i have submitted a bill of RS 620 for my landline[protected] on 19th may 2014 through my SBI ONLINE payment mode...but after payment i received a message that transaction failed ...again i resubmitted my RS 620 bill through the same gateway..this time no message received ...i checked my SBI account ad found that RS 620 has been deduc ted two times quoting different references... i checked BSNL bill payment column, found that bill is submitted successfully...but i havn't received my RS 620 ..i have also complaint to SBI regarding this matter but no action has been taken yet...please do needful

    Hello, I am using BSNL broadband Internet at my home. Since last one week, it is not working. I had register a complain by 1504 number. Complain has not been solved but got message on cell after 3 days that complain has been resolved. I have again register a complain but still not working. What should I do?

      Dear Sir/Madam A complain for the BSNL telephone landline no. [protected] was given a month ago to the Pilar telephone exchange in Goa.The incoming and out going call facility for this no. is not available. Inspite of further several complains no action has been taken for the same. I request to conduct a thorough inquiry as to why till date no action has been taken to repair the land line.           I hav, he e applied landline connection with broadband facility 14 days ago. I have deposited the required amount. But till date telephone has not been installed. When I contacted Mr.D.C.Kumawat, SDOT Vaishali Nagar his reply was negative and attitude was negative. He even decline to listen my problem patiently and instructed me to request lineman for the installation or get refund the amount deposited for connection with BSNL.

              Myself Mrs. Pragna Jaimin Raval - living at 43, Aditya Bungalows, Chhani Jakat Naka, Vadodara – Gujarat have BSNL landline connection having no.: +[protected]. There is a “Pyari Jodi” linked mobile connection with above no. having cell no.: [protected]. There was balance of Rs.118.31 (with validity till 22.07.2014) in that cell no. as per last text message received from BSNL (from cell no.: [protected]) at 07.03.21 - 14.05.2014. In that no. on-net voice pack available was 37 min – 58 sec. and off-net voice pack available was 41 min – 10 sec. But suddenly the connection has failed and it was showing message that SIM registration has failed!!! While contacting BSNL Customer Care Office – Fatehgunj, Vadodara; officer in-charge has informed that the connection has got failed due to non-submission of relevant documents!!! How this happen? How you can disconnect the connection without any prior information when all relevant documents are with you – as this is linked with my landline connection!!! Even the officer in-charge has informed that we’ll now have to apply for new no. and old no will be permanently discontinued! After discussions / explanations, he’s agreed to give same no. but he’s informed that the balance available with that no. will be lost and we’ll have to pay Rs.75 as activation charges / FR (First Recharge) which is not at all acceptable. If this problem will not be solved (absolutely with no extra charge) – I’ll lounge complaint to consumer forum. When India has voted this time for good governance, being Government Company / PSU, how can you harass your valued customers? When we’re competing with MNCs in today’s global market, we’ll have to change our working style & attitude.                   I got connection for bsnl telephone and bsnl Internet connection and I buy modem from bsnl office.. Which is not rental I buy than and when i apply for disconnect the model... He told me give me modem I sell it and give Ur momoney back so I gave modem him now when bill is come modem is bill shows modem is rantal.. The fact is the man who I give modem for sell he take that money...

                          Network problem for last 6 to 7 years and still happening

                          We are facing BSNL NETWORK PROBLEM (NO NETWORK) From the last 3 day in Lumding(Assam), Banks, Govt. Sectors as well as Private Sector are fully depends on BSNL BROAD BAND and they cannot provide services to all their customers, No one customer can receive money through Cheque because of NO NETWORK SERVICE OF BSNL and this Problem is happening for last 6 to 7 Years.                             Dear Sir,

                            I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill on BSNL connection during the last 2 months. It was just not possible for me to have used during this period (FEB-APRIL) as there was an ongoing LINE ISSUES in the area. Many a times, I raised the complaint by visiting the BSNL Exchange Office in Porur, Chennai with my husband Mr.Clement who is a cardiac patient (Ref: Docket No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected]. Did meet Technical Officers and Chief Engineer in the departments more than 8 times and they promised us that as this has a major LINE ONGOING ISSUE, you will have very less invoice for the days to be taken into consideration.
                            I'm also not so well in health that I need to visit the concern departments so many times in order to fix the problem. Now, I cannot bare so much huge amount for not used connection. I have raised the same complaint prior in the month of March due to this poor and negligence service from BSNL.
                            In this connection, I kindly request you to do the needful and please arrange to make necessary amendments and oblige.

                              Sir, My BSNL Land line[protected] is not working for last 3 months. I have made multiple complaints to the exchange( BSNL, Veliyam Exchange, Kollam, Kerala), but the issue is not yet fixed. Veliyam Exchange is not taking the ownership, and they ordered me to make complaint in some other BSNL exchange. .I have submitted another complaint to BSNL customer care portal, but no response yet.                               We have a BSNL connection no. 2696516. We have the Internet connection over this no. Internet never works and nobody listen to the complaints. There is person called Sunil Giri. He is the senior in this BSNL office. First of all he never listen to the complaints. He never receive the calls. And after that if he listens, he is always hungry for some money. This process is going on from the day one we installed this connection.
                              We have to face so much problems from this small activities, which at the end of the day cost us big.
                              Now he has been unable to find the fault in our connection. He said us get a new connection and let this connection keep on side as it is.

                              I request you to please take the serious action against these ridiculous and greedy people. Such a kind of personalities has made BSNL fell faulty.

                                  i am Sravan Our telephone exchange is at uppal, hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. i am using telephone with broadband connection, my plan 950 combo plan with 8Mbps of speed. the speed of my net is very slow i tried contacting them for 2-3 times and raised complaints, every time they say it has been resolved but i am facing the issue again and again. when i tried calling my exchange the person has told me that it is not possible to get 8Mbps even though i am in that plan. the question is, why should we pay more and get less. the employee is also saying the same the speed will be up till 5Mbps only though i am in 8Mbps of speed.

I had recharged my mobile today for INr300.00 and suddenly in the evening i got a sms saying that my account is debited for INR.150.00 for live tv service. I didnt subscribe for this service. I called the care and the care officer said that my balance was not deducted but 10 min later my account is debited for VAS INR150.00. Kindly refund the amount. I didnt subscribe for this facility.
