I purchased a BSNL EVDO data card. I am unable to check what plan is activated on my data card. BSNL offices from pune have no idea whatsoever about this card and they keep me waiting for almost the whole day with no results. This happened twice. Only the model colony pune office has some information regarding this but bajirao road branch refuse to co-operate.
As i cant check the plan activated on my number i am unable to reacharge.
Please help.

    Dear Concern, Today I have recharge my mobile no ([protected]) BSNL Prepaid mobile circle Bihar/Jharkhand on[protected] Time 02.40.58 PM thought http://portal.bsnl.in/.But I have not received recharge amount yet. It will be deducted Amount from my HDFC Credit Card.Kindly recharge it or refund my amount as soon as soon possible. Recharge amt-110 Top up .       My telephone number is[protected]. most of the time, the landline phone is giving sound, not able to make calls, and, my computer was not working for the internet, , though we have not used, they are sending bill as if we used more. This bill error we are facing for the past three months. we disconnected outgoing call services. i am not getting correct answer from BSNL local employees. To proceed to my internet connection i paid the bill. kindly help me to get my money back.

        From last few days i.e from about 5/6 days quality of 3G /2G internet quality is very poor.Viber calls are dropping frequently & has become common.Avg call time is about only 45 to 65 seconds.Also most of the times calls are ONEWAY.Request to kindly address the problem and help to converse with my son who is abroad pl.I reside in Hosakerhalli, BSK III stage, Bangalore - 560085. It, s bill is too much excess than our usage from 3 or 4 months after call details we found a unknown number in the detail list which is called a lot of times from last few months, the number is [protected] & [protected]. After request letter on dated 7/7/2014 & reminder on dated15/7/2014 of there is not any response from the bsnl What we should do. Hoping for the favourable response

            My phone number is[protected]namchi south sikkim) and i am having a unstable internet n land line connection since past several months .Have complaint many times but no necessary actions has been taken so far i feel all the staffs have laid back attitude towards their work . It seems no one is worried about customers problem.Even when i went to the bsnl office they say that its some cable fault and they dont have new cables for repairs.               Dear Sir/Madam,
              Hi! Good Afternoon. My telephone no.is[protected]. BSNL Bill no.is [protected]. Customer ID is [protected]. On 30th June 2014 I was paying my BSNL bill payment of Rs.1223/- online through PNB debit card but after entering Secure Password an error message displayed "Sorry Communication Failure" so payment was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. I also didn't get SMS Alert. BSNL Transaction ID is TX[protected]. Transaction time is 9:36:20 PM. Payment Status is showing "Failed" PNB account no.is [protected]. PNB Transaction Remark no. is POSP/70001377/310222/[protected]. My BSNL Bill Status still showing Pending to Pay.So I request you kindly help me and either generate bill or return back money in my account as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my problem and help me. I need your help urgently. I am awaiting for your reply. Please reply me as soon as possible. I hope you will reply me soon.

                I have been complaining on the Broadband Internet as it was not working, when went to the BSNL office to check they say there is no complaint logged and when shared the docket number they say it got missed and they say will send a line man to resolve the issue but nobody will come to resolve.. this continuessssssssssss... very bad service. Docket #[protected] registered on 11-July-2014 and still not resolved yet. Ramamurthynagar BSNL, ITI, Dooravaninagr, Bangalore-560016 Lineman name: Parasuram, Sriramalu, Surain. Can somebody help me to escalate.

                  BSNL DONOT CARE CUSTOMER - BSNL / EVDO DATA CARD

                  I am a consumer of BSNL EVDO CARD using from Haldia, purba medinipur I resides and use from durgachak HR colony which is in the Central location of Haldia City, We purchased BSNL DATA CARD(EVDO) after seeing the advertisement of 3.1 Mbps speed. But in no case experienced more than 150 Kbps & with IX & EVDO connectivity most of the time. I tried complaint BSNL exchange several times but they don't give any solution for the matter...
                  Please do something we are wasting Rs.825.00 per month.
                  Further BSNL has not disclosed anything regarding Surrender scheme of this EVDO card if we want to switch over to some other connection.
                  BSNL basically don't care Customer and their employees(most of) are only running after easy money.

                      hi this is Dr Poonam Yadav, I have recharged the no. [protected] of maharashtra and goa circle with rs 250 for full talk time online from your official site on 13 july 2014. The message showed that the transaction is successful but I did not get any talktime in return when rs 250 have been deducted from my bank account. kindly look into the maatter and either provide recharge or cancel my transaction and return the specified amount to my bank acc. thanks.

                        Hello Sir, Few Days ago I received a call from BSNL HUNGAMA to my Land line phone, Regarding that my no is activated to Hungama Service, I have not registered it but Rs 300/- extra amount was deducted in this mount bill, I have also tried to customer care no.. But they not attending my call..                           No outgoing SMS from my Sim([protected]) for last three months.I have tried round the clock in bsnl customer care no.1503.After the recorded message the call disconnected.The person who concerned to answer the complaint may not in the other end.
                          My BSNL number is [protected].I am able to send messages.tried to contact customer but it also didn't work.

                                bsnl security refund

                                I have disconnect my brodband and leadline connection on the month of april 2014 my no which i disconect is 2645577 than i ask him for sequrity refund they told me while i disconecting connection that after 1 or 2 month the amount will came through cheque the ammount is rs 1450 950 for brodband sequrity and 500 for telephone conection security but till today no cheque came to me .....

                                there is a serious problem in the international internet network, if we monitor network to USA, servers we can see network packet loss is heavy and, some times there total downtime for some ISP's in India. we are a hosting company and have server in USA based data centers. we are facing this issue since long. as this problem is not understandable by normal users the down time is not recorded. AIRTEL has agreed to this a couple of time when the problem was escalated to level three support engineers. we have not place to raise this complaint ... AIRTEL person told it is the problem in UNDER SEA CABLES, some kind of damage cause this was also told by BSNL
                                as our customers complaint about this for the first time i am putting this issue online on consumer complaints
