The undersigned has requested BSNL vide letter dated 1/9/12 for disconnection of aforesaid Land Line Connection[protected]. Now the said connection has been disconnected by BSNL alongwith Broad Band, opted under Plan No. Home 299 C) in 1st Week of September 2012. The Telephone Set provided by M/s BSNL has also been handed over to Store-Incharge of SDOP, Vasundhara on 8/9/2012. Original receipt issued by Store-Incharge in this regard and also signed by SDO, Vasundhara is enclosed herewith for further necessary action at your end.
The Accounts Statement received for the period 01/08/12 to 31/08/12 vide Invoice No. [protected] dated 5/9/12 for an amount of Rs.504.99 has been paid by me (CASH) and copy of Receipt No.0287826 dated 23/9/12 issued by BSNL is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.
After completing all the formalities, nearly five months have been elapsed, but till date I didn't refund my security amount. Kindly take up with BSNL, Ghaziabad for early refund of security.

Sir,I AM ATRISH MUKHERJEE FROM AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. I BOUGHT ONE BSNL MOBILE PREPAID SIM (MOB NO: [protected]) ON 15TH MARCH 2011 FROM A BSNL AUTHORIZED MOBILE STORE SITUATED IN "RAMDEV NAGAR, SATELLITE" AREA OF AHMEDABAD. AFTER SUBMITTING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR ADDRESS AND IDENTITY PROOF THEY TOLD ME THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 48HRS TIME. BUT MY INCOMING AND OUTGOING FACILITY IS BLOCKED SINCE THAT DAY. IT IS ALMOST 10DAYS, I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN TO THE STORE FROM WHICH I PURCHASED THE SIM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER 5-6 TIMES DURING THESE DAYS, BUT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME ANY PROPER REASON FOR BEING NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS FROM MY MOBILE. EVEN I COULD NOT DIAL 123 AND 1503 FROM MY MOBILE. EVERY TIME I CONTACTED BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OR THE STORE FROM WHICH I BOUGHT THE SIM, THEY TOLD MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN ONE OR TWO DAYS. BUT TODAY, 20 DAYS IS OVER AND STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS. i JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY MY SIM IS STILL DEACTIVATED AND WHEN IT WILL BE READY TO USE? .
