Dear Sir,
I am not receiving incoming call while i am in roaming, while calling, i am getting message "ye call nahi ki ja sakti" & some time the call become silent while calling.
As I talked with GMT Aligarh in April and he is already aware about my case because many times i met him, I am suffering with this problem more than 14 months & I am continuously coming to meet BSNL officers, customer care outlets...

MY land line phone is not working perfectly since 4 months . Number of times i registered my complaint on automatic fault booking system . some times field staff attending the fault but does not succeed.they never capable to rectify
this fault. simply they are talking cable fault is there but helpless against this fault. i can talk properly.

ATTENDING CALL

I CALL TO BSNL HELPLINE AT 1503 ABOUT 3-4 TIMES. BUT THEY DON'T RECEIVED MY CALL. ALWAYS GIVING THERE SCHEMES INFORMATION. I WAITED AROUND 15-20 MIN BUT I DON'T GET PROPER RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE . I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION ON THEM. ITS NOT TODAY PROBLEM ALWAYS THEY DON'T RECEIVE CALL IN 4-5 MIN....

deactivation of Folli service

Recharge Process Not Getting Completed

Internet not working and no one is visiting to repair
