I am Padmanabhan from Vasai,Mumbai. From march 1st, i had have been very highly charged for telephone & internet usage. I haven't use the phone or the internet to such an extend. After checking the bills through internet, i found that they added the previous months bill and the sum has been added to the bill of this month. I had payed the bills but still they added it to the other month's bill. Now, the sum of it has crossed rs5000.
I payed the bills of March and April. When inquired, they asked us to pay the bill, whereas i never used it to such an extend.
I kindly seek your help for this injustice.

So please activate my SIM because this is single mobile SIM for using, In case if the system is demand my documents which is submitted by me when i buy this SIM, than i am ready to submit for this.

        This complaint is regarding phone number 23620584

        I had given for shifting of my DSL broadband connection in January 2013, till date its not shifted. I visited the main branch in RT nagar it was of no help, then I myself contacted sahakarnagar branch telecom division they said we will give connection in some days and now its 4 months and no sign of any progress.

        they say they don't have feasibility in near my house. But at a distance of 125-150 meters away there is Bsnl connection, and they are not approving for cable for a distance of 150 meters. I contacted the AE of this area, but none helps. they keep just pushing the work and blames that they don't have funds and labor.

        we pay the bills and i don't think that bsnl is poor and out of resource and funds to give new connection. I[censored] don't have resources why have the central government approved bsnl's connection may be they should go out of business and give business to private telecom providers.

        I just hope this complaint will be addressed seriously on priority.

        BSNL Broadband — They are providing any New Connection.

        I had booked for the Dataone Broadband on 27-March-2008, at BSNL Kalyan Circle its going to be 2009, i dont have any information, or details whats happening. All they inform is they are under the process of expansion, for last one year. i think there is some cartel or arrangement going on between the BSNL and Private players of not providing the service in Kalyan Circle. Or else what is reason of such extraordinary delay.

        BSNL Broadband — delay in providing broadband services

        Hi, I applied for a BSNL broadband on 22/03/2012 and made a payment of Rs 1800 and was assured that a fixed line and a router will be provided - phone and internet will be operational within 4 days. But till date they have just fixed a phone set that too is not opertional yet.For internet I was asked to provide an extra amount of Rs 750 for which I made the payment on 05/04/2012. Inspite of repeated reminders both phone and internet services have not been started yet.
        This is very true in my case too. I have been staying at Tripunithura, Ernakulam and when shifted to Kakkanad, Ernakulam, i have applied for shifting of bsnl broadband connection. now, i used to call them frequently, from the engineer level to the line-man. the engineer doesn't even attend the call. the line-man's reply stunned me that he would come to attend my case whenever he comes over there to deal with other complaints, if at all happens!!! then why we pay bills monthly or bimonthly? whether bsnl provides services to people or people provide services to bsnl???!!!

        As you said, bsnl plays an ugly play behind business. the bsnl mobile towers shed a poor signal in almost all areas may be to push some private sectors, betraying the customers of bsnl. why should we stick on bsnl? govt. has to take action against this breach of business!!!

          From last 1months, telephone is dead.
          I have complained through fault reporting.
          There was no response.
          we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
          This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
          If still my complaint is not sorted out,
          I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.my father continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE CHARGING FULL RENT WITH ANY REBATE. THUS KINDLY ARRANGE TO GET REPAIERED AND ARRANGE TO ALLOW REBATE IN RENT AS PER RULE.
          KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL OTHEWISE I THINK BSNL WILL FORCE ME TO WITHDRA THE CONNECTION.

          Sir/Madam,
          My landline [protected] is dead since last one week, I have lodged the complaint on 1500 but not yet attended.
          Since last four months there is frequent failure of landline, Couple of months before my landline was dead for one month. I had loadged the complain on 1500 three times because my complain was getting closed without attending the fault. Later I approached the Divisional Manager, my problem was solved within 24 hours.This mean there is solution available but the down the line team are not active.

          Should I need to contact The DGM this time too. I feel no because they are not meant for regular customer complain. The down the line people should be made more efficient. BSNL has good potential but service provider people are not healthy hence we get much panic.
          Pl do the needful, I am unable to access the BSNL Broadband which is on same line. I have more time & money & prefer to go the cybercafe

          I am Jayesh residing at Atladara, Baroda. I had given an application for new BSNL landline connection on 30.03.05, but I have not got the connection till today.
          I have mede complaints so many times at your Race-cource circle office, but no positive reply was given by them. My application detail are as follows:


          * Date of application : 30.03.05
          * Type of connection : NON-OYT general
          * Address : 32, Marutinandan society, Atladara, Baroda.

