior officials but he satarted misbehaving with me... I am unable to understand such behaviour from such reputed company...plz explain me why and why not i shoulx not approach conzumer forum for such behaviour making company and ustomer care party Surinder kumar [protected]u

                I am alia anis and ii am using broadband services with the No[protected] and my add is Maudaha, distt- hamirpur UP... this is really painful to tell you that a even after clearing all of my bills I am not able to get net services in my broadband and this is not a matter of one or two days in fact I am become sick and tired of it... in the whole month these services are okay for hardly one weak.. and when we complain about it thethen we get such irritating answers like " I am retiring after three months so after my term you'll be getting all the services on time so keep patience . And on top of everything the SDO working here is least bothered aboutabout any complaint as if he doesn't want to do anything departmental or he doesn't know anything at all... sir please do something regarding to this or tell me the helplessness of these Govt staff so that I can also opt to go for disconnection as the lots of other consumers of our area are already gone for... SDO of our area is really a big pathogen of our govtal system he really shows us the real and raw face curruption with such bravery... he doesn't listen to anyone and the top royalness is like he doesn't talk to any consumer and made the system like consumers are not suppose to talk to hhim... sir please do the needfull so that we can use the services and facilities provided by govt and so that we can proudly carry our basic rights... Thank you

                  My land-line connection number along with STD code is[protected], is not working. We have both broad band and land-line which got disconnected since 3 days before. Have made a complain day before yesterday but no response. Without Internet and land-line it is difficult to make a complain and then waiting for response for 2 days. Please make immediate response and solve this issue.

                    My landline number along with STD code is[protected]. I have got a broadband connection along with it which was giving satisfactory service for past few years, but from about 2 months the internet connection is frequently going down and recovering in some time i.e. the internet runs fine for 5 minutes but suddenly it gets disabled for 10 minutes, whether the dsl indicator is blinking or not. It is very annoying as it has caused me to lose a lot of valuable information. I request the responsible authorities to please look into the problem and resolve it.

                      Dear Sir, I want to draw your kind attention on the way of working of BSNL Rajasthan.I have applied for a new landline phone connection on date 22.09.2014 in BSNL Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur exchange. I am residing in Vidyut Nagar, Jaipur which falls under Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur exchange. A demand note for Rs 500 /- was issued by BSNL deptt on the same day & I deposited Rs 500 (as demanded) on the same day i.e. on 22.09.2014. I am sorry to write you that 25 days have gone / passed but till date nobody has contacted me from BSNL deptt, no connection has been provided to me & no information has been sent to me regarding my phone installation by BSNL department. I have personally visited Vaishali Nagar exchange 3 times but they are always telling “connection shall be provided within 2 days”. In present scenario when private sector telecom companies are providing telephone connections in 2-3 days such type of services of BSNL is so much embarrassing & painful. Now I am no more interested in BSNL’s services .You are requested to arrange to refund my Rs 500 immediately by cheque on my address given in my application form. You are also requested to take necessary action against responsible staff for such a bad service & unlawful delay in the matter. Thanking you.                               May kindly note that the bill against telephone no[protected] for the month of August 2014 as indicated in your bill, is Rs 1061.00 .. While making the payment on line r BSNL web site revelled that the due is Rs 2074.00 I have paid the amount Rs 2074.00 on line on 12 th October 2014 ., assuming that this amount is including the bill for the month of September also.. The Receipt no of the payment is[protected] and Txnld: TX[protected]. I am getting frequent telephonic warning from your customer service regarding the non payment of bills.                                       dear sir i am user of BSNL Cug Plan @ 109 since last two years. But since last 15 days there is no range of 3G sevrices and so i am unable to use internet. I aiso visited to local office of service service provider and they fiatly told me that there is a problem in IC but avoided to give in writing. This shows that they are not intrested to deal with consumer complaints .                                         Dear Sir/Madam I applied for new connection on 16.09.2014 for broadband service and deposited the amt for broadband service too but till date service is not activated. Landline was installed on 29.09.2014 but broadband service is still not activated. In-spite of my several request and visit for activation of BB it is still not activated. Every time i visit them or call them they told me that service will be activated on date but still it is not activated. I am really fed up with BSNL service, if BB service will not be activated in next 2 days i will terminate my connection.
