BSNL - Auto Subscription, no matter how many times you unsubscribe I have been using a pre paid mobile number from BSNL in Bangalore Karnataka for few years now. There is Rs. 20 subscription amount deducted (renewed) automatically no matter how many times I send the STOP message to the unsubscribe number (155223). The message comes from BT-BSNLCG +[protected]. So far I have been ripped off, I am unsure how to stop it or how to prevent them from auto subscribing me to a host o[censored]nwanted services again and again, even after repeated attempts (albeit) that give successful unsubscribe message.

    Dear Sir, after the complaint dated june 2014, Rs. 5 have again been deducted from balance in the name of service Vedio Bonanza will be renewed on[protected] and charged Rs 5 for renew of service for valid 7 days on my mobile no. So the result is I got Lot of extra large amount bill. So Please disclose the extra bill of Night uses charges

          There is no 3G connection available in our area for last 2 weeks wiz. pin code 403706 Goa(curchorem) area. This is the type of service we are getting from BSNL. More than that their 2G is also not functioning properly. I am very fedup with kind of service from BSNL wiz. the worst in India.

              I recharged my mobile by STV 52 to get 860 SMS valid for 60 days through BSNL website on 8 th September 2014. Today I got a message that my SMS will expire tomorrow(8th October). When I called customer care, they are simply saying that the data is not updated in the website, and the offer is valid for a month only... Very good joke.. In the website which is accessed by thousands o[censored]sers everyday, the data is not updated from a month.. What to do you say BSNL?? Shall v believe??

                Its over a month i ve given a written request to shift my phone no. from Sector 44 to Phase XI Mohali. My repeated reminders go unattended. No one in Office picks up phone to attend the call.. My No is still not shifted. GIVE ME ONE REASON WHY SHOULD WE STICK TO BSNL WHEN THE SERVICE IS SO POOR. NO ONE ATTENDS CUSTOMERS.

[protected] 3g ka 256kbp sim hai isko jab bhi mobil me lagao open channal ka msg ata rahta hai. 45 din se bsnl office ke chakkar laga raha hun hamesha yahi kaha jata hai ki 2-3 din me thik ho jayega. mai is no per data pack dalna band kar diya hai. ab mere pass ek hi rasta hai ki mai apna mobile no port kara loo.

                      I, uttam bhakat of sainthia, dist.birbhum w.b, have been being a bonafied customer of bsnl land line connection no. [protected], plan500 (broad band service)including free service at night time since last 4years.But without any intimation the concern changed the tariff & sent a bill of amount Rs.1520 for the month of july'14 which is not affordable for me.So I applied to the accounts officer, BSNL (suri circle) to consider my bill amount on 22/08/2014.Till on date neither he considered the same nor responded.Inspite of that now my telephone has been made one-way blocking out going facility. Can I not get proper justice? please advice me what legal action to be taken.

                        Hello, I want to complaint against BSNL.. I have android mobile, but there is no steady internet in my mobile... Whenever I call BSNL costomer care, they makes me fool, that there is temporary issue.. U plzz tell me, temporary issue may last long how much time?? 10-12 hours max?? But they are saying me the same since last 4 days... however, the problem is there since 3-4 months, I have complained numerous times about the same.. But there is no proper solution. U can check my complaints details there. They just giving me the time, but not solution. Now the actual reason I m telling u... I m calling number of times for the last few days there, but their representatives are not giving me satisfied answers. When I m getting angry, they put my call on hold and cut it.. Who had given them the authority?? Please help me, I m rid out of it... I have proper proof, recordings for the same..

                          I bought a prepaid 3G simcard in hyderabad and working fine. The moment, I moved to Kolkatta the 3G facility is not working. I have checked the settings and noted the following: (1) Mobile Data is enabled (2) Data Roaming is enabled (3) APN settings default (MCC-404/MNC-73/Authentication type-none/APN Type-Default, supl) I went through all forums and understand the APN setting is appropriate. I have raised a complaint on 30th Sep 2014 and got a reply message the next day stating that the issue is resolved. However it still continues. Kindly provide the solution

