My mobile sim No. [protected] was deactivated automatically when i did complaint about this in BSNL office, Sector-5 they gave me a duplicate sim of same No. and take my original sim on dated 07.02.2013. They assured me that it will activate within 3-5 hours but stilll it is not activated. they charged me Rs. 100/- for the duplicate sim. when i again went to the office. they refused to return my original sim and they didnot listen to me and give harassment to me. i have many important phone Nos and i circulate this no. for many urgent works. it is my request to please look into the matter and take action against the person who issued me duplicate sim and misguide me. please activate my sim no. [protected] as early as possible in my name.

BSNL — sim not activated

Sir,
I AM ATRISH MUKHERJEE FROM AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. I BOUGHT ONE BSNL MOBILE PREPAID SIM (MOB NO: [protected]) ON 15TH MARCH 2011 FROM A BSNL AUTHORIZED MOBILE STORE SITUATED IN "RAMDEV NAGAR, SATELLITE" AREA OF AHMEDABAD. AFTER SUBMITTING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR ADDRESS AND IDENTITY PROOF THEY TOLD ME THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 48HRS TIME. BUT MY INCOMING AND OUTGOING FACILITY IS BLOCKED SINCE THAT DAY. IT IS ALMOST 10DAYS, I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN TO THE STORE FROM WHICH I PURCHASED THE SIM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER 5-6 TIMES DURING THESE DAYS, BUT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME ANY PROPER REASON FOR BEING NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS FROM MY MOBILE. EVEN I COULD NOT DIAL 123 AND 1503 FROM MY MOBILE. EVERY TIME I CONTACTED BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OR THE STORE FROM WHICH I BOUGHT THE SIM, THEY TOLD MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN ONE OR TWO DAYS. BUT TODAY, 20 DAYS IS OVER AND STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS. i JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY MY SIM IS STILL DEACTIVATED AND WHEN IT WILL BE READY TO USE? .

BSNL — Sim is not Detected by mobile

whenever i insert the SIM having no. [protected]. It is not detected by neither in samsung nor in nokia mobile..other Sim are working..

    I am very much Interested to take BSNL Land Line connection at my home. Today I have contacted Chandanagar BSNL office to apply for new connection, I was looking for only Landline phone connection but i was forced to apply for Phone connection with Internet facility which i am not interested. Finally they have denied my request and said it's not possible to have landline phone connection with out internet. Kindly help me to have BSNL land line @ my home.

    BSNL - Landline connection — Provision of landline connection being denied

    I have submitted an application for fresh land line (Individual, NOYT) connection at Pimpri on 20th Feb 2008. Promptly, Rs 500/- was charged and copies of directory were given.

    My custgomer account # is [protected] and the waiting list number is PPI3001913. The exchange code is PPIRSU.

    After a weeks time, when i appraoched BSNL inquiring the status, they claim that they cannot provide landline connection to the address i had mentioned. I was advised to cancel my request.

    I just do not understand while my neighbor flat owner can have a BSNL connection, how i cannot have or how BSNL finds it difficult to provide the connection there?

    My address is V-3, V Wing, Vaibhav Nagar Phase 2, Pimprigaon.

    Would the authorities throw light in this regard and do the needful?

    Landline — New connection

    We are not expecting that i have to struggle for new connection, i have applied 20 days back for new connection but till date connection was not provide. While confirming with your customer care it was informed that order has been issued.

    If you are not able to provide the connections on time, why you give adv. that we will provide you connection within 48 hrs.

    It is my hearlty request that stop all this activity if you are not capable or merge with some MNC company they will serve better.

