I had applied for BSNL landline and broadband connection on July 18, 2011. I was told there was no cable in my area and I will be given connection after laying cables. I followed up for almost a year and they gave me different reasons, sometime stating there is a shortage of cables, sometimes stating that they will give me a connection only after there are stipulated number of applications and so forth. Recently, they laid cables in my layout and I am still waiting for the connection!!

There is absolutely no one to take up the responsibility and serve the erstwhile consumers who have paid their hard-earned money and are waiting for a landline connection for 2 years!! All this, believing it is always better to avail the services of a public company!

    sir i have used phone micromax a72 canvas android and already booked telephonically (1503) three complaints through customer care which one is GK300301 reg not connection of my sim internet but there is no any fruit ful result so far
    the follg. error occured during connecting net
    1 while searching google ==== browser cannot load this page because there is no internet connection.
    2 while searching facebook====Sorry,login failed to reach facebook servers. Please check your network, connection or try again later (api.facebook.com java.net.unknownhost ...
    but data connection is connected well, while no any indication shown on phone ie E (2g)/H (3g) or show unencryption data . but i have set setting my network connection several times ie name GPRS APN- bsnlnet and all others ie mcc (404) mnc(42) apn protocol ipv4 etc and switched off several times but no remedy occures .
    during computer conneting it shows sent/reception data very good and conneted to computer but IPv4 and IPv6 protocol shows NO INTERNET ACCESS. hence please solve it, or give direction/answer to my mail. REGARDS

      Last month on 11/07/2013 i got sms from bsnl about deduction of rs 30/- against renewal of some service(i dont know which). When i called to customer care no. executive told me that this is your 3rd deduction(according to him firstly 5rs was deducted then 15 and 3rd time 30) and you had to call us after 1st deduction for refund, now refund cant be made. Then i told it means if a customer does not come to know on first deduction (as 1st time deduction amount was just 5 rs) then bsnl will not refund. Then he gave me complaint no G11HR305626 and said balance will be refunded within 5 days. After 5 days they told will refund till 25 july, on 25 july they told will refund on 31st july on 31 july said refund is not possible because i could not call after 1st deduction.
      Now please let me know what to do against BSNL.

      Mobile Broadband — Refuse to let me upgrade as advertised

      Vodafone are the worst mobile phone company to deal with. I took out a Dongle broadband internet connection with them in October 09. The dealer said I could upgrade anytime. Within a few days I decided to upgrade from 3GB to Unlimited. Vodaphone advertises Unlimited for £18 whilst my existing contract is for 12.77 for 3 GB. Each time I correspond with customer services in India as well as their staff in the UK, none of them appear to have common sense. They said they can offer me a package for £25.00 for 5 GB.
      Do they not understand that when I am entitled to upgrade anytime and have chosen the £18.00 package, this is what I will opt for. In the meantime they have sent a bill for £75.00 due to excess usage. I will dispute this. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH VODAFONE if you want peace of mind. I will not pay this and will be contacting UK BBC Watchdog to prevent others having similar experience. Since they do not abide by their terms, I will henceforth terminate my 18 month contract.

      BSNL — Regarding wrong deduction.

      This is to bring to your notice that on 15th February, 2010 suddenly my prepaid account balance become 0 from Rs.293/- then after contacting to senior customer executive, I came to knew that it was for using GPRS service, and my balance is -195 and the system showed usage of[protected] bytes). But I hardly used it for 15-20 minutes. Usage of[protected] bytes by me is not at all possible. Going further into the case, data counter of my mobile, till date my all usage is much less than above usage. Then how is it possible.

      Further I again contacted to the customer care, they were unable to solve my problem and were just saying that it is as system showed.

      I request you to look in to the matter and reverse my prepaid account balance.

      BSNL — WRONG DEDUCTION

      MY NO. IS [protected]. THE COMPANY AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED MY PLAN OF ACT4, WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND TAKE 10 DAYS AND ABOVE TO SOLVE MY COMPLAINT AND YET MY COMPLAINT IS NOT SOLVED .

      BSNL — Wrong Billing & deduction

      In my mobile two time MIMOBITY service activated both time 150/- deducted from my account i want to know how the service activated in my mobile without my permission & why the service provider do this if i send the message of activation then please provide me records.

      BSNL had deducted 40 Rs. For MIMOBITV from my Account...but this pack is not activated by me.
      I talked to customer care executive but they used to just transfer my call to senior officer
      senior officer made my complaint on 8th Dec. 2011 but it is not resolved yet:...even i received sms on 11 Dec that my pack is going to renew on 14 Dec . I told this to BSNL but they told me yes ur pack'll renew on 14th n balance'll again deduct from my account n it'll not refunded to u...
      Its totally harassment they are not refunding my Balance n even yet not deactivated my Pack that they wrongly activated on my Number [protected]

          Please deactivate Hungama Music on Demand which we never requested and also bar all outgoing calls on my landline no.[protected] with immediate effect as I am receiving exorbitant monthly bills to the tune of Rs.1800.00. I am a state government employee and having BB Home Combo ULD Plan and my limited/max budget is Rs.700 per month. If I continue to receive the bills in the same manner, then I will opt for some other service provider with immediate effect.

