Dear Sir,

Our telephone no.[protected] is dead because of wire broken.
We have requested / complained so many times, but they are not listening. We are paying bills continuously without availing any service.

We have also requested that please make the wire underground so it will not break again and again. But they are saying that they don't have cables etc. So now what to do.
Please Help Us.

    My BSNL Sim Card No.[protected]Mb.No.[protected], Sunil [censored]ole) was lost on 4 Jan-2013.So i lodged FIR and replaced my sim card from BSNL office on 19 Feb 2013.

    Since 19th Feb 2013, my new replaced sim card has not been activated yet.I am getting error as "Sim card registration failed" each time when i insert sim in my mobile phone.

    I called BSNL customer care and lodged complain on 4 March 2013.Since then i am calling bsnl customer care daily and each time they are saying that problem will be solved within 24 Hrs, but still my sim card has not been activated yet.

    Its my regular number and i am missing many important calls due to this.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      This is to inform you that the services provided by the BSNL customer care center is very bad.
      My mobile has been activated with unknown services and deducting money unnecessarily. If asked for
      they would reply that "System shows you have activated mobile radio" . I would want to know how come without my concern
      these get activated.
      Myself being very careful I do know this activations happen only when I press ok or send a reply to an unwanted SMS were-as this has not happened.
      Kindly requesting you to please suggest me the higher authorities contact number for further action against this services.

      i wanna register a complaint about the unnecessary deduction of money from my debit card. i usd my debit card for the online recharge of my cell few times, but the money is beeing deducted several times by my card. kindly send me the details of all my transactions. and also send me the details of the numbers which has been recharged by my card.

        Hi,
        My Phone number is 2329 9996. People start digging potholes somewhere else- my phone line is cut and net doesnt work for a week. Now that phone line is working, my internet is still not functioning. I am complaining and trying to call a line man for 5 days now -- lineman's number is switched off, Avani Bhavan numbers - either not in use and other times they dont answer[protected], 2329 2424,[protected]. I just tried calling on the number 2329 0600 which is under Mr. Sompura and the man was extremely rude and was shouting on the phone and I had no options but to cut the call. What am I supposed to do? Its my phone, My money and I am paying for the services and not to be mistreated like this.

        I have an unlimited plan - which means my usage is high. Now one week of loss-- who is going to pay for that ? Its not the first time or the second time. It happens to me almost every alternate month.

        ANYBODY IN BSNL WHO IS CAPABLE ENOUGH OF ADDRESSING TO MY COMPLAINT?????

          My name is S. Syed Ahamed Thameem. I got the free BSNL Sim Card for getting the broadband connection from BSNL (Thiruvanadai Division) one year back. I was using this SIM Card which is having the Mobile number - [protected]. During my travel from Adyar to Thiruvanmiyur (in MTC Bus) on 9th Mar '13 (between 6 PM - 7 PM) in Chennai City, I lost my mobile in the bus. Currently, my no: [protected] is not reachable and also sometimes, I am getting the message as "Switched off".

          I request you to block my number immediately to restrict anyone to misuse this number.

            I am using BSNL EXCEL PREPAID service ([protected]). After every recharge they are subscribing services without any information and I am losing my balances.I am getting messages from the number55888 which is giving the information that I am charged for using their joke service or other services.Every time i have to pay for this services.How to get rid of this?

            BSNL — charges deducted for service not applied

            Dear Sir

            I would like to bring to your notice that I am using prepaid connection of BSNL and I am not satisfied with the customer care service.

            On[protected] RS 30/- were deducted from my account towards loveology service.

            I NEVER APPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE.

            When contacted customer care they lodged complaint c[protected] on[protected]

            again on[protected] i got a new complaint no. d[protected]

            The customer care executive not attended properly, dropped calls and the complaint is not yet resolved neither have I received any call from call centre as told by the executive within 24 hours of complaint.

            I want the account that has been deducted from my account should be credited in my account as it is simply unfair to cheat a customer.

            Your kind intervention is required.

            Please do the needful.

