I am Using TERACOM Wi-Fi Modem (Wi-Fi ENABLED) and I am In Rs.750 UNLIMITED plan.
I noted That My INTERNET CONNECTION drops FREQUENTLY and no CONSTANT connection At all.! [ I get these problems Atleast 3 times in an hour ] I Registered The Complaints Directly To BSNL for More Than 5 times. It Works For 1 month and then The Same problem Continues.! No Responce At all.!

I recharged my mobile with rs301 nearly 1 month ago which gave me benefit of 8gb data usage for 3 months. when I checked my data available I encountered that only 1gb was left. I register a complaint at dehra bsnl exchange . I was assured by SDO of Dehra bsnl office that ur complaint will be attended within a day and that day is came yet. so manny calls made to sdo, jto and even to the lineman nothing comes in our favour. After almost 3months where should be go....

i am using BSNL land line phone in my home having no.[protected].i gave lots of time application to disconnect my connection my phone is dead but still billing done by them. when i go to there office every time they said your area changed is now you have to meet other sdo who is sitting in rajnagar. and if i went their in Saturday's they said SDO is not sitting here.

A VAS(VALUE ADDED SERVICES) HAVING A CATEGORY OF LOVE SMS SERVICE IS UNNECESSARILY ACTIVATED BY THE OPERATOR AND IT IS BEING RENEWED EVERY 15 DAYS AND RS.15/- IS CHARGED EVERYTIME DESPITE LODGING THE COMPLAINT ON BBCARE VIDE DOCKET NO.
