BSNL — Missed Call

I received a missed call from +[protected]. As usual I make the call. And heard voice of recorder and I cut my call with in 5 second. After that I received a massage from BSNL my last call cost was 12 rupees. I request to take action against this.
Today[protected] I got the same Missed call and i also ring back and It cost me 12 rs. My dad also received the missed call and he also ring back to the same no and some one answered as Dolly Gupta and she told that my dad own a Free Hand set she also take all the Details from Address.
I have got a missed call from+[protected] and when i ring back and it costs me 12 rs.Irequested to take action against this.

    UNABLE TO LOGIN TO THE WEB PORTAL TO CHECK USAGE

    MY MOTHER INLAW'S LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO.[protected] IS COMPLETELY DEAD SINCE LAST 20 DAYS. WE LODGED COMPLAINT NO.[protected] BUT STILL NOT REPAIRED. ON CHECKING THE STATUS OF THIS COMPLAINT THE RECORDED MESSAGE WAS PLAYED THAT THERE IS NO TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN THE LINE. AGAIN WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT NO. [protected] TODAY. AFTER CHECKING THE STATUS OF THIS COMPLAINT ON 198 RECORDED MESSAGE IS PLAYED THAT THERE IS TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE LINE. HOW IT IS THAT FIRST COMPLAINT IS REMOVED WITHOUT REPAIRING THE FAULT IN THE LINE.
    WHY UNDUE DELAY AND WRONG INFORMATION ?

      sir, actually since from one week my internet speed is very slow, i cant able to download anything and its take too much time.
      so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      speed of internet of no.[protected] is very low, and internet is disconnecting after 3-4 minutes.

      Sir i m bsnl user and suffering from slow net speed since 2 week. When i contact to costomer care they told me that wait for 4 hours it will be solved. But the problem is not solved till now. In present time i m gettin the speed 2-3 kbps . I m using 2G sim mobile no. Is [protected] district gonda. Sir look out at this and please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
      i have 625rs broadband unlimited plan in which i should get the downloading speed of 512kbps upto 6gb. but i am only getting the speed of 30kbps.
      I recharged my BSNL Kerala Mobile [protected] with Rs.50 on 18/05/2015 Via freecharge.com. But, unfortunately I didn't get my recharge. I contacted the freecharge customer care and they said they have confirmed transaction with the operator. This transaction has been successfully processed and Operator ID as generated by the operator is [protected]. But till now I didn't get my recharge done. Please Help.

        My name is Saravana Kumar, I am using Bsnl Broadband for about 7 years. From last 3 months my internet speed is very very slow(not able to check even emails). If I complaint through 198 there is no response from bsnl exchange Tirupur. They are simply closing the complaint docket number without providing any solution to a customer.My phone No :[protected] and the broadband plan : BB HOME COMBO UL 750. So plz rectify this broadband issue and provide me a good solution to this problem .

          An amount of 849.00 was deducted from my Standard Charted account (Trn No:[protected]-[protected] on Feb 26 2013 for payment of BSNL bill using Standard Charted Net Banking from BSNL Portal. Despite the amount deducted from my account. It was not reflected in BSNL portal. After checking with BSNL & their payment gateway Bill Desk, they have confirmed that the amount was not received at their and have advised to contact my bank to initiate a refund. But the Standard Charted Customer Care in their communication dated Mar 6th have simply said that Bank records say that the transaction has been done and are asking me to demand a refund from the Gateway. Neiter the Bank not Payment Gateway has refunded my money.

          Despite approaching BSNL, Bill Desk & Standard Charted bank the refund of 849 Rs to my account has not happened and I am being asked follow up with the Bank & the Payment gateway despite the fact that they were the service providers of net banking. And despite the transaction failure neither the payment gateway nor the bank are ready to provide the refund.

          Standard Chartered Bank — Refund of additional payment

          Dear Sir,

          I had SCB Credit card no:[protected] , which was expired in March 2008. Accidentally I overpaid an amount of Rs 70,000 in that card. After many requests the amount was never paid or transferred to a New card (Which they twice issued and never reached me).