            BSNL — deducting charges of service not asked for

            I have a post paid BSNL connection in kolkata the mobile number is [protected].For lost two month the service provide it deducting live arti charges i.e @Rs 2 per day,a service for which we had not subscribed.The complaint was filed on A13CD63648 dt 13 /01/2011 at 10.42 am ,but the deduction continues.


            Despite filing a complain the deduction continues is there any recourse,we want re imbursement of the total amount .Kindly look into matter

                During the month of Oct 2010 BSNL launched a scheme India Game on Demand from the broad band connection free for that month. We got the facility deactivated immediately but I am still getting bills ofRs.200/- per month in my bills. While visiting BSNL Jabalpur office they it is outsourced and no control over it. Please tell me how a govt body can cheat people.

                    1. Hellotune activated without my permission in the last week of Dec 2012.
                    2. When I complained about it they said it was activated my me which is total false.
                    3. When I registered a complain to stop the service, the costumer care representative said it will be closed within 72 hours.
                    Till now it has not been shut down.
                    4. Every Month since then I am been charged Rs42 per month for the service.
                    Every month I give a complain they say a complaint has been lodged and say they will send me a complaint number but i have never recieved one.
                    5. Also, every time after I talk to the costumer care and lodge a complaint, my mobile incoming and outgoing are gone for some time.

                    The complaint I lodged in the month of Dec 2012 has not been resolved till now.

                    So my request is to lodge a complaint against BSNL for lack of ability to sort out the problems of costumer and my deducted money be refunded back.

My landphone is complaint from last 1 weeks .I have put complaint 3 times in complaint box, in automatic compliant system, informed technical staffs, engineer of that exchange vakathanam and higher grade of officers of our distict kottayam .till yesterday any lineman or any officers not came for checking and repairing this telephone connection. 5 month Before 2 or 3 tims this type problem we faced lineman sahadevan came and checked line and he collect money and went .after 1 month this type problem came and we given complaint and line man sahadevan came for checking and repairing .but at that time we not given money that’s why he disconnect our telephone connection .some times he is doing like this for money.bribe is main factor of this telephone line connection disruption .so iam planing to report this issue to central telecom minister, because my parents, and my wife alone there, i cant call them daily. if something will happen, how i can? so hope you will consiedr as a serioues matter and will do something early as far as possible. I haven't registered for any hungama games or movies but they charging me with an extra amount of Rs 200/- per month for HUNGAMA games and movies and here in the local bsnl office they unable to give me proper explanation and they don't know how to deactivate this.                         BSNL — Missed Call

                        I received a missed call from +[protected]. As usual I make the call. And heard voice of recorder and I cut my call with in 5 second. After that I received a massage from BSNL my last call cost was 12 rupees. I request to take action against this.
                        Today[protected] I got the same Missed call and i also ring back and It cost me 12 rs. My dad also received the missed call and he also ring back to the same no and some one answered as Dolly Gupta and she told that my dad own a Free Hand set she also take all the Details from Address.
                        I have got a missed call from+[protected] and when i ring back and it costs me 12 rs.Irequested to take action against this.

                          MY MOTHER INLAW'S LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO.[protected] IS COMPLETELY DEAD SINCE LAST 20 DAYS. WE LODGED COMPLAINT NO.[protected] BUT STILL NOT REPAIRED. ON CHECKING THE STATUS OF THIS COMPLAINT THE RECORDED MESSAGE WAS PLAYED THAT THERE IS NO TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN THE LINE. AGAIN WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT NO. [protected] TODAY. AFTER CHECKING THE STATUS OF THIS COMPLAINT ON 198 RECORDED MESSAGE IS PLAYED THAT THERE IS TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE LINE. HOW IT IS THAT FIRST COMPLAINT IS REMOVED WITHOUT REPAIRING THE FAULT IN THE LINE.
                          WHY UNDUE DELAY AND WRONG INFORMATION ?

                            sir, actually since from one week my internet speed is very slow, i cant able to download anything and its take too much time.

                            speed of internet of no.[protected] is very low, and internet is disconnecting after 3-4 minutes.

