I am Jayeeta Mukherjee. I am an user of bsnl prepaid mobile service. my mobile no.is [protected]. from last 7th march i have activated a free wallpaper downloading service. yesterday i have got an sms that the service will be renewed after 3 days and it will be charged rs20/30 days. there was also written that if i want to deactivate it i have to send NOPE to 5050099. i have repeatedly send sms to that no. but it was not delivered. i have also called customer care but as usual no response from that side.......... the dialled customer care no.is [protected].............. please deactivate the wallpaper downloading service from my no............... as early as possible

    My BSNL broadband (Landline Phone Number:[protected] is not working from more than 15 days and since past 8-9 days it is completely dead including phone services too. There is no action has been taken till now and local customer service is just saying that they will fix the damage wire issue today/tomorrow or... (no proper timeline). Due to this i have suffered a lot of internet based tasks missed away and missed lots of important calls from my phone.

    There seems to be taken no action in hurry and department is still taking issue in a relaxed way. Apart from this, when the internet was working, there is lots of intermittent connectivity and very poor speed issue going on in past days/months but i am continuously paying full service charge without any fail in spite of I am not getting the proper services for which i am getting paid.

    A great amount of loss has occurred to me mentally as well as financially. A very poor service outcome has been seen by me in past days. It seems no-one in bsnl wants to do his job in timeline...what is this??

    Getting frustrated and hoping to have a result.

    BSNL — Phone dead for many weeks

    Hello,

    My landline[protected] has been dead for many weeks now. The issue started on 10/12/2010 and despite lodging a complaint there has been no response for 3 weeks by BSNL. Finally when the BSNL Service provider mechanics arrived on 31/12/2010, they checked for 2 minutes, said they would check something else and come back in 10 minutes but never came back. This level of service is simply unacceptable. We had a similar issue in the past and despite lodging several complaints, the phone was not fixed for a long duration. BSNL responded only when the issue was lodged in a public forum through print media. I request BSNL to leverage their customer complaint process that they have established and adhere to the minimum service level agreements to maintain acceptable, if not excellent, level of service.

          Sub: billing error- reg
          I have been using the broadband connction from 23.01.2006 and I am paying my monthly bills without any due.first my plan was 250 and the after 3 months I changed to Combo 500 plan.in which i can use 1.5GB data But my January 2013 bill has showing an excess usage of 114GB with 1472 hrs o[censored]sage. which is not possible as january has only 744hrs(24*31) As I enqured BSNL account Section at PMG they informed me it was the excess usage from february 2011 onwards.
          My humble request was if the excess usage was charged/informed in the february 2011 bill itself I would have changed to unlimited plan. I thought my usage was within the limit only and all my bills no usage was mentioned for the last 2 years. But I have been informed and charged only after 23 months and in a single single bill . And I have already paid bill upto december 2012 without any penality.

          I feel like a betrayal as i opted for a monthly bill and that is only shows whether i have to chage my plan to higher. BSNL not informed me for the last 2 years that my usage is excess and they never charged excess. now they are asking to pay for the exess charges from 2011 onwards. they never give me a chance to change the plan and always informed like my usage was within the limit only

            It is for your kind information that we are booking the complaints phonically since 21/02/13 and your office is giving a new complaint number each time without resolved our problem.
            Our office phone and internet broadband connection are totally dead since dated 21/02/13.
            It is very surpised that no one is taking any action to resolve this problem after several reminders by e-mails and phonically.
            Our office work is suffering a lot and held up. Please avoid public complaints.
            Kindly help to solve the problem a.s.a.p and oblige.

            3. Note :- During automatic complaint lodging, announcing time gap between two digits of a complaint number is too less. hence announcing number is not clear to the public listening it.

              Following letter was wrote by me to PORTAL FOR PUBLIC GRIEVANCES

              I also sent the same Email to following mail ID on or about 2nd Mar'2013

              Till date I did not get any response from any one of above mentioned mail ID.
              (DARPG has forwarded my letter to O/o GMT Kharagpur,,PO Kharagpur,West Medinipur)

              LETTER :

              My Ref.

              Telephone Bill No.[protected], Bill Date: 06/02/2013

              Sub.: Applicability of revised charges for the existing customers who are already under annual/two
              year/three year option before revision in tariff.

              Respected Sir.

