I have surrendered my bsnl no. [protected] alonwith add on no. [protected] on 20th july, 2013. As per calculation by your staff from chandrapur, rs. 623/- to be refunded to me as security deposit paid at the time of issue me the said no. But till date i have not receipt of the refund amount and by enquiry, your staff never co-operate and support me. Please look into the matter and refund the amount as early as possible.

    I m have BBG CNT Combo 630 fpr 3 years, earlier I had 250 free calls and night time free internet. BSNL then changed the plan for only BSNL to BSNL free calls. Majority of my contacts uses connection other than BSNL so I will have been better of[censored]sing 500 combo plan. Now BSNL has suddenly started charging for night time free without prior information and I have ended up using 18 GB. I feel this is totally unjustified from BSNL.

      I have installed Wi- Max system at my residence (SMQ 71/1) on 01 Aug 14.There is no reliability as connectivity breaks frequently even in 2/3 minutes.When the power supply is fed to Antenna only 2 LEDs are glowing instead of 5. I am not able to do my job as the contact breaks and even the speed is very poor.I have been promised speed of 512 kbps but even 50kbps is not available regularly. Earlier I was using SIM based internet service of BSNL which was almost satisfactory. My account No. is[protected] and [protected]@bsnl.in

        I paid an amount of rs.155/- towards BSNL STV DATA CARD FOR MY MOBILE NO.+91 [protected] OF M.K.PRASAD ON 31.7.2014 THROUGH USING MY LIC CREDIT CARD NO.[protected]. The amount was debited to my credit card account but the transaction was not successful. so i did not get confirmation from BSNL AP CIRCLE FOR MY MOBILE DATA CARD VALUE OF RS.155/-. So it seems that the transaction was not successful.. The transaction no was also not generated.. so i request the authorities of BILL DESK -BSNL-MUMBAI TO see the case and settle the amount of rs.155/- at the earliest.             respected sir/madam i m user of bsnl prepaid mobile with no [protected].today morning i recived a message stated that you are charged rs 40 for subscribing the service mobtv-all-chanels/week40 of validity 7 days. for de-sub send sms stop to 57171 or 155223, and my balance got cut.i tried desuscribing the service but i havent got my balance than i tried calling custemer care but they didnt recive my call i was contineusly calling them 1 hour but they didnt replied, please solve my problem and please send my money back

                  My BSNL land line no[protected] is not working since last 15 days. I have already lodge a complain in this regard with Kalyan Telecom Office on 24/7/2014, Complain Registration No [protected]. After contacting to SDO /Kalyan Telecom office, it was assured that problem will be resolved at the earliest. After the laps of around 15 days nothing is herd from BSNL. Therefore, it would be difficult to continue the services of BSNL further. Hope BSNL Officials may look into the matter of Consumers Complains.

                    Sir i am having bsnl mobile connection under jai jawan scheme. I have registered 2 bsnl numbers for 20 mnts free call but from 31 jul 14 money is deducted on talking to registered mob number [protected] and i am not able contact costumer care, so i have registered complaint through sms service and registration number is s[protected]

                      The above phone is not working properly for the last 5 yrs.There is noise and lot of disturbance making it senseless to continue any further.I am a retired senior SBI official and unable to visit your office at tarnaka repeatedly.I had complained scoreless times without any proper rectification.I have always recieved a static reply we are attending, there is fault in the cable line.Please let the authorities make me understand whether i should...

                      Hi sir, I have had a fixed landline till 2012 Later they converted it to wll phone The reason being that the cables have been damaged due to road work I have gone to the Bsnl office in Belur a few times and requested them to put the landline back There has been a direct denial saying that they are unable to do it I need the fixed landline back as the wll phone has never worked and we have been paying the bill ever since Also I require broadband as we run a coffee curing company and internet at home is also important and vital for me to constantly check the coffee exporting prices as we export coffee I really don't know what to do as I have tried to get internet and a phone line in all means possible I require your help!                         my no. is [protected].this number is rejected when i using it in net purpose on 30/7/2014 evening.i used 'PUK' option.10 times reenter the code.After 10th time i entered the code suddenly the sim is rejeted.i can not use my sim even a call. Please reactivate my sim number.

                            Hi, BSNL has been charging Rs 7 per week for Job alerts which I haven't subscribed for. I tried stopping the services by sending STOP to 155223. Even after doing that they continue charging money for the same. Also I have tried stopping the Hello tune services that I have subscribed for. This request also hasn't taken care properly. When I tried reaching the customer care, they are not even connecting to any person. I don't know whom to contact. Please advice. Many thanks, Anjana

                              Hello, I'm Subhajit Paul. My BSNL Cellone number is [protected] under Bankura exchange of West Bengal Circle. I recharged with Rs. 96 promo on 08.07.2014 for having facility of BSNL to BSNL 10 Paisa per minute scheme with validity of 1 month. But on 31.07.2014, I got message after a call that I'm in per second plan and they charged Rs. 1.40 for usage of 140 seconds. Is there any reliability of the promo schemes in BSNL?                                 My landline No. is [protected] and customer id is[protected] I have a broadband connection in this no. The scheme I am in is 999 rs with speed of 4 Mpbs upto 8 Gb download but for last 2 months the speed is 0.65 to 1.00 Mpbs and I have made several complaints to BSNL with no repite and to make a complain you have to spend more than 15 mins and make atleast 6 attempts and after that a person will ring back and say that it is not his duty complain to the DE (int) of the exchange, and you will never get the DE to respond to the phone and it will not be attainded this is on for tasl 10 days. This is gross deficency of services and no one is bothered.

                                    I am Prasenjit Das, a Central Government Employee, residing at 74 B.P.M.B Sarani, Bhadrakali Hooghly, PIN-712232, West Bengal. I am a BSNL Mobile service subscriber, on 25.07.14 and 30.07.14 Rs.5/- each day, was charged from my mobile talktime balance for some Service named Lifestyle, a service which I never activated or availed. to seek refund of the amount I called the Customer Care Helpline for BSNL at [protected] uncountable times and every time it went unanswered, I wasted my time in calling this helpline. all I need is the refund of the amount of Rs.10/- and for this, I am registering a Complaint.                                       I already have given this complaint but as it takes longer time as well as no responds from bsnl castomer care, therefore I am repeating my complaint where my money got debited from my bank account but the balance not got credited to my mobile . The Transaction ID is IGX3774364 for Rs. 135 on 27/07/2015 at 05:59:35 PM for mobile no +91 [protected] . Please look after the matter, the amount is not a issue but I can't let it go . Because, I like to follow the quote " JAGO GRAHAK JAGO" . Thank you

                                      It has been resolved today evening . Actually I got lots of calls from different nos who introduced themselves to be BSNL Executive . I think this should be the valid no 9794355913 who called me at noon and asked me for my other bank account no . I refused to give and asked him to balance my mobile . He assured me that It would be avail with in 24 hours . And the call was made on 28/07/2014 and I got it refund into my bank account from where it got deducted . I like to mention also the nos from where I got calls in these days who wanted to rob my account . 9570078488 and 9918251783 on 28/07/2014 3557504570 and 7250344697 on 30/07/2014 Please I have recorded the conversation for further need.