                            Dear Sir, मेरे आफिस का ब्राडबैंड/टेलीफोन सारंगढ़ के टेलीफोन अधिकारी द्वारा बिना किसी कारण से कनेक्शन काट दिया गया है। उक्त जानकारी सरिया के फोन आफिस कर्मचारी श्री निषाद द्वारा बताया गया। सारंगढ़ दूरभाष से बात भी की गई काफी समय लगेगा कहा गया। कारण नहीं बताया गया। जबकि जिला पंचायत योजनान्र्तत नव नियुक्त कम्प्युटर आॅपरेटरों को दिनांक 7-10-14 से कलेक्टर महोदय, रायगढ़ के निर्देशानुसार बरमकेला ब्लाक से सभी को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाना है, वर्तमान में सरिया के सभी फोन लाईन चालू है। आई0टी0आई0 संस्था का ही काट दिया गया है। जिससे काफी दिक्कतें होगी। बिल का भुगतान समयानुसार किया जाता है। अविलम्ब कनेक्शन चालू कराने का कष्ट करें। ज्ञात हो कि आई0टी0आई0 को ऊपर से 500 मीटर गृह में जो वायर का उपयोग किया जाता है ऐसे ही पतला पुराने टुटे-फुटे वायरों को जोड़-जोड़कर लगभग 1-5 वर्ष से बिजली के खंभे से सहारा हेतु बाध कर कनेक्शन किया गया है। जो वारिस के मौसम में 2-&3 बार आकाशीय वि़द्युत गाज से मेरे यहा के ब्राडबैंड मोडम उड़ गया है। जिसे सारंगढ़ आफिस द्वारा नहीं दिया गया, खरीदने को कहा गया। संस्था द्वारा आपके आफिस के कर्मचारी को कई बार मोटे वायर बदलने को कहा गया किन्तु उनके द्वारा वायर बदलने हेतु बस टाल मटोल ही करते रहे आज दिवस तक नहीं बदला गया। वर्तमान हाल ही में आई0टी0आई0 के बाहर हाट लाईन विद्युत वायर के आकस्मिक लूज होने की वजह से फोन वायर साट होकर जल गया । उनके द्वारा लाईन देने से इन्कार किया गया है। आपके डिपाट की मनमानी रवैया तथा लापरवाही पूर्ण बर्ताव के उत्तरदायी आपके डिपाट है। जिसका भुगतान संस्था को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। तत्काल लाईन चालू नहीं कराये जाने की स्थिति में संस्था सख्त कार्यवाही हेतु विभाग प्रमुख को लेख करने पर बाध्य रहेगी।

                                  I want microseam to my [protected] no. my number register at kopargaon dist ahmednagar MS. but I go to dombivali midc telephone office to take microseam but there is one south indian ladies officer she is not give me microseam & tell me to go kopargaon exchange & take microseam .I am not give you microseam here. I tell her, you take all my detail from kopargaon exchane because I am postpaid custmer, but still she is not give me microseam, I give her writing letter to why you not give me microseam but 16 days goes no any communication from dombivali midc exchane two times, I call this exchange but thorat madam tell me your detail is not here, so my officer not allowe me to give you microseam

                                      Vikas Kumar House No. 610, 2nd Floor, Sector-45, Gurgaon-122003 Landline No. / Broadband[protected] I would like to draw your kind attention to above mentioned subject. I have made number of complaints to Online Complaint Booking, Telephone exchange and once to their Grievance Cell as well, but no one take our complaints seriously. Below mentioned problem we are facing since 2013 (Every month). 1. While complaining through Customer Care Executive our calls never get connected to customer care executive. It is a huge problem for last 6 months that no-one can speak to Customer Care Executives because call does not connect to them. I am telling this status because I have spoken to number of BSNL consumers around. We cannot speak to anyone of the BSNL official for our problems. 2. Every month before/after raising the monthly bill and before due date internet / landline connection gets disconnect. Only automatic complaints can be registered for which we only get the complaint ID and 48 Hours rectification status. 3. They don’t even send any hard copy or alerts for the bills. Our monthly bill status, we have to check of our own in our BSNL account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as we have been mentally harassing by BSNL due to their irrespective services.

                                        Poor signal in Ponda city

                                        Since last 3 months, due to breakdown of tower(s), it is becoming quite irritating to use BSNL mobile as the signal is not received in home as well as at work-place right in the heart of Ponda city. Whenever approached, we get only one reply from the BSNL office that they can do nothing as the towers have failed. Is it beyond repairs, then shutdown the services and close Ponda exchange......
