We faces a humming problem in this phone since last six toseven months. Alongwith this your broadband is not working atlest 4 to 5 daysin a month.
Due to this we faces lots of problem in our business.
Many times we called in your akurdi BSNL office for thisproblem. But till date no permanent solution is find out from your office.
This shows your poor service.
We are waiting for you to resolve our problem soon otherwisesorry to inform you that we will plan to lunch a case in consumer forum.
Please look into this matter on urgent basis.