    I HAD SUBMITTED RS 500 FOR NEW TELEPHONE CONNECTION ON 9/7/2010 AND MY REGISTRATION NUMBER IS "4542504" IN THE NAME OF" MRS. SHILA RANI DEVI H. NO-11/4 SHAKTI NAGAR, STATION ROAD, GAMHARIA, OPP MANDAL ENTERPRISE DIST- SERAIKELA-KHARSAWAN JHARKHAND-832108" BUT TILL NOW THEY DID'NT PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE ONCE I VISITED THE EXCHANGE ALSO AND ONE PERSON CAME TO MY HOME ALSO THEY R TELLING THAT BSNL DOES'NT PROVIDE THE CONNECTION FOR LONG DISTANCE.

      my mobile no is [protected] and somehow a voice chat service is activated on this SIM CARD and now it's not getting deactivated.They just cut 30rupees per month from mobile balance.They are giving a number 12630035,but it's only for activation and rules for the service in which i'm not interested.
      Therefore kindly deactivate this service from the user no.[protected].(as soon as possible)

        This is to inform you that I'm very much upset on the activation service of BSNL Prepaid mobile connection having the no. [protected], I've provided address proof and ID proofs as demanded by the dealer (Resident proof and Voters ID copy) The number was deactivated For the same I went to the bsnl office in sector-5 Panchkula . They said me to take duplicate sim of the same No. It will be activated in 2-3 hours and every information or contacts will be safe in this duplicate sim. They take my original sim and issued me a duplicate sim of same no. for Rs. 100/-. I waited for one day but it is not activate. When I again went to their office and asked them they said that this sim is issued to any other person. I enquired them how it is possible. How can you issue the same no. to two persons. It will be harmful and anyone can misuse of it. They again advised me to convert my no. in postpaid connection. They wanted to cheat me again saying that if you want the same mobile no. in your name you have to convert it in postpaid connection by filling another form and purchase it. Otherwise your mobile sim no. is lost. They take my original sim and my duplicate sim is not activated. I have many important contact nos. and information in my sim card which they had taken

          I took the BSNL broadband connection last week but it didn't work well even for single day. I registerd couple of complaints but no action has been taken. A person came to our home and said that there is no problem with broadband and problem is with the line. He gave the phone number of lineman. I called lineman and lineman said there is no problem with the line.
          I am not sure what should I do next. I am thinking of getting another connection if this doesn't work for another 1-2 days.

            The undersigned has requested BSNL vide letter dated 1/9/12 for disconnection of aforesaid Land Line Connection[protected]. Now the said connection has been disconnected by BSNL alongwith Broad Band, opted under Plan No. Home 299 C) in 1st Week of September 2012. The Telephone Set provided by M/s BSNL has also been handed over to Store-Incharge of SDOP, Vasundhara on 8/9/2012. Original receipt issued by Store-Incharge in this regard and also signed by SDO, Vasundhara is enclosed herewith for further necessary action at your end.

            The Accounts Statement received for the period 01/08/12 to 31/08/12 vide Invoice No. [protected] dated 5/9/12 for an amount of Rs.504.99 has been paid by me (CASH) and copy of Receipt No.0287826 dated 23/9/12 issued by BSNL is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.

            After completing all the formalities, nearly five months have been elapsed, but till date I didn't refund my security amount. Kindly take up with BSNL, Ghaziabad for early refund of security.

            me banaskantha dist ke dhananera se hu. mera phone no [protected] he. pichle 2 sal se harbar saptah me 2-3 tin din band ho jata he. aur jab bhi chalu hota hai tab bhi phone me bahot distabans ata he jis me samne vale ki bat bhi acchi tarah se nahi sun pata. me 10 sal se bsnl grahak hu. mene hamesa time pay bil pay kiya huaa hai. mene mere phon ki complain dhanera exchenge kitni bar likhvai he fir koi fark nahi pada .riper ke liye jab bhi koi line main ata he to bolta hai ki 10 sal purane vayar honeke karan sab vayar sad gaye he. aur vo 1-2 din chale aesa riper karke chala jata he.aur hum pichle 2 sal se vahi ke vahi rah jate hai .

              On[protected]:19:53am I got message from BT-TUNES saying I am charged Rs.1 for BSNL Tunes request.
              I had kept my cell and slept on the night and saw the messge in the morning. I didnt request for any BSNL Tunes and this has been done by itself.
              Also when I checked the balance it was not just 1 Rs, but 18 Rupees have been cut from my balance.

              I called customer care. But they asked me to call later as their server is down or something.
              As per BSNL CC once a customer speaks to the CC person he is not allowed to speak to the CC person so I was not able to reconnect that day.

