I have entered the details in one time registration form but it shows "you have already registered" but i am not.What to do?...

My BSNL sim not working...

Hi,

My broadband Service ID[protected] has been deactivated due to non payment of the bills. While I have made all dues clear but connection is not reactivated. I have called customer care then they told me go to BSNL Exchange submit written Application.

I have submit it for two times but connection is still deactivated....

I want to port my bsnl no [protected] but due to subsisting contractual obligations on it so it cant port. I facing this problem from 1 month also called customer care many times but still no solution.

From last one month my postpaid sim card no. [protected] (Bihar/ Jharkhand circle ) is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. I am writing this letter after numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve *a problem of poor network connection in my locality*.
The problem is that since I shifted to this place my network connection is disturbed all time which is totally unacceptable as being a student and a freelancer I need high speed network always.
Moreover I have been sending multiple complaints to service providers, ported my numbers to all network...

My bsnl n broadband was disconnected on 11 January 2022. I have paid all my bill till 10 January 2022.on 7 February I got msg of bill raised, how this possible .
Please solve this matter as soon as possible....

Sir my no is [protected], this is bsnl prepaid no i got it on eauction, i want to port my no so i sent msg on 1900 several times but everytime i got same reply that upc cannt be generated due to contractual obligations i registered complaints about it on bsnl customer care and doing same for last 09 days but obligations are not removed.
