I , customer of BSNL telephone no.[protected] paid BSNL Landline bill dtd 6/7/2013 through online portal of bsnl on 29/7/2013.But payment has not been updated in bsnl system even on 20/9/2013 but at the asme time amount has been deducted from my SBI bank account on the very same day. Please do the needful to update the payment at your earliest convenience.Please do it urgently.

    I am very much frustrated with BSNL service. My landline telephone no[protected] is dead from last 15 days. I have registered complaint to 4-5 times but still it is not resolve even they automatically close the complaint and change the status to resolved. In last 5 month phone not works more then 15 days in a month. I tried to reach out following BSNL persons but they all are not taking pain. 1. Line man Mr. Om Dutt[protected] Saying piche se falt aa raha ha will take time ask from other officers when resolve, He always try to avoid complaint. 2. SDO Mr. Raj ([protected]) 99% not pick number and if say will take time line is falfty 3. S. D. Gupta [protected] Every time say will resolve it by evening but not resolve it. Please find a attachment about proof of complaints i have raised in last 5 month. Thanks Vijay Dadhich [protected]

      Same problem with me ... frm 3 months i m not able to get proper connection, its disconnection very frequently, the bsnl guy says confuger the modem properly... but i get internet sometimes... but very slow, but rest of the time its showing no internet access... if its connecting some times then there should be no problem with the modem.... the fault is from there side and they are not accepting it, please some one do something.. because i dont have other option than BSNL BB. i dont know what else has left to be seen in this congress corruption... eatting all of our money...

          I am rtd. central Govt doctor, senior citizen living in Gomti nagar Lucknow. Since last 23 july my bsnl phone and boadband services werer not working except on 2/8 &3/8. I repeatedly made complaints on computerised comp. booking, personally in writing and ran physically from pillar to post. Then after more than one month phone started working but broadband is still a problem. after one &half month broadband worked only for few hr;s for 2 random days(on 13/9 and 16/9). Even today it is non functional. Although telephone & broadband contnously did not work from 3-8-13 on wards for the entire month ,BSNL has sent bill with full charges.Being Senior citizen it is great harassement to run repeatedly for such ESSENTIAL services.             My telephone number is 2663 70 76, which is dead for a continueous period of more than 30 days and usually it remains dead for half of the year. Our complaint number is [protected] and whenever, we lodge complaint, we receive the voice mail for the status of the complaint as work in progress and for technical reason the delay is happening. I do not have any logic for a technical reason the complaint could not be resolved for more than 30 days. Our premier service provider does not have technically sound persons to attend such complaints. We request you to please take up the matter with BSNL, Vasna office and ensure its solution at the earliest. We have lots of faith and sure that our complaint will be attended positively.

                I am Dr. Chandrashekhar Phadke from Pune. I am a senior citizen. I retired as a Principal Scientist from the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. I was staying in the Govt. Accommodation, and naturally after my retirement I had to vacate the same. My NCL Colony land line connection was under Aundh Exchange, Pune. I changed my residence from the NCL Colony to Abhimanshree Society, Pashan Road, Pune which falls under the Model Colony Exchange, Pune. My Customer ID NO. of BSNL is: [protected]. I submitted my application form on 18th July 2013 to shift my landline connection to new residence under Model Colony Exchange. I have not yet got any information from the Model Colony Exchange in this regard even after two months. Mr. Vitankar from the Model Colony Exchange never take any interest to solve the problems of BSNL customers. As per the BSNL website, shifting of the landline should be done within Three Working Days. Possibly, BSNL working day is of 1000 man years. Nothing is happening since last two months. In BSNL website, Mr. R. K. Upadhyay, Chairman, BSNL has given his 'Address To Customers' dated 15th August 2013 from New Delhi head office gives assurance of best service, However, it is not happening due to the irresponsible staff members of the BSNL. Nobody is there to ask these staff members for their negligence towards the customers. I think, I should now write to the Telecommunication Ministry, New Delhi and to the Prime Minister's Office, New Delhi complaining the BSNL, Model Colony Exchange, Pune. I can tolerate further. 'India will become a Mahasatta'. It is a joke of the Millenium, when officers like Mr. Vitankar are around.                   Sir I am resident of J&K state, prepaid message service is barred in J&K, I have tried number of time through dialing on 1900 for the MNP, only the phone rings but no body replies. I want porting code for porting from BSNL to other network. My mobile number is [protected] which i have already ported from Reliance to BSNL, the bluender i have made ever. THANK YOU

