Hello,
I'm using BSNL post paid service on mobile no. [protected]. I recently have been activated a 3G data plan on my number. I'm using HTC Desire C(an android phone). Since the time of activation of this 3G service, i'm facing some problems like unable to connect to data service, sometimes it connects but it gets disconnected after few minutes each time and finally the horrible speed(lowest)..., etc!!!
I have complained many times to the customer care but yet the problem is not solved..!!!
The complaint docket numbers are 1G[protected]on 20ty July), 1G[protected]on 25th July), 1G[protected]on 27th July), 1G[protected] and 1G[protected]on 29th July)
Kindly solve my problem..

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I got the message about exceeding usage and I think that technical problem and contact the BSNL officials. They provide me the irresponsible answer-"we don’t know about this, all billing and concerned things are made from central office & they never send any prior clear instruction to us about the matter."
