Hello Sir, Few Days ago I received a call from BSNL HUNGAMA to my Land line phone, Regarding that my no is activated to Hungama Service, I have not registered it but Rs 300/- extra amount was deducted in this mount bill, I have also tried to customer care no.. But they not attending my call.. I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible, I don't need this service anymore, my land line number is[protected], My Mobile no is +91 [protected]...

    No outgoing SMS from my Sim([protected]) for last three months.I have tried round the clock in bsnl customer care no.1503.After the recorded message the call disconnected.The person who concerned to answer the complaint may not in the other end.
    My BSNL number is [protected].I am able to send messages.tried to contact customer but it also didn't work.

          bsnl security refund

          I have disconnect my brodband and leadline connection on the month of april 2014 my no which i disconect is 2645577 than i ask him for sequrity refund they told me while i disconecting connection that after 1 or 2 month the amount will came through cheque the ammount is rs 1450 950 for brodband sequrity and 500 for telephone conection security but till today no cheque came to me .....

          there is a serious problem in the international internet network, if we monitor network to USA, servers we can see network packet loss is heavy and, some times there total downtime for some ISP's in India. we are a hosting company and have server in USA based data centers. we are facing this issue since long. as this problem is not understandable by normal users the down time is not recorded. AIRTEL has agreed to this a couple of time when the problem was escalated to level three support engineers. we have not place to raise this complaint ... AIRTEL person told it is the problem in UNDER SEA CABLES, some kind of damage cause this was also told by BSNL
          as our customers complaint about this for the first time i am putting this issue online on consumer complaints

                    My telephone -landline- number is [protected]. I paid online Rs 210/for safe custody for 3months with effect from 28th July 2014.This amount was detected from my monthly June 2014 bill. I paid the reduced amount as shown in the bill.If my phone is under safe custody I must get nil amount bill for the month of July 2014.Please correct the error if any done in the bill.

                      PROBLEM IN MNP I have registered to port my AIRTEL (Mob. No. [protected]) sim to BSNL. So on 6-June-14 I have submitted the form along with documents and UPC code. they told me that MNP will be done within 10 days. after the days passed and the sim didn't activated. So I visted the BSNL office on 19/06/14. and surprisingly i found that they haven't fed the MNP request on computer. So I infront of myself submitted the request. on 26 June i came to know that my request has been rejected and so on 26-june i have given them UPC code again. On 12 july-14 the network gone from airtel sim but the BSNL network didn't came. I contacted to BSNL office but they are just saying that network will come withinn 1 day. 4 days have been passed but i am very much suffering from that problem. because my no was 14 years old and i am facing much problem.                         My brother Mr Milind Govind Buwa have surrendered his landline connection connection bearing no[protected] at bSNLoffice Bhusawal district jalgaon On 21/03/2014 however till date security deposit for the same is not refunded to him by the company. Please look in the matter & arrange for refund of Security deposit .

                          Quite often I received Unnecessary calls from [protected], it is irritating and interrupting my routines. Sometimes, while driving call is coming from this nonsense number. Could penalise these people those who are responsible for this number and disable this number .

In this connection I have to state that I received a bill through message for the period 19.05.2014 to 18.06.2014 from the BSNL is Rs. 7786/-. The SIM was provided to me covered under Project Tarang Scheme. In the said scheme discounts is as under: 1. Income Tax Plan - 1 GB Data Free 2. Income Tax Plan - 400 Minutes Free to other network 3. Income Tax - 300 SMS to other n/w 4.                                   I register a complaint today regarding some recharge problem with BSNL online recharge. Unfortunately, I posted my mobile number. I immediately receive a call from the number [protected]. The guy started asking me about my debit card details and I revealed some. But when started asking 3D pin etc. I grew suspicious and I started looking for this number in google. I found plenty of the fraud from this number and I told him that he is a cheat. When he started abusing me with the choicest of the languages. I disconnected.
                                  How can we report this to police?

                                      Since last 2months we are experiencing frequent disconnections in our BSNL Broadband service, also the land-line connection is not working fine. Despite of logging complaints on their helpline : 198 several times, almost every alternate day and also post visiting the BSNL office 2 times in a month there is no proper action from their side. The concerned officials just mark the complain as resolved from their end without asking whether actually the issue is resolved or not. Till date after several complaints the BSNL Kalyan officials have not visited our home to check the problem and we are billed with the actual amount, whereas we haven't used their service since last 2 months. Office Details : BSNL Kalyan. Dist: Thane. Maharashtra.
