Very Slow network

I am chandana. I started to use bsnl network 2 weeks ago but the network is so slow that i am not able to use anything even to browse information in google. The customer care even doesn't respond to calls. I hope u will help me sir....

Hi, The number [protected] isn't receiving any incoming calls saying insufficient balance. Kindly suggest the required recharge amount that needs to credited to the number for activation or the alternate method if exists any.

    Hello,

    My name is Pramod. I am writing this complaint to report that BSNL has been wrongly charging for Broadband connection since 2015 for the landline number (+9180266**706).

    To clarify, we have NEVER subscribed for Broadband on this number. We did have a BSNL broadband connection in the same house, but that was for a different number under a different name.

    I request BSNL to provide the following information and issue a full refund for wrongly charging us for Broadband.

    1) When was the request to install Broadband on the below account number?
    2) Who requested the installation of Broadband for the below account number?

      Unable to play competitive games online due to packet loss, high ping/ routing issues. I'm getting around 80 ms ping along with 5-8 % packet loss in Valorant Mumbai server when I should be getting around 55-60 ms. Rest, YouTube, etc is running fine.

        besides complaining so many times no action has been taken ...

        but 1 thing they do perfectly is that they send bills well on time ..

          We have been so much frustrated out by the service of bsnl . We have landline and broadband service present in Bopal area and from past 6 months there has been issues of internet connection and landline problems. Of anyone tried to CONTACT the number, the call gets disconnected immediately after 1 ring. Despite paying advance for 1 year we didn't hope for this kind of service. When we CONTACT the service guy they come and repair and then it works for the day and then from the next day it's all the same thing. They say just wait a few days fiber internet will be provided and then they say that no fibre will be available and when asked about the problem they say that the cable is destroyed in the complex, as if it was our fault. It's your company, it's your cable . If you can't even repair a cable why the hell are you even in service. Don't ever opt for bsnl. Ever . We want refund for all the times our landline and internet didn't work out. Also it's a commercial building and how do you expect the people to be okay without internet. Pending GST forms and bills and online activities all stopped because of this. Provide the refund . Also check in your servers that how many calls and mbs of data we have used. This is such a ###

And a third class company that doesn't reply properly, I don't know when I will get a reply to this message, maybe by then my recharge pack will run out. Please give me the resolution.                           My network was disconnected due to non payment of bill.
                          I paid the bill using my debit card. Amount got deducted but no bill was paid.
                          The bill still shows the same amount.
                          I called the customer care, they asked me to wait for 3days, but still nothing happened.

                            Hi Team,
                            I raised a complaint online on 9th Dec 2021 to BNSL for the removal of the Dummy POLE that is causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents of the colony as there are open/cut wires. The Online Service Docket Number is BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-33827 .
                            On 21st Dec BSNL sent two officers along with the line man to check and confirm that there are no active BSNL telephone connections on the pole and the lineman Ramesh confirmed that this pole has no active connection and can be removed.
                            I am being told by the officers that I need to remove the pole by myself on my own money as the government has no labors/funds to do so.
                            They suggest I ask the contractor who is working on the sewage n water pipeline n laying new concrete road to remove the pole using a JCB ( to which they declined and asked to contact BNSL). However, they should do it only after I inform your officers n lineman and that they are present in the location.
                            Why should I be getting the work done? I never had a BSNL connection and I am being forced to do it all by myself at my own cost.
                            Can you advise on this please to get it removed?

                                      My bsnl number is [protected], and [protected]. internet is not working from 2 days.if works internet speed less than 2g. whenever we tried to call 1503 bsnl customer care, they always said our system is not working call after 2 hours and disconnected the call rudely. if my bsnl internet don't work after this complain too. I will think to port my numbers and all bsnl family numbers into other networks.
