BSNL — The Phone is not working

My phone is not working

Our landline telephone ( No:[protected] belonging to the KR Puram rural exchange is
completely dead since past 1 month. We have been given a docket No of 602.
upon enquiring at the exchange we have been told that the cable is cut and no assurance has been
given with regards to restoration. Its causing a lot of inconvenience to us without telephone link.
Kindly look into the matter and expedite the process of restoration.
I am a customer since 1976 now recently from last one year iam facing regular problem in the connection as well as instrument complaint not handled properly please kindly attend immediatly telephone no [protected]

Actually my landline was not working for the past 10 days but now there is no humming sound coming i think it was dead .so please respond to this problem as soon as possible.

BSNL — Refund not received over eight months

Dear Sir,

This is SURESH from Pulicat. Our telephone no. is[protected]. We have returned the instrument (Wilphone) on middle of June 2009 and paid all outstanding during return. But we have not yet received the refund amount over last eight months after retuning the instrument.

Keep on contacting the officers of Ponneri and kalmandapam Exchange (phone nos.[protected] and[protected], but there is no proper results from them. They are all continuously informing us to to contact the other officials.

kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that my land line connection (Ph:[protected]is not in operation for the last one one and half years .Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge (Adimali), no action is being taken to rectify the fault.Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.

    Hello dear BSNL hungama,

    Just stop this foolish thing. Nobody need it. BSNL hungama is totally useless.
    Anyone can download any songs from djmaza, songs.pk etc. free of cost without BSNL hungama.
    Anyone can download any movie from torrent, youtube free of cost without BSNL hungama.
    Then why should I pay extra for this nasty, useless service.
    Who have given you this type of bloody foolish like ideas to start BSNL hungama.

    I have not subscribed BSNL hungama anymore, then why have you subscribed my account automatically, forcefully? Why have you subscribed me yourself.? And why are you not unsubscribing my account?

    And when I am trying to unsubscribe. The toll free no. is not working. I think it's a fake number.

    You have subscribed me two times, not just one time. 1st time I was not able to unsubscribe any how. Then I had to disconnect my telephone connection. Then again I had to get a new telephone connection with a new number. It took 10 days to get the new connection again. It was very frustrating.

    Then again you have subscribed me one time. Please unsubscribe my account. I don't need it anymore.

    Just close the service and stop sucking people's money now. Just give me my money back. I am already paying for BSNL broadband. I don't wanna pay anymore for this useless service.

        sir my wi-fi connection is not working. It is of BSNL. First, they told me to have a connection by purchasing a modem and than they told me to have a plan as per my requirements. I chose a plan cost rs. 950 and they said that wi-fi would work on evry device and you just have to connect one at a time. But now wen i bought that plan, the wi-fi was working only on my laptop. There are 2 more laptops at my home but the wi-fi does not connects with them and it does not even connect with any of my smart phones. I called the BSNL office. They were telling me about the connection and were helping me to connect it with other laptops but it didn't happen and even the connection on that laptop stopped working. Now it doesn't even shows the wi-fi connection in any of the devices. Nobody at the BSNL office is responding to my complaints and i am having a big trouble with this problem. I request you to help me somehow.

        I have Landline & Broadband Connection through[protected] since last one and half month we could not get continues connection of internet for the same. I had complain frequently but I could not get any proper answer. In day we are trying more then 40 time but nobody is ready to attained our telephone ( Panigate Exchange, Vadodara). In a private section their max. time limit is not more than 16 hrs. within this time they have to solve this problem otherwise they are suppose to increase our internet hrs. accordingly.

        RecentlyI have Landline & Broadband Connection through[protected]Ganapavaram, West Godawari district).But till now not working.BSNL
        (JTO) venkatrao saying it is account related case .BSNL employee (AE) Shasavataram is saying wait some more days other wise plz cancell the your connection.This time they have to solve this problem otherwise plz disconnect my telephone number.

        BSNL Broadband — No response for my Broadband connectivity complain

        Broadband complain: DSL link light doesnt get constant.So, i couldnt access internet.I get the link only after 1 or 2 hours.
        I've been complaining in our telephone exchange and also in toll free number 12678.The JE in exchange came and investigated the prob for some days, but he couldnt find out where the fault is.He never showed up again.The staffs in 12678 were also not responding well. I've been complaining in this regard since march 09.But no action has taken.I'm frustrated with their response already.I'm tired of complaining again and again.I'm a B.tech student and internet is a necessary entity for me to do my projects.I couldnt do my works over net when needed coz of this problem.Pls do consider this complain and take action immediately.

        i have complaint more then 20 times to the sonipat officer mr rajender ji
        but still there is no action towards my complaint
        can u plzz tell me the any personal no which is related to main bsnl office
        really thats a very bad service
        I took a 3G broadband connection on 01.10.09 at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. After one week, it started malfuctioning. When contacted to officials at BSNL offiice (near IDCO Tower), I was assured that usual service will resume within few days. This problem is due to some migration work being done at this centre. After one month, I loged one complained. I was called to the BSNL office at AG square. There at the switch centre, their technical people throughly checked my system, modem, but could not dectect any problem.

