    Greetings there,

    I am using my BSNL Agri sim since more than 2.5 years.
    But currently I am facing drastic network issue where am working currently [i.e. Hinjawadi phase#2, Quadron (DLFA) area, Pune], people & my office colleagues are not able to call me. Moreover I am a software proficient & this is my professional office cell no.
    And the other issue is am not at all getting the data/internet speed when am using it at my current residential address[i.e. Armament Colony, Ganeshkhind-Goalmarket, University road, Pune].
    Network problem in office & internet problem in home screwing my life like anything.
    Kindly help me ASAP on this please as I don't want to break this long time kin with BSNL.

      i am proud to say bsnl is no.1 network all over andhra pradesh. i was using docomo network. i hear that bsnl network is providing full coverage all over andhra pradesh . i change my network to bsnl since 2013 jan. from beginning onwards there could be minor problems they tried to solve any kind of issues. But at present the customer care call centres not able to provide the best services what customer needs. they not at all trying to respond to the calls of a customer and even they are not ready to listen the problem facing towards bsnl network. they were behaving very rude manner .if a customer files a complaint they are not in position to register a complaint. so that many customers facing same problem. customer care centers are talking in rude way giving false statements. they decided to commit to fraud the customer they commonly says same reasons : 1. Change the handset 2. Switch off mobile & restart the handset 3. Replace the sim card 4. change network setting from automatic mode to manual mode for every problem solution is same. i was very much irritated on their activities. i never tolerate such type of things. you should take necessary action towards my complaint at any cause.
      BSNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I havent sent any message to bsnl but callertune has been activated since 1 year ago. I have sent a message-bt dact to 56700 but it said 'invalid songcode specified.' every month it charges 30 rupees and i cant afford it. Please deactivate it. My region is udaipur, rajasthan and my phone number is [protected], and song is balam pichkari.Please deactivate this callertune.

          gprs network is very very slow, also we can say died network in rajasthan.as we want to complaint on 1503 it didn, t responding.phone is not picked for hours and hours.1503 is only for BSNL advertisement and for customer's headache . bsnl is very poor for its services and customers satisfaction and bsnl closed every way of feedback.
          BSNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          ya all customer care no. is not picked and all services of bsnl is very bad. it has no level

            Dear Sir,
            Myself Manav Dhawan from 91, model town, ambala city, haryana, India. i am using bsnl broadband connection at my office / residence place. presently i am using 8 mbps broadband plan ( monthly rental 2799 + taxes ). i am fed up with the problems i am facing since last more then 6 months and now finally i have no other option but to either approach the higher authorities and still if the problem is not resolved permanently, i will be left with no other option but to go legally.

            1. in every 7 to 10 days the internet speed goes down drastically ( drastically i mean out of 8 mbps broadband connection i cant even get 1 mbps speed ) . or the internet gets disconnected.
            2. as told by bsnl authorities first step that i take after facing this problem is to register the broadband complain on[protected] BUT EVERY TIME I DAIL THIS NUMBER IT SAY "THE NUMBER IS BUSY PLEASE DAIL AFTER SOME TIME " OR NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL .
            3. then 2nd step i take is to call Mr Manish [protected] ( from ambala cantt, looking after technical part of broadband connection ) to confirm that whether there is a problem from back end or its a local problem . He always guide me well and let me know the exact problem whether the issue is from backend ( banglore ) or its local . but 99% of the problem is local ( model town exchange or copper wire laid between model town exchange and my office / home whose distance is around 700 meters by road )
            4. as mostly the problem is within exchange or copper wire between exchange and my location. THIS IS WHERE THE EXACT PROBLEM STARTS.
            5. now when i try to register the telephone line complain on said no ie[protected] IT SAY "THE NUMBER IS BUSY PLEASE DAIL AFTER SOME TIME " OR NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL . thats same in case of registering the broadband complain.
            6. next step i take is to call Mr Udham Singh [protected] ( the most irresponsible person ) the broadband SDO ambala city NEVER PICKS UP THE CALL and every time is visit his office he is on field then HOW DO I CONTACT HIM ?
            7. then i try calling Mr Yadav JTO [protected] but he too never picks up the call and neither is available in his office and so HOW DO I CONTACT HIM ??
            8. i keep trying their numbers and after getting frustrated i visit their office but i could never able to get in touch with them even in their office ( as mostly they are on field or due to other reasons.
            9 . some how if after 2 or 3 days ( after repeated followup ) i get in touch with them . they commit that the work will be solved on certain day / date but it never gets sorted out within that time frame and now again i have to find them which means again 2 to 3 days are gone !

