I took post paid connection 525 plan phone no [protected] on 13-6-13 and received bill AC no[protected] invoice no[protected] Rs.888/ I shocked to receive this bill having recurring charge Rs.790. I am using no facility other than phoning.It is very surprising

Please wave of theses charges.

    Prepaid recharge done on 12 th July 2013 for 300 Rs amount debited from the bank recharge not credited. Following this no topup accepted from the Bsnl portal or from dealer. 1503 consumer complaint number keeps you on hold till you put the phone down in disgust. I have been kept on hold for 15 min at least 5 times. Please tell me how a consumer is expected to complain.

      BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Excess Deduction

      Dear Sir,
      I came back to my home city Bhopal on 25/08/2009. On the way when I was on roaming the issue started with me.Issue is "whenever I dials a number the balance is deducted even a) if it is not not reachable b)not responding c)switched off". I made a complaint with the customer care executive who lodged a complaint on 25/08/2009 with docket number "3259953" who assured me for the reimbursement within 24 hours. But after a long wait the issue did not get resolved till 02/09/2009 and I again visited the customer care. This time I got the call transferred to a Supervisor who seemed drunk and treated me rudely. According to him the balance was being deducted only after the calls were received and denied to register any further complaint.Only after a long discussion he registered another complaint with docket number "3274254" dated 02/09/2009.
      Sir I kindly request you to do needful so as the consumers should be justified and these cantancerous employees should be treated well.

        Sir i am Birendra Singh recently purcahsed BSNL EVDO modem.. on 1st July 2013 and on 13th july my Prithivi modem which given by BSNL office not working correctly. I have paid so much money and and i can not able to use even one month. What is this, BSNL already knows that with Prithivi UE 100 modem having heating problem after use of 1 to 2 hours net automatically disconnect and when we touch the modem why so happen then we feel too much heat like a heater burning in it. I want new modem and want to lodge FIR against BSNL officer... Take some strict action please sir .... and one more thing .. if anybody goes to BSNL office no one treat you well and don't give any information. Because they all are having goverment job "Sarkari kursi mili hai kon hata sakta hai sab jante hai jada s jada kya hoga kuch nhi " That's why BSNL going down .. and Private company growing more and more by giving less thing to customer becz they give service . BSNL gives a lot of thing to customer but not service .. Take action sir please i want my country to be in top and it will only possible when we do our assigned job perfectly.         BSNL — modem disconnects

        what should i do to avoid disconnects after 5-10 minutes ?

        -i have reinstalled windows
        -there is no virus
        -broadband care techs have checked on their laptop and no such problem was there they say windows might be corrupted
        -disconnects on downloading something or on loading any page
        -i used my friend's properly working modem and still there was such problem

        please help !

            trying MNP BSNL to another operator : not getting UPC after msg to 1900

            Thus I sent PORT <My no.> to 1900. (10Jun)
            Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

            I need this urgently.

            Not receiving call during Roaming and data not working

            Dear Sir,
            I am not receiving incoming call while i am in roaming, while calling, i am getting message "ye call nahi ki ja sakti" & some time the call become silent while calling.
            As I talked with GMT Aligarh in April and he is already aware about my case because many times i met him, I am suffering with this problem more than 14 months & I am continuously coming to meet BSNL officers, customer care outlets...

            MY land line phone is not working perfectly since 4 months . Number of times i registered my complaint on automatic fault booking system . some times field staff attending the fault but does not succeed.they never capable to rectify
            this fault. simply they are talking cable fault is there but helpless against this fault. i can talk properly.
            WE SEE LINE DISTRIBUTION BOX ARE OPEN EVERYWHERE . FIELD STAFF NEVER BOTHER ABOUT THIS. RAIN water
            entering in box no care has been taken seriously.

            Land line — humming

            i am havingland line connection no. 24028064.

            for last 4/5 days havin humming on my set.

              I HAVE CONTACT WITH THE PERSON [ WHO'S MOB. NO. IS GIVEN WITH LEAD ID ] BY PHONE AND CONTACT PERSONALLY WITH OFFICIALS OF SDOT OFFICE [[protected] ] SEVERAL TIMES AND ALSO HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLAIN LETTER TO SDOT, BAGNAN TELEPHONE EXCHANGE ON[protected].
              BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE HAS YET BEEN RECEIVED.
              NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING,

              BSNL — About Connection

              SIR,
              I WANT TO TAKE CONNECTION OF BRODBAND [START UP PLANE ] WHICH MONTHLY CHARGES ARE 250 RS/- TO THE [protected] TELEPHONE NUMBER.

              Broadband - BSNL — Connection not yet provided

              Dear Customer care,

              I am Jaikumar from chennai.

              I applied for BSNL broadband connection on 21st June 2008.