          How can I get the money back from SCB?

            sir,

            My bsnl no. is [protected], many time bsnl starts services and charge for that without permission and request.
            and money not refunded. I call to customer care and file complaint but they said that money refunded after 40 days, but after that money not refund. the details of my not refunded money and unnecessary charges are.

            Dr. Health service started at 7-2-13 8:30 pm by 52121 and deducted amount was 15 rs
            Cricket content service at 4-3-13 12:41 pm by[protected] and deducted amount was 5 rs
            Cricket content service at 5-3-13 12:18 pm by[protected] and deducted amount was 5 rs
            many time i file the complaint in bsnl cc but no solution i found so now i did not complaint to bsnl cc and file my complaint to consumer complaint. I hope my unnecessary deducted money return soon.

              I am using the BSNL landline service for last 18 years.
              From the last 2 years, your service is bad and from the last year onwards it terribly worse.
              I regret to say like this. The audibility of the connection is sympathetically poor.
              The landline is out of order for last 48 hrs, but no reponse.

                CellOne — extra charge

                I am user of bsnl user and hv made registration on excl power on [protected] and [protected], but now company is charging 50 paisa inested of 20 paisa, although on other bsnl no.they are chrging 30 paisa with tarif

                All cellular services — Unsubscribe different cellular services

                There should easy costomer friendly technic to Unsubscribe any cellular services such as Idea Music Station, Vodaphone Music Station, There should a strict government legislation for such consumer harrassment by cellular servises. To subscribe any service to mobile there should complex process because any child uses mobil for entertainment & through oversight the one keay services get started unwarrantedly. The government should do something in this regard.

                Cell One mobile Service — Deduction of additional service charge without asking the same

                I have got a cellone sim card of BSNL prepaid in which not only I frequently get unsolicited SMS ads but service charge of Rs 50 are frequently deducted.                   Basic phone & Broadband connection — Not functioning

                  I am lucky to have received broadband connection within a week of applying for it.
                  My problems are as follows:
                  1. My land line number was having lot of noise on 6th and 7th June 2008 then it was ok by itself. But again it is dead from 9th June 2008 morning and is still dead, Though if you dial my mumber i.e.[protected] you hear the ring tone but it does not ring actually over there.

                  2. I got my modem installed by BSNL on June 6th in the morning and I was told that it would be activated by noon but it actually was activated in the afternoon of 7th 2008 that is ok. But on 9th morning again found that the net is not working though it shows connected.
                  3. I am given to understand that when broadband connection is provided a booklet is given and the user id and password are noted in it but to my surprise I was not provided the booklet and the user id and password was very kindly written by the paerson who installed modem on the inner lid of the box of modem.

                  I shall be obliged if the things are put to order at the earliest.

                    am using a BSNL up west Excel number (+91-[protected]) on my NokiaX2-02 handset . I have been using its BSNL Excel GPRS through my mobile phone and data crd . You can very well undertand my dependability on availability of internet through Mobile GPRS.

                    Now, since 28/02/2013, the GPRS connectivity to my number stopped functioning, and error like " Packet Data Connectivity not available" and "Link not avilable" stared appearing on my handset screen when tried to connect the net. I waited for couple of days thinking that it may be temporary network problem but finally I lodged a complain thorugh
                    Customer Care rang me up and suggested few settings change and assured that the GPRS connectivity will now work. But unfortumately, nothing happened and same old error kept coming on my handset's screen. I have already downloaded the latest settings from BSNL viz bsnllive, bsnlnet, bsnlmms and bsnlstream but these settings als are not of any help. Strangly, when I tried to connect through another BSNL prepaid SIM, the GPRS connectivity worked properly. Therefore, it seems that somehow my no. has been deactivated for GPRS connectivity by BSNL.

                    sir, i have submitted a written application to GM, BSNL Bulandshahr regarding not activation of GPRS on my mobile [protected].After sending for request of activation of GPRS, result came "yr GPRS activated".But still GPRS is not working . check it and solvethe actvation of GPRS in the SIM.