              I lodged a online complaint with token no. A31KT301311 for which a day later I received a call and they said they will resolve it. But later on tracking the status of the Docket at the link "http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/BsnlComplaintStatus.aspx" its mentioned that the complaint is closed with out any action taken to resolve my issue.

              On[protected] I got message saying I am charged with Rs 2 for BSNL Tunes Renewal.
              On[protected] I got message saying I am charged with Rs 12 for BSNL Tunes Renewal.

              I checked the status of the online complaint on 07-Feb-2013 after the second message for money cut for renewal, and was surprised that with out any intimation to me, my issue has been closed. and Yet I am charged for unwanted renewals of BSNL Tunes.
              I tried to call CC again, but I have been put on wait for 10 mins and the call got cut. After that I am not able to connect agian.
              Finally even though I didnt asked for activation, I got the procedure to deactivate the nonsense and Sent a message to 56700 BT DCT.
              Which again charged me with Rs 2 and its de activated.

              I had raised the complaint to deactivate and refund the money which they activated by themselves, But they have closed my issue without resolving and also charged me with furthur renewal activations.
              This is a clear breach of trust and also poor response from BSNL

              I have lost 34 Rs in Total till now due to this BSNL Tunes automatic activation by BSNL and I seek justice for my money lost, not resolving my complaint and closing the complaint with out resolving it.

              Dear sir I request that BSNL should compensate me by credit back of the money they cut till now. This is the least I deserve for the inconvenience they caused me.

              BSNL Mobile Karnataka — Caller Tune Not Activated from past 10 days

              Hi,

              My name is Raja Reddy and i have activated caller tone on dated 10.01.2010 around 7 pm but still date 19.01.2010 it was not activated and when ever i use to call they were saying it will be resolved ASAP.

              1. They told it will activated with in 24 hours on dated 10.01.2010.
              2. After 24 hours they registered a complaint. the compalint number is KT[protected] and still date it was not resolved.
              3. When ever i use to call customer care of BSNL they will say it will be ratified with in a short span of time,but still date it was not resolved.
              4. My mobile number is [protected]

              In this case what i need to do please help us to resolve the case.

                  I requested all the concerned authorities of BSNL to post or to Display mt landline bill on ONLINE BILL PAYMENTS PORTAL SERVICE

                  but very very sorry to say that still no solution had been provided by this BEST & EFFICIENT BSNL Company

                    Today morning(6 Feb) i have top up BSNL MOB [protected] from my standard chartered account.Till now the amount is not top up in the account.I have called so many customer care number but the response was much disgusting.Since i have topped from online and from chennai the people have advised to call to CUSTOMER CARE KERALA.When i called customer care kerala no one knows how to handle nor don't know hot to check the status .They simply dis connected and asked to call BSNL Tamil nadu.The loop is going continously. There is no meaning for the customer care in BSNL. If they don't know how to respond to customer why such cell is organised

                      Deducting my balance for cricket service and chat messenger services of Rs.15 each for more than 6 months. I have tried to stop this by calling to customer care number of BSNL but there is no option for me to stop a service. Actually I didn't use these services yet, but BSNL is renewing these services without any query and charging me. My mobile number is [protected].

                        My mobile No.[protected] has been ported from IDEA to BSNL. Two weeks before I got a
                        message from +1901 that I have to pay some pending balance bill amount and show the bill
                        at any customer care centre of BSNL, I approached IDEA office and remitted the balance amount
                        of Rs. 65 and showed the bill at BSNL customer care centre at Ambalammukku at Trivandrum
                        on 04.02.2013. (Receipt No.21055BIL1765882 dt 01.0202013 custcode: 1.[protected]
                        Now it is found that my number has been suspended. I cannot make any calls from my mobile
                        (outging or incoming).

                              i am jai prakash singh i lived in roorkee my land line phone is parmanent dead and alive very noisy i compland for bsnl sdo but not my problem
                              is solve.i trubbled last 3 month.line man ask me underground cable is dead and alive .not solve my problem.i not use bsnl broadband but i pay all bsnl bill on time.what to i do. thank you

                              Dear sir, my Telephone No.[protected]. the Telephone line is very noise i am not able to speak or listen from other side. here in Tindivanam we have complaint about this but they are not taking correct action. even some time the phone get dead by itself and working. please take necessary action to fix this problem.
                              quick action is highly appreciable.