          2. Please bar permanently all outgoing local and STD calls from my land line with immediate effect.

          BSNL — Deactivation

          Without my acceptance the BSNL Cell one mobile servie is deducting Rs.30/- PM for their GK Alerts from the sms sevice provider no +5123430. Kindly arrange to deactivate the GK alerts. Yesterday I given a complaint to deactivate the same no action has been taken. Today they deducted Rs.30/- from main balance. Do the needful.

              Dear Sir,

              I bought EVDO card fron BSNL Digboi about a month ago. They claim to provide a speed of 2.4 Mbps. I am not getting even a speed of 50kbps on my device. Despite this matter being reported time and again to the local BSNL office there is no improvement at all. They charge around Rs 850 per month and providing us with 2G speeds only. It is really pathetic and there response to consumer grievances is equally frustrating. This is clearly a case of forgery and non ethical business practices that we are witnessing here at Digboi. I am being looted of my money by this PSU which is think should be accountable for these forgery cases .

              They should be pulled up for laxity in providing customers the services they pay for. This is loot please save us .

              BSNL — Laxity of service

              I am totally fed up with this service provider that claims itself to be one of nationwide repute. I own a BSNL Broadband connection with Home Plan 500 but not a single day did I receive a flawless service from them. Either there are connection problems (Error: 678, 691, 718 or otherwise) or certain webpages can't be opened (the most frequent ones being www.data.bsnl.in and http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ to check the usage) or there are discrepancies in billing amount (I myself having sufferred thrice on this ground). At times even some usage records are missing in the usage portal leading to underestimation of the monthly usage which you only get to know at the time of receiving the monthly bill. The list does not end here. Even their customer care services are equally praiseworthy. Hardly can you speak to a customer officer in times of need or lodge a complaint against faulty telephone or erring broadband connection. The message you get to hear repeatedly is: Please hold on. Almost the entire day will pass with you holding on but the response from the other side will not materialize on any account. This is the kind of service rendered by this leading service provider. Kudos to it!!!
              I fully concur to the observations about extremely poor and shoddy service dished out by BSNL. I have been a victim myself and with on and off broadband connectivity for several months it stopped working completely about a month ago. After 3 weeks of wait few clueless folks (contract workers employed by BSNL) came to diagnose the problem with my broadband.

              I was told that they would attend to my problem soon but yet to hear from them. I have burnt my fingers with their atrocious "Lightening fast 3G service" also and would sincerely advise anyone against using any BSNL services in future. Please do so if you have time and money to burn and patience of Lord Buddha to tackle the dumb and slow giant BSNL that works at typical babu's pace with absolutely no regard to the customer.

              Poor service is common malaise in our country. After several iterations with several operators I have discovered that the operator I can trust to some extent is Airtel (not saying they are perfect but with the operator choices we have in India, they are at least bearable).

They told me that your number will activate in 2 to 3 hours. from that day till now my sim is not yet started the incoming & outgoing, and i have purchase it from their authorized office. not from the shop.

                  we have a land line bsnl connection, it is not working since 6 months. complaint registered in our exchange and at ernakulam but no response in their side. some time the technitions come and repair but unfortunately within a day the phone dead. In my house my father and mother too old and cannot contact me when i am not there. It is very shameful to a company like BSNL cannot repair a landline and is a pathetic situation.

                  Broadband — Not working since 6 months

                  I'm paying for the broadband connection since 6 months and this is what happened:

                  First there was a link problem ad there was noone to resolve it after so many complaints, lineman came 3-4 times but went back in a typical sarkari manner leaving it to be the problem from office end

                  After all frustations i stopped paying them and thought something can happen now, but alas the number became out of service and there was none to follow up as to why it has been done

                  after a month when i was left with no option as airtel and reliance did not have line in the location, i had no choice but to go back to BSNL and deposit all bills for no usage even a sum of around 3000 Rs. even for the period when the phone was dead for 1 month and there was no dialtone as the complaint could not be booked for out of service numbers

                  finally after 4 rounds to the office and continous follow ups with line man and a bit a bribery line got up and after some days the ADSL link but now ...the username and password is told to be invalid and there is noone who can resolve this...please suggest what to do here, , , , , , , , mail e on [protected]@gmail.com if i have some way out...need to be on internet on an urgent basis...is some BSNL employee is listening ...i can pay you to bring me out of this black hole

                    My broad band connection under Rs.850/- unlimited home plan through telephone No.[protected] has not been working for the past 14 days. Complaint with BSNL office, technician, not responded. This is not the 1st problem being faced. The internet connections are not working for more than 10 days every month. I became tired after having struggled with BSNL authorities. I have been paying waste bill for the broad band connection not working properly. So, I want to get terminated my connection. The Hon'ble Consumer Court may kindly be pleased to take action against the concerned authorities and my broad band connection may kindly be arranged to be disconnection since I don't want to be a victim among others by the worst BSNL service.

