on dated 24/01/2022 i had gone to bsnl ranchi office to get this number port into bsnl [protected] but after a week its not been activated till date it takes only 3 days to port the number but i am facing issue in activating my number when ever i am dialing 1507 its showing error on screen
the bsnl office staff are not giving satisfactory answer please help me sir i am weeping while writing this messege please help me its going to be a week but my number is not active kindly help me

As we are aware that BSNL was the first Telecommunication company to Introduce Mobile Services in Kashmir. But day by day company lost its subscribers only due to poor network coverage. My request is despite having Bsnl sim i can't make a call because of no network . I request BSNL Circle J&K to please upgrade our Area Chittisinghpora Devipora Anantnag Pin code 192201 Kashmir to gain more customer base. Please took up the issue with Bsnl to improve their services in our area. Thanks

We have requested BSNL to remove our landline since 27 Jan 2021, also we have deposited our landline phone. But till now we have not received our security deposit.

I want to port my BSNL SIM to Jio for that i have requested UPC number which is required to Port mobile number. But after trying so many times still it is showing :-

Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have submitted a upc code message but due to bsnl bad services I haven't received any type of code but I have sent bsnl porting Message I have not received any I have full unlimited pack and topup but I haven't received any upc code

Bsnl network never work. And now when i recharged one years plan its not working and whole is wasted

Currently I stay near AIIMS Bhubaneswar. And I am using bsnl network. But the network here is not good and on call voice delivery is very poor quality. I can't understand what the other person is saying.
Please resolve this issue. So many people are here who have bsnl sim and we are facing a lot of problems because of bad voice quality on call. It needs to be resolved soon.

Problem not solved of network issue permanently doing many times complaint still the problem is same
Due to no network online work or registration work or bank work or OTP work or government work is pending

I am chandana. I started to use bsnl network 2 weeks ago but the network is so slow that i am not able to use anything even to browse information in google. The customer care even doesn't respond to calls. I hope u will help me sir....

Hi, The number [protected] isn't receiving any incoming calls saying insufficient balance. Kindly suggest the required recharge amount that needs to credited to the number for activation or the alternate method if exists any.

My name is Pramod. I am writing this complaint to report that BSNL has been wrongly charging for Broadband connection since 2015 for the landline number (+9180266**706).

To clarify, we have NEVER subscribed for Broadband on this number. We did have a BSNL broadband connection in the same house, but that was for a different number under a different name.

I request BSNL to provide the following information and issue a full refund for wrongly charging us for Broadband.

1) When was the request to install Broadband on the below account number?
2) Who requested the installation of Broadband for the below account number?

Unable to play competitive games online due to packet loss, high ping/ routing issues. I'm getting around 80 ms ping along with 5-8 % packet loss in Valorant Mumbai server when I should be getting around 55-60 ms. Rest, YouTube, etc is running fine.

I have been facing disturbance in my both the landline numbers since past 6-7 months ... aint able to use the landline at all...
besides complaining so many times no action has been taken ...

the worst service provider in india is BSNL...

We have been so much frustrated out by the service of bsnl . We have landline and broadband service present in Bopal area and from past 6 months there has been issues of internet connection and landline problems. Of anyone tried to CONTACT the number, the call gets disconnected immediately after 1 ring. Despite paying advance for 1 year we didn't hope for this kind of service. When we CONTACT the service guy they come and repair and then it works for the day and then from the next day it's all the same thing. They say just wait a few days fiber internet will be provided and then they say that no fibre will be available and when asked about the problem they say that the cable is destroyed in the complex, as if it was our fault. It's your company, it's your cable . If you can't even repair a cable why the hell are you even in service. Don't ever opt for bsnl. Ever . We want refund for all the times our landline and internet didn't work out. Also it's a commercial building and how do you expect the people to be okay without internet. Pending GST forms and bills and online activities all stopped because of this. Provide the refund . Also check in your servers that how many calls and mbs of data we have used. This is such a ###

Incoming call not responding.

Whenever someone call on my mobile it is responding that it can't be connected but sms and other facilities are working.

When calling some one it shows network busy immediately. I'm facing this problem for more than 2 days.. please help me!!

2g/3g network problem (speed), 2g /3g will not work properly indoor and 3g speed will not exceed 30kb/s complaint done several times but not solved

Please remove the pole in front of my house. There is no active connection from these poles . Its causing a lot of parking issues.
