I have been trying to connect to BSNL customer care service center for the past five days to block my sim.But the lines are so busy that I couldnt connect even once.So I request you to help me in this as soon as possible since I want to take new sim on the same number.

    I have been trying for past five hours to get in touch with customer care, but after a wait of 1 hour 3 minutes each time, call gets disconnected and this happened five time. Extremely worst service in the world BSNL is providing to its customers. BS Mehla Ph. [protected]

        Our telephone Nos.[protected] and[protected] are still not working properly. Our earlier Wimax numbers were disconnected without any prior information and we were given broadband numbers. Even after two months of new connections, we have not received single proper working day and internet connectivity is nil. Despite several requests and literal pleas nobody in BSNL give a heed to our requests. Probably an organisation with worst customer care and typically rude and incompetent officers are the reason for that.

          Respected Sir, I am Tamal mazumder.My mobile no is [protected].I have recharged Rs-155(Net pack) from bsnl site.Due to unsuccessful recharge, amount is debited from debit card . I have call to the customer care several time, but till now i getting nothing.please provide me either net pack or refund money. I request to you please look in to this matter as soon as possible.           I have refund my money from bsnl, which I had recharge few days ago.My Complain ID: 922919.
          Recharge was unsuccessful but debited from my bank account, but today I was see BSNL Refund me on my bank account which they deducting from my account.

          I withdraw my complain and thanks to Consumer Forum.

            Respected Sir/Madam, I am user of your prepaid mobile service with No [protected].Today morning when I recharged my mobile again I received a message stated that you are charged rs 15 for subscribing the service gold pack with validity 7 days. which not activated by me but this service and other another services automatically activated on my number which is not activated by me. Requesting you to treat my complaint on priority basis and resolve this problem as your department quickly do, I had so many times logged complaint through your customer care services but they are not blocking the services. I request you to take the legal action to these types of compaies who deducted the money with out permission of consumer and returned my money which is deducted from my balance from long time.

              I have purchased a bsnl cellone sim from a guy sitting under a tent printed as "bsnl" for Rs150 on 1-8-2014. He said that it will be activated in two days and gave me the sim. It has been activated on 3-8-2014.and that number is [protected]. But the first recharge of Rs:-150 is to be done in order to make calls but its not done till now I don't know whom to approach the sales guy disappeared so please help me with this problem

                Dear BSNL Authorities I dont know why govt. has given job opportunities to Bhopal Circle BSNL officer who cant resolve a single broadband problem at all from 15 days. My Phone [protected] is dead and obviously Internet is not working. THe BSNL officer Mr. Das has arrived to my location but only for inspection not for resolving it. He has the manpower with him but unfortunately didnot work . I tried to make complaint to CGM Mr Mahesh Shukla but the Personnel Assistant not allowed me to inform him. She assured me that the problem get resolved sooner but instead of it is not. I repeatedly make complaint till my patience but Mr. Das and Mr. Pathak type people are putting BSNL down to earth. Every time I get a response SMS from BSNL that the Problem is resolved. Even it remain same. I pray to GOD that such people who dont deserve this JOB must be Fired Immediately for their carelessness.                   this is to tell that i am shubhangi pandey from varanasi up . internet is not working on my phone since 6 days properly, sometimes for a minute or so it works and then stops. kindly resolve this problem as soom as possible, i am facing quite a lot problems in my work. i have net pack filled in my phone and suitable bslance is also present then also its a great problem since so many days.

                    sir we are using bsnl landline in tirupathi for nearly 10 years we taken bsnl broadband connection form 4 months ago now the network started to disconnecting automatically andcontinusly from 5 to min o[censored]sage i filed complaint about it but no use they are not responding properly we taken the bsnl broad band because it is a good network but they are not helping the customers i also know that there are so many of them facing also facing this issue my no is [protected] so please help to rectify the issue

                        This is to complain about the abrupt change in broadband plans. I have subscribed to plan BBG-FN-COMBO-630-MONTHLY, under which I get unlimited night download (2 am to 8 am). This plan was suddenly changed in July to BBG-CNT-COMBO-630-MONTHLY without my knowledge. I was not informed about the plan change by BSNL in any way SMS or phone call. Now in July month bill I have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free. The change in plans is effective from July 1, 2014. However, I was formally informed only via a printed message on BSNL July bill, which I typically received only around the middle of August. Thus I had no time or opportunity either to change my usage patterns or look for alternative plans. I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of July.

