i am suffering from very low speed from 2 to 3 months. i have complained online but no reply and the complained is all ready closed in the site.
No engineers visit this site and i have already paid bill for this months.

very poor network

there is very poor network of BSNL in my region.The most trusted company if provide that type of service how can we expect better from them.whole day the network shows busy,not reachable etc.most of the time unavailable of officers/technical staff to provide better service. so it is my request to take strict action regarding this topic....

I CLOSED MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON[protected] AND SUBMITTED LAND LINE INSTRUMENT ETC., DUE TO THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ADVACNCE AMT RS.500/-AND ABOVE.TILL DATE. I HAVE MET A O , BSNL, KAKINADA FOR MORE THAN 3 TIMES. EVERY TIME HE TOLD ME I WILL SEND DD AT AN EARLY DATE.

Automatic Balance Reduction

Respected sir,
I always get the message like "thanks for subscribe the service with the activation charge" which is not constant but it starts from around Rs=20.

Worthless speed

Recharged my number with Rs. 301 internet pack under 2G, well earlier used to get better speed but now its useless dumb speed I am getting. Due to which even simple HTML pages like UPSC website take time to load. Even unnecessary BT tune subscription is so annoying as far as call centre is concerned always states they are busy attending other clients even the same scenario even after waiting for half an hour. Pathetic speed as well as service....

at 08:12:11 AM hours. Ref No. [protected]. Actually I didn't get the benefit of 2000mb data for recharging that amount..wen I contacted bsnl customer care thy didn't responded well they gave a complaint no c29ap339392..and said recharge not done properly its a paytm mistake...

Wen I contacted paytm they said we contacted bsnl...

Tablet WS708C not working condition

Unauthorized amount deduction

On my BSNL prepaid nos [protected] and [protected], every month BSNL deduct amount approximately 35 to 40 rupees.
In march BSNL deducted Rs 20 for easy vault service, Rs 5 for Miss India, Rs 5 for cricket news.
But I never subscribed to these services, when I called customer care, they told me that system can not show any detail at this time, please call after some time. I called them more then 10...