              With due regards I beg to state before your honor that, I am a subscriber of BBG FN 599 broadband
              plan under annual payment option. Annual payment done in advance on 2nd April 2012 and it is valid
              till 1st April 2013. It is to be found in the aforesaid bill that an amount of Rs.190.00 has been charged against 166 UCM (200 UCM are free calls as per existing plan tariff).
              In this regard I personally met with SDE, Haldia Town Ship Tel.Exch. and inquired about the reason for anomaly in the bill, after seeing my bill he also inquired the matter from his official sources and confirmed that it is an erotic bill, he also advised me to make the payment for this bill and the paid amount will be adjusted in the next bill. I also tried to contact with different help line/customer care centre/accounts department of BSNL over telephone for next five days to know the cause of this excess billing but unfortunately no one received the call except AO (TR[protected]KGP) that is also after several attempts for a couple of days. Finally I came to know from AO (TR) about revision in tariff and free calls
              with effect from 1st Jan.2013, which has been applied in my bill as well others. She clarified that the said bill has been prepared according to circular issued by BSNL head quarter and also informed that they do not have any information/ circular/clarification, what so ever it may be regarding non-applicability of revised charges as well free calls for the existing customers who are already under annual/two year/three year option before revision in tariff and denied to make any correction in my bill. They also expressed strong
              unwillingness to get further clarification on this matter from their seniors or head office when I referred the
              letter of clarification issued by H.Q.

              It is very surprising that Sr. officials of BSNL at local area did not know the actual reason behind such excess billing, at least till the day I met with them on 27th Feb.2013.

              Now, my question is why existing Broadband customer be charged the revised tariff those who are already under annual/two year/three year payment option before revision in tariff. It is unethical also illegal to breach an agreement by either side when both has agreed upon and lawfully accepted the terms and conditions
              including advance payment option for a defined time frame, i.e. annual/2Year/3Year.

              In this regard I would refer the clarification No. 64-33/BB/Tariff/11/12/Pt.2 , issued by Sr. GM (NWP-BB)
              Mr. ANIL JAIN on 25/02/2013 in response to sought by some field units regarding applicability of revised charges for the existing customers who are already under annual/two year/three year option before revision
              in tariff. Where it is clearly explained that –
              “existing Broadband customers, who are already under Annual/Two year/ three
              year payment option before revision in tariff, they may not be charged the revised
              tariff till the expiry of their current Annual/Two year/three year subscription.”
              Reference file pertaining clarification from BSNL HQ has been attached as a JPG file.

              So, may I request you to look into the matter seriously considering the sentiment of huge and large section of customers those who have subscribed annually/2Yearly/3Yearly in a plan on the basis of declared financial implications for a defined time frame. If it is being adversely changed within that time frame then it may be considered as most unfortunate and unexpected malpractice from a PSU organization like BSNL.
              This issue not to be treated as an individual, it has effected to all subscriber those who are already under annual/two year/three year option. Why they should not be allowed to enjoy the existing facilities till the expiry of their current mode of subscription, when the same facility has been extended for the subscribers under Unlimited ADSL Broadband Postpaid Plan ?
              I am very sorry to inform that no one is available over telephone from help desk or customer care centre or executive officer on IVR system day after day through out the official working hour. This not only my experience, same will be found from 90% customers. So. we do not have any choice other than directly writing letter or mail to senior officials when failed after trying constantly for several consecutive days to get necessary help from those officials who are officially designated and assigned to do so.

              I placed this appeal before you as I did not get any response from any corner of BSNL.

                I have done the recharge for STV 135 which BSNL is offering 400 minutes of talk time to any network. I have done this transaction through BSNL web site. Transaction from online banking took place successfully but the talk time did not get credited instead I get a message stating from BSNL customer care that the sale did not take place and I should contact customer care.
                When I have contacted the BSNL customer care to my surprise those irresponsible and unaware executives mention that we should not do the recharge through their web site but through sales counter and I should contact the bank customer care. If that is the case why the hell they should provide the online recharge facility through web site. This is totally not acceptable. Finally, the buggers in the customer care executives give vague answer to the customer like me and mislead the information. I have never expected this kind of service from BSNL atleast. Now as a customer have to take all the pain to run around between the BANK and BSNL to get the refund of the transaction. Reputed companies like BSNL is recruiting the staff who does not even aware of the product and facilities offered by service provider and those executives dont even answer properly with the customer. They are totally least bothered. So what will be solution for this?

                  I am a consumer of BB Combo 850 Plan since Mar 12. From Feb to Mar 13 bill I have seen that the amount of free calls that is 350 has not been deducted from my landline usage charges. When I have tryed to log on complain through my user ID. It is showing that complain is already been pending against your number. However, while tracking I am not getting any complain is pending against me. I want that my bill should be adjusted in next month and my broadband speed should be regulated according to plan I am not getting the speed of 256 kbps also. My user ID is [protected].

                      Hi, I paid my land line bill for the first time online, but i did not get a confirmation on my mobile number that was provided.

                      the amount is debited but bill was not payed to BSNL.And again i pay my bill on 02.03.2011 thereafter only it is confired. I didnot got my money back.Please do the needfull to get back my money

                        and when i go to shahapur bsnl office at there the office Mr.Tiwari and one other both used abused against me.

                        Now the Line man and Incharge says that they don't have the any connection avliable to proivde us .

                        so why the company promote for new users and new schemes if they don't have the proper supply .

