imposing unwanted service

Value pack service has been imposed on my bsnl mobile number [protected] and five rupees are deducted every three days from my account. In this way, seventy rupees have been deducted. When I try to to unsubscribe, they say, " we are unable to process your request, try again later". Please help me as early as possible....

Non-working of broadband connection and landline connection

I have been using BSNL landline telephone as well as broadband connection of BSNL. But, it is unfortunate to state that I face lot of problems for non-working of telephone line as of broadband also. Unlimited data plan not working

I have purchased new 3G SIM card with 700 unlimited plan on 15 dec 2012 from guindy office.
