we have given application for shifting bsnl broadband connection from Tripunithura to Chembumukku, Kakkanad in Ernakulam District. Tripunithura people were very generous and provided good service, esp. Mr.Gopi and Mr. Babu.

At Chembumukku, when we contacted the bsnl people, one Mr. Aravindakshan replied me that he would come over there at his will and whenever he comes there for his complaint works. the engineer didn't even pick up the phone. no customer care service i got in time. when ever called, i got some advertisement messages of bsnl and advertisement audio.

after all what is service meant for ???? the customer has to pay his/her bill correctly in time. only one-way service? no commitment to the consumers?

bsnl provides only weak signals promoting private service providers in the sector, cheating the consumers...!!!!

    for past few days i was trying to change my password for my broad band ---but all the times giving error like wrong user name wrong password username already taken etc--sometimes bsnl selfcare sdc site does not open at all.why all this compliction? customer should be given easy process to change password.
    No 2. very frequently i used to get my internet connection disrupted.it is happenning allmost all everyday.
    pl find proper solution for this.thanks.

    BSNL Broadband — Change of Password

    We have taken 500C plan from last week of May, 09.Though we have to run for every small details and have to do frequent call and then the service is available. But right now, our issue is that we want to change our password of broad band, since we have taken the connection, but whenever we will call they will just say, wait for minutes, and we will call you back'.and we keep on waiting, but no phone calls.
    Then we couldn`t wait for their call to come, for the whole day.So, we stopped calling and went to office and they refered me 2 phone no. 1 is 2510000 and 2nd is [protected], but sorry to say either nobody picks up the call and the 1st no, if anybody picks up also, they don`t respond to us properly.They just don`t know how to behave with the costumers.On 26th August, 09, I called 2510000, and lodged my complain to her(a lady pickd up the phone) and again she says I WILL BE BACK WITH THE SOLUTION AND I WAS WAITING and waiting...but no call.Then finally at 2;30pm on the same day, I called back again to that No, and the a guy picks up the phone and don`t know how to behave.As he just took all details, and said caled me when you are online.So I JUST TOLD HIM THAT I hAVE SWITCH ON MY COMPUTER, YOU CAN BE ON HOLD AND HE JUST DIDN`T LISTEN TO ME AND BANG THE PHONE AND i AM trying to call them back and they are just not responding. Please we are not sitting for them, we have other works to do also. we can`t run after them but they are there for our service(constumer/consumer service).still they don`t have patience. its really very sad.Please see to my problem and I want my password to change as soon as possible and I request the bsnl costomer care service specially this broad band one that they should be dedicated to for what they are paid for.even they just guide us, we don`t deny to come to office but they say us where to go, and where to do all the work and solve our problem.

    I write to inform you that after converting my land line connection as stated above with the Broadband connection in the month August’09 the dynamic locking system is not working in my telephone line. As a result the chargeable units are being abruptly high.

    I, therefore, request you kindly to reset my dynamic locking system as per opinion of your technician for proper functioning of this system and oblige thereby. As no action is taken in spite of several requests to your technicians..

        I have given a letter for disconnection, and I started a different server Airtel since May of 2013. But I been getting my bill regularly every month as of May, June, July. I paid May and June even though I did not have BSNL server. In July 2013, I got overwhelmed and frustrated and called several offices to get any explanation, no luck. This a day time theft and ripping off the customers, and finally in one office I was told that it only getting disconnected as of this month July 2013 and you will be receiving two more bills. I don't understand what kind of business is this. If the government affiliated organisation getting away with this kind of crime steeling people's money. I can't get over with the rip off system. Is any one thereto put a stop to this kind of crimes.

        bsnl telephone and broadband — transference

        your website has information on everything but what customers can do to make their lives easy!! I did not see any information on how to go about transfering my current services if I move. Is there a form to fill, do I have to go personally, how long does that take?????

        bsnl telephone and broadband — Telephone not working for the passed 20 days

        Dear sir,

        This is regarding the BSNL telephone connection problem for the passed 20 days.
        no reponse from the people incharge, as they tell us there is problem with the cable. They are not answering properly.

        BSNL — Telephone/Broadband

        Past 1 month from May 1 Telephone connection has Noisy sometimes dead & unable to connect the broadband properly . i have register a several complaints about 25 complaints , they will close the complaints without fixing the problem. they gave a funny answer like below

        1. Problem in Telephone system
        2. problem in computer
        3. Problem in Anti virus
        4. Problem in splitter
        5. cable fault

        Lastly they Gave a improper answer " no cable Stock at the moment you have to wait 2 days ". almost 10days Gone, again same answer.

        i have called a JTO name "sundar"([protected]) several times , he will not attend the call when he sees my Phone number .. sometimes he reply with funny answer i have recorded all the phones calls through my phone

        JTO told me to connect the broadband without tconnecting the telephone & splitter directly, i don't get it then what is the purpose of the splitter ?