                        so in short they just waste time and money of the consumers by making them trouble .

                            My BSNL Sim Card No.[protected]Mb.No.[protected], Sunil [censored]ole) was lost on 4 Jan-2013.So i lodged FIR and replaced my sim card from BSNL office on 19 Feb 2013.

                            Since 19th Feb 2013, my new replaced sim card has not been activated yet.I am getting error as &quot;Sim card registration failed&quot; each time when i insert sim in my mobile phone.

                            I called BSNL customer care and lodged complain on 4 March 2013.Since then i am calling bsnl customer care daily and each time they are saying that problem will be solved within 24 Hrs, but still my sim card has not been activated yet.

                            Its my regular number and i am missing many important calls due to this.

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              This is to inform you that the services provided by the BSNL customer care center is very bad.
                              My mobile has been activated with unknown services and deducting money unnecessarily. If asked for
                              they would reply that "System shows you have activated mobile radio" . I would want to know how come without my concern
                              these get activated.
                              Myself being very careful I do know this activations happen only when I press ok or send a reply to an unwanted SMS were-as this has not happened.
                              Kindly requesting you to please suggest me the higher authorities contact number for further action against this services.

                              i wanna register a complaint about the unnecessary deduction of money from my debit card. i usd my debit card for the online recharge of my cell few times, but the money is beeing deducted several times by my card. kindly send me the details of all my transactions. and also send me the details of the numbers which has been recharged by my card.

                                Hi,
                                My Phone number is 2329 9996. People start digging potholes somewhere else- my phone line is cut and net doesnt work for a week. Now that phone line is working, my internet is still not functioning. I am complaining and trying to call a line man for 5 days now -- lineman's number is switched off, Avani Bhavan numbers - either not in use and other times they dont answer[protected], 2329 2424,[protected]. I just tried calling on the number 2329 0600 which is under Mr. Sompura and the man was extremely rude and was shouting on the phone and I had no options but to cut the call. What am I supposed to do? Its my phone, My money and I am paying for the services and not to be mistreated like this.

                                I have an unlimited plan - which means my usage is high. Now one week of loss-- who is going to pay for that ? Its not the first time or the second time. It happens to me almost every alternate month.

                                ANYBODY IN BSNL WHO IS CAPABLE ENOUGH OF ADDRESSING TO MY COMPLAINT?????

                                  My name is S. Syed Ahamed Thameem. I got the free BSNL Sim Card for getting the broadband connection from BSNL (Thiruvanadai Division) one year back. I was using this SIM Card which is having the Mobile number - [protected]. During my travel from Adyar to Thiruvanmiyur (in MTC Bus) on 9th Mar '13 (between 6 PM - 7 PM) in Chennai City, I lost my mobile in the bus. Currently, my no: [protected] is not reachable and also sometimes, I am getting the message as "Switched off".

                                  I request you to block my number immediately to restrict anyone to misuse this number.

                                    I am using BSNL EXCEL PREPAID service ([protected]). After every recharge they are subscribing services without any information and I am losing my balances.I am getting messages from the number55888 which is giving the information that I am charged for using their joke service or other services.Every time i have to pay for this services.How to get rid of this?

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that I am using prepaid connection of BSNL and I am not satisfied with the customer care service.

                                    On[protected] RS 30/- were deducted from my account towards loveology service.

                                    I NEVER APPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE.

                                    When contacted customer care they lodged complaint c[protected] on[protected]

                                    again on[protected] i got a new complaint no. d[protected]

                                    The customer care executive not attended properly, dropped calls and the complaint is not yet resolved neither have I received any call from call centre as told by the executive within 24 hours of complaint.

                                    I want the account that has been deducted from my account should be credited in my account as it is simply unfair to cheat a customer.

                                    Your kind intervention is required.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                    BSNL — deducting charges of service not asked for

                                    I have a post paid BSNL connection in kolkata the mobile number is [protected].For lost two month the service provide it deducting live arti charges i.e @Rs 2 per day,a service for which we had not subscribed.The complaint was filed on A13CD63648 dt 13 /01/2011 at 10.42 am ,but the deduction continues.


                                    Despite filing a complain the deduction continues is there any recourse,we want re imbursement of the total amount .Kindly look into matter

                                      On my cell no. [protected] activated unauthorized services without my permission and deducted amount Rs.20/ p.m. Even after complaint many times and deactivated services through customer care, but they started services again and again and deducting amount regularly. On my cell DND is also registered. The same complaint having many users. Kindly look into the matter and action is required accordingly.

                                        bsnl jabalpur — Fake bill amount

                                        During the month of Oct 2010 BSNL launched a scheme India Game on Demand from the broad band connection free for that month. We got the facility deactivated immediately but I am still getting bills ofRs.200/- per month in my bills. While visiting BSNL Jabalpur office they it is outsourced and no control over it. Please tell me how a govt body can cheat people.
