My telephone was dead from 8th. July to 19th. August.then again it is dead from27th.Sept 2012 till date
[protected],it is still dead.Inspite of giving a written complaint,through the SDO concerned,to adjust all the bills.I fail to understand why I am still being billed,for services that are not being provided to me.

    dear sir,
    i am a BSNL prepaid customer...in karnataka bsnl is frequently changing their tariff plans..for sms and also for voice calls...so we are not getting updates for the new tariffs....whenever we r asking to recharge some certain amounts in the shop,dey are getting confused...becoz last month dat certain amount STV was dere but not now...in this way we are getting troubles..except BSNL site dey are not sending sms for this new tariffs...so i request not to change the tariffs very frequently....mainly the sms Packs and Free calls STVs..

      I am Retired Pensioner A.G.Swamy stating that my land line telephone No[protected] is under faulty condition since from three months back. I reported my complaint to I/C Telephone at Snkaralingapuram and as well as to SDO Telephone at Virudhunagar many more times but nothing action has been taken on my faulty telephone by BSNL staff till this date. I am submitting my complaint that my faulty dead telephone may be rectified at your earlist otherwise my telephone connection may be disbanded with immediate effect.

      I WANT TO KNOW IN YOUR KNOWLDGE THAT YOUR AIRTEL LANDLINE PHONE STAF INSTALLING 'DP'& DOING "DADAGIRI" AFTER OPPOSING NOT TO INSTALLED ON MY WALL TO GIVING CONNECTION TO OTHER SUBSCRIBER.I WANT TO GO AGAINST AIRTEL FOR THIS ACT BY FIR AGAINST AIRTEL OR TO TRAI ETC.       retired Govt official — BSNL Landline phone is dead

      My landline phone no[protected] is dead since past 12 days and no body has come for rescue. I am a paralysed retired person of 73 yrs, bed ridden
      Please BSNL Gomti Nagar, Lucknow authorities look into and revive my phone immidiately.

      i am a retired govt official. my cell no. [protected].. yesterday an amount of rs.5/ has been deducted from my prepaid balance without my consent being the cost of WAP IPL pack which i never asked or agreed. i went to your local rajapalayam office and complained who have registered -docket number is DO4TN368328-bsnl. to my utter shock i have again received a sms stating that another rs.5/- has been deducted today the towards the same facility. what is the facility which i dont know i never wanted. who is bsnl to decide and deduct money from my account without my consent and having not provided any service. this has happened somrtime back also. when i complained your rajapalayam officials acknowledged and tried to rectify. but no refund came.. bsnl has to earn b y providing the reqired services not by stealing the helpless
      customers. kindly verify, rectify and refund the u nauthorised deductions. if the same is not attended it will go to TRAIand letters to EDITOR

        I am from Modinagar[protected], I have handed-over my instrument 24.01.12 and all the necessary document to BSNL office Modinagar.

        I have not received any security refund till now.

        I have given Rs 2000 as a security at the time of connection & submitted back at the time of handed over on 24.01.12.

        Please help us.

        Same thing happened to me also. Almost all 2 years completed but BSNL people are not refunding the deposit money.

        We enquired in the BSNL office but they given information as it will come by POST. But till now we have not received the amount

          Dear Sir,

          Sub: No Internet Access in Department of Commerce of HBC, Meluakavumattopm for the last one year

          This is from Henry Baker College, Melukavumattom, Kottayam district Kerala State, affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. Our Computer Lab, Reprographic Centre, and different departments of the college have been connected with internet. The service has been provided by BSNL. The connections were given by Melukavumattom branch office of BSNL through the assistance of BSNL Office Erattupetta. In Department of Commerce of this college, even if there is a net connection, there is no internet access for the last one year. We informed this matter to Melukavumattom Branch of BSNL several times by directly meeting the staff. However, they are of the opinion that the service should be given by BSNL branch of Erattupetta, and moreover, the staff of the BSNL branch of Melukavumattom is of the opinion that the branch office faces shortage of adequate staff and hence this matter cannot be solved. We informed this matter to BSNL Erattupetta several times. However, no steps have been taken so far. Even though the BSNL authorities have given us internet connections in our college, they have not given us the details of the connections and the relevant numbers. We face problems in net access several times but no staff of either in Melukavumattom branch or Erattupetta branch hears our grievance. Expecting a favourable response from BSNL authorities.

            Dear Sir,
            Wish to bring your notice, BSNL Telephone exchange of Nemdarganj(Nawada) by department of bihar telecom dist... is violating all kind of environmental acts since it is commissioned.
            The notice levels are so high it is impossible for people leaving adjacent to live peacefully .
            Residences sleep & children studies are thrown out of gear since years even after complaint to BSNL head India operations.
            Generator of exchange while running produces sound level as high it 80 to 90 decibel where in iit is has to be 40 decibel as per govt.. of India environment acts.
            Also air conditions plants working 24Hrs. a day throughout the year produces equally bad sound level as so to 90 decibel.
            Request for stringent action against responsible officers in violating environment acts of the country, and to set right whole system as per norms.
            It is suggested to shutdown the operations until such measures are taken.
            Please allow people to live peacefully and set the standards for other to follow environment rules.

