    My telephone -landline- number is [protected]. I paid online Rs 210/for safe custody for 3months with effect from 28th July 2014.This amount was detected from my monthly June 2014 bill. I paid the reduced amount as shown in the bill.If my phone is under safe custody I must get nil amount bill for the month of July 2014.Please correct the error if any done in the bill.

      PROBLEM IN MNP I have registered to port my AIRTEL (Mob. No. [protected]) sim to BSNL. So on 6-June-14 I have submitted the form along with documents and UPC code. they told me that MNP will be done within 10 days. after the days passed and the sim didn't activated. So I visted the BSNL office on 19/06/14. and surprisingly i found that they haven't fed the MNP request on computer. So I infront of myself submitted the request. on 26 June i came to know that my request has been rejected and so on 26-june i have given them UPC code again. On 12 july-14 the network gone from airtel sim but the BSNL network didn't came. I contacted to BSNL office but they are just saying that network will come withinn 1 day. 4 days have been passed but i am very much suffering from that problem. because my no was 14 years old and i am facing much problem. Please do the needful I will be highly obliged. Veer Singh

        My brother Mr Milind Govind Buwa have surrendered his landline connection connection bearing no[protected] at bSNLoffice Bhusawal district jalgaon On 21/03/2014 however till date security deposit for the same is not refunded to him by the company. Please look in the matter & arrange for refund of Security deposit .

          Quite often I received Unnecessary calls from [protected], it is irritating and interrupting my routines. Sometimes, while driving call is coming from this nonsense number. Could penalise these people those who are responsible for this number and disable this number .

              To The Shri Sanjeev Tyagi GM BSNL Meerut. Sir, Subject: Excess billing of the mobile No. [protected] for the period 19.05.2014 to 18.06.2014-Regarding Kindly refer to the above. In this connection I have to state that I received a bill through message for the period 19.05.2014 to 18.06.2014 from the BSNL is Rs. 7786/-. The SIM was provided to me covered under Project Tarang Scheme. In the said scheme discounts is as under: 1. Income Tax Plan - 1 GB Data Free 2. Income Tax Plan - 400 Minutes Free to other network 3. Income Tax - 300 SMS to other n/w 4.                   I register a complaint today regarding some recharge problem with BSNL online recharge. Unfortunately, I posted my mobile number. I immediately receive a call from the number [protected]. The guy started asking me about my debit card details and I revealed some. But when started asking 3D pin etc. I grew suspicious and I started looking for this number in google. I found plenty of the fraud from this number and I told him that he is a cheat. When he started abusing me with the choicest of the languages. I disconnected.
                  How can we report this to police?

                  Below is the details of the number I could find from Trace Mobile Number location, cell phone tracking, Find owner name address details

                  After I got call from [protected] asking my bank card details and I found the caller's scheme, I got call from another number [protected]. I googled for this number also, and I disconnected the calls.

                      Since last 2months we are experiencing frequent disconnections in our BSNL Broadband service, also the land-line connection is not working fine. Despite of logging complaints on their helpline : 198 several times, almost every alternate day and also post visiting the BSNL office 2 times in a month there is no proper action from their side. The concerned officials just mark the complain as resolved from their end without asking whether actually the issue is resolved or not. Till date after several complaints the BSNL Kalyan officials have not visited our home to check the problem and we are billed with the actual amount, whereas we haven't used their service since last 2 months.                         I stay near lingampally railway statuon and i found that when ever the power supply fails the BSNL cell one signal immediately becomes zero and remains zero inside the house till power is restored .This can be for 2 to 3 hours as well.The signal becomes normal as soon as the power supply is restored . We are loosing heavily as people feel that we have cut the call inbetween communication .I think the BSNL are not switching the emergency power supply at the towers and there by saving power cost .

                          Hi, I have a BSNL broadband connection with account number of [protected]. I am on the BBG FN Combo 630 plan where night 2 am to 8 am it is free. But BSNL has removed the night free feature from the plan from July 1st onwards and did not even bother to inform us. No call, no SMS, no email. It was only on July 7th that I read somewhere on Internet of plan change. Until then I had downloaded 5GB of data at night (which was supposed to be free) but now is chargeable. This is a real shocker from BSNL. I did not expect such communication lapse from them. I would request them to revert back the charges for July night usage caused by their not giving intimation.

Request refund and stop unwanted And unauthorised deductions

                                My BSNL land line No is [protected]. I have applied for shifting of land line within the same exchange area on 30 May 2014 due to change of residence. The land line has not yet been shifted despite repeated approach/requests. It is once again requested to shift the land line at the earliest please.

                                  I have tried to pay my BSNL broadband bill on 10th july 2014 a amount of Rs.2272 through bsnl portal but it was failed with an error and a amount of Rs 2272 deducted from my SBI account.I used SBI master card for the payment through Billdesk.Till now neither payment is successful nor billdesk returned my money.Please help me in this regard.
                                  My name is Nitul Kumar Bordoloi and I am from Guwahati Assam.My Broadband no is[protected].I attached the sbi statement with this complain as a proof of payment.

                                      in previous version bsnl evdo working fine on os x 10.9. today i install new system os x 10.10 ( os x yosemite) ... bsnl evdo prithvi ue100 modem not detacting CDC modem driver. so unable to connect internet.. so any one can solve the problem

                                        I had given a request to port my two BSNL postpaid numbers to Airtel on 01/07/2014 at a Airtel company showroom in Koramangala near sony world signal. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I had clread all dues with BSNL and more over BSNL holds a deposit of 1000/- for both the numbers together. When i contacted today at Airtel the showroom guy says it shows a error and still my numbers are not ported. And for one number request rejected with out any reasons. So i wanted to know is BSNL doing it wantedly to hold the customer? Due to the worst service and highest billing from BSNL i want to port my number to Airtel. Kindly resolve the issue and take a complaint against BSNL guys. My connection is indivudal and am holding both the numbers. Thanks. Cv Ram
