      I am using BSNL prepaid for around 5 years. Nowadays customer care service (1503) is very poor in responding to our calls. when ever we call we have to wait for at least 20 minutes. How is it possible.. W e may call in need of an important thing to ask from the respective customer care executive. but their poor response make me feel very embarassing. What is the use of customer care number given to us in this situation.. Another problem is regarding the statement of calls for our number.. All the other cell phone companies are giving our call details (of course they are giving the details of the outgoing calls and sms sent by us) by post or through e-mail (and they charge Rs.50 for it) when I ask for it in BSNL customer care their answer is a very big "NO. CONTACT YOUR AREA BSNL OFFICE". When I go there asking for it no proper answer is given. Does BSNL have such options to get our outgoing call details.. If so, kindly inform us.. Kindly resolve this issue..

        My celphone numbers is [protected] also i have used internet prepaid connection but many time we suffered problem of in a month 20 day mobile connectivity not received and also tower received only one or two signal, so i can not used bsnl internet or cell perfect please clear my complain, bsnl is mother of telecomunication companys but that time change is look like a child of other companys

          hi, My evdo number : [protected] I am from chheharta, amritsar (143105) and using bsnl evdo from last 4 years. From last 10 days I am facing no tower issue in evdo it show cross with tower and speed is very slow even website hardly open(but towers still have in my area chheharta) . As I visited bsnl head office( Amritsar) 3-4 time they said to me its problem from noida, but its working fine in ludhiana city and others. Some time they used to say it will be fine in evening but still today no prgress and no action taken by them or I can say they have no bother of my issue as I am completely dependent on internet working as web developer and I Lost my client due to this issue . Employees working in Chheharta office or in Main customer care office of amritsar have no knowledge about any technical issue and have no concern with there clients issues. They have only one answer this fault from noida, That all . In addition to this main customer care office provided me a phone number to consult with related person to resolve issue his name is ravinder [protected], but he never picked my phone as i tried lot of times from last 2 days. I am fed up by their poor server or say no service by bsnl. Even after 10 days I am waiting for any technical person who resolve this issue. Atleast let me know they are able to solve issue or not so that I cast see another option. Hope for best

            My land phone not working more than one month. Complaint has been submitted on the second day but no actions were taken from bsnl, complainted two time.the reason was mention by line man the cables was not available in exchange. In my remote area have no signal strength for mobiles. We have no delay for bill payment to bsnl. The land phone number is[protected] I hope your action will be will take place to solve the issue

              Dear Sir,

              My land line phone has a terrible noise disturbance since last few months. Whenever we(family members) make a call or we receive a call, this noise disturbance (khrrrrrrrr khrrrrrrrrrr) is so irritating, that either we end the call, or the counterpart ends it. My land line phone also gets dead occasionally. I think it is because of a poor quality of telephone cable. But BSNL Ratnagiri does not bother to change it or, solve my problems. I pay the bills regularly within time and unlike many others, still have faith in BSNL. But BSNL has nothing to do with it. It is really shameful.
              The same is with my BSNL broadband. I pay approx. Rs. 500 per month for unlimited plan of Broadband, but the service, connectivity and speed is so pathetic, that I have to take support of other companies to browse internet, pay bills or shop online. In other words, I pay monthly 500 Rs. to BSNL for nothing.
              I have tried to lodge a complaint by using 198 & 1504. But the situation is still the same till date.
              So, please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

                In one day my free limit of broad band is finished whereas i have not used. The message was received on my mobile on 3rd july2014. My broad band telephone no is[protected]. I did not use the full 2.5 GB on July 2014 . This is surprising to me that in two day my free limit is over. Now this time 2 GB extra used either by someone else or there is some technical mistake. These mistake i am checking on BSNL customer support then i know company is add my free time(2AM-8PM) usage. In any change in my plan company is not inform me. This customer cheating please stop and to correct it. I want that i may please not be penalised for the extra uses as it is not used by me. There should be some enquiry, how my full month limit is finished in one day whereas i have not used. I am waiting for favorable response from your end. Thanks ASHIR AL MUHAMMED

                  I tried to make a payment using Credit card on 25th June 2014 and it was a Failure Transaction and I received SMS from BA-PORTAL stating that Transaction is failed. Then I did payment using Debit card and transaction was successful. Later amount debited from Credit card also. Kindly revert back the amount debited for Failure Transaction.                     Today on 3rd july 2014 i have received the rent of may month ..but the rent of both of the months(may & june) has to be delivered this time ..and if the rent will be delivered in this way then, i will be deprieved of one months rent continuously, if it will happen regularly, customer (I) will feel disadvantaged and deceived ..thus the onus lies on BSNL to deliver the rent in the ist week of the next month (like it was the time to receive the rent of june month )

                        Mobile no. [protected] I am residing at Saligramam, Chennai-93 and my office is in T.Nagar, Chennai-17. In both the places i am facing problem due to non-working of BSNL towers for most part of a year. The tower very near my house with Cell-info-'Janakaraj street' often goes off line and this problem is persistent for the past minimum 4 years. Same is the case in T.Nagar, where the cell info name is 'Vellai thottam'. I got through all people concerned as my cousin is working in the same GSM switching dept. and every time I complain they say either it is modem failure or power problem. One information I got is the towers are to be connected with the respective exchange by Optical cable but are running under digital modem which is inconsistent in performance. And the cable laid for these modem are bad in quality leaving customers to struggle to talk to people when called. I am facing this problem for years together. One can ask why I did not port my number to a better service provider. I have checked the signal consistency of all private mobile operators in both places and the service is pretty bad. If BSNL can rectify these towers it will help a minimum of 100 persons each at both the places. Hope to receive a response at the earliest. With best regards, N.S.Sridhar.