        I have also a cable broadband connection from Ortel. I have no such problem in accessing the service.

        Therefore I draw an inference that there is a 3G configuration error at Bhubaneswar. But I am at the receiving end by paying Rs3850/- for modem and Rs440/- towards monthly rent. I request telecom authority to come to my rescue.

          Hello,

          I purchased a BSNL mobile connection on 11/7/2013 specially for using its 3G internet services. The connection was activated on the same day. The problem is that when I tried to access the internet using settings provided by the BSNL by deducting my default available balance, it gives the speed 2 - 3 MBPS. But when I recharged with Rs. 25 3G voucher (gives 100 MB for 3 days at 3G speed) and connects internet first time it gives the speed as mentioned above but after reconnecting the internet, the speed was reduced to 10 - 20 KBPS which is too slow and there is no mean of 3G recharge.
          Many a time, I tried to contact BSNL's Customer Care, but they treat my complaint irresponsibly and mostly put my call on hold for a long time and disconnect it. They are not giving me satisfactory answers.

          So, it is the company's liability to provide me 3G speed at the voucher mentioned above. I am very harassed from Aircel's service.Please take a right action against the company as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir,

            One 'spicy jocks' service is automatically activated in my no on 2/7/13 and Rs-5/- has been deducted. There is given that "to unsub, SMS STOP to 155223." But when i SMS to 155223 they replied "Your VAS service information is not available with us." I called to customer care many times from many numbers, but no one picked up the call.

            Again in 19/7/13 I got massage from 55678 that the service is activated again and deducted 5 Rs/- . This time also i don't get any help from BSNL service.

            Please take necessary steps or inform me what i have to do now?

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              We are currently using BSNL internet connection for a long period of time but they are not providing good service. We are paying regular bills on time but their service is very poor almost half of the month we are not getting any services and when I call in BSNL office to register my complaint their they took it leniently and ignore it. They just give us time but never come to short out our problem regarding connectivity more over when our connection cable get's broken by monkeys or storm and I call them to replace it they disconnected my call and advised me to contact with senior person one person gives advice to go to next but no one cares to short out the problem. They are just looting us. We are just paying them money and getting no service at all most of the time our telephone line remains dead. It's just like given money blindly. Sometimes they just disconnect our call and the other time they refused to help us. Sir, please do kindly look in this matter. Thanks in advance.

              Broadband — Not getting service for which we are paid to BSNL

              Dear Sir,

              I have a broad band connection at my residence and since last three months I am regularly book my complaint that I am noit getting this service after making regular payment to BSNL.

              Now against that it has been noticed that It is clear w/o knowing wheather it is solved or not. e.g. I have booked my complaint on 27th April and when I have tried to start my Internet on 28th the same complaint was there that PPPoE line is not available. Now again I have booked my complaint on 28th and ask the person who is on the other end at 1504. According to the message given the previous complain has been solved and he is ready to give me the reference no. BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT IT IS NOT AT ALL ATTENDED / SOLVE.

              Is there any check point for that ?

              After three months of continous complaint if the person donot get the service from BSNL then what should be the actions ? Even after explaing somany different personality we are not getting the right approach. When we have ask for the PGM to his PA she replied he is not in his cabin and we can not provide his Cell No which company has provide them to be with customer. HOW TRANSPERENT WE ARE ?

              Now we must wait to contact CGM the final solution and after that we will advise every one on blog to remove BSNL broad band ONLY DUE TO THEIR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

              BSNL — In Spite of full payment in advance not getting connection

              Hello Sir,

              We had shifted to motera, Ahmedabad and we demanded for new connection of BSNL landline on 13/04/2009. Our demand number is N972559. We had also paid deposit of 500 Rs/- and 1324 Rs/- annual charge on same date but till now we havent got our landline phone device or line activated. We talked to a member of BSNL company but he did not take any action and didnt even reply properly. They advertise that u will get quickly BSNL landline device but actually it doesnt happen.

