DEDUCTION OF BALANCE BY ACTIVATING VAS WITHOUT MY CONSENT

SIR, i am a BSNL mobile subscriber with mobile no [protected] in agra UP (W). i have active DND Service on my number even then repeatedly my balance is getting deducted by activating VAS service with out my consent, the worst thing is that even after repeated complaints the service is always getting reactivated on my number and always i loose my balance and none of the customer care executives respond properly nor i had refunded any yet....

BSNL LANDLINE/BROADBAND NOT WORKING

frequently dead of landline

I would like to inform you that, due to frequently dead of my land line[protected] I am facing lots of problem. I have lodged complain in the telephone exchange Jajpur Road but till now the problem has not solved.
In the month of March 2013 I have complained three times but the problem is yet to be resolved.

fraudulent deduction

on 23rd feb. 2013 i receive a SMS informing me that an amount of rs.30 is being deducted from my prepaid mobile no. [protected] towards my club games service renewal. to unsubscribe i was directed to SMS "STOP" to 155223. i did exactly that but the money was deducted anyway. the irony is that my telephone being prepaid was not operational for the last couple of months during my stay in Jammu J&K. before i could forget this episode...

already cancel landline connection but bill stull coming.

VAS-HEALTH SERVICE

AMOUNT NOT CREDITED

Sir, i have recharged Rs 110/- in my BSNL mob No [protected], Paytm Order Number[protected], Order Date 18 March 2013 15:33 and that order shown in my Paytm account as successful but the amount is till not credited in that No.You are requested to verify the case and take necessary action to credit/refund the same amount in my BSNL No/Paytm cash.

To deactivate BSNL HUNGAMA - All Plans

I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bill for the last month for hungama music and movies which i had not subscribed to. I have been wrongly charged for services & i had not asked for nor had utilized. This extra service not required anymore. So please be refunded extra amount as deductions in my next bill. to deactivate the hungama movies & games

we have never requested for the downloading of any Movie on demand or any Games from bsnl-hungama, but the bsnl has billed Rs.198-00 as cost of Movies and Games packs in our monthly Bill of our post paid Landline phone no.[protected].