                            Sir i m bsnl user and suffering from slow net speed since 2 week. When i contact to costomer care they told me that wait for 4 hours it will be solved. But the problem is not solved till now. In present time i m gettin the speed 2-3 kbps . I m using 2G sim mobile no. Is [protected] district gonda. Sir look out at this and please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
                            i have 625rs broadband unlimited plan in which i should get the downloading speed of 512kbps upto 6gb. but i am only getting the speed of 30kbps.
                            I recharged my BSNL Kerala Mobile [protected] with Rs.50 on 18/05/2015 Via freecharge.com. But, unfortunately I didn't get my recharge. I contacted the freecharge customer care and they said they have confirmed transaction with the operator. This transaction has been successfully processed and Operator ID as generated by the operator is [protected]. But till now I didn't get my recharge done. Please Help.

                              My name is Saravana Kumar, I am using Bsnl Broadband for about 7 years. From last 3 months my internet speed is very very slow(not able to check even emails). If I complaint through 198 there is no response from bsnl exchange Tirupur. They are simply closing the complaint docket number without providing any solution to a customer.My phone No :[protected] and the broadband plan : BB HOME COMBO UL 750. So plz rectify this broadband issue and provide me a good solution to this problem .

                                An amount of 849.00 was deducted from my Standard Charted account (Trn No:[protected]-[protected] on Feb 26 2013 for payment of BSNL bill using Standard Charted Net Banking from BSNL Portal. Despite the amount deducted from my account. It was not reflected in BSNL portal. After checking with BSNL & their payment gateway Bill Desk, they have confirmed that the amount was not received at their and have advised to contact my bank to initiate a refund. But the Standard Charted Customer Care in their communication dated Mar 6th have simply said that Bank records say that the transaction has been done and are asking me to demand a refund from the Gateway. Neiter the Bank not Payment Gateway has refunded my money.

                                Despite approaching BSNL, Bill Desk & Standard Charted bank the refund of 849 Rs to my account has not happened and I am being asked follow up with the Bank & the Payment gateway despite the fact that they were the service providers of net banking. And despite the transaction failure neither the payment gateway nor the bank are ready to provide the refund.

                                Standard Chartered Bank — Refund of additional payment

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had SCB Credit card no:[protected] , which was expired in March 2008. Accidentally I overpaid an amount of Rs 70,000 in that card. After many requests the amount was never paid or transferred to a New card (Which they twice issued and never reached me).

                                How can I get the money back from SCB?

                                Have requested for a no due certificate in 1st wek of november and still haven't received. After that have called them thrice and each time they say that I'll be receiving it in a day or two. Please let me know how I can take this to closure.

                                Transaction made by you on 26/02/2013 was handled by our another
                                Payment gateway M/s Tech Process., And your Payment Of Rs 849 made on
                                26/02/2013 has been transferred to us and We also confirm the same. It
                                seems you have also made another Payment on 27/02/2012 for Same amount
                                Rs 849 and That amount too has been received by us. The excess amount
                                of Rs 849 will be adjusted in Future invoices.

                                  My bsnl no. is [protected], many time bsnl starts services and charge for that without permission and request.
                                  and money not refunded. I call to customer care and file complaint but they said that money refunded after 40 days, but after that money not refund. the details of my not refunded money and unnecessary charges are.

                                  Dr. Health service started at 7-2-13 8:30 pm by 52121 and deducted amount was 15 rs
                                  Cricket content service at 4-3-13 12:41 pm by[protected] and deducted amount was 5 rs
                                  Cricket content service at 5-3-13 12:18 pm by[protected] and deducted amount was 5 rs
                                  many time i file the complaint in bsnl cc but no solution i found so now i did not complaint to bsnl cc and file my complaint to consumer complaint. I hope my unnecessary deducted money return soon.

                                    My name is Mr.G.Sivashankaran Nair(Kailas,Chempazanthy PO, TVPM).
                                    I am using the BSNL landline service for last 18 years.
                                    From the last 2 years, your service is bad and from the last year onwards it terribly worse.
                                    I regret to say like this. The audibility of the connection is sympathetically poor.
                                    The landline is out of order for last 48 hrs, but no reponse.
                                    I request the officials to take necessary action towards good functioning of BSNL.