              But i didnt get connection still...

              Getting connected to customer care itself is a tough task.

              Also, the reason for connection pending is not communicated to me at all.

              Please update the reason & when will i get the connection.

              BSNL Broadband — Connection not yet received

              i pay money for new broadband connection. they told connection will be given in a week. but now it is more than a month, till not yet received my connection and that too they are not responding to my call properly.

              BSNL — harassment to customers

              1. I RECIEVED A CALL ON LANDLINE NO [protected] AND HAS BEEN FORCED UPON FOR SUBSCRIBING A PACKAGE OF BSNL.INDIAGAMES.COM. I DONT WANT THE PACKAGE. THE SAME WAS TOLD TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO CALLED ME. LATER A CONFIRMATION CALL ALSO CAME WHO WAS ALSO INFORMED NOT TO ACTIVATE . THE SECOND INDIVIDUAL ALSO FORCED ME TO GET IT ACTIVATED.

              2. PL STOP THIS FORCED ACCEPTANCE , DEACTIVATE THE PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY CHARGES AS NEVER ASKED FOR ACTIVATIO AND TAKE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.

              3. I CONTACTED NO 197 TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. I SPOKE TO MR SUNIL & SMT NINA SHARMA BETWEEN[protected] HRS ON 22 APR11. THE CALL HAD TO BE GIVEN 7-8 TIMES AS BOTH OF THEM DIDNOT LODGE THE COMPLAINT. WHEN ASKED TO GIVE THE DUTY OFFRS NO HEADING THE COMPLAINT CELL THEY INTIMATED THAT THERE WAS NONE. ON BEING ASKED CONTACT NOS OF SDO/GM THE NOS GIVEN WERE 2220250 & 2229411 WHICH WERE NOT ATTENDED BY ANYONE.

              4. IT SEEMS THAT bsnl.indiagames.com HAS ESTABLISHED A RAQUET IN DEPARTMENT OF BSNL WHERE IN THEY ARE HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

              5. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ORDER AN ENQUIRY INTO THE FOLLOWING:-
              (a) WHY bsnl.indiagames.com IS BEING FORCED UPON CUSTOMERS.
              (b) WHY COMPLAINTS ARE NOT LOGGED BY COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

              6. THE HARASSEMENT CAUSED TO ME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND THE MATTER SHALL BE RAISED IN A DIFFERENT FORUM IF NO DEPARTMENTAL ACTION IS INITIATED UNDER INTIMATION TO ME.

              Broadband Connection — Harresment

              I had a reliance broadband connection.
              The services were not good.
              The complaints were not resolved.
              after giving them warning about non payment the cervices's did not improve.
              The company promised to reverse the late fees as it was their fault, which never got reversed this happened twice.
              After few more months the service was stopped for several day.
              In-spite of continues complaints no improvement at this point we informed them about stop payment.
              They changed their bills & promised for discount for the no. of days their was a complaint.
              Still their was no credits on the bills.
              Finally settled that they will give credits for the days for which the services were not used we also agreed for that but still no credits.
              Finally informed them we do not want the service & will not pay future bill till the time we do not get our discounts.
              Now we keep getting threatening call from reliance.

                    I CALL TO BSNL HELPLINE AT 1503 ABOUT 3-4 TIMES. BUT THEY DON'T RECEIVED MY CALL. ALWAYS GIVING THERE SCHEMES INFORMATION. I WAITED AROUND 15-20 MIN BUT I DON'T GET PROPER RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE . I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION ON THEM. ITS NOT TODAY PROBLEM ALWAYS THEY DON'T RECEIVE CALL IN 4-5 MIN.

                        Hi. It is to inform that I took the facility of wi-max from Bsnl and from d very first day its not working I registered my complaint to their vendor but he simply ignored thn after waiting for feedback but in vain I personally went in their office but no person was there on seats since two of them were on leave for a week . I registered my complaint but no necessary action was taken when I called them they lied to me that we will be coming to u and like this 3days spent and they continued cutting my calls and harrased me badly and also showed very rude behaviour twice as if I am at fault. Then Again I went there it has been a month now its not working and there is no response from their side whomsoever I talk to d officials simply response that we R not responsible or concern person to talk to. M totally helpless I want all my money refund I need no connection no service from them and also I want they to pay or punishment for them for mentally harrasing me by continuously cutting or ignoring my calls for complaint I missed my office twice just because they assured me that they will visit me and check d problem but that doesn't happened rather they keep postpone my complaint and made fool out of me. I want my money back nd I want serious actions to be against my complaint atleat here. Thank you.