                              Landline — reconnect my phone

                              i want to reconnect my phone connection.i submit a application.and bsnl odered the and th line man is not coming to my home.2 weeks .no respond to bsnl ottapaalam.

                              My landline telephone is dead for a month now, and it is not being fixed by bsnl service people. They came once, checked few wires and promised to come back which never happened.

                                Broadband connected to my Landline no.[protected] is not working since past 2 months..Have made complaints n no. of times,but all is of no use..Bill payments are regular..Phone is working properly..Local office officials not interested in doing & even listening anything..They just want to rest..Thats it..

                                Pls help...Atleast let me know the procedure to get the braodband disconnected for ever..

                                BSNL — NOT WORKING FOR 1 MONTH

                                OUR RESIDENCE TELEPHONE IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 1 MONTH. WE HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINTS THRICE SO FAR AND THEY PROMISE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, HOWEVER SO FAR NO ONE HAS COME TO CHECK & THE TELEPHONE IS STILL OUT OF ORDER.

                                BSNL Broadband — Not working for 2 months

                                Teh bradband connection is not working and they are not attending to it at the Exchange (aundh telephone exchange) even after repeated complaints and calls.

                                BSNL — broadband not working from 1 month

                                Our BSNL landline is not working from past 1 month and no action is being taken by BSNL Chennai. Our 2 month money refunding is also pending. BSNL Chennai are harassing us like anything.

                                  Unstable Internet Connection

                                  My name Chirag Dharwial, My Landline No is[protected]. I have Rs. 750 Unlimited internet Plan as wireless broadband. I am having some big issues from last 2-3 months with stable internet connection.

                                  My internet disconnects itself after every 5-10 minutes. When I called Bsnl customer care & told them about problem, they said that it is server problem you have to face it till 10 PM, after that it will get stable.

                                  To Whom It May Concern,
                                  I am writing this with utmost frustration with PSU in particular with BSNL. I have had[protected] landline phone number for years. Last year around February 2012 Road work was going on to widen the state road and they dug up the phone lines and damaged them. 3 Villages Nava Talav, Pardi, and Sarpore phones have been dead since then. We have complaint the local BSNL office numerous times with no solid answer as to when they will restore the phone service. They always keeps on saying we are trying to get the new wires. Please... I am sure the wires are not made on Moon and that they are Made in India which BSNL should be able to replace at short notice and not take over a year. BSNL themselves have lost so much business by not restoring the services to this 3 villages. Babus don't understand that in a year they have lost the revenue of over 20 Lacs by not replacing the wires and restoring the service. Mr. Narendra Modi says that Gujarat is Shining and all over the country they say that we want to be super power. Really.... It does not look like it. Basic necessity such as phone service is denied to some in this country. How can we talk about other things. Such as we are space power, Missile power, Economic power. Such is the story of people of India. Denial of basic services for which people wants to pay for. Still they cannot have it. WOW. We are power alright.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I am subscribed for travel and living Rs. 8 today morning 3.47 AM. The message which I received is as follows.

                                    "Thanks for subscribing Travel and Living from 55678 at 05/02/2013 03.47 AM for Rs.8 valid till 12/02/2013. To unsubscribe send UNSUBTRAVEL to 5567899."

                                    When I called to customer care, a representative told me I will unsubscribe now, but I asked I need a proper reason, how it is happened without my concern and I want my money back. If they can't able to give a proper reason, I will move to court. Then the representative told I can’t answer for this and the call is transferred to a senior. I waited around 10 min and no senior picked the call. So I disconnected the call and ringed up to CC again.

                                    Again all the same thing happened and no senior picked the call. So I am positing as a complaint, that I like to know the proper reason for taking my money without my concern. And I want my money back at any cost. And from the second representative I got the docket number (I don’t know what to do with it): BOK5KT301033.
                                    Sir,
                                    I too, have been suffering with similar whim of BSNL Prepaid Mobile(Cellone) since May 2013. And frequently lose Rs.8/- each time by a renew SMS from 55768.
