Hello dear, I recharge a wrong plan on my bsnl number [protected]] with plan 1498 which was supposed to be done with 1499 plan. This happened because of the confusion as these numbers are to close and I don't know what to do now. Can you please help me to get this resolve. Thank you. Ref ID [protected]

    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that we are having a problem with the unnecessary pole of BSNL in front of our house Door entrance and there are no BSNL connections anymore and this pole is used by other Local T.V and Net cable operators wires are also tied with the support of your pole which are coming in front of our house and causing a big problem. It is also, causing difficulty to construct an entrance door to my house, Due to that, we have choosing other entrance for the same. I do have a Senior Citizen (Aged around 79 years old) who is facing difficulty in accessing the house. It would be great, if you can remove or shift the pole near to Electricity pole which is close by 4 feet at the corner of the house.

    Hence I request you to kindly shift or remove it and it can be used in some other places.

    Kindly look into above request and help us on high priority basis.

      My land line braoadband connection no is [protected]. location of connection is sipat Dist-bilaspur(CG), i have already registered complaint about this but not resolve .My internet is out of order since 2 day.kindly look into the matter.

        Proactive sim command rejected by ME

        Mobile screen showing SIM REJECTED. I just switch off my phone and then on again then it shows on display sim card rejected.

        After sending several PORT messages since 2 days to 1900 for porting my existing BSNL sim to jio service provider; I am not getting any UPC number. A message stating "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider" is sent to me whenever I send a porting message.
        Even after contacting with the bsnl customer care, I didn't get any positive reply.

            Currently I am using BSNL but not able to port my number, as get the error message:
            UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider. Kindly help me to generate UPC.
            I have not done any contract with bsnl. Not get any help from their customer service regarding this issue.

              I have recharged my BSNL Prepaid Sim NO [protected] Dated 11.03.2022 Time 9.30 PM with transaction ID IGSM[protected] .. same time amount debited from My bank Account but recharge failed ...

              Requested you to please reverse my debited amount 397.00 Rs in same account or Clear my recharge status .

                Since from last 4 days my net is not working properly and when i was call to customer care they provide same response all the time.i am very frustrated from this service and very bad and slow irresponsible service .

                  BSNL is on 3G service and I'm getting pathetic data speed at my location. I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.

                  PORT send to 1900

                  During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

                  "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                    Sir, I recharged my bsnl new number [protected] yesterday through Google pay. It is showing that recharge is successfull but I didn't get any confirmation message regarding zthis and whenever I tries to make a call It is not connecting. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

                      I m Dr. Paras Paner at Dr. Paner Surgical Hospital, Durganagar, Kamatwada, Trimurti Chowk, Nashik
                      Landline No. 2395815
                      This landline belongs to hospital and is repeatedly faulting since last 2 months
                      I booked the complaints so many times and also called up the concerned officer.
                      He is unable to resolve the issue... It's harassing and strange... Patients are getting too much trouble in communication...

                      Feeling so helpless...

                        BSNL- I just enquired about broadband plan on internet and showed intrest in new connection,
                        They started sending empty usage bills monthly without giving me the internet connection.
                        Complained to office and dropped mail no response,

                        After 1 year they sent me a notice and ordered notice to report loak adalat

                          BSNL 3G NETT COVERAGE OF BSNL IS VERY SLOW AT LABOUR HUT, BACHELI, DANTEWADA DISTRICT OF CHHATTISGARH. NO response from bsnl even though is trying to contact several times. There is a malafied intention with other network. No speed. Unable to do online transaction and works with BSNLNET.

                            Requesting since many days for activation of VoLTE services from customer care but dint yet got the solution for the complainant n just getting negligence from customer care only waste of time calling customer care..hope i get my issue resolved soon n won't force me to port my sim to other services

                                I returned a WiMAX connection to BSNL Thrissur Office with all the equipments and documents somewhere in 2017. The account number for my WiMAX connection was[protected] and they were supposed to refund my security deposit on my home address but somehow it didn’t get the refund yet.

                                  I have been equesting Mr. Shailesh Shukla who is bsnl wifi provider in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh. I have called him more than 15 times on different days for over a month's period of time. Everytime he assures that service/technical person is visiting your house to install the equipment, but sadly noone has visited single time. It's like he is making fool of me. It's very pathetic situation and due to this people's trust over bsnl looses. I am living in village-Khutar 300 mts away from bsnl tower situated in khutar market.
                                  Please help in getting installation of bsnl wifi.

                                    On JAN 27 2022, I contacted the Mancherial BSNL office for a new broadband connection, and an employee in the office gave me a mobile number of a person named Moinuddin and said to contact him.

                                    On the same date I contacted him and he came to my home address in Mandamarri mandal, and said that he will install the broadband connection on FEB 01 2022.

                                    Later on FEB 01 2022, he came to my home address and took a picture of me and my Aadhar card, and said he will install broadband connection by the end of the day but he didn't.

                                    I was calling him regularly for the next 3 days, he was postponing everytime and he stopped answering my phone calls. I finally called him with another mobile phone then he answered my phone, he was such an irritating person, and was again postponing installing my broadband connection.

                                    I do work from home. I was managing all those days with a mobile hotspot. I was eager to get a broadband connection, but the BSNL representative kept on postponing installing my broadband connection and not answering my phone calls. We had a quarrel.

                                    So I said to him that I don't want to get a BSNL broadband connection. And I took a third party broadband connection from a local vendor.

                                    Now, on MARCH 6 2022, I received a bill for FEB 2022, along with installation charges which he hasn't installed,

                                    I haven't got any broadband connection from BSNL. I only received mail in which I found the above numbers.

                                    I have contacted BSNL customer service and they said, they can't do anything, even they can't book a complaint against that representative, later I have emailed the complaint to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but it's of no use, i haven't received any acknowledgment till date

                                    WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?
                                    Should I pay the bill without getting any connection ?