                          I have made online recharge (through Union Bank Debit Card) for my cell phone no +91 [protected] from bsnl portal itself at 12:30 PM on 7/7/2013...
                          First I have made talk time recharge of rs 50 (Ref no.[protected]) and then 2G net recharge of rs 54 (Ref no.[protected])...
                          But I have had recieved msg that sales transaction can not be completed and get assistance from customer care...
                          After this I have had recharge of 50 rs again from a vendor located near by on Anandmahal road,Surat,Gujarat...
                          But recharge not done...it shows recharge successful but amount not credited yet and it shows main balance null...
                          Anticipating for fast and favourable solution for this as Customer Care no is not connecting as usual...

                              In my phone i received one message on 27th June 2013 at (6:56 pm) that service is activated on your mobile. I called to customer care (7:29pm on 27th 2013), executive told me that they don't have such record of activation of that service so call us later and when next day I call again for the same they told me that 'Ki apko kal call karni chahiye thi ab hum refund nhi kar sakte' and they also told me that their are two more services activated on my mobile from last December but I haven't activate any service.
                              So please have a look because I don't know how many customer are bluffed and have to suffer from the same problem.

                              BSNL — about activation of connection

                              sir, i have a bsnl prepaid connection. and the validity of this connection has been expired before at most 3-4 month and the incoming calls and masseges are continued till now but when i recharged for the validity then the recharge has not done successfully. what should i have done. this connection is on the id of my father Umed Singh. and the phone No. is [protected].

                                We would like to intimate you that we have applied for New land line connection with broadband as name M/s ACS Property Services (P) Ltd. on dtd 15.05.2013 by cash vide money receipt No. HHR[protected]. of Amount Rs 1675/- and paid by cash Rs 2100/- towards modem. After 4/5 days wire is connected but line is not activated as on date for incoming and internet.We frequently call back to this No. [protected], [protected] for request to activate this line but they are not responding to our call from Mob No.[protected] & [protected]. We are harassed this employees who is knowledge about responsibility and customer's value.

                                Hence, we request you please activated our connection with broadband as earliest possible.

                                BSNL-Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Broadband Refund Fee

                                Hi,
                                we applied for the broad band connection for some specific purpose against the Phone No [protected] in BASTI-UP under the name of my mother Smt Shiva Shukla in Jan'08. Our purpose doesn't solved therefore we decided to return the Modem and cancel the conncetion. We returned the Modem and then the concerned person told us that it will take around 2 month to refund the deposit what we deposited at the time of connection. Now they are telling that the deposit amount will not be refunded. It is now going to take almost a year but we are no where.
                                I will highly appreciate if you look into the issue ASAP.
                                Looking forward to hear some positive comment/ news from yourside.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I have applied for the bsnl broadband internet connection on 08.11.2009,according to the their norms i should get the telephone connection on 10.11.2009 and internet connection on 13.11.2009.
                                but due to carelessness of lineman and concerned bsnl officials, i have't got the connection yet.
                                due to this, i have suffered a lot,huge loss in business,mental and physical trouble.

                                I have contacted their officials so many times, they are not taking the calls and if fortunately connected , they are giving absurd explanations.

                                Please kindly consider this matter as early as possible.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I, Kunal H Mehta, am having internet broadband connection of BSNL. Since i ve took the connection, i am facing problem of dis-connectivity. I have a business of Share Market. but due to some problem or what, everyday i lost my connection. due to that my customer facing big problem.
                                so please help me out of this problem. Everyday i am doing complaint about this matter to the BSNL. but still i didn't got any satisfactory feedback.

                                    I had made the complaint to BSNL on 13-June-2013 that my internet is not working and they responded to me that Technician will visit in 48 hours then on Monday, 17-June-2013 I again called and they forwarded my complaint but still no one has visited to rectify my problem. I call daily for the complaint and i get the same response that they are forwarding my complaint. I then make a call to SDO, Mohali and no is responding to the call till date.
                                    I asked them to disconnect my phone on 29-June-2013 after getting no response for 15 days. But still no one has not even contacted or visited to disconnect. They don't even bother about customer service they are providing. I want to do consumer case against them. Please advice me the process.

                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd BSNL — BSNL Broadband not functioning

                                    Wi-Fy Broadband provided by BSNL not functioning. Complaint registered on 6th Sept.2011, Compl No. 200952. I was told that complaint will be atteded after 24/48 Hrs. But regrett to say none has attende it till today. I have made calls on 1504 daily at least 3to 4 times. Every time I get the message that your complaint is forwarded and I will get call back from BSNL. None has called back till today this time.
                                    Today plenty of internet providers are avilable in the market with immediate attention on customers and better service, still BSNL being govt. service and it our own estabilishment we come to BSNL and what we experiance with BSNL very sad, mainly people are not made responsible to.
                                    I humbly request you to correct my Wi-Fi Broadband immediately as you Internet is must for day to day life.
