Network problem for last 6 to 7 years and still happening

We are facing BSNL NETWORK PROBLEM (NO NETWORK) From the last 3 day in Lumding(Assam), Banks, Govt. Sectors as well as Private Sector are fully depends on BSNL BROAD BAND and they cannot provide services to all their customers, No one customer can receive money through Cheque because of NO NETWORK SERVICE OF BSNL and this Problem is happening for last 6 to 7 Years. We Complained so many Times but Nobody can take any legal action on it. I...

    Dear Sir,

    I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill on BSNL connection during the last 2 months. It was just not possible for me to have used during this period (FEB-APRIL) as there was an ongoing LINE ISSUES in the area. Many a times, I raised the complaint by visiting the BSNL Exchange Office in Porur, Chennai with my husband Mr.Clement who is a cardiac patient (Ref: Docket No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected]. Did meet Technical Officers and Chief Engineer in the departments more than 8 times and they promised us that as this has a major LINE ONGOING ISSUE, you will have very less invoice for the days to be taken into consideration.
    I'm also not so well in health that I need to visit the concern departments so many times in order to fix the problem. Now, I cannot bare so much huge amount for not used connection. I have raised the same complaint prior in the month of March due to this poor and negligence service from BSNL.
    In this connection, I kindly request you to do the needful and please arrange to make necessary amendments and oblige.

      Sir, My BSNL Land line[protected] is not working for last 3 months. I have made multiple complaints to the exchange( BSNL, Veliyam Exchange, Kollam, Kerala), but the issue is not yet fixed. Veliyam Exchange is not taking the ownership, and they ordered me to make complaint in some other BSNL exchange. .I have submitted another complaint to BSNL customer care portal, but no response yet.       Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      We have a BSNL connection no. 2696516. We have the Internet connection over this no. Internet never works and nobody listen to the complaints. There is person called Sunil Giri. He is the senior in this BSNL office. First of all he never listen to the complaints. He never receive the calls. And after that if he listens, he is always hungry for some money. This process is going on from the day one we installed this connection.
      We have to face so much problems from this small activities, which at the end of the day cost us big.
      Now he has been unable to find the fault in our connection. He said us get a new connection and let this connection keep on side as it is.

      I request you to please take the serious action against these ridiculous and greedy people. Such a kind of personalities has made BSNL fell faulty.

          i am Sravan Our telephone exchange is at uppal, hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. i am using telephone with broadband connection, my plan 950 combo plan with 8Mbps of speed. the speed of my net is very slow i tried contacting them for 2-3 times and raised complaints, every time they say it has been resolved but i am facing the issue again and again. when i tried calling my exchange the person has told me that it is not possible to get 8Mbps even though i am in that plan. the question is, why should we pay more and get less. the employee is also saying the same the speed will be up till 5Mbps only though i am in 8Mbps of speed.

I had recharged my mobile today for INr300.00 and suddenly in the evening i got a sms saying that my account is debited for INR.150.00 for live tv service. I didnt subscribe for this service. I called the care and the care officer said that my balance was not deducted but 10 min later my account is debited for VAS INR150.00. Kindly refund the amount. I didnt subscribe for this facility. User ssenthilk on May 24, 2014 Sir I am K .SEKAR, BSNL has provided us (Telephone No[protected] with the movies, music and games for period one month at free of cost, but thereafter BSNL has charged for the movies, music and games, which we have not utilized. From February onwards i am getting bill amount Rs.210 march month Rs347. & April Rs.347. we didn't need this service...