            every time or 95 % the problem is with the copper wire laid between the exchange and my location and for that i have asked them number of times to provide me the permanent solution but they never took it seriously. Also i have given them another option to provide with "FIBRE TO HOME " BSNL SERVICE as my location is MAX 700 meters from model town exchange so that i can get ride of this problem but after following up for 3 months ( with Mr Sanjeev Jain - [protected], Mr Manoj Kumar - [protected] and Mr Vipin Jain[protected] i landed up with no solution.
            Now my only question to BSNL is AS A CUSTOMER / END CUSTOMER

            1. WHY IS THAT THE PEOPLE LIKE MR UDHAM SINGH AND MR YADAV DONT PICKUP THE CUSTOMER CALL EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ON DUTY, ARE WE MAD OR DO BSNL THINK THAT WE ARE FREE AND OUR ONLY JOB IS TO CALL THEM ??

            2. WHY BSNL EMPLOYEES LIKE MR UDHAM SINGH AND MR YADAV THINK THAT CUSTOMER CALL IS NOT AT ALL IMPORTANT AND THEY TREAT US LIKE TAKEN FOR GRANTED ???

            3. WHY IS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THE SAME PROBLEM ( FROM LAST MORE THEN 6 MONTHS THAT TOO WHEN I AM USING A HIGH END BROADBAND CONNECTION ) ???

            4. WHAT ELSE YOU EXPECT FROM THE CUSTOMER LIKE ME WHO TRY TO FOLLOW ALL THE STEP LAID DOWN BY BSNL AND STILL NOT ABLE TO GET THE SOLUTION FROM BSNL ??

            i would request you to kindly provide me with a permanent solution by either providing me with " FIBRE TO HOME CONNECTION " or providing me a proper copper connection between model town exchange and my location . also would request you to kindly fix up the meeting where in I, Mr Udham Singh, Mr Yadav, Mr Sanjeev Jain and Mr Manoj Kumar sit together in front of you and see where the problem lies and why they ( Mr Udham singh, Mr Yadav ) treat customers as taken for granted.

                I have a Type - B BSNL modem (Siemens SL2-141). After every 10 minutes or so, my ADSL link goes down. Then, for the next 2 minutes it shows "PPP Down". The DSL yellow light goes off and the blinking yellow light goes off too. After a while, the DSL comes back on with the lights blinking. Then, it becomes stable again for a few minutes. No DSN issues - using Tatanova Mumbai, Hyderabad, OpenNIC, OpenDNS and Google.

                  Internet/broadband services of bsnl madhya pradesh was lifted/closed/un-available during important dates 31 dec 2013 to 01 jan 2014(48 hours).The reason not known, as not published/not pre-intimated to bsnl customers/consumers. This was deliberately done, as assumed and was great loss, both for bsnl & their consumers, being an important new year event of exchanging good wishes greetings.

                    My BSNL mob.no is [protected].Every week i'm charged with rs.8 (Now i lost 80 rupees in past 3 months because of the message from wap.tesync.net). Please unsubscribe this scrappy videos from wap.tesync.net/tesync/CMS/Content/Video/... Here the problem i faced with bsnl customer care on this. First i tried by calling to customer care number [protected] but they were keep on telling they won't give solution for this problem and to try for the number 155223 for this issue and I even tried to call 155223 for stopping this, but i cannot reach this number any time, always it tells as "Your call is very important to us kindly stay on the line we will attend you very shortly" and maximum i stayed in the line for 1 hour but no one picks up the call, very worst customer service, if i couldn't stop this service ASAP there is no way for me other than to throw this number and switch to another network (Note i'm the customer of BSNL for the past 7 year and i didn't experience such a worst situation like this before, Now i'm Hating you BSNL).

                      sir/madam now days bsnl 1503 not connecting proper to mh circle.before 1503 i.e customer care tell ivrs all plans of cellone as well as excel plan also.but now days its delited.so request to you if it service come as before its will easy to find new plans to customer..your customer care offices not given proper response.
                      bsnl customer care service is very very bad customer care connection is not is proper in some time person to take phone but give no speech and response he speech in thirataning moode