Transaction ID are MSBI[protected] IGK5392035 TRANSFER TO[protected] for Rs 100/- at 0754 hrs & MSBI[protected] IGK5390806 TRANSFER TO[protected] for Rs 200/- at 0740 hrs .                         I have repeatedly complained to BSNL customer care to deactivate the messenger chat service. Rs 15 is being deducted from my prepaid number every 15 days. I get a response that the service is deactivated and DND activated for my number.

                        But in reality, no service is deactivated from my number. Very poor customer service from BSNL

                          Bsnl started value added services on its own accord without being subscribed by me.when i called customer service they assured me that they have put on a request to stop these services. they deducted balance from my phone despite the fact that i had not subscribed for those services.when asked for refund they refused.
                          After that on 28th june,2013 i again received message that Rs. 20 were being deducted from my account for another service which i had not subscribed to. I called customer care & again appraised them of the situation.i received a message from BSNL that my complaint has been booked and its no. was G09HR302954. I was again assured that a request has been put for stopping these services.
                          On 9th July, 2013 i again received message that more amount was deducted for another multiple services i didnt subscribe. I again called customer care and told them what has happened.They again feined that they have booked my complaint and its docket no. is G09HR301427. between the customer care representatives repeatedly refuse to let me talk to any of their superiors.
                          And now again today that is 30 th july i received an sms saying more money was deducted from my account of those services of which i had complained & were supposedly stopped by BSNL. And when i called them, they as usual registered my complaint but did nothing. these people were rude to me and repeatedly refuse to refund me the money.When i asked to talk to their supervisor they refused.
                          I am an unemployed girl. Each paisa is extremely valuable to me. This doesnt only giving me hard time monetary but also mentally as its increasing my burden o[censored]nemployment.

                          BSNL — Regarding deduct balance

                          I have BSNL Pre-paid mobile connection No. [protected]. On date 20-8-09 rs. 25 deducted with any reason. I have also contact customer care but he has not given any satisfactory reply in this regard. Please rectify my problem other wise I complaint in consumer court.

                          BSNL — Balance deducted by using message.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am the consumer of BSNL bearing Mobile No-[protected].While I am charging my account, I find some of balance debited by BSNL by using unusual or unnecessary messages / calls.I was totally shocked while I checked my balance on dtd.13.10.2010 which was deduted by BSNL of Rs.30/ by sending message "Thanks for using chat messenger.Your service has been renewed for next 30 days.Send STOPDAT to unsubcribe".As per my veiw this totally looting of money by using such type of messages / calls.The BSNL always deducting the balance without knowledge of mine while charging my account.
                          Therefore I request you kindly take strong action against them by which they will submit my account statement for last 6 months for verification & credit to my account immediately which was deduted without my permission and further not to send such type o[censored]nusual messages/calls to me.

                            My BSNL sim card is blocked. I called many time to customer care number but there is no response. Due to the sim block i suffered from the big problem. I cant make my important call. It ask me PUK number. and I also sent sms to 53733 with my 19 digit sim no. but still there is no response. I called customer care (1503, [protected]) and i diallled my 19 digit sim no. in puk option but it tells me I entered wrong sim no. or this sim is not from the maharashtra telecom circle but my sim is taken from (nashik) maharashtra. I always suffered from this problem Maharashtra BSNL customer care doesnt receive call at any time. you can check it. so pls help me..

                            Our BSNL landline has been not working since 14 months. evrytime we complain they send a technician who says wire was cut & he has fixed it, takes Rs 50 bribe.                               BSNL — Recharge through Mobile

                              My complain to BSNL Mobile services is that I have recharged for Rs.112/- on dtd12/[protected] which has also been debited to the account of freichisee whose MBL no.is[protected].But to my surprise i have not recieved balance in my mobile account.I would like to ask yopuir goodself what malpractices are going on in the BSNL mobile service.Customer services had even gone failed to give me any satisfactory reply in return.I hereby give you a statutary warning in the matter .In no option I will have to drag the matter in consummer District forum agaist the officials.the reasons provided to me are not satisfactory by customer care service.Please try to avoid delay and treat the matter at mo0st urgent.

