Sir,
I am a retired AGM from Sangli (Maharashtra) SSA. I have taken FTTH Connection at my residence in December 2021 and applied for the 40% concession in Feb 2022 as per the Circular. Till today Sangli Office has not forwarded the application for approval to the concerned authority due to which I have to pay the FTTH bill in full. My Phone No is[protected] and my Customer Account No is [protected]. Kindly look into the matter urgently else I have to surrender the connection. Anticipating for needful action.

    Sir/madam my recharge flexi no is NX 22030207460906932988071 and NX 2203020749339912597111 I have done a wrong recharge for no [protected] amount 199+97=296 reference no is [protected] and[protected] for which I requested a reversal from BSNL which I recharge customer wasn't accepted saying transaction so please help me refund amount of 199+97=296 rupees only thanking sir

      Dear sir/madam
      I nagaraj Prabhu having BSNL number called for blocking my lost sim ending with 1396 to customer care number 1503 but none of my call picking
      But how to block them .what is the use of it.please enable us picking up a call or enable option to block in your BSNL self-care mobile app. I contacted BSNL office but they said you have cc only.

      BSNL 3G NETT COVERAGE OF BSNL IS VERY SLOW AT LABOUR HUT, BACHELI, DANTEWADA DISTRICT OF CHHATTISGARH. NO response from bsnl even though is trying to contact several times. There is a malafied intention with other network. No speed. Unable to do online transaction and works with BSNLNET.

            Request you to kindly remove the BSNL box which is located right in front of our shop which is actually not in use for almost around 5 years. This BSNL box is causing disturbance for our businesses. kindly ask your intervene to remove the BSNL box. Provide below the address where the box is located.

                ) That I am holding two BSNL mobile numbers, i.e., [protected] (Bhubaneswar circle, Odisha) and another [protected] (Kanpur West Circle, UP).
                b) On earlier occasions, whenever I used to visit Mumbai, both the numbers were operational.
                c) But unfortunately this time both the numbers are not able to provide me any services which cause a lot of problems for me.
                d) In spite of my repeated reminders to the officials of BSNL, they are not responding in resolving the problems.
                e) You are requested to intervene and solve the mobile connectivity issues.

                  My bsnl landline numder [protected] was got disconnected from BSNL Himachal Pradesh SSA about one and half years ago but dispite numourous emails no amount has been refunded to me. I even lodged online complaint to AGM about fifteen days ago but without any response. Kindly help me in getting my security amount of more than Rs. 5000/- refunded.

                    Not getting UPC Code after sending Port number to 1900

                    Hi ConsumerCourt,

                    I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to Another operator.
                    Thus I sent PORT to 1900 many times.but I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                    I need this urgently.

                      I have initiated mobile recharge of my bsnl mobile number ([protected]) through BSNL SELFCARE Application. i have opted UPI method of payment in BSNL SELFCARE Application and paid amount of 198 through PHONEPE UPI. after successful completion of payment when I checked BSNL App it shows recharge failed. The Transaction number and UTR number are provided with this complaint.
                      I want refund of my deducted amount in the same account as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          This correspondence is to notify regarding a pole that has been causing mobility problems lately in my house. Request your kind consideration to remove it at the earlist. Complete address is mentioned below along with photograph of the pole. According to telegraph act of 1885 the pole should be placed in between of two individual property holders so none of them have a problem of parking vehicles in front of the houses, I want you to either shift the pole in middle of two houses as per the rule or completely remove the pole as there are no connections attached to the pole so none in my colony have a problem with the pole inspite of me as my car while parking got damaged many times which is disgusting. I request to do it as soon as possible or I have to file a complaint about it in lok Adalat.

                              I have initiated a recharge through BSNL application amount Rs.399 i got a discount offer so amount came up to 386/- for the payment i selected UPI and made the payment after that when check in BSNl application it shows as failed but amount got debited from my bank. Please help me and refund my amount