                              there is a regular delay in delivery of rent on the tower located in Resari village, distt. Aligarh (U.P), The june month is over bt i haven't yet received the rent & this is not the ist time .. I have contacted to the BSNL distt. office but the accountant concerned has told me that there is a delay in delivery of funds from bsnl headquarter, & there is no such delay at distt. level, but you will receive the rent in 2-3 days, but i have not yet received the rent, the month is over, i think that it is the moral responsibilty of bsnl to deliver the rent on time otherwise must send the amount with some intrest, It's not the customer who should suffer always..there must an imposition of some penalty on company too, If company is unable to send the rent on time, please vacate our land..

                                    my mobile no. is [protected].i don't have games ka khazana.but you deducted my balance from last 10.6.14.then 15.6.14 then 20.06.14.i repeatedly told to customer care that i don't have that. But they do don't do anything.1st time they told it'll deactivated within 24 hrs, but don't.2nd time they said they don't have any information about activation if balance deduct then it'll reverese.but don't.3rd time they said they cant do anything because of system error.most of time they don't take phone calls.hence i have done sms to 57171 three to four times to deactivate but they don't.i really fed up with there customer sevice.they already deducted rs.15 from my a/c which is unathorised.so deactivate that games ka khazana and reverse my balance.OTHERWISE I WILL CHANGE MY COM[ANY

                                      I have been using a pre paid mobile number from BSNL in Madurai, Tamilnadu for several years now. There is Rs. 5 subscription amount deducted (renewed) automatically no matter how many times I send the STOP message to the unsubscribe number (155223). The message comes from BT-BSNLCG +[protected]. So far I have been ripped off, I am unsure how to stop it or how to prevent them from auto subscribing me to a host o[censored]nwanted services again and again, even after repeated attempts (albeit) that give successful unsubscribe message.

                                      even we i.e. me & my husband both have bsnl prepaid mobile connection from almost 10 years now... We too recevied a message recently from +[protected] saying that we have subscribed for some FOLLO... but both o[censored]s have not subscribed for any of these unwanted things & automatically they have cut Rs.5/- & it says that the Rs.5/- will be cut weekly for this subscription.
                                      We had gone to the BSNL customer care centre & complained abou this in their register but still i haven't receied any docket number as they said i'll receive.
                                      & we have been getting some unwanted messages & money is being cut.

                                      BSNL PREPAID MOBILE CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH MESSAGES FROM THIS NUMBER & THE TOLL FREE NUMBER THEY HAD GIVEN i.e. 155223 IS ALSO OF NO HLEP AS THE PEOPLE PICKING THAT CALL SAY IT'S NOT RELATED TO THEM.

                                      THE BSNL customer care centre people told that it is some commercial thing & they don't know about it... where as the subscription comes from BT-ITIMES.

                                      I'm from bangalore... even I have been receving same auto subscriptions of Rs.5/- on weekly basis. Even after unsubscribing it it's been coming. I had given a written complaint to the BSNL customer care centre also but of no use.
                                      MR.R.RAGHU, [protected], EMAIL.ID: R.[protected]@SYMBIOTICINFO.COM This is the company and contact responsible for the Rs. 5 Sports pack. They are deliberately re activating and ripping customers. Probably after bribing BSNL employee. This is a huge scam.
                                      My BSNL mobile number [protected]. BT-BSNLCG keep deducting money for some services such as jo alerts, etc
                                      For deactivation they ask us to send an sms "STOP" to 155223. Even
                                      though I send the sms as per the instructions, it will not stop. . I'm facing this problem since 3-4 weeks and every week
                                      i'm loosing money. This is very unethical business practice by BSNL. Kindly deactivate and repay the money back.
                                      I was subscribed to some service called gang of friends and used my mobile for OTP without my permission. They cut Rs. 10 in two days and renew itself. Its a scam as per surfing. BSNLCG is partner of BSNL and cheating on customers. Its unethical. But finally I personally went to BSNL customer service center and deactivate it. But I could not refund my money
                                      My number is [protected]..BSNLCG keeps on reducing my money for some services like service music and video packs..I had lost 160 rs with in 2 days of time..so can u please unsubscribe everything and give me my money back.

                                        The bsnl hungama services are unknowingly activated on my land line number[protected] and I never used it but I am paying bill for it, which is burden for me. Therefore I am requesting for deactivation of all bsnl hungama services from my land line as well as broad band at an early date, otherwise I will be compelled to disconnect my bsnl land line.
