I have been using BSNL landline telephone as well as broadband connection of BSNL. But, it is unfortunate to state that I face lot of problems for non-working of telephone line as of broadband also. Because, the telephone cable, which is coming inside the house from a pole, is not direct but, coming thru the balconies of adjacent flats. Resulting which, cable gets cracked. I have made several requests to BsNL authorities to make this deficiency good. But all in vain. Since, I am paying monthly rental and all dues of BSNL, then why am I being deprived o[censored]sing BSNL telephone and broadband. May kindly resolve this issue immediately. In addition, the instrument, which is provided by the BSNL is also out of order. Sometimes, it works and sometimes it does not. Whereas, I have paid for the instrument to BsNL at the time of taking connection, then why should I be not allowed to replace this bad instrument with new one of same configuration. It is also quite astonishing, that BSNL talk of being the customer orientation and it is the position where the complaint is not listened. How, You talk of being customer orientation rather change it with customer deprivation. Please let me get rid of the monster of dead phone lest I will be constrained to surrender this connection to you.

BSNL/Landline BB Connection — Landline Connection problem

Dear BSNL Bangalore Team,

I got my connection from Jan 2009 this year, but for last 5 months effectively I will be able to use connection for a month only. ( Landline Number[protected]

Please take appropriate steps to resolve the chronic problem immediately.

LAST ONE AND HALF MONTH MY TELEPHONE No.25736864 NOT WORKING I.E. TOTALY DEAD. I AM SEVERAL TIMES BOOK COMPLAINTS AND WRITTEN A LETTER TO GENERAL MANAGER, AHMEDABAD. BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO RESPONSE RECEIVED. KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND CLEAR THE SAME.

    i am inviting your kind attention towards of my land line phone no [protected] ( bsnl ( up east ) which is under kakadeo exchange. for not proper working for reason of dead of phone or not clear voice of other or second person . some disturbing on that abovesaid phone which i have feel trouble not hearing the voice of other person whom i call for not clear of voice.

    i informed many times to kakadeo exchange but all in vain. i have been informed me that this disturbance due old line and can not requiped by kakadeo exchange .

    in that difficulty which can not remove . i have only one option that i disconnect the my phone which is five years old and internet also engaged in that phone .

    please look into the top periorty basis and solve my problem which i enable to use the call .


    i hope that u give proper attention in that manner and requop my problem earliest.

      my call cannot attend the customer care executive of BSNL Cellone prepaid.
      a call meaasage 'expected time of attend the call is 1 minutes". after one minutes the call automatically cut off.Then one message given "Dear customer,Please send your feed back on information provided by call centre.

      I have a complaint to inform the customer care call centre that I had paid Rs.300.00 (Three Hundred only ) for getting free call to BSNL land line and mobile (STV341-Unlimited free call to BSNL) to one shop (Global Medicals)at Punalur (Kollam District,Kerala,India) for magic voucher flexi.
      The shop owner had flexi to my mobile number ([protected]) but I did not get the meassage to get the offer plan.The shop owner said The Flexi had activated and get reference number is [protected]. Flexi Time :08.15 Am. on 02/02/2013.

        My landline No 2465612 was not activated from the date of payment (26 Apr 2012). Then i get a bill for Rs 273.00 dated 05 Oct 2012 after 6 months. After complaining to the BSNL they installed the connection with the assurance that it the amount will be adjusted in my next bill. Thereafter in Jan 2013 the connection was disconnected for non payment of bill. on checking the online facility there was an outstanding amount of Rs 1184.00 which i paid online. on 15 Jan 2013 vide ICICI bank transanction ID[protected]. the connection was restored after 10 days. Thereafter i get a bill for 452.00 dated 05 Jan 2013. Despite having been denied a connection for 6 months even after paying Rs 500.00 as initial payment and also after paying Rs 1184.00 despite getting the connection getting activated, i have been given a bill of Rs 452.00. This speaks highly of the lacklusture/ careless/ irresponsible attitude of BSNL towards the customers . I seek a redressel to this attitude of BSNL Allahabad from the esteemed ICCF.

          I have purchased new 3G SIM card with 700 unlimited plan on 15 dec 2012 from guindy office.
          Mobile no [protected], Account No[protected]
          I have been told that plan is of 3.2 Mbps for first 5 GB and 256 after 5 GB Kbps for unlimited usage.
          For first month everything worked ok, I got my first bill on 4 JAN 2013 with amount 402.00 Rs, payment due date 15 JAN 2013.
          I have paid billed amount on 10 JAN 2013( receipt attached, also got sms confirmation for bill payment); but even after payment I am still getting only 256Kbps.
          I have called customer care numerous times, but every time, executive filed complained; but never gave complaint number.
          Executives always say you will get complaint no in sms, but I never got such SMS.
          After waiting for some time.
          I have also filled online complaint on web site Docket number A16TN300623, mobile no for communication [protected].
          Also filed complaint on other grievance site TND/CO/2013/126
          But I didn't received any reply or any call from BSNL and complaint has not been solved yet.
          I already sent mail as per Grievance Redressal Mechanism link on Chennai BSNL web site. to DGM at [protected]@bsnl.co.in e - mail address.
          Till date I didn't got any reply from the department.
          I am not getting 3.2 Mbps even after paying full billed amount and now new bill will be generated for this month.
          I am not going to pay any more until I get proper services.

          BSNL GSM SERVICE — someone getting call by using my number

          Hello team,
          I am Abhishek Panchal and i'm using BSNL gsm service and since last 1 week one user whose number is[protected] and this user getting calls from my number but actually i haven't call on this number and when i asked BSNL customer care number they also told me that there is no call been dialed from your number to this person and this user calling me and using bad words and all these stuff so can you please suggest me what should i do....please please guide me team..!!