              Please do some needful procedure for that and your help would be highly appreciated in this matter.

              sir i m living in khanna.i take broadband service from bsnlat 9/05/2009.when ur serviceman munshichand start broadband on my p.c. there is a problem of conection intruted.he say me that we change ur wire, this is happen because of it .but after6days they r not change my wire.my work is to download datafrom internet.but the connection is leave its work after few minutes.i buy wireless modem frem bsnl in cash.but nobody help me to correct this problem .if they r not help me then i have no another chance to leave this connection.i pay every day 25rupees but i have not get any profit from it.ur service man say me that wt can they do.i have a very loss to get ur connection pl help me my number is [protected] and my cell no is [protected].

              BSNL — Not providing services

              Hi,
              I am using BSNL landline from last 15 years. My Landline no. is[protected].Recently we are facing very serious problem of noisy line from last 7-8 months. We had registered our complaint through customer care no.198. one of the concern person came to solve the problem but did nothing. There was no improvement in voice, we told him about that but he still didn't answer and went off. The problem is still persist, we cant hear properly. As a privileged customer of BSNL we request you to help us. Expecting positive reply soon.

              Every since I have taken BSNL connection, I have not received a single bill till date. BSNL disconnects the landline connection with no fault of mine. they don't have a dedicated customer care number to take care of issues. Even after repeated reassurances from the Nodal Officer, I am yet to receive my first payment bill !!

                We have lodged complaints in Nasirabad office (Distt. Ajmer) of BSNL as our office where telephones connections are available comes under this office. Our connection nos.[protected] and 221842 are not working for the last 4-5 months but we are paying bills regularly. We have approached number of times and contacted the Executives at Nasirabad, but all in vain. We have also approached in the scheduled Saturday open customer complaints solution event, they assured that our work will be done immediately, but no body turned up for the same.

                Kindly convey our complain to BSNL and arrange solution.

                Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — bills sending through is dead, new not working.

                I am D.B.Pawar resides at Talegaon Dabhade, Dist:Pune having office at Maruti Mandir chowk and taken bsnl connection and broadband connection 223283 in 2008. from the begining it never on and dead. 40 visit to talegaon office and no result for complaints. all staff know me personally because of the visits but no result. meanwhile after my written complaint, the charges of broadband were reversed upto dec 2008. but again sent me bills for jan feb march inclusive of broadband. new complaint with written is given to them, let us see when it will be done.

                meanwhile new connection were alloted to me in april 2009 and assured for broadband connection.( the application is already given for broadband and now waiting.) the new telephone 223793 is dead from two weeks.

                the type of service and attitude of service men, line men and officers is totally negative. in other way they are true government employee.

                let us see what will be result.

                  I have BSNL landline plus internet installed in my house since 1999 . bearing number[protected]. we have UL 399 plan +1GB internet plan. Since nov 7th The phone remains dead with no dialer tone however the internet works fine . We lodged the complaint bearing [protected] loged on the said date . Instead of rectifying or solving the problem they r publicly saying their inability citing underground cable defect in our area and obstructed by some political interested . They claim 300 Plus cases are pending and asking us to change to change tariff plan and use the partial internet services.                   My landline phone has been dead since 1st May 2011. Despite numerous complaints it has still not been fixed. Although this doesn't come as a surprise since BSNL is infamous for its extremely poor customer service, it has been causing a lot of inconvenience.

                  I'd also like to highlight the apathy of BSNL on some other issue I faced. I shifted my home on the 5th of April and submitted the application for "change of address" on the next day. However, the connection to the new house was restored after about a fortnight, i.e, on 27th April .

                  It's very astonishing to see that, if sometimes my BSNL Landline goes offline due to some cable or any other technical fault, am not able to complaint or let my provider know, about the incident that had happened. How come there could be a service provider with no complaining facility. Also even if they have a complaint attending AVR systems OR customer care centres, then those no.s should be easily accessible from any other landline/mobile service providers also.
                  How can they expect a customer's complaint when the landline is not working?

                      Prepaid recharge done on 12 th July 2013 for 300 Rs amount debited from the bank recharge not credited. Following this no topup accepted from the Bsnl portal or from dealer. 1503 consumer complaint number keeps you on hold till you put the phone down in disgust. I have been kept on hold for 15 min at least 5 times. Please tell me how a consumer is expected to complain.