        Lastly i have got the AE number[protected] From the Bsnl exchange who is incharge for the network. i contacted AE on may 6th, 16 & may 21th. No proper answer .i have wasted my time with the worst broadband connection

        But they don't forget to send the monthly Bill without fixing the problem

        If they Don't know how to fix the problem better Close my internet connection without issuing the broadband bill for the current month . I thought to launch a compliant against the Bsnl.

          I have been using BSNL Wimax for a year. From June 3, onwards, we are not getting proper signals. I complained to the Palarivattom office of BSNL and they say that I am getting signals from 2 towers and so the modem has to be changed. From then onwards they keep calling me about the problem and offer to change the modem but until now they havent approached or change the modem. Its an unlimited conenction and I have to shell out Rs.880/- for having that modem as a scarecrow in my house.

          BSNL — Modem

          Modem not properly working since the installation [2 months back]. Presently not working and unable to get the link for the past 15 days. Complaints over phone, poor response.

          BSNL Internet modem — Internet not working

          Despite of several phonecall to BSNL net work service provider, no body has bothered to repond to my grievence as Inernet on phone no[protected] is not working for last so many days.

          BSNL — modem is not working properly

          Whenever we switch on modem we have to restart the PC & the modem works properly why is it so can you give us a suggestion about the problem

            I called to BSNL customer care(1503) on 24/07/25013 @ 11:53am and I was on hold for almost 1 and half hour without even informing estimated time, Finally I only frustrated and disconnected the call.

            And I was able to hear the instruction in different languages other than Kannada even after I had chosen my language as Kannada.

            After some time i tried calling again it was not connecting at all.

            Please suggest.

                I had recharged for Rs.400 on 16 june 2013 listening to the AD during the call to customer care but i havent received the amount nor there was any communication done by the company regarding the failure .I have called customer care for the same many time and even logged a complaint with the supervisor but they havent refunded my amount till date.

                    I have a broadband connection fron BSNL, my land phone no. is [protected], my telephone was not working on 19th of may, after lodging complain, they fixed it on 25th of may 09, but the broadband was not working. Since 25th, I have complained several times, even visited the complain section four times, but in vain. finally on 1st of july, they told me that I have applied for disconnection, and it has been done. To my utter surprise, when I said them that I have not applied for disconnection & demanded the application submitted by me (as they have claimed) I was informed that the request of disconnection was sent via telephone.

                    My point is :- a) Can a service be disconnected without verifying the authenticity?
                    b) what kind of service it is that can't be restored even after two weeks of complain?

                    More over whenever I tried the local help desk no for help, they suggest me to contact the land phone complain, the land phone complain section in turn ask me contact the helpdesk.

                    Is their any body available in the BSNL, which is the largest service provider in India to enlighten me on the issue?

                    Inspite of allour efforts we have failed to get our service.

                    Mean while we have got our broad band bill no.[protected] for a sum of Rs.338

                    I have been using broad band of MTNL at my domestic computer. This has been frequently eratic im my line [land line : 26301682]. MTNL's 1500 or 1504 are supposed to work 24x7 days.But, I get time to call them only after 10 PM after my office duty. They just record the complaint in computer and at last when call is transferred to concerned section, one cvan esily judge that calll is disconnected.
                    VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE.

                    However , I submitted no. of complaints on 198 but each day I have to register the same complaint and previouss complaint no.gets deleted from the MTNL record , without correcting the complaints.

                    Now the latest complaint no. is 577 dated 11th Nov. 09. I submitted a written complaint to Sr. Eng., at Chhattarpur exchange.

                    It is very painful to maintain MTNL's broad band with such poor response or nil response and erretic service.

                    This might be a problem with the others - I hope it is not the same case with me. I had lodged a complaint with 1500 as my broadband service just stopped functioning. I also requested a wireless modem and I got a response that someone will attend to my problem in 24 hours. It is 4 days now. the longest 24 hours in my life. I work from home often and without the broadband connection - I am not able ot work which means that I will not be paid. Maybe BSNL will take care of my salary for the number of days that they dont turn up at my place.

                    Also I think there is a huge market for training in the call center - nobody there knows anything in the first place - they are not even polite and they do not care about customer service. The service had improved tilla while ago but they have not been able to sustain it. People fell all over themselves to make me buy the connection and now they really dont care.