                    I want to activate GPRS (internet pack) as per my rent plan on my Post paid number So visited BSNL office at Nalstop Karve road Pune on 10th Sep 2013. The lady mention that it will be activated in 48 hours But I guess there definition of hours is different than entire world.. The number of there call center (1503) and nodal officer's land line and Mobile number is out of service..The Web site is also down none of the pages are opening.. God only know how they call them self largest network company and most efficient one. I guess if one compare there service with private operator one will prefer to hit his head on rock than ever interacting with them.. Because one can get mental harassment and nothing else. I have no option but to follow up physically by visiting there office.. Which I did Friday 13th Sep 2013 I got reply saying it is (gauri ganpati) festival time so employee are not in mood to work.. this answer was the most unpredictable for me.. Govt should give them option and ask do you really want to work or do you want them to give handsome salary and 365 days holidays a year.. That is what the need the most. If there any award which can define as most worst service provider it has to be given to CELLONE..

                      I am Retired Dysp stating that my land line No [protected] is since long under faulty condition w.e.f 25.8.2013 .l reported the complaint at Sankaraligapuram Telephone Exchange under Virudhunagar SSO many more times,but the staff at Exchange has not been taken any action to rectify faulty telephone line till this date and also the staff told me that wherever you want to give complaint, you may give report at higher authority.Then I reported my complaint at Virudhunagar SDE Shri Rajaiha who also did not give any response to me till this date. So I request you that my faulty telephone line may be rectified at your earlist please.

                        We own a landline connection. The number is [protected]. It has been disconnected on the 23 August 2013. I have paid the bill on the 3 September 2013. All this has happened without the party giving any letter to BSNL for disconnection. This is due to the negligence of the staff which has occurred. When checked in the coimbatore office they said the status was on reconnect on the 7 September 2013. And even with continuous follow up no action has been taken. We are unable to use the landline and broadband connection. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and loss to the business we are in. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and some action will be taken. No follow from the staffs from the office to take any action. We are very unhappy with the service BSNL provides.

                            Sir/Madam, We have written to Accounts Officer, BSNL, Ghaziabad Telecom District dated 27.10.2012 for refund of security amount against landline number[protected]. We had taken the duly signed and stamp receiving of that application from Accts. Officer on 01.11.2012. We have contacted to BSNL, Shahdara Office and got the reference number RE [protected] dated 20.04.2013 and told that your cheque has been prepared against above mentioned reference number. But we have not received any security amount.                               Hello Sir, My name is Sudershan Kumar I have taken a BSNL Broadband 750 UL PLUS (512 to 256 kbps connection for my home usage which is supposed to be of 100 kbps. For the first two weeks, and now at the end of the month, I am not getting the minimum broadband speed. I am getting only 40 to 60 kbps speed because of which I am unable to do my work.                                   sir, this is to mention that we have difficulties in logging in the self care portal for the telephone number[protected]. each and every time it shows that we have entered an invalid password though the password is right. when we adopt alternative route to retrieve password it shows 'data mismatch' due to reason unexplainable to us. these makes us perplexed. so we cannot get the dividend of the self care portal especially for getting the numbers where calls had been made. we had complained to local exchange but they couldn't help us. please do the needful so that we may be able to register afresh and will not face the same problem mentioned above while logging in for the next time. Please provide as much information as possible...

                                    Am using BSNL Number [protected].... In this number the Balance was deduction unreasonably from the BSNL, If whatever time i ask to customer care about this problem they are telling like some value-added services are in active mode. But i didn't activated from our side... Its happening more than time... so when i ask to customer care service center today(10/09/2013 7.55 pm) they are totally telling irresponsible answer for that... I have hurt so much... Please take immediate action for that... I was spoke with 3 agents in BSNL customer care for that 3 times.... Totally Irresponsible. I deeply requested you to take an Immediate action for that...                                       for the last two months that is august and september we are facing broadband networkproblem for one day it works and then 7days there is no netwrk where as neighbours are not facing that problem after reapeated complaints to maintaince incharge sdo mr soni who sits in the saket nagar bhopal telphone exchage who does not pick up his phone or mobile to listen into the complait and when visit his office he gives vague answers or says its lunch time instead of solving our problem.....monthly for broadband i pay a bill of rs1200/- as i hav aplan of 900/- and instead of giving us service for 24hrs we get sevice for just 2 or 3 days......we if this persist we will be forced to withdraw our connction as it wud be a waste.......the maintaince people instead of rectifying faults they simply bulling us thaking u shaila naidu [protected] [protected]@gmail.com.
