I recharged my mobile [protected] on 18 May 2013 with Rs. 599 3g Yuva Plan in which I got 4GB 3g data for night and 3GB data for day usage both data usage had been credited in my account immediately after recharge but when tried to use that 3g data i got downloading speed of just 10Kbps - 15Kbps on both time. And still i am getting speed of 2g instead of 3g. I am very much disappointed with this kind of service from BSNL. I request you to please solve my prob as soon as possible.
still no improvement in the service from bsnl... tried to contact customer care but always lines are full...

    No caller ID facility, not activation of change of plan and slow speed of internet

    1. Initially at time of new BB connection in July 12, Caller ID facility was provided and suddenly withdrawn in Nov 2012. After so many on line complains I was informed to put written to local BSNL Exchange. After putting written application on 14 Feb 13 also Caller ID facility has not been provided till date.
    2. On line change of plan facility is not activated. One phone call has come stating that BSNL rep will call and visit my home. But till date nothing has been done.

    3. Being Broadband connection speed I get is very slow where as in the same plan out side Air Force campus speed is very good. Is this discrimination is done because I am Defence personal.

    Pl do the needful.

    defence — change the plan

    sir i am in defence now posted at nagaland in insurgency area i have taken a WLL connection at home in vill nikhari post office dungerwas dist rewari telephone office dharuhera i have submitte a request a application plz change my plan for rs 600 per yearly but no action taken now at home my parents only they are old and they do not about it so plz i request u check it and as well as possible plz change myplan to 600 per year thanks sir

      I have recently ported my number[protected] from Vodafone to BSNL. I was eager to use BSNl since i heard from few people that network coverage is good when compared to other network. but unfortunately the only thing is it shows full signal but neither ur voice is clear or u cant make calls. Its totally stupid, i used this for two days & i started hating BSNL. No voice clarity. 2g/3g coverage is very poor & damn slow. Important thing is i was given some 2000 free sms when changing my network but still I have not even sent one single message. I cannot send message to any number, it says sending failed.
      I called up customer care so many times & luckily i got connected once & logged a complaint, they told me to correct the message center number, Now a days in every mobile when we change the SIM it automatically updates the number even on a china mobile. I use an Iphone & still i checked the message centre number & i tld them that it is updated correctly. Then they registerd a complaint, I was about to ask the complaint number but they disconnected the call. This happened last saturday ( 18.5.2013 ) till date i could not contact them, I think they have blocked my number i could not contact them. I dont know how am i goin to use this number for another 3 months to change the network.

      My sincere reqst to every one, do not port ur number to BSNL & also BSNL users change it to other network. We are the one paying money & why we should be on a begging/suffering side. We have options, come on..

      BSNL — bsnl service is worst then other service providers

      i have applied for bsnl broadband connection after 4 months i got the land line phone with out modem they are saying it will some more time to get the modem, i that bsnl line man who gave the land line connection to me is like theif, i have gave him 100 rupees as tip or tip and he asked me to make the installation payment to him then i gave 500 rupees, that amount he didn't pay at bsnl office, when i got the bill i was really suprised bcz it was written there installtion amount is not paid, then i went and asked him, he is replying me with a non-sense answers then i told him i will complaint to vigillence then he returned me 500 rupees after that my phone is getting dead every 3 to 5 times in a day, so really fed up with this, bcz that line man only doing all these i know.. then thought to cancel bsnl connection, this is another bad experice to me, this is my land line number 25400326 i gave the cancellation letter to bsnl indiranagar on 29/09/2008 but till now my dipost amount is not returned when i call the bsnl number nobady will pick the phone, i didn't understand am i asking for my money or others? friend's this is such a bad experience i never had with any other service providers...(i think they were in a impression they are govt employees) .. but it is looking funny...:)

        I don't subscribed any package of jokes from 57576 or 5757699, but they are deducting Rs.5.00 in every five days. I replied them to unsubscribe it but they can't receive the SMS o[censored]nsubscription which he provide as -UNSUB jokes to 57576 or 5757699......pl. help to get rid of this undue deductions.