              Dear sir
              I am having bsnl connection in rajasthan circle. My mobile no is [protected].
              In last week bsnl activated some service without my knowledge & deduct Rs.20/-.
              When I compliant for this on customer care, they told me that my complaint is filed and I will get complaint no through SMS, but I didn't get any SMS. After 3 days I filed the complaint again & they give me docket no A24RJ301799.
              But till date I did not get any solution or my deducted money till today.
              And today they have deducted more money today by activating more faltu service again without the demand.
              Now I have to say that bsnl is the thief
              If they need money they must stand on the road and should start bagging on the street light.
              If some solution is there please do favour me.

              BSNL internet — money deduction

              i had reacharged my mobile by 230 Rs for enternet surfing at 30 may for a month but at 8 june they deduce some money from my account for surfing. my mobile no is [protected].
              so please solve my problem as early as possible...

                The telephone number is frequently dead. On an average it has some issues with the connection and we land up on logging complaints and followups. Now the number is again not working and i have registered this in Viman Nagar Telephone Exchange. The process of complaint is also very strange. There is an register made available with the person sitting downstairs in the telephone exchange and we have to enter the faulty landline number. The person assures you to get this resolved and than the followups for getting this resolved. Landline number is[protected].

                    I have recharged my BSNL number [protected] with Rs.574/- since 30/01/2013 and got the activation message immediately but still it is not working. It has already been 4 days. when calling customer care they are avoiding to solve it replying "we can't find the problem or server is down or It may take 4 weeks to solve etc." this BSNL to BSNL free (Rs 574/-) offer is real or just a freak trick to get money from customers. I want to file a case against BSNL if immediate solution was not done. kindly guide me.

                      BSNL — Non shifting of land line phone

                      I had applied for shifting of my land line phone no.[protected] on 01/07/09. on 29/07/09 BSNL had given me temporary WLL phone no.[protected] and informed that the landline will be shifted within one/two months. Till today the phone has not been shifted and now BSNL official are denying for shifting of phone. Moreover from 07/09 to 29/08/09 I had no phone eventhough I paid rent of these two months and this rent is also not returned to me by BSNL.

                                    Dear Sir ,
                                    I have subscribed for landline Number 243595 at Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir) and along with it am availing the broadband (Rs 600/- PM) . The number is located at 15/5 Ashok Vihar , near Chinar Complex . I have been facing acute problems with regards to internet and telephone connectivity since 13 Nov 2013. Complaints about this with the BSNL office at SSA Udhampur as also at Garhi have been made but to no avail . Informally it has been learnt from the line man Mr Balwan Singh that this is an issue o[censored]nderground fault , and requires digging .

                                    We are earnestly waiting for the digging to start , but still in vain . If this is the state of the internet and the landline connectivity then it appears to be better to switch to mobile phones and wireless internet with other service providers.

                                    If the telephone bill can be produced with the regularity , with no concern to the services provided then we demand that the internet and the landline be restored at the earliest.

                                    BSNL — connectivity from landline to bsnl mobile

                                    repeated dialing from land line number to bsnl mobile is not getting connected but at the same time when dialed from reliance mobile at a single dialling the connectivity is available . also when tried to call the toll free complaint number 1500 even after 30/45 minutes the engage tone is only heard back is the govt service providing is getting worsend due to the employees are comfortable with there employment and salary inspite of not doing the job with sincerity

                                      I HAVE MASSAGE FOR ACTIVATION OF NAMELY TONE ON LAST SATURDAY OF JANUARY 2012 AND I HAVE RECEIVED A MASSAGE THAT YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOAD YOUR NAMELY TONE AND YOU HAVE CHARGED RS. 30 FOR MONTHLY CHARGE AND RS. 12 FOR DOWNLOADING OF TONE, YOUR NEXT BILL DUE ON 23RD FEBRUARY 2012. AFTER 2DAYS I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR GIVING INFORMATION THAT THE NAMELY CALLER TUNE IS NOT ACTIVATE IN MY NO. [protected] AFTER THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE SUGGEST ME THAT U WILL HAVE TO MAKE A MASSAGE ONCE AGAIN . AFTER THAT I HAVE MASSAGE ONCE AGAINST ON LAST TUESDAY AND AGAIN 12 RS DEDUCT IN MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME MASSAGE THAT YOU WILL SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOAD YOUR NAMELY TUNE BUT TILL DATE (28.01.2013 ) THE NAMELY CALLER TUNE IS NOT ACTIVATED IN MY NO. [protected]. SO PLEASE SEE THE ABOVE MATTER AND DO NEEDFUL

                                        My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].

                                        The speed of the data card is very very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 11-12 months. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying the monthly rental charge for internet which is a total waste since the speed of the internet is very slow.
                                        Such poor service is not expected from BSNL. I had complaint few weeks back but no action has been taken so far. It is pathetic. This type of poor customer service is one of the reasons which force the customers like us to switch to other companies. If you don't take any action, it is damaging the image of BSNL. Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions at the earliest to rectify the problem.

                                        BSNL — Slow Speed of Data Card PCMCIA

                                        My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].

                                        The speed of the data card is very very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 10-11 months. I have tried to contact Customer Care but all in vain. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying for the monthly rental charge for internet of the Data Card which is a total waste since the speed of the internet so slow that I cannot use it.
                                        Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions to rectify the problem at the earliest

                                        This is very true that BSNL Data Card (PCMCIA) is very very slow and it is a real struggle to work with it. Even BSNL Customer Service is very poor. The Customer Service don't care to response to the complaints of the customers who are suffering for their poor service.
                                        BSNL should improve their Internet Data Card Service.