                      I got BSNL connection before 10 days. For first two days its working fine. After that it not working. I made a complaint in BSNL office shollinganllur. But they are not giving me any complaint ID, saying we will come by tomorrow. I made 10 calls to the office about my complaint. But they are not bothering about what I am saying simply giving answer we will come by today or tomorrow.

                      I want my service back and I am not charged for these days that I dont have access to internet.

                        Due to worst ever service, I submitted a disconnection request of my BSNL Landline no. [protected] in August 2012. Though they disconnected the line in 2 days,I am yet to receive my security deposit of Rs. 2917.25, which i received a SMS message from them. My cancellation BSNL Ref No. is RE000139U002 dtd. 15.09.2012. I approached the in-charge Mr, Thakkar - AO TR (mobile no. Without any browsing the service of BP-Items (Follo shahid) www.follo.co.in was activated on my this cell Number. 2-3 Unwanted SMS BP-Items (Follo shahid) are dusturbing daily. Several time I requested to BSNL Customer Care Centre and DND Centre but they does not provide any window for stop unwanted massages. I think their is no mean of DND facility. Please help me.

                            Dear Sirs,

                            This is another pathetic story of my experience with BSNL mobile today that I underwent.

                            I have been trying to recharge my mobile with my usual vendors, who regretted that the poor service of BSNL has made them to opt out from possessing BSNL rechargers.

                            However, today, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] at Om Shoppee, 9A, II nd Main Road, Ram Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061 for Rs.500/- (reference no. [protected]) where the vendor informed me that all recharges above Rs.220/- will have a 100% talk time. Knowing about the poor service of BSNL, I double checked with him if I recharge for Rs.500/-, will I get Rs.500/- as talk time. The vendor reiterated and confirmed that all recharges above Rs.220/- will carry 100% talk time.

                            I opted to recharge my above referred mobile no. for Rs.500/-. Instantly, I got an alert message in my mobile indicating the recharge that recharge was successful for Rs.442/-. I am terribly shocked and questioned the vendor about the balance amount. He insisted what he said earlier and praised BSNL for its poor performance and response to queries and directed me to take it up directly with you.

                            With no other option I am writing this to you to seek justice.

                            Why is this poor service from BSNL?
                            When the vendor confirmed that I will get 100% talk time, why I didn’t happend?
                            When will I get the balance Rs.58/- to my credit?

                            I have been using this mobile number for the past 10 years and during the initial years, I had all praise for BSNL for its coverage and easy recharge facilities. When more and more private operators throng the market, we expect the government run BSNL to excel better in your services. However, it is regretted to note that your service has moved from bad to worse.

                            I hope to save the interest of its customers BSNL will ensure that I will now not move from worse to worst and ensure all steps are taken to retain its customer.

                            Coming to the point, please let me know per return, when I will get back my balance into my credit.

                            I again reiterate that with immediate effect I wish my balance Rs.53/-be credited to my account and also expect your good self to acknowledge this email.

                            If you are unable to do so, please let me know as I will proceed with consumer forum.

                            I activated stock market alerts from bsnl excel. My cell number is [protected]. they send me market alerts very irregularly. and mostly the alerts are quite wrong.sometime i got the alerts on sunday and saturday. i call the customer care for deactivating the service.but they told me that it can only be deactivated by the sim services.

                                I noted That My INTERNET CONNECTION drops FREQUENTLY and no CONSTANT connection At all.!                                     I am V.Govindasamy from Tambaram.i am using bsnl landline for the past one year.since we got the phone we are receiving extra loud noise in phone. we are not even able to hear what is spoken over phone. we only hear loud noise. we have already complained many times in bsnl, but one or two people come from office and simply open the box ,stand for sometime and go.but the sound keeps on coming.our BSNL exchange office is in gowrivakkam. our net connection is also very slow. when we asked for it, they say"your area is very far,it will come like that only. so you have to adjust." we are also paying our bills,so we want good connectivity!! please give our rights!!!!!!!!!!!.
