Non refund of failed Recharge

I had recharged for Rs.400 on 16 june 2013 listening to the AD during the call to customer care but i havent received the amount nor there was any communication done by the company regarding the failure .I have called customer care for the same many time and even logged a complaint with the supervisor but they havent refunded my amount till date....

deactivate music in demand

I dr deepak from karnataka, bagalkot district, guledgudda city ph-no-[protected] since from 2 months my landline and broadband not working, I called up all taluka jto officer, district officer and AGM officer but no one doing there work, this is a very bad service of bsnl, no one is there to controll over officers, please help me to solve this problem....

Disconnection

This is Mahesh Shirali. I have a WLL number of BSNL, the number is 020/20250264. I have handed over the instrument and submitted the application for disconnect the WLL line ,but still iam getting bill on the same. and it was been told that connection will be disconnected and the refund will be done as soon as posible. so iam waiting for the feed back, or i have to take a serious action on this as no necessary action is been taken till date....

This is to inform you that BSNL mobile Services and broadband connection is very poor at Rudraksh Apartment opposite of Arya Hotel, Lalpur, Ranchi in Budhia Complex. In the Apartment almost 500 – 600 families are residing and mostly all of them along with the nearby localities are facing the frequent interruption and tower problem in the vicinity.

not functioning and no response

sir my wi-fi connection is not working. It is of BSNL. First, they told me to have a connection by purchasing a modem and than they told me to have a plan as per my requirements. I chose a plan cost rs. 950 and they said that wi-fi would work on evry device and you just have to connect one at a time. But now wen i bought that plan, the wi-fi was working only on my laptop. There are 2 more laptops at my home but the wi-fi does not connects...

Regarding 3G Service

I purchased a BSNL mobile connection on 11/7/2013 specially for using its 3G internet services. The connection was activated on the same day. The problem is that when I tried to access the internet using settings provided by the BSNL by deducting my default available balance, it gives the speed 2 - 3 MBPS. But when I recharged with Rs. 25 3G voucher (gives 100 MB for 3 days at 3G speed) and connects internet first time...

AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATION OF VAS

Dear Sir,

One 'spicy jocks' service is automatically activated in my no on 2/7/13 and Rs-5/- has been deducted. There is given that "to unsub, SMS STOP to 155223." But when i SMS to 155223 they replied "Your VAS service information is not available with us." I called to customer care many times from many numbers, but no one picked up the call.

We are paying regular bills on time but their service is very poor almost half of the month we are not getting any services and when I call in BSNL office to register my complaint their they took it leniently and ignore it. They just give us time but never come to short out our problem...

We have approached number of times and contacted the Executives at Nasirabad, but all in vain. We have also approached in the scheduled Saturday open customer complaints...

I took post paid connection 525 plan phone no [protected] on 13-6-13 and received bill AC no[protected] invoice no[protected] Rs.888/ I shocked to receive this bill having recurring charge Rs.790. I am using no facility other than phoning.It is very surprising

Recharge not accepted

Prepaid recharge done on 12 th July 2013 for 300 Rs amount debited from the bank recharge not credited. Following this no topup accepted from the Bsnl portal or from dealer. 1503 consumer complaint number keeps you on hold till you put the phone down in disgust. I have been kept on hold for 15 min at least 5 times. Please tell me how a consumer is expected to complain....

Sir i am Birendra Singh recently purcahsed BSNL EVDO modem.. on 1st July 2013 and on 13th july my Prithivi modem which given by BSNL office not working correctly. I have paid so much money and and i can not able to use even one month. What is this, BSNL already knows that with Prithivi UE 100 modem having heating problem after use of 1 to 2 hours net automatically disconnect and when we touch the modem why so happen then we feel too much...

Thus I sent PORT <My no.> to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.
