Hi sir, I have had a fixed landline till 2012 Later they converted it to wll phone The reason being that the cables have been damaged due to road work I have gone to the Bsnl office in Belur a few times and requested them to put the landline back There has been a direct denial saying that they are unable to do it I need the fixed landline back as the wll phone has never worked and we have been paying the bill ever since Also I require broadband as we run a coffee curing company and internet at home is also important and vital for me to constantly check the coffee exporting prices as we export coffee I really don't know what to do as I have tried to get internet and a phone line in all means possible I require your help!     my no. is [protected].this number is rejected when i using it in net purpose on 30/7/2014 evening.i used 'PUK' option.10 times reenter the code.After 10th time i entered the code suddenly the sim is rejeted.i can not use my sim even a call. Please reactivate my sim number.

      I am Shubhangi Priya using Broadband bsnl net .I live in Dhanbad .State-West Jharkhand .My land line no[protected]. .A large sum of money Rs 297 has been unnecessarily i have to pay its my request please deactivate this bsnl hungama feature .I have complainted to nearby bsnl office in my city but no necessary step is taken . please its my request to deactivate as early as possible .If i have to give extra money in july then i will change my service provider .         Hi, BSNL has been charging Rs 7 per week for Job alerts which I haven't subscribed for. I tried stopping the services by sending STOP to 155223. Even after doing that they continue charging money for the same. Also I have tried stopping the Hello tune services that I have subscribed for. This request also hasn't taken care properly. When I tried reaching the customer care, they are not even connecting to any person. I don't know whom to contact. Please advice. Many thanks, Anjana

          Hello, I'm Subhajit Paul. My BSNL Cellone number is [protected] under Bankura exchange of West Bengal Circle. I recharged with Rs. 96 promo on 08.07.2014 for having facility of BSNL to BSNL 10 Paisa per minute scheme with validity of 1 month. But on 31.07.2014, I got message after a call that I'm in per second plan and they charged Rs. 1.40 for usage of 140 seconds. Is there any reliability of the promo schemes in BSNL?             My landline No. is [protected] and customer id is[protected] I have a broadband connection in this no. The scheme I am in is 999 rs with speed of 4 Mpbs upto 8 Gb download but for last 2 months the speed is 0.65 to 1.00 Mpbs and I have made several complaints to BSNL with no repite and to make a complain you have to spend more than 15 mins and make atleast 6 attempts and after that a person will ring back and say that it is not his duty complain to the DE (int) of the exchange, and you will never get the DE to respond to the phone and it will not be attainded this is on for tasl 10 days. This is gross deficency of services and no one is bothered.

                  I already have given this complaint but as it takes longer time as well as no responds from bsnl castomer care, therefore I am repeating my complaint where my money got debited from my bank account but the balance not got credited to my mobile . The Transaction ID is IGX3774364 for Rs. 135 on 27/07/2015 at 05:59:35 PM for mobile no +91 [protected] . Please look after the matter, the amount is not a issue but I can't let it go .                   It has been resolved today evening . Actually I got lots of calls from different nos who introduced themselves to be BSNL Executive . I think this should be the valid no 9794355913 who called me at noon and asked me for my other bank account no . I refused to give and asked him to balance my mobile . He assured me that It would be avail with in 24 hours . And the call was made on 28/07/2014 and I got it refund into my bank account from where it got deducted . I like to mention also the nos from where I got calls in these days who wanted to rob my account . 9570078488 and 9918251783 on 28/07/2014 3557504570 and 7250344697 on 30/07/2014 Please I have recorded the conversation for further need.

                    My broadband is not connecting from last 7 days. It shows error 651 each time. I have submitted a complain on 25th july 2014. today is 29th july 2014. No action has been taken, even they had not contacted me. I called divisional engineer, after trying more than 14 times she attained the call but give me no to contact which belongs to sodepure H.b town exchange. whereas my no is under panihatti exchange. Naturally my call was cut by the Sodepure exchage rudely. panihaati exchange they gave the no of kushal Bose
                    atlast I tried to contact Mr. Kushal Bose. I called several times on monday from 10 am to 4pm but no one attained the call.
                    DO. they think. that we are using the internet for playing purpose and paying monthly bills. to load their pockets!??
                    I am facing a lots of serious problems without internet connection as I have no cyber cafe near by.
                    this is not the first time that I am suffering this problem.Kushal bose never attain a single call. I am saying this from my five years experience.
                    Bsnl broadband band is a storage of irresponsible, uneducated, useless fellow, a completely corrupted organisation.

                    Today I called Mr.Kushal Basu again the land line calls were not received again and after calling the mobile no unexpectedly he attained the call. He told me that there is a cable breakage in our area and it will be resolved soon but time span for resolving the problem is Unknown.
                    Hope they will resolve it quickly.

                      Try calling 1503 ... it says waiting time is 50 MINUTES ...is it expected a person has to hang 50 minutes ??? Even after the time of 50 minutes, the music goes on and on ... and no customer care executive attends to the call ... Pathetic situation ...

                            I tried to recharge my mobile no. [protected] through your BSNL portal but it failed to complete the process. it happened two times on same day i.e. 28th july 2014, first i tried to do recharge of Rs. 250/- and later of Rs. 100/- both time the transaction failed, but the money has been debited from my bank account. i check even after 24 hrs also but its not being refunded till now. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 350/- for failed transaction.

                                  I tried to recharged my mobile online today and Rs. 110 was deducted from my bank account. But Recharge was not done. I have this experience 3 times this month and I have lost around 300 Rs. to BSNL. Now how do I recover the money from BSNL. Calling BSNL customer service is 100% useless as they never going to take the call and you will be wasting half an hour of your time hoping some one will take the call.

The charges she told was around 20 Rs /- per day. Until today after 3 and a half weeks the service is not active and I am getting bill for the service which is not even activated. I DO NOT WANT TO USE BSNL HUNGAMA OFFER ANYMORE. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR BSNL HUNGAMA. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

                                        Actually Yesterday I mentioned a complaint regarding recharge of bsnl where amount debited from my bank account but balance not credited after payment. Today, I got a call from BSNL +91 [protected] who asked me for my debit card no, account no and finally OTP password . he told me that my debited money will be credited to my account through debit card, I disconnect the call when he asked for OTP . Please make customer complaint confidential and put step for cheater. I recorded the conversation . Put step or otherwise other will be victimised
