I HAVE SHIFTED FROM SAGAR TO JABALPUR AND ALSO MY LAND LINE[protected] TRANSFERRED TO JABALPUR FROM SAGAR, IN JULY 2012 , BUT TILL DATE BSNL JABALPUR NOT GIVEN LAND LINE WITH BROAD BAND WITH 149 SCHEME WICH I AVAILED 5 YEARS IN SAGAR , NOT GIVING ANY WRITTEN LETTER WHY IT IS TOO LATE , I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL PAPERS WITH SAGAR LETTERS
SDO,JTO,LINEMAN NOT CO-OPERATE IN THIS RERGARD , I WANT LINE TO BE PROVIDED TO MY HOUSE AND LAND...

My Phone number[protected] has been dead for last 4 days, but no action is being taken. This problem keep recurring every second month. Why no permanent corrective action is being taken.
At least this time again get the land line rectified.

am using a BSNL up west Excel number (+91-[protected]) on my NokiaX2-02 handset . I have been using its BSNL Excel GPRS through my mobile phone and data crd . You can very well undertand my dependability on availability of internet through Mobile GPRS.

Now, since 28/02/2013, the GPRS connectivity to my number stopped functioning, and error like " Packet Data Connectivity not available" and "Link not avilable"...
