Increased bill

Dear Sir,
I bought an EVDO last year used it for about 3 - 4 months nd after that i dont want to use it so i dont paid bill which is of two months that was 1700.
I thought that when i need it.. i will pay the bill nd continue using EVDO..
now when i want to use it.... i checked my account of EVDO the bill is increased it becomes Rs.2762/- from 1700/-
I bought this EVDO its not on rent....
nd also my internet...

Prepaid SIM misuse

My per-paid BSNL SIM [protected] was charged RS 500 in March 2013 and without making calls we found the amount has become 0 (zero). We went to Bsnl office Jayanagar , Bangalore and made a verbal complaint. They checked the system and told us that we had not charged the phone since January 2013. Subsequently, we charged for RS 111/- on 18/04/2013 from BSNL Jayanagar office , now on 24/04/2013 we found that RS 30/- has depleted without any...

Fraud Activation

Some days back, I received a call from BSNL representative on my land line number [protected]. He told me about BSNL Hungama services and also told me that BSNL is offering 30 days free trial to me for these services. After 30 days plan charges will be 140PM.

He told me this is free for 30 days.

Then asked my details and told me that I will receive userid and password.

I did not receive id and...

Installation issue

Dear Sir,

New wimax connection applied for 19.04.2014 and i paid for modem 1500+Deposit750+Installation charge800 and labour charge for fit the modem in roof 400, i have spend totally 3450 for broadband connection, but still no one response properly for installation.

Today they came and just five min. spend and replied as problem in your system Port/plug, but i tried in another laptop , i have faced the same...

Charged rs 15 for receiving love sms from BT-OVERSEA without subscription

I have been have charged Rs 15 for receving love sms from BT-OVRSEA .I haven't suvscribed for that.They are charging Rs 15 or 30 every month.I also made a complaint in Bsnl coustomer care.But no response from them.They given a number ( start 0 to 1900) .I recevied a sms from 1901 as invalid request.Please tell a way to deactivate this scheme....

zero customer care

From yesterday my broadband connection from bsnl not working. I have called the bsnl customer care numbers more than 50 times since then. On average I spent 5 minutes on each call. The numbers I called are 1500 and 18001 [protected]. Not a single time I got a response. Is BSNL on a mission to kick away its customers ? This is not the first time. It is always the same with BSNL customer care....

VAS activated without my request & not being deactivated.

A VAS pack was activated automatically on 15th February, 2013 without my consent on my prepaid phone number [protected]. The message came from 51010. The Pack was initially activated for 30 days that charged Rs.29.00 and there after it started renewed automatically in every 7 days charging Rs.15.00. I sent 'STOP' many times to 155223 to unsubscribe the service as per instruction mentioned in the message that came from BV-PKOLND....

Very low Internet speed and high costs

India's largest telecom provider BSNL is one of the worst ISP.. It is providing same speed(512Kbps upto 4gb and 256 beyond that) for people in rural areas for low cost at the same time it is giving high speed in Hyderabad for same cost (650/-) . we people living in towns are becoming jockers we are paying 650 more than rural area people and having net speed less than urban area people.. And when compared to other local ISP's it...

billing higher tariff broadband plan

after 10 months in custody, my phone was reconnected thru repeated follow up. the instrument was not working
and was replaced after 15 days after regular visits to the office. now i find that instead of my original requested
Broadband plan --COMBO 299 which i have been using for last several years, BSNL has charged plan 650 on
its own and charging me Rs350 more than required. this amnt should be adjusted in my next bill....

Applying unfair charges

Internet connection problem