                        BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Excess Deduction

                        Dear Sir,
                        I came back to my home city Bhopal on 25/08/2009. On the way when I was on roaming the issue started with me.Issue is "whenever I dials a number the balance is deducted even a) if it is not not reachable b)not responding c)switched off". I made a complaint with the customer care executive who lodged a complaint on 25/08/2009 with docket number "3259953" who assured me for the reimbursement within 24 hours. But after a long wait the issue did not get resolved till 02/09/2009 and I again visited the customer care. This time I got the call transferred to a Supervisor who seemed drunk and treated me rudely. According to him the balance was being deducted only after the calls were received and denied to register any further complaint.Only after a long discussion he registered another complaint with docket number "3274254" dated 02/09/2009.
                        Sir I kindly request you to do needful so as the consumers should be justified and these cantancerous employees should be treated well.

                          Sir i am Birendra Singh recently purcahsed BSNL EVDO modem.. on 1st July 2013 and on 13th july my Prithivi modem which given by BSNL office not working correctly. I have paid so much money and and i can not able to use even one month. What is this, BSNL already knows that with Prithivi UE 100 modem having heating problem after use of 1 to 2 hours net automatically disconnect and when we touch the modem why so happen then we feel too much heat like a heater burning in it. I want new modem and want to lodge FIR against BSNL officer... Take some strict action please sir .... and one more thing .. if anybody goes to BSNL office no one treat you well and don't give any information. Because they all are having goverment job "Sarkari kursi mili hai kon hata sakta hai sab jante hai jada s jada kya hoga kuch nhi " That's why BSNL going down .. and Private company growing more and more by giving less thing to customer becz they give service .                           BSNL — modem disconnects

                          what should i do to avoid disconnects after 5-10 minutes ?

                          -i have reinstalled windows
                          -there is no virus
                          -broadband care techs have checked on their laptop and no such problem was there they say windows might be corrupted
                          -disconnects on downloading something or on loading any page
                          -i used my friend's properly working modem and still there was such problem

                                1. I RECIEVED A CALL ON LANDLINE NO [protected] AND HAS BEEN FORCED UPON FOR SUBSCRIBING A PACKAGE OF BSNL.INDIAGAMES.COM. I DONT WANT THE PACKAGE. THE SAME WAS TOLD TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO CALLED ME. LATER A CONFIRMATION CALL ALSO CAME WHO WAS ALSO INFORMED NOT TO ACTIVATE . THE SECOND INDIVIDUAL ALSO FORCED ME TO GET IT ACTIVATED.

                                2. PL STOP THIS FORCED ACCEPTANCE , DEACTIVATE THE PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY CHARGES AS NEVER ASKED FOR ACTIVATIO AND TAKE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.

                                3. I CONTACTED NO 197 TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. I SPOKE TO MR SUNIL & SMT NINA SHARMA BETWEEN[protected] HRS ON 22 APR11. THE CALL HAD TO BE GIVEN 7-8 TIMES AS BOTH OF THEM DIDNOT LODGE THE COMPLAINT. WHEN ASKED TO GIVE THE DUTY OFFRS NO HEADING THE COMPLAINT CELL THEY INTIMATED THAT THERE WAS NONE. ON BEING ASKED CONTACT NOS OF SDO/GM THE NOS GIVEN WERE 2220250 & 2229411 WHICH WERE NOT ATTENDED BY ANYONE.

                                4. IT SEEMS THAT bsnl.indiagames.com HAS ESTABLISHED A RAQUET IN DEPARTMENT OF BSNL WHERE IN THEY ARE HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

                                5. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ORDER AN ENQUIRY INTO THE FOLLOWING:-

                                I pay money for new broadband connection. they told connection will be given in a week. but now it's one month completed, till not yet received my connection.

                                Broadband Connection — Harresment

                                I had a reliance broadband connection.
                                The services were not good.
                                The complaints were not resolved.
                                after giving them warning about non payment the cervices's did not improve.
                                The company promised to reverse the late fees as it was their fault, which never got reversed this happened twice.
                                After few more months the service was stopped for several day.
                                In-spite of continues complaints no improvement at this point we informed them about stop payment.
                                They changed their bills & promised for discount for the no. of days their was a complaint.
                                Still their was no credits on the bills.
                                Finally settled that they will give credits for the days for which the services were not used we also agreed for that but still no credits.
                                Finally informed them we do not want the service & will not pay future bill till the time we do not get our discounts.
                                Now we keep getting threatening call from reliance.

                                    SIr,,I have a BSNL PNT CONNECTION[protected]. Now my phone has dead since tuesday. This problem arises countiously after 3-4 days again. I have been resolve this problem many times before it by your employee..but it again appear after 3-4 days..Now i have too much irriteted. So please try to resolve this problem permanently..nd as hurry as possible.