Very irresponsible BSNL always.
                        I got the message about exceeding usage and I think that technical problem and contact the BSNL officials. They provide me the irresponsible answer-"we don’t know about this, all billing and concerned things are made from central office & they never send any prior clear instruction to us about the matter."
                        BSNL careless non professional attitude cheats their customers by this way. Shame on BSNL attitude.

                          Hello,
                          I'm using BSNL post paid service on mobile no. [protected]. I recently have been activated a 3G data plan on my number. I'm using HTC Desire C(an android phone). Since the time of activation of this 3G service, i'm facing some problems like unable to connect to data service, sometimes it connects but it gets disconnected after few minutes each time and finally the horrible speed(lowest)..., etc!!!
                          I have complained many times to the customer care but yet the problem is not solved..!!!
                          The complaint docket numbers are 1G[protected]on 20ty July), 1G[protected]on 25th July), 1G[protected]on 27th July), 1G[protected] and 1G[protected]on 29th July)
                          Kindly solve my problem..

                            My Internet connection and phone line have been dead for more than a week now, everyday I called the customer service and ask them politely to rectify the problem but all i get in reply is that they will fix it the day I called them themselves but they never did... in fact the customer service today rudely answer the phone told to he does not know when they will fix it and hung up on me... Seriously I paid my bill every time and this is the third time this kind of things happen to my telephone line and the reply I get when I called the customer service centre, I'd like an appropriate action taken against them... I paid my bill in full plus every time they fix the line I have to pay the linesman Rs.200... I think that this has gone on long enough

                              I have a mobile bearing no-[protected] under west bengal circle.
                              Till last month, i used to recharge for rs96/00 to avail rs 0.10/ min call.
                              This time ur system did not accept recharge for rs 96/00 inspite of repeated attempt.
                              After several attempt, i could reach ur customer care who inform me about discontinuince of that plan & instead advise me recharge for rs113/00 to avail the same facility. My attempt to recharge for rs 113/00 also failed with id-[protected] dt 02/08/14 at 19=53=10 hrs.
                              Kindly advise about correct amount for recharge

                                I, Sandip Shankar Shinde serving in Indian army and presently posted at Nasik. I have a BSNL mobile No ([protected]). I have not recharge my No last three months. Therefore, I have forgot my No. On 31 Jul 14 at 15.38 hours, I have called BSNL customer care for getting my No. Customer care has gave me No as [protected]. Then I recharge this No of Rs 155/- and Rs 42/- of validity recharge as retailar said me that validity of this No has also been expired. I waited a day but I have no msg recd regarding top up. Then I again called customer care and this time they gave me No as[protected]. The recording of both calls have available with me. Due to wrong No given by customer care I have loss of Rs 197/-. May I request you to kindly consider my complaint and advise BSNL to refund the above amount to me at the earliest. Thanking for your anticipation. Jai Hind.

                                  fixed land line[protected] used by the office of Senior Public Health Officer Chinnagottigallu Chittor A.P, department of A.P. Public Health, is not working for a month as cables were damaged and not repaired by the telecommunication department. and not even responded to the letter communicated to the JE Telecommunication BSNL Chinnagottigallu requesting for repair making a copy to the DE telecommunication Tirupati baring Rc no:Misc/CHNC/CGL/2014 Dt22/7/2014 of Medical Department, office of Senior Public Health Officer, Chinnagottigallu, which causing trouble in carrying out official work to communicate with other higher offices.

                                      I have recharged magic 375 voice plan(MAGIC-375 UNLIMITED ON-NET LOCAL CALLS 30 days) for mobile no [protected] on 03/07/2014 at 01.21 PM Ref no [protected].i received a message from BSNL also.But till now they did not activated the plan and money is deducting as usual( per sec call rate) for on net calls also. This is the careless ness of BSNL people But I want refund back my full money that is Rs375/-
