Hi, My BSNL incoming and outgoing messages and calls have stopped. Can you please suggest what actions need to be taken....

I Venkatesh K made payment to BSNL for a new connection on 6th November 2019 through GPay to Mr Sudhakar who is JTO at the branch and I got the number allotted and till date we have got the connection and there no proper response from the branch and from customer care people are disconnecting the call in between without providing the solution, requesting to provide me with the solution below are the details...

My bsnl number is [protected], and [protected]. internet is not working from 2 days.if works internet speed less than 2g. whenever we tried to call 1503 bsnl customer care, they always said our system is not working call after 2 hours and disconnected the call rudely. if my bsnl internet don't work after this complain too. I will think to port my numbers and all bsnl family numbers into other networks....

My handset is working propery and other sim card are working perfectly in same particular handeset. please solve the issue. my number is [protected]...

Landline cancelled in Feb[protected]. Yet to receive the refund amount from BSNL.

Request the refund at the earliest....

Mobile Number [protected]-Airtel, But instead of Airtel recharge option scroll down wrongly got selected as BSNL and Rs199 recharge wrongly done. So I request revert my money back. Transaction Reference ID -[protected]...

As I have already paid all my due amount, then why its showing uncleared amount.

I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 98xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

I have recharged BSNL mobile number of Rs.220 through phonePay . Transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Even after 24 hours, it is not reflected in the mobile number and still cannot make an outgoing call or sms. Wrote an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but still no response. Tried to contact the customer care but call is not connecting due to zero account balance.

Im not getting my UPC code. I am constantly getting messages like "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."
"Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time."
I have tried again and again but constantly getting this message. I want to PORT my mobile no. To Airtel ASAP. But im not getting my UPC code. Its costing me 1.50rs per message...

I made my recharge through google pay and the status i could see is operator confirmation is pending from operator end.. Recharge has been made 24 hours ago and still it doesn't reflect.. . Its an incovinience to its customers and it is not the first time too.. Kindly process the transaction and confirm as soon as possible....

Also, How can I open the "My BSNL Tunes" application; it asks for my mobile number but never sends the OTP. So, how can I login into it. I have recharged my number with the 1999/- pack. But if I cannot set BSNL tunes, then it's a real problem with BSNL.

I have been reporting a problem with the broadband connection ever since it was installed. The local support company has tried everything saying it will work fine but to no avail. Yesterday I called up helpline to log a complaint. The same evening it was closed as resolved without anyone visiting us. Sir when I trying to port my mobile number [protected] form BSNL to Anthother network the UPC code have not generated because of the company not providing any code to ur request could not be processed they are sending Rply when we send 5 to 6 sms...

I have been trying to get upc code from bsnl and no response from customer care and they request me to upgrade to higher plan.

Hi, my sim numbered [protected] is getting a message "sim card registration failed" in between some times. At that time, who ever calls to that number will get a message that the number has been switched off. Can you please solve this issue...

I recharged my mobile no [protected] form phone pay app on 21/12/2021. but still recharged is not credited into my bsnl mobile no. I called to phone pay customer care they said that recharge is pending from bsnl end and told that operator id is 1446359 and screenshot of the recharge is attached with transaction id so please resolve the issue....

for my bsnl mobile recharge an amount of Rs.701/- is debited from my account through transaction ID no-NX21122810461776036184291. but my mobile is yet not recharged...