          Please note that I also gave complaints at 'cm online mail' ([protected]@gujaratindia.com) n 13.11.08 and
          19.12.08. They wrote me in reply of my first mail as follows :

          "Dear Sir/Madam

          We are in receipt of your mail, addressed to Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi, and we would like to acknowledge the same. We have also taken note of your Grievance and the same has been forwarded to concerned Authorities for appropriate action.

          PA to Hon. CM"

          But then after I didn't got any reply, nor I got my BSNL connection. Should I expect any favourabl reply from you as sson as possible ?

          My telephone land line No.272383 under Manjeshwar exchange has become dead since 22.6.2009. The same has been complained through computerised complaint facility on the same day. Two staffs came after two days later and told that it will be corrected within 3 days.But no one came and telephone was dead. And again after 2 days I met the J.T.O. Manjeshwar who promised me of repairing my telephone.There after I comlained again on 30.6.2009 through computerized complaint facility. But no use. Again on 4.6.2009 I contacted the SDOT Manjeshwar in this regard who promised me of repairing the connection on the very next day which was a sunday. That also did not happen. The telephone is still dead.It is most unfortunate that being a OYT subscriber for over 20 years and having always paid the bills before the due dates I ahd to suffer.
          My mother is 75 years old who was seriously ill and recovered recently after treatment and still under treatment and we need the telephone for emergency purposes.
          I was also thinking of availing a internet connection. But if this is the case how can one think of availing it from BSNL. It is also heard that several telephones in manjeshwar are facing the similar problems. Under the circumstances I request you to immediately do the needful to get my telephone repaired. Otherewise we suffer hardship and irreparable losses.

                i applied for a bsnl landline connection about 2 months before but i am not provided any connection yet despite the fact that office order for my connection has been issued on 10th april 2013.
                i dont understand why this one week process is taking that much time .. whether there is some genuine reason behind it or its the loss of bsnl employee's integrity

                  I tried to make on line payment of my Land line/ broad band bill through my debit card on 26 May 13 at 1100h. All the steps were successful but at the end payment deducted from my account but BSNL says unsuccessful transaction. Please do the needful by either make payment of my bill or refund the amount into my account.

                    Without my consent Hungama movies on demand, hungama music on demand and hungama games on demand etc. are added to my BSNL broadband services. For the same one times charges of Rs.347.00 was charged in addition to the regular broadband bill.Who gave the BSNL the permission to cheat the customer like this? I want the extra money to be refunded for the fault of BSNL.

                      This is to inform that BSNL's Call Center is not functioning past 70 days in the entire eastern region and we the consumers of BSNL are having a lot of problems. Firstly, the Value Added Services of BSNL is added and Balances are deducted daily and their is no customer care to remove this.
                      Secondly, we are not getting any information on our recharges, new connections and offers. Please Help and guide how to solve because till now Rs.300 has been deducted from my balance because of VAS and customer care not working.

                        I took Broad band connection from BSNL,Three days before during thunder my modem was destroyed, then I brought new one and called to the Bsnl exchange in vechuchira(PTA) more the five times,then they answered call after 10 mints,every time they are answered like this , we called at 4pm then they will answer office time finished so call tomorrow.We have too much work through the internet.If they will delay like this we should face big problem.So please take necessary action.

                          I recharged my mobile [protected] on 18 May 2013 with Rs. 599 3g Yuva Plan in which I got 4GB 3g data for night and 3GB data for day usage both data usage had been credited in my account immediately after recharge but when tried to use that 3g data i got downloading speed of just 10Kbps - 15Kbps on both time. And still i am getting speed of 2g instead of 3g. I am very much disappointed with this kind of service from BSNL. I request you to please solve my prob as soon as possible.
                          still no improvement in the service from bsnl... tried to contact customer care but always lines are full...

                            No caller ID facility, not activation of change of plan and slow speed of internet

                            1. Initially at time of new BB connection in July 12, Caller ID facility was provided and suddenly withdrawn in Nov 2012. After so many on line complains I was informed to put written to local BSNL Exchange. After putting written application on 14 Feb 13 also Caller ID facility has not been provided till date.
                            2. On line change of plan facility is not activated. One phone call has come stating that BSNL rep will call and visit my home. But till date nothing has been done.

