I have been promised by BSNL customer care May 2014 that Hungama game/movie/music service is by default enabled at free of cost. If I am not using it, it will get removed automatically. But now I am getting charged for from May 2014 onwards without even using it. Though I have raised complains in BSNL customer care portal no one has responded. Our customer ID is [protected] & Account No. [protected] We faces a humming problem in this phone since last six toseven months. Alongwith this your broadband is not working atlest 4 to 5 daysin a month. Due to this we faces lots of problem in our business. Many times we called in your akurdi BSNL office for thisproblem. But till date no permanent solution is find out from your office. This shows your poor service.           I have a landline and Boardbank connection. I moved abroad suddenly and i want to either put my phone + broadband under safe custody or close the connection. I am unable to find any email id of customer care to write about this. kindly help

            They are showing that by recharging with Rs 47, your std call charges bsnl to bsnl will be 20p/s. But I have recharged it twice last months and this month too but I have not got this service. When I talked with bsnl customer care service they told me to call in 1 hour again and again, and is not ready to hear my voice and keep on telling that is not there in my website, I told them that please see your site it is clearly written, so you have to provide me that service otherwise you are fooling your customers.

              I am used the sim numbered [protected] last eight years. Now I can not make any call and message. When I try to make a call a message shown that "Not registered on network" ... What is it. IS it required to re-register the mobile sim again in my name. If not registered how can I use the sim last eight years. What you mean by this..Validity of my period ends on 12/10/2014. My balance of Rs. 100, will gone if I cannot do the renewal. From the sim I can not contact even the customer care number. The same situation was exist one month before. From last 3 to 4 months it is not functioning properly.Will you kindly look into this matter sothat i can get the service properly..I hope you will take this complaint into consideration very early.                           BSNL - Auto Subscription, no matter how many times you unsubscribe I have been using a pre paid mobile number from BSNL in Bangalore Karnataka for few years now. There is Rs. 20 subscription amount deducted (renewed) automatically no matter how many times I send the STOP message to the unsubscribe number (155223). The message comes from BT-BSNLCG +[protected]. So far I have been ripped off, I am unsure how to stop it or how to prevent them from auto subscribing me to a host o[censored]nwanted services again and again, even after repeated attempts (albeit) that give successful unsubscribe message.

So the result is I got Lot of extra large amount bill. So Please disclose the extra bill of Night uses charges

                                  There is no 3G connection available in our area for last 2 weeks wiz. pin code 403706 Goa(curchorem) area. This is the type of service we are getting from BSNL. More than that their 2G is also not functioning properly. I am very fedup with kind of service from BSNL wiz. the worst in India.

                                      I recharged my mobile by STV 52 to get 860 SMS valid for 60 days through BSNL website on 8 th September 2014. Today I got a message that my SMS will expire tomorrow(8th October). When I called customer care, they are simply saying that the data is not updated in the website, and the offer is valid for a month only... Very good joke.. In the website which is accessed by thousands o[censored]sers everyday, the data is not updated from a month.. What to do you say BSNL?? Shall v believe??

                                        Its over a month i ve given a written request to shift my phone no. from Sector 44 to Phase XI Mohali. My repeated reminders go unattended. No one in Office picks up phone to attend the call.. My No is still not shifted. GIVE ME ONE REASON WHY SHOULD WE STICK TO BSNL WHEN THE SERVICE IS SO POOR. NO ONE ATTENDS CUSTOMERS.
