I purchased a BSNL mobile connection on 11/7/2013 specially for using its 3G internet services. The connection was activated on the same day. The problem is that when I tried to access the internet using settings provided by the BSNL by deducting my default available balance, it gives the speed 2 - 3 MBPS. But when I recharged with Rs. 25 3G voucher (gives 100 MB for 3 days at 3G speed) and connects internet first time it gives the speed as mentioned above but after reconnecting the internet, the speed was reduced to 10 - 20 KBPS which is too slow and there is no mean of 3G recharge.
Many a time, I tried to contact BSNL's Customer Care, but they treat my complaint irresponsibly and mostly put my call on hold for a long time and disconnect it. They are not giving me satisfactory answers.
So, it is the company's liability to provide me 3G speed at the voucher mentioned above. I am very harassed from Aircel's service.Please take a right action against the company as soon as possible.