          On my "pyari-jodi" mobile I purchased a top-up for Rs.200/-( actual talk time recd. is Rs. 175/-) on 18/05/13.
          On 19/05/13 , I recd a msg.(SMS) from155223 that my account has been debited for Rs. 15/- for the service of "Hot-spot 15 services" and further I was advised that I must send a SMS - in case if I do not need this service. so far I have not given any reply.
          First of all during my last about - more than 1 year o[censored]sing this no. I have not recd. such auto debits, and all of a sudden without my knowledge how "BSNL" can debit my account.
          I am getting some unwanted "SMSs", - some sort of marketing , and for this I approached to the "Satara road-BSNL office" and I was told that if "you are not getting any charge debits" then it may be OK for getting these SMSs. So based on this I did not gave any complaint to the office in writting.
          Now with this debit, I wish to register my complaint to "BSNL" and wish that the debit done shall be reversed back with intimation to me without fail.
          Hope to get early response on this.

            BSNL BROADBAND/PHONE — NOT WORKING

              Sir, My Mob No. is [protected]. On 15th May 2013, I received a sms from 57576 stating that 'Thanx for subscribing jokes. The cost is Rs. 5 & valid up till 20 May 2013.' I neither requested for that nor made any call. I tried to Unsubscribe jokes by sending sms to 57576 but every time mssg sending failed. Also I tried to contact to customer care but no response. On 20 May 2013, again jokes pack was renewed and Rs.5 was deducted without my consent. I just want to know on which authority, they are doing this? Kindly take appropriate action and deactivate the jokes pack.

                BSNL — Non-functional Landline

                My residential land line no.[protected] is dead since last 3+ months. In spite of number of complaints and follow-ups no step has been taken by BSNL to restore the line. But the monthly bill comes on time and I have been paying the billed amount regularly.

                    Hi, We have given money for internet broadband connection in BSNL office and have been given commitment by BSNL JTO that connection will be done in next 2 days. Its been over 15 days and there is no update. We called at least 20 times to different officers and they keep assuring us with false claims.

                    Broadband Connection — Delay in connection

                    Dear sir,
                    I kindly want to inform you that i have applied for the broad band connection some days before. The payment has also been made. I established connections with the concerned person so many times and i got the assurance to get the connection installed very soon or 'JUST TODAY'. But all my efforts went in vain.
                    Now they are even not receiving my call and even today they confirmed me to install the equipment. I waited for them the whole day but again fruitless.

                    I am suffering a lot therefore, i hereby kindly request you to instruct the concerned authority to get this connection installed as soon as possible so that i can take a sigh of relief.

                    Broadband Connection — Delay broadband connection

                    Sir,

                    I had applied for broadband connection on @4.05.09, afetr 7 days, on 11.05.09, when I went to BSNL office for enquiry I was told that my application was lost & I was asked to apply fresh. I again applied and order no. was provided to me with an assurance that I will get the connection within 3-4 days. Again I visited BSNL main office on 20.05.09. I found that request for password was sent to Bangalore office on 18.05.09, 7 days after issue of the order. Till date( 25.05.09) the connection is awaited.

                    With so many internet service providers available in the market if BSNL has such apathetic attitude then all the efforts taken by top management to improve business shall be in vain and loyal customers like me shall grow an aversion towards BSNL.

For the month of April, i have been charged with an additional amount of Rs1192, in addition to the normal broadband charges, pertaining to hungama music on demand and hungama movies on demand, which i have not subscribed.Please provide me information on combating such online frauds as consumer of BSNL.