                    I am not surprised - as it is BSNL is over staffed and under worked and then they have a call center which is equally bad.

                    God Save India!!! from decaying like the BSNL has.

I have handed over the instrument and submitted the application for disconnect the WLL line ,but still iam getting bill on the same. and it was been told that connection will be disconnected and the refund will be done as soon as posible. so iam waiting for the feed back, or i have to take a serious action on this as no necessary action is been taken till date.

                        This is to inform you that BSNL mobile Services and broadband connection is very poor at Rudraksh Apartment opposite of Arya Hotel, Lalpur, Ranchi in Budhia Complex. In the Apartment almost 500 – 600 families are residing and mostly all of them along with the nearby localities are facing the frequent interruption and tower problem in the vicinity.
                        We are having several connection at our residence in the 7th Floor, Block "D", out of which BSNL broadband connection on[protected] in the name of Ritesh Kumar Gupta is not functioning properly and having link failure and network issue problem regularly. Also the cellone connection on [protected] in the name of Aloke Kumar Gupta is having zero network in the entire campus.
                        Due to severe connectivity problem and negligence of the concerned department we are suffering badly and having a cut-off from business and society due to which all our activities and work has come to a stand. We have to bear with weak signal as a result of which we hardly listen to the voice of the person on the opposite side or simply the call is dropped.
                        So, I hereby request you once again to expedite the matter on a priority basis and arrange to restore and fix the problem on a permanent and positive basis without any further delay.

                        I have online checked the status of my TDS refunds and i found that cheque refund returned undelivered by the postal department. I found refunds cheque no. SB11031821. My pan no. is ALJPD0169M and speed post reference no. is EY[protected]in. I has filled my account no. in the form but amount was not credited in my account. Can i take my cheque by visit in the income tax office if yes then please provide me the address and contact no. for that. I want my refund money back. Please do needful.

                        Dear sirs,
                        I am customer on Rohni area with telephone number 27564757 of Combo. The same I am using for studies of my son who is preparing for IIT. Very sorry to say that on 9/7/09 i lodged the complaint under 6493. The broadband was not working. We were told that adopter was not working. Then a phone came three times just to check whether our complaint is rectified. We told them its not working. Then fourth time a call came to my wife asking her to come to office and take away an adopter.
                        With this they closed the complaint.
                        Again 9776/13.7.09 we lodged the complaint and they informed us that our complaint has been done away.
                        Again today in morning a call came from Mr. Tara Singh and he told us why you are complaining again n again when the complaint has been rectified.But matter of fact is that our complaint has never been rectified.
                        Again Is it good on part of a worker of MTNL to call a lady and ask her to come to office n collect adopter?????
                        I request you to look into this matter and inform me what shall we do?
                        Because of this un attendance to the complaint already I have installed Airtel connection which is working perfectly well.

So far I have contacted their service desk helpline numerous times. SO FAR, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. Everyday, BSNL helpdesk keep on telling me that the problem will be rectified the following day.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is SURESH from Pulicat. Our telephone no. is[protected]. We have returned the instrument (Wilphone) on middle of June 2009 and paid all outstanding during return. But we have not yet received the refund amount over last eight months after retuning the instrument.

                          Keep on contacting the officers of Ponneri and kalmandapam Exchange (phone nos.[protected] and[protected], but there is no proper results from them. They are all continuously informing us to to contact the other officials.

                            Just stop this foolish thing. Nobody need it. BSNL hungama is totally useless.
                            Anyone can download any songs from djmaza, songs.pk etc. free of cost without BSNL hungama.
                            Anyone can download any movie from torrent, youtube free of cost without BSNL hungama.
                            Then why should I pay extra for this nasty, useless service.
                            Who have given you this type of bloody foolish like ideas to start BSNL hungama.

                            I have not subscribed BSNL hungama anymore, then why have you subscribed my account automatically, forcefully? Why have you subscribed me yourself.? And why are you not unsubscribing my account?

                            And when I am trying to unsubscribe. The toll free no. is not working. I think it's a fake number.

                            You have subscribed me two times, not just one time. 1st time I was not able to unsubscribe any how. Then I had to disconnect my telephone connection. Then again I had to get a new telephone connection with a new number. It took 10 days to get the new connection again. It was very frustrating.

                            Then again you have subscribed me one time. Please unsubscribe my account. I don't need it anymore.

                            Just close the service and stop sucking people's money now. Just give me my money back. I am already paying for BSNL broadband. I don't wanna pay anymore for this useless service.

