Sir, I recharged my bsnl new number [protected] yesterday through Google pay. It is showing that recharge is successfull but I didn't get any confirmation message regarding zthis and whenever I tries to make a call It is not connecting. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

I booked the complaints so many times and also called up the concerned officer.
He is unable to resolve the issue... It's harassing and strange... Patients are getting too much trouble in communication...

BSNL- I just enquired about broadband plan on internet and showed intrest in new connection,
They started sending empty usage bills monthly without giving me the internet connection.
Complained to office and dropped mail no response,

After 1 year they sent me a notice and ordered notice to report loak adalat

BSNL 3G NETT COVERAGE OF BSNL IS VERY SLOW AT LABOUR HUT, BACHELI, DANTEWADA DISTRICT OF CHHATTISGARH. NO response from bsnl even though is trying to contact several times. There is a malafied intention with other network. No speed. Unable to do online transaction and works with BSNLNET.

Requesting since many days for activation of VoLTE services from customer care but dint yet got the solution for the complainant n just getting negligence from customer care only waste of time calling customer care..hope i get my issue resolved soon n won't force me to port my sim to other services

Please remove pole in our locality because that is causing mobillity problems

I returned a WiMAX connection to BSNL Thrissur Office with all the equipments and documents somewhere in 2017. The account number for my WiMAX connection was[protected] and they were supposed to refund my security deposit on my home address but somehow it didn’t get the refund yet.

I have been equesting Mr. Shailesh Shukla who is bsnl wifi provider in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh. I have called him more than 15 times on different days for over a month's period of time. Everytime he assures that service/technical person is visiting your house to install the equipment, but sadly noone has visited single time. It's like he is making fool of me. It's very pathetic situation and due to this people's trust over bsnl looses. I am living in village-Khutar 300 mts away from bsnl tower situated in khutar market.
Please help in getting installation of bsnl wifi.

On JAN 27 2022, I contacted the Mancherial BSNL office for a new broadband connection, and an employee in the office gave me a mobile number of a person named Moinuddin and said to contact him.

On the same date I contacted him and he came to my home address in Mandamarri mandal, and said that he will install the broadband connection on FEB 01 2022.

Later on FEB 01 2022, he came to my home address and took a picture of me and my Aadhar card, and said he will install broadband connection by the end of the day but he didn't.

I was calling him regularly for the next 3 days, he was postponing everytime and he stopped answering my phone calls. I finally called him with another mobile phone then he answered my phone, he was such an irritating person, and was again postponing installing my broadband connection.

I do work from home. I was managing all those days with a mobile hotspot. I was eager to get a broadband connection, but the BSNL representative kept on postponing installing my broadband connection and not answering my phone calls. We had a quarrel.

So I said to him that I don't want to get a BSNL broadband connection. And I took a third party broadband connection from a local vendor.

Now, on MARCH 6 2022, I received a bill for FEB 2022, along with installation charges which he hasn't installed,

I haven't got any broadband connection from BSNL. I only received mail in which I found the above numbers.

I have contacted BSNL customer service and they said, they can't do anything, even they can't book a complaint against that representative, later I have emailed the complaint to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but it's of no use, i haven't received any acknowledgment till date

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?
Should I pay the bill without getting any connection ?

Dear Sir,
In my from of home some oldest BSNL pole is exist. We are facing much difficult parking of our vehicle and other activities. next week we are planning to start construction activity for our home. I request you to remove the pole in priority.

I have initiated mobile recharge of my bsnl mobile number [protected] through BSNL SELFCARE Application. i have opted UPI method of payment in BSNL SELFCARE Application and paid amount of 106 through UPI. after successful completion of payment when I checked BSNL App it shows recharge failed. The Transaction number and UTR number are provided with this complaint.
I want refund of my deducted amount in the same account as soon as possible....

I am one of the bsnl mobile postpaid customer for morethan a decade. there is no issues arose regarding the bills till Jan'2022. For the last two years, my billed amount was around Rs. 275 mark only. But for the Feb'2022 month bill, recurring charges of Rs.998 was levied. i have used my bsnl postpaid mobile for voice calls only. i was not chose any extra subscription for that connection.
Suppose if the postpaid plan tariffs modified, then how do they intend that plan to customers without any confirmation obtained from a postpaid customer. So recurring charges levied is not acceptable.
So, i register a complaint here against BSNL for leving recurring charge for my postpaid connection. Resolve my issues immediately. thanking you

From morning my bsnl mobile network is not showing and my sim card is not working it shows the symbol 🚫 in my sim network. My mobile number is [protected]

I made a recharge for my mobile No. +91 [protected] (BSNL) for Rs 198 through Google Pay, on 03.03.2022. My account was debited but recharge was not done. I request that the amount may be credited back to my account at an early date

I have call to customer care many time, , , they always hold my call for half to one hour but never received my call

I am the BSNL Mobile user of 5 numbers in our family, I am residing at HSR Layout, I am not getting network in my house, really i am fedup with the issue, each & every time I must come outside the house & speak, this will get disturb for neighbour houses.

Try to complaint to BSNL toll free number but none of them is receiving the calls,

Kindly solve the NETWORK issue of BSNL, immediately

Sir,
I am a retired AGM from Sangli (Maharashtra) SSA. I have taken FTTH Connection at my residence in December 2021 and applied for the 40% concession in Feb 2022 as per the Circular. Till today Sangli Office has not forwarded the application for approval to the concerned authority due to which I have to pay the FTTH bill in full.