                      BSNL — improper functioning

                      Respected sir,

                      We have given a complaint in our telephone exchange showing our problem,but there no remedy for the complaint.
                      Our phone will be in engaged mode or it will be attended at the first ring by someone,but actually we are not attending and the line is not busy.The callers coplains us that they lose money for just a missed call (STD callers ).And eventhogh there is no call,the caller id shows the pulses being used,at that time the line is busy (the callers says).Also we have to pay a huge amount as telephone bill (usually not hapens that as we are using broadband connection,combo plan).
                      These are our main problems.Please consider these to solve or tell us what we have to do.

                      BSNL — improper function

                      this is to complain very strongly about the land phone :[protected] in Kerala, Cannanore Tel circle.
                      The land line is malfunctioning since 6 months and more and so many complaints has been registered through ur auto complaint system over the tel. Instead of getting better services, it is going verst now....!!!!
                      many times, the help desk team used to call & inform that, they will send some the line man & it never happend for the lat 5 months.
                      The problem: very low / feeble volume & some times, nothing is heard !!!!!!!!!!!!
                      so, can u pl look in to the matter as we tried call from outside India & many occassions we had to disconnect !!!!!!!!

                      expecting some escalation from the higher ups here

                        Please refer my earlier lodged complaint with you, for excess billing, It is for your information that I have opted Plant 525.00 But an amount of Rs. 180 is excess charged by you, so that i have lodged a complaint for adjustment of same, but no action taken by your good self. Even Your department has disconnected my brod band connection, Therefore you are requested to restore my connection and adjust the amount which is excess paid by me.

                        bsnl nice — excess billing

                        i have a nic connection with number [protected] and from the beginning an amount of rs 250/- being paid as monthly rental.but since last april an amount of rs 100/- is charging as roaming charges.i never applied for roaming and i made complaint during last july itself to ao(mobile) kollam and as no action from them complainted last month to cgmt bsnl kerala. it has also no response.immediate action is requested to stop the excess billing and to refund excess paid amount with tax.

                              I am using NOKIA1110, well known for not having facility to use wallpaper. but from last two days i.e. from date 13.05.2013 to 14.05.2013 i'm getting a message by 54334 written in that "Dear user, thank you for downloading wallpaper!!! you have been charged Rs.5 for this download!!!"(on14.05.2013, at 18:02:17 from 54334) . and these downloads they shows at time when mobile is not in use.after calling to customer care number 1503, response comes for waiting. they gave option (electronic voice) that their member call back. i opted three times for this option, but they didnt called. my number is charged with rs.5 each day for hiring no facility. today dated 15.05.2013, i called customer service number 1503, they kept waiting for 1hour by saying for 28minutes only and they disconnected the call automatically without any talk. now a days customer care services 1503 are much more busy, and rarely offers services to their customer after making them wait for 1hour. hope i'll get some positive response from indian consumer complaint forum.

                              Rs. 28/- deducted every month without asking by me to provide me caller tunein my mobil no. [protected]. please stop all these type of servies.

                              Every month some video bar service is activated on my no. [protected] and my balance is deducted , i want all such unwanted services to deactivate and resume my balance

                              My mobile no is [protected] and I have not requested for any of the extra services of BSNL but they are deducting Rs 30 every month. Inspite of my several requests to customercare they are not responding.Kindly help me.
                              We are also facing the same problem from past couple of days. It is very frustrating. The facility of online complaint is also not available.This kind of disservice is not available in any other service providers. If the same thing continues, we won't be surprised if the BSNL will shuts down as all the customers will opt for other service providers by using the option of number portability.