                                sir my wi-fi connection is not working. It is of BSNL. First, they told me to have a connection by purchasing a modem and than they told me to have a plan as per my requirements. I chose a plan cost rs. 950 and they said that wi-fi would work on evry device and you just have to connect one at a time. But now wen i bought that plan, the wi-fi was working only on my laptop. There are 2 more laptops at my home but the wi-fi does not connects with them and it does not even connect with any of my smart phones. I called the BSNL office. They were telling me about the connection and were helping me to connect it with other laptops but it didn't happen and even the connection on that laptop stopped working. Now it doesn't even shows the wi-fi connection in any of the devices. Nobody at the BSNL office is responding to my complaints and i am having a big trouble with this problem. I request you to help me somehow.

                                BSNL Broadband — No response for my Broadband connectivity complain

                                Broadband complain: DSL link light doesnt get constant.So, i couldnt access internet.I get the link only after 1 or 2 hours.
                                I've been complaining in our telephone exchange and also in toll free number 12678.The JE in exchange came and investigated the prob for some days, but he couldnt find out where the fault is.He never showed up again.The staffs in 12678 were also not responding well. I've been complaining in this regard since march 09.But no action has taken.I'm frustrated with their response already.I'm tired of complaining again and again.I'm a B.tech student and internet is a necessary entity for me to do my projects.I couldnt do my works over net when needed coz of this problem.Pls do consider this complain and take action immediately.

                                I took a 3G broadband connection on 01.10.09 at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. After one week, it started malfuctioning. When contacted to officials at BSNL offiice (near IDCO Tower), I was assured that usual service will resume within few days. This problem is due to some migration work being done at this centre. After one month, I loged one complained. I was called to the BSNL office at AG square. There at the switch centre, their technical people throughly checked my system, modem, but could not dectect any problem.

                                I have also a cable broadband connection from Ortel. I have no such problem in accessing the service.

                                Therefore I draw an inference that there is a 3G configuration error at Bhubaneswar. But I am at the receiving end by paying Rs3850/- for modem and Rs440/- towards monthly rent. I request telecom authority to come to my rescue.

                                  Hello,

                                  I purchased a BSNL mobile connection on 11/7/2013 specially for using its 3G internet services. The connection was activated on the same day. The problem is that when I tried to access the internet using settings provided by the BSNL by deducting my default available balance, it gives the speed 2 - 3 MBPS. But when I recharged with Rs. 25 3G voucher (gives 100 MB for 3 days at 3G speed) and connects internet first time it gives the speed as mentioned above but after reconnecting the internet, the speed was reduced to 10 - 20 KBPS which is too slow and there is no mean of 3G recharge.
                                  Many a time, I tried to contact BSNL's Customer Care, but they treat my complaint irresponsibly and mostly put my call on hold for a long time and disconnect it. They are not giving me satisfactory answers.

                                  So, it is the company's liability to provide me 3G speed at the voucher mentioned above. I am very harassed from Aircel's service.Please take a right action against the company as soon as possible.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    One 'spicy jocks' service is automatically activated in my no on 2/7/13 and Rs-5/- has been deducted. There is given that "to unsub, SMS STOP to 155223." But when i SMS to 155223 they replied "Your VAS service information is not available with us." I called to customer care many times from many numbers, but no one picked up the call.

                                    Again in 19/7/13 I got massage from 55678 that the service is activated again and deducted 5 Rs/- . This time also i don't get any help from BSNL service.

                                    Please take necessary steps or inform me what i have to do now?

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      We are currently using BSNL internet connection for a long period of time but they are not providing good service. We are paying regular bills on time but their service is very poor almost half of the month we are not getting any services and when I call in BSNL office to register my complaint their they took it leniently and ignore it. They just give us time but never come to short out our problem regarding connectivity more over when our connection cable get's broken by monkeys or storm and I call them to replace it they disconnected my call and advised me to contact with senior person one person gives advice to go to next but no one cares to short out the problem. They are just looting us. We are just paying them money and getting no service at all most of the time our telephone line remains dead. It's just like given money blindly. Sometimes they just disconnect our call and the other time they refused to help us. Sir, please do kindly look in this matter. Thanks in advance.

                                      BSNL — all out going calls are debared even bill of post paid connection is paid

                                      i am a post paid customer of bsnl having mobile no [protected]. for the month of march i have paid bill of 340 on 20 march through internet banking before the due date . i received conformation mail also from bsnl. On 31 march all of my out going calls are stopped. i am not able to contact any body causes me maintal harassment and my personal money loss also . pleae do the need ful.