                            3. Being Broadband connection speed I get is very slow where as in the same plan out side Air Force campus speed is very good. Is this discrimination is done because I am Defence personal.

                            Pl do the needful.

                              I have recently ported my number[protected] from Vodafone to BSNL. I was eager to use BSNl since i heard from few people that network coverage is good when compared to other network. but unfortunately the only thing is it shows full signal but neither ur voice is clear or u cant make calls. Its totally stupid, i used this for two days & i started hating BSNL. No voice clarity. 2g/3g coverage is very poor & damn slow. Important thing is i was given some 2000 free sms when changing my network but still I have not even sent one single message. I cannot send message to any number, it says sending failed.
                              I called up customer care so many times & luckily i got connected once & logged a complaint, they told me to correct the message center number, Now a days in every mobile when we change the SIM it automatically updates the number even on a china mobile. I use an Iphone & still i checked the message centre number & i tld them that it is updated correctly. Then they registerd a complaint, I was about to ask the complaint number but they disconnected the call. This happened last saturday ( 18.5.2013 ) till date i could not contact them, I think they have blocked my number i could not contact them. I dont know how am i goin to use this number for another 3 months to change the network.

                              My sincere reqst to every one, do not port ur number to BSNL & also BSNL users change it to other network. We are the one paying money & why we should be on a begging/suffering side. We have options, come on..

                              BSNL — bsnl service is worst then other service providers

                              i have applied for bsnl broadband connection after 4 months i got the land line phone with out modem they are saying it will some more time to get the modem, i that bsnl line man who gave the land line connection to me is like theif, i have gave him 100 rupees as tip or tip and he asked me to make the installation payment to him then i gave 500 rupees, that amount he didn't pay at bsnl office, when i got the bill i was really suprised bcz it was written there installtion amount is not paid, then i went and asked him, he is replying me with a non-sense answers then i told him i will complaint to vigillence then he returned me 500 rupees after that my phone is getting dead every 3 to 5 times in a day, so really fed up with this, bcz that line man only doing all these i know.. then thought to cancel bsnl connection, this is another bad experice to me, this is my land line number 25400326 i gave the cancellation letter to bsnl indiranagar on 29/09/2008 but till now my dipost amount is not returned when i call the bsnl number nobady will pick the phone, i didn't understand am i asking for my money or others? friend's this is such a bad experience i never had with any other service providers...(i think they were in a impression they are govt employees) .. but it is looking funny...:)

                                I don't subscribed any package of jokes from 57576 or 5757699, but they are deducting Rs.5.00 in every five days. I replied them to unsubscribe it but they can't receive the SMS o[censored]nsubscription which he provide as -UNSUB jokes to 57576 or 5757699......pl. help to get rid of this undue deductions.

                                  On my "pyari-jodi" mobile I purchased a top-up for Rs.200/-( actual talk time recd. is Rs. 175/-) on 18/05/13.
                                  On 19/05/13 , I recd a msg.(SMS) from155223 that my account has been debited for Rs. 15/- for the service of "Hot-spot 15 services" and further I was advised that I must send a SMS - in case if I do not need this service. so far I have not given any reply.
                                  First of all during my last about - more than 1 year o[censored]sing this no. I have not recd. such auto debits, and all of a sudden without my knowledge how "BSNL" can debit my account.
                                  I am getting some unwanted "SMSs", - some sort of marketing , and for this I approached to the "Satara road-BSNL office" and I was told that if "you are not getting any charge debits" then it may be OK for getting these SMSs. So based on this I did not gave any complaint to the office in writting.
                                  Now with this debit, I wish to register my complaint to "BSNL" and wish that the debit done shall be reversed back with intimation to me without fail.
                                  Hope to get early response on this.

                                      Sir, My Mob No. is [protected]. On 15th May 2013, I received a sms from 57576 stating that 'Thanx for subscribing jokes. The cost is Rs. 5 & valid up till 20 May 2013.' I neither requested for that nor made any call. I tried to Unsubscribe jokes by sending sms to 57576 but every time mssg sending failed. Also I tried to contact to customer care but no response. On 20 May 2013, again jokes pack was renewed and Rs.5 was deducted without my consent. I just want to know on which authority, they are doing this? Kindly take appropriate action and deactivate the jokes pack.