                    I am Dr SACHIN RAO from sec 18, FARIDABAD contact no[protected] and existing costumer of BROAD BAND INTERNET actually ma'am FIRSTLY, i want to complained about broadband service that is very poor.i have newly installed of BSNL broad band internet in april month.. and that is my biggest MISTAKE of my life. i am not getting your internet service properly.every day its turn down. and so many time i did complained but no response..still i am dealing with it i have to do lot of clinical work through internet but i got disspointed. custmer care guys not talked in proper manner and not having problem solving skills. Secondly, i got my internet bills with unexcepted charges. Nobody explained me about these unexpacted charge and didn't get any information booklet in which it mentioned i did contact in sector 15 bsnl office, then i had a talk with named MR JAWAHAR .contact no[protected]..i think so he talked to me very rudely, harshly andin bad manners..i am a ICU doctor i know very well how we feel if some dont give good response... its very bad at alll.. so end last.i want distoconnect my internet service and no longer further required this service.. this is my response and feedback emails about BSNL BROAD BAND INTERNET Thanx Dr SACHIN RAO

                      Dear Sir, I am S.Sivasubramanian, Coimbatore. My mobile number is [protected]-prepaid. I done, top up for this number thru net for Rs.150.00 on 18.05.14. I never used this sim in mobile for voice or net purpose. But, with two days they deducted Rs.45 and add approximately Rs.60 to 70 for caller tune and other value added services. I never push the button in my mobile for the value added services. I checked with the customer care no.1503, they informed to contact 1155223 on 21.05.13 I called 2 times and discussed with the staff Mr.Syed and Mr.Senthil, there is no proper reply from them. and the line disconnected immdiately automatically. Also i can't call the customer care number from this sim for next two days as they done this without any permission from side. so, i request you to take this complaint and give proper advise to BSNL customer care staffs.                             Stop Caller Tone: My BSNL Mobile number is [protected]. The caller tone is automatically activated. I have complained many times to deactivating the caller tune. There is no any response from BSNL end. Every month BSNL deducting Rs. 50 per month without any fail. Please take immediate action to deactivate caller tune. My exchange is Thiruvithamcode.(Kanyakumari Dist. Tamilnadu).

                                I received a phone call on my cell no. [protected] from a no. [protected] telling me that my celll no. has won a lottery of 10 Lakh 80 thousand. The fellow asked me to check my sim no. I switched off my cell and checked the sim no which was exactly the same he said. He called me again and asked me for my saving account to which I replied that I need to talk to my husband. My husband told me that this is not any India number and asked me not to take any such call. And I did not take any call from him though he called me thrice after that.

                                  My Mobile number has been debit by Rs.30 for F Jokes for the past two month. I have not subscribe for any such service i have receive message Dear Customer Pl type 1 for jokes(54334) and send to 155223 for deactivation - BSNLMOBILE I had to send option 1 to 155223... after i got replay msg like Incorrect option, Pl send the correct option 1 - BSNLMOBILE. After the some time later i receive another one Msg... like Dear Customer, Your option 1 is received, the Value added service will be deactivated with in 4 hours- ref No. [protected], Pl wait for confirmations SMS, thank you for choosing BSNL After 5 min i got another one MSG like.. Dear User, you have been charged Rs.30 for FJOKES service. for deactivation, Please send STOP at 5433499 after I had to complaint for this number 1503... in that customer representative said "this is not valid customer service... please call 155223... that customer service only handle this type problem..." after i had to call 155223... that customer representative didn't replay proper reason for that one... just take the complaint this... they said "Some times only refund Rs.30 not sure about that" I am Asked to "they that service is activated last month without my knowledge and without my request you active my number... i didn't request those type of service"... they said "i am just only take compliant about this... i am not correct person for this... techinal team only manage this..." after the he gives another 2 number 1st one for DNS deactived number 1909... this one is computerized one... it is tell again and again same menu... 2nd one for[protected] this one coimbatore customer care... this number also i had called to one representative answer my call... they also take just compliant about this... they also request to refund Rs.30... what is i don't know... money is mine. But with out my knowledge they take it... after i asked they said "i request to that person they will refund some times..." i had to under go lot of mental pressure for this...

                                    BSNL promises 3g network in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, but you don't get signal for 3-four days and then you get it for a few hours. Complaining them doesn't help as every time those customer care people will tell you to restart your phone and it is almost impossible to contact them as it takes hours to connect to any of the customer care people.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    This complaint is regarding the 3G network of BSNL. The 3G network of BSNL is dropping constantly in our area and customer care officers are just taking complaints but to no avail. I took a new sim but my money got wasted. I m using [protected], please take necessary actions regarding my complaint.