                        I mobile number [protected] had activated my Bsnl caller tune .I got auto renewed whenever there was balance .And once I recharge with Rs 200 and Rs 30 was deducted which was normal .But next day Rs 12 was deducted ( for what I have nokia 101 how can I download the song what the hell) .
                        So I called customer care on 29 Dec 2013 at 14:19 and told why Rs 12 been deducted he told Rs 30 for caller tune and Rs 12 for Download .I said when did I download my phone is Nokia 101 (it doesn’t have facility for that) .
                        Also I ask the procedure to deactivate if ( I did a mistake I should have asked him on the 29th Day of my caller tune)
                        And just for asking the procedure that Customer care executive who may be a local guy unable to understand Hindi.
                        Later I got a message around 17:22 or so that My VAS has been deactivated why this on the 1st Day of my Caller tune.
                        I been ripped of Rs 42/-
                        Again I called Customer care same day 21:51 he told that you have given complaint so I was done .(I said can’t you understand I just enquired the process )
                        And then he told you activate it again by sending 56799 and no charges will be there.
                        And I did.
                        And then Rs 30 and Rs 12 were again deducted. My Rs 84 deducted for that song
                        I had got full talk time Rs 200 so by normal charge I could have got Rs 32 less that means Rs 168 from that deduct Rs 42 then that was 124 and my balance was nearly Rs 117.
                        So you see easy come money in talk time and easy go.
                        I gained Rs 32 by special offer of full talk time and lost Rs 84.

                        This shows the marketing strategy of those Customer care.
                        I know those strategy of Call centre they knowingly deduct the amount so that they earn revenue when a customer calls them the more customer call the more the revenue

                          sir, my name is tanishq babbar. my wimax i am from Punjab, pathankot, Sujanpur post office sujanpur our bsnl branch is in pathankot ..6 km from sujanpur
                          I had PURCHASED wimax for at from last 11 month now my problem i lost of connection about 10 to 12 days every month .. after that if we call there office they always forwarding number to the next person .. and some time never pick a call .. ill send the detail of the number ...
                          and few 5-6 month ago our wimax was dead for at least 45 days ...but they dont send me the bill after 45 days they send me bill of 2 month together..i have clear all of my dues.but i still not get the service and .. im very sad about this ...
                          P.S ... AND MANY MORE COMPLAINANTS REGARDING THIS ..

My phone no is [protected] .my phone is dead since 6 years regularly.sometimes its work other time its not work. . against my complain nobody take action and also my telephone bill is coming regulalry so please do something that my phone will work properly. and please revised my telephone bill

                                I made a recharge on [protected].of 135 Rs STV. On 20 dec 2013.
                                but today 25th dec 2013, when i trying to make a call . i could not make call.
                                after that when i checked my remaining STV 135 MIN ( 300).

                                There was no remaining minutes are showing. 0 mints.
                                i am sure that approx . 250 should be in my accounts. i tried to call in ur customer care but there was no response.
                                kindly consider on my issues,
                                resolve my problems as soon soon possible.

                                  Sir, I am a user of BSNL No.[protected]. On 25.12.2013 I received a message from +[protected] that I have subscribed "model of the day"from 55678 and i had to pay Rs 5 for the subscription, though i know nothing about this. I can not unsubscribe this service from my phone. though I contact with customer care for several times to unsubscribe my VAS service and for refund the balance which was deducted at a regular interval of 7 days.Rs 32 has been deducted till 23/7/13 and still this VAS service is activated. I already sent you 2 complaints and complain Nos are 11041 and 11573 but you can not do any work on it. If this service is not unsubscribed on my number. it is necessary for me to go to consumer forum and change mobile service operator. So please unsubscribe this VAS service on my mobile. Thanking You.

                                      As per bill of dated 20/12/2013 bill no.[protected], the total GPRS usage (in KB) is indicated as 2504006 & value is indicated as Rs. 2504.31. In discount head 250 MB - Free 3 G data Usage is indicated as 25600 KB & amount is indicated as Rs -256.00. The usage of 2504006 KB is very high side & needs verification. Please arrange to send the detailed bill of my usage from 16/11/2013 to 15/11/2013. Thanking you. NARAYAN BANNATWALA