                              A message came from onmobile service stating "Thank you for continuing Monthly Radio Subscription Pack.You have been charged Rs.5.I Have not registered for this service at all.When I called BSNL customer care reply was to call 12630033 and unregister service.When i called this number some advt were being heard and was asked to press 4 for seleting that option but i was unable to deactivate the service.This happened for 3 times both calling customer care and also 12630033 but unable to register.Help me in this regard.

                              BSNL — Not getting service against recharge

                              I am a customer of BSNL 3G Connection. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 65/= on 12.06.2010. This recharge is to avail a call rate of 10 paisa/minute to local BSNL mobile numbers.But since then, 50 paisa/minute are being deducted for calls to local BSNL mobile numbers. Regarding this, I have lodged a complaint in BSNL Customer Care Centere ( complaint no. 5540110 dated14.06.2010). After that I contacted several times with BSNL Customer Care Centere, but did not get any solution. Moreover, the validity of this recharge is 30 days w. e. f. 12.06.2010. So, my appeal is to get the proper service for that recharge at the earliest.

                                I would like to lodge a complaint about BSNL broadband connection ..
                                We have a broad band conncection from our nearest telephone exchange but due to lack of monitoring we could not avail full month net surfing and downloading etc..
                                Whenever we try to call our service provider engineer or operator he is given excuse. He has right to dis connect the line if we could fail to pay his dues in time .. I am fully agreed with their process but if he was not avail to provide service then it is also my right to ask them for a discount in bill.
                                All time operator gives us story .. some time he dint pick our call or visa versa..
                                I am paying full month money for net surfing not only 10 days net service and rest 20 days for stories..
                                I do spend my money to make a call to him to start the net service but after spending time , money we dint get any solution..
                                My concern to BSNL should provide all time internet..

                                I would request you to the concern authority to find a solution for my above narrated issue..

My BSNL landline number[protected] so-many time I Called to 198 and resisted the complaint related to line disturbance and broadband not working there is no link light not stable on the modem. there is some frequent disconnection of internet connection. because of line disturbance in the phone.that is why the internet is down. yesterday they have close this complaint . but there is still facing the problem ..so kindly take the necessary action for this,.                                       we have given application for shifting bsnl broadband connection from Tripunithura to Chembumukku, Kakkanad in Ernakulam District. Tripunithura people were very generous and provided good service, esp. Mr.Gopi and Mr. Babu.

                                      At Chembumukku, when we contacted the bsnl people, one Mr. Aravindakshan replied me that he would come over there at his will and whenever he comes there for his complaint works. the engineer didn't even pick up the phone. no customer care service i got in time. when ever called, i got some advertisement messages of bsnl and advertisement audio.

                                      after all what is service meant for ???? the customer has to pay his/her bill correctly in time. only one-way service? no commitment to the consumers?

                                      bsnl provides only weak signals promoting private service providers in the sector, cheating the consumers...!!!!

                                        We have taken 500C plan from last week of May, 09.Though we have to run for every small details and have to do frequent call and then the service is available. But right now, our issue is that we want to change our password of broad band, since we have taken the connection, but whenever we will call they will just say, wait for minutes, and we will call you back'.and we keep on waiting, but no phone calls.
                                        Then we couldn`t wait for their call to come, for the whole day.So, we stopped calling and went to office and they refered me 2 phone no. 1 is 2510000 and 2nd is [protected], but sorry to say either nobody picks up the call and the 1st no, if anybody picks up also, they don`t respond to us properly.They just don`t know how to behave with the costumers.On 26th August, 09, I called 2510000, and lodged my complain to her(a lady pickd up the phone) and again she says I WILL BE BACK WITH THE SOLUTION AND I WAS WAITING and waiting...but no call.Then finally at 2;30pm on the same day, I called back again to that No, and the a guy picks up the phone and don`t know how to behave.As he just took all details, and said caled me when you are online.So I JUST TOLD HIM THAT I hAVE SWITCH ON MY COMPUTER, YOU CAN BE ON HOLD AND HE JUST DIDN`T LISTEN TO ME AND BANG THE PHONE AND i AM trying to call them back and they are just not responding. Please we are not sitting for them, we have other works to do also. we can`t run after them but they are there for our service(constumer/consumer service).still they don`t have patience. its really very sad.Please see to my problem and I want my password to change as soon as possible and I request the bsnl costomer care service specially this broad band one that they should be dedicated to for what they are paid for.even they just guide us, we don`t deny to come to office but they say us where to go, and where to do all the work and solve our problem.

                                        sir, i want to change my password of bsnl broadband but i could not open that concern portal ... hence facing troubles to have a new and original password of my own...

                                        I write to inform you that after converting my land line connection as stated above with the Broadband connection in the month August’09 the dynamic locking system is not working in my telephone line. As a result the chargeable units are being abruptly high.

                                        I, therefore, request you kindly to reset my dynamic locking system as per opinion of your technician for proper functioning of this system and oblige thereby. As no action is taken in spite of several requests to your technicians..