                                My name is Sumanta Seal and I live in Chinsurah, Hooghly. I am using BSNL Boradband service for long time and most of the time, my broadband usage does not exceed the limit set for the plan I used. For the last two months (March and April, 2013) I was billed an excessive amount of high usage charge. It is very surprising because I didn't changed the rate at which I used broadband service. While verifying the billed usage details from BSNL customer care portal, I found a large number of inconsistency there. For example, I saw an usage of around 10 hours (from 02:04:23 PM to 12:03:57 AM) on the dated[protected]. This usage is impossible because I was in my office (at Salt Lake, Kolkata) that time and there is no other computer in my home from which a person can access boradband. I access the broadband service from my laptop which I took to my office everyday. So there is no chance o[censored]sing broadband service by me (or anyone in my home) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM in weekdays. The same happened in other dates also in the last two months. In the unbilled usage details for this month, I saw the same thing started happening, i.e., a number o[censored]sage is applied on my account that I didn't used.
                                It seems that there is some problem in BSNL that some other person's usage is getting included in my usage every month (intentionally or unintentionally) and forced me to pay the amount he/she used. This is really disappointing that a Government organization like BSNL can do such cheating to their consumers. I have tried to log complaint in BSNL customer care portal, but was unable to do so due to some problem in the portal. Every time I tried to submit the complaint, I got the following error "Wrong field values or value types detected in field Summary. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation.(SBL-UIF-00299)

                                BSNL Broadband — use charges

                                I have a broadband connectoin science past two years but this is for the first time that I have recived such high amount of bill (Rs.3836).I have used my connection to recive a bill about Rs.350 but the bill I recieved was to high.what should I do?

                                My Broadband usage charges for the month of May'2011 is just 4 times than usaul...and there is no Usage Charges data available in BSNL Sever........

                                I was using BB 630C plan which was having night unlimited browsing (2am to 8am). For the month of July 2014 I received a message on 4th July 2014 8:34AM that night unlimited browsing are now chargeable @15Ps/MB or Rs.150/GB with effect from 1st July 2014. But I have used night unlimited(within time 2am to 8am time only) for the days 1, 2, 3, 4 July 2014. Kindly consider my request and refund the amount for the above days usage on the bill of July 2014. I have paid the bill on 23.08.2014 for the month of July 2014, and also given a written request for this complaint to public grievance officer, Thoothukudi on the same date. I was not messaged about these changes and usage exceeding limit message also I have got on 4th July 2014 evening only.

                                it looks like somebody else outside o[censored]r home taking advantage o[censored]r wifi vulnerability .. so try switching of[censored]r modem when ever u r not using or when u left home to office.. i[censored] already doing this and u got the above problem.. u better go to the nearest Customer Service Center .. do not forget to take the bill with u..

                                      I applied for shifting of my broad band connection at my changed official residence: Q.No. 2/5, Type: II, Vivekanand Nagar, Ordnance Factory Estate, Katni (MP): 483503 on 01/05/2013. My BSNL Land Line connection[protected] against the broand band connection was provided. No one has yet turned out for shifting for the same. I have approached a number of time to the concerned officer and office.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is for your kind information that I have requested you for brad band connection Home 500+ through on line registration number WCR/83114246 dated 07/08/2008 through my telephone No.[protected]. I have also stated that I have my own modem available before connection. Your service engineer
                                      visited twice but fail to connect the bradband connection with the available modem saying that a number problem in my modem and pc and also instructed to change the pc and modem if I want a bradband connection. It is not possible for me to change althose thing where as my PC and Modem is working fine.

                                      When I approched the Airtel they have given the internet connection with the exixting modem and PC immediately.

                                      In view of the above I would like to cancel my bradband bsnl connection. Since I have not used I hope you will not charge any of the above subject. without giving connectuion.

                                        I was provided Broad band connection by BSNL at my residence. My opted plan is BB-HOME COMBO 900.
                                        The service provider (BSNL) has changed my plan into BB-HOME COMBO 950 in the month of April without intimation to me and charged accordingly.
                                        I have paid the bills accordingly.

                                        BSNL Broadband — tariff plan not changed

                                        I had submitted change of broadband tariff request on 25th August 2008 for Home 500C+ with annual payout with outgoing facility against the present Home 250 plan. The same has not been restored; not even the outgoing of the telephone has been restored. Request the same to be done asap.