                                      Broadband — Not getting service for which we are paid to BSNL

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have a broad band connection at my residence and since last three months I am regularly book my complaint that I am noit getting this service after making regular payment to BSNL.

                                      Now against that it has been noticed that It is clear w/o knowing wheather it is solved or not. e.g. I have booked my complaint on 27th April and when I have tried to start my Internet on 28th the same complaint was there that PPPoE line is not available. Now again I have booked my complaint on 28th and ask the person who is on the other end at 1504. According to the message given the previous complain has been solved and he is ready to give me the reference no. BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT IT IS NOT AT ALL ATTENDED / SOLVE.

                                      Is there any check point for that ?

                                      After three months of continous complaint if the person donot get the service from BSNL then what should be the actions ? Even after explaing somany different personality we are not getting the right approach. When we have ask for the PGM to his PA she replied he is not in his cabin and we can not provide his Cell No which company has provide them to be with customer. HOW TRANSPERENT WE ARE ?

                                      Now we must wait to contact CGM the final solution and after that we will advise every one on blog to remove BSNL broad band ONLY DUE TO THEIR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                      BSNL — In Spite of full payment in advance not getting connection

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      We had shifted to motera, Ahmedabad and we demanded for new connection of BSNL landline on 13/04/2009. Our demand number is N972559. We had also paid deposit of 500 Rs/- and 1324 Rs/- annual charge on same date but till now we havent got our landline phone device or line activated. We talked to a member of BSNL company but he did not take any action and didnt even reply properly. They advertise that u will get quickly BSNL landline device but actually it doesnt happen.

                                      Please do some needful procedure for that and your help would be highly appreciated in this matter.

                                      sir i m living in khanna.i take broadband service from bsnlat 9/05/2009.when ur serviceman munshichand start broadband on my p.c. there is a problem of conection intruted.he say me that we change ur wire, this is happen because of it .but after6days they r not change my wire.my work is to download datafrom internet.but the connection is leave its work after few minutes.i buy wireless modem frem bsnl in cash.but nobody help me to correct this problem .if they r not help me then i have no another chance to leave this connection.i pay every day 25rupees but i have not get any profit from it.ur service man say me that wt can they do.i have a very loss to get ur connection pl help me my number is [protected] and my cell no is [protected].

                                      BSNL — Not providing services

                                      Hi,
                                      I am using BSNL landline from last 15 years. My Landline no. is[protected].Recently we are facing very serious problem of noisy line from last 7-8 months. We had registered our complaint through customer care no.198. one of the concern person came to solve the problem but did nothing. There was no improvement in voice, we told him about that but he still didn't answer and went off. The problem is still persist, we cant hear properly. As a privileged customer of BSNL we request you to help us. Expecting positive reply soon.

                                      please check the address on the previous bill. if it is ok then contact your concerned post office. if the result is " they are not geting the bill", please contact your BSNL CSC/ BSNL Telecom Revenue and Accounts(TRA). otherwise you can pay the amount after the bill date. you can get the amount/bill date details through BSNL CSC/Telecom Centre directly.

                                      BSNL — NOT GOOD SERVICE

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      Every since I have taken BSNL connection, I have not received a single bill till date. BSNL disconnects the landline connection with no fault of mine. they don't have a dedicated customer care number to take care of issues. Even after repeated reassurances from the Nodal Officer, I am yet to receive my first payment bill !!

                                        We have lodged complaints in Nasirabad office (Distt. Ajmer) of BSNL as our office where telephones connections are available comes under this office. Our connection nos.[protected] and 221842 are not working for the last 4-5 months but we are paying bills regularly. We have approached number of times and contacted the Executives at Nasirabad, but all in vain. We have also approached in the scheduled Saturday open customer complaints solution event, they assured that our work will be done immediately, but no body turned up for the same.

                                        Kindly convey our complain to BSNL and arrange solution.

                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — bills sending through is dead, new not working.

                                        I am D.B.Pawar resides at Talegaon Dabhade, Dist:Pune having office at Maruti Mandir chowk and taken bsnl connection and broadband connection 223283 in 2008. from the begining it never on and dead. 40 visit to talegaon office and no result for complaints. all staff know me personally because of the visits but no result. meanwhile after my written complaint, the charges of broadband were reversed upto dec 2008. but again sent me bills for jan feb march inclusive of broadband. new complaint with written is given to them, let us see when it will be done.

                                        meanwhile new connection were alloted to me in april 2009 and assured for broadband connection.( the application is already given for broadband and now waiting.) the new telephone 223793 is dead from two weeks.

                                        the type of service and attitude of service men, line men and officers is totally negative. in other way they are true government employee.

                                        let us see what will be result.