              I have applied for transfer of bsnl landline telephone no.[protected] from mother to son.I approached to bsnl exchange serampore with all required documents. Dealing clerk accept the documents and forms. But even after six months job has not done. when i asked about the delay i got different reply at different times like dealing person is on leave, he is not in his table,supply failure,computer system failure, lost your documents are few excuse.
              Hence i request you to take appropriate measure to solve this problem.

                Recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from bank account

                My SIM validity has expired so to increase the validity I recharged my mobile online with STV 220 once but the recharge was unsuccessful and i got the message with reference no. [protected].Another time i tried to recharge with Plan continuation Nestham 180 days for validity extension. This time also recharge was failed with ref. no. [protected]. Both time the amount has been deducted from my account. The amount has not been refunded back...

                The connection installed some two weeks back is not working. The company charged Rs. 2100.00 for the router but it did not work & they replaced the router with additional charging of Rs. 600.00 but the connection is not working. I hereby surrender the connection. Bye-bye BSNL, I can't tolerate the messy service any more.

                bsnl wi-fi — lack of service

                i have taken bsnl broadband connection with wi - fi facility but it doesnot works at all..wi- fi is just a joke for bsnl.. i m fed up of bsnl they dont provide any service. they need a lot of improvement

                my under mentioned telephone was installes at my residence about 2 months ago which stopped working after few days. I contacted telephone ecchange to get it repaired but despite several complaints nobody listened to me. it is now more than a month that i am facing this problem. bsnl officer dont either dont attand their official phone or give a false assurence. Kindly help me out.

                  I have surrendered my BSNL connection on August 24th of 2012 and informed that it will take 60 days for the refund which will be sent via cheque. As of today[protected], the cheque has not been dispatched and not refunded the money. However, when I went to the BSNL office they informed that it has been sanctioned and approved on Dec 06th 2012. But there is no fund and stopped issuing cheque for refund. The Junior Accounts Officer told me that they have forwarded the file to another department on 19th of Dec 2012.

                  There is a delay of 4 months (more than 120 days) in which they have not refunded the money of Rs. 5811. I want them to pay with the penalty or interest when they refund the money. When there is a delay of BSNL bill payment we have asked to pay the penalty charges. But when they make such delay in refunding to customers, who will pay the penalty?

                    first it was like this....
                    for 20 rs 1000local n1000std....for 1 month...u removed this.
                    after that u'll stopped std msgs n made this plan for only 15days, then you removed this plan only?


                    sir plz start producing this plan again....many college student are reliable on this pack...they don't have money to buy again and again talk time recharge...otherwise we have to change our Sim card..

                    my message voucher expires before validity date. it has happened two times. it shows how much messages are remaining by sending a message before 2 days of the wrong expiry date.but i have not sent 1000 messages till that date..plz help me

                      My prepaid mobile no is [protected], the BSNL Kolkata is unauthorisedly charging rs.7 per 6 days with a message of "Rs.7 charged. Thank you for using Shayari Service. Your service have been renewed. No authority is given to the BSNL nor subscribed to the service. The message is delivered via BV-TESYNG. AND CHARGE IS MADE via NO.59797. This is despite personal pursuation with the customer complaint in the Poddar Court centre.
                      When contacting the customer care cetre over phone it is always engaged. Kindly took up the matter with the GCM level and punish the culprit.

                          EXTRA CHARGES CUT PER MONTH

                          I am using BSNL prepaid service. My mobile number is [protected]. On my number unexpected service has been started and 20 rupees are deducted every week on the name of live TV. My mobile handset does not support such functions. Many times we have called customer care and told to stop all of the services, they agreed but every week the same amount is being deducted. So we have stopped recharging the number from a month....

                          I am johnrose t, residing in thengapattanan (Exchange Pynkulam),kk dist. since 17 yrs I have a BSNL landline service, phone number [protected].
                          It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by your dept. Personnel.
                          1. For the last 6 month my telephone undergone line crossing problem and which is acting as lying dead and in spite of several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men.

                          2. During 1995 we took a landline connection, from painkulam exchange office they issued new phone, more than 15yrs passed they haven’t changed the phone, still we were using the same phone. Presently we like to exchange old phone to new because the faulted phone. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.

                          Landline — poor customer services

                          I m a customer of MTNL. I have been using two numbers 26123528, and 26123527. Both of these numbers are dead but I have to pay the service charge every month.. I try to complain about it more than 100 times. But now I have realized that their customer care service is nothing but a joke. There are two numbers ****2198 and 198 for automatic complaint booking. Whenever i dial the first one it tells me that line is temporary dead but it does not tell me the cause of it. On the other hand 198 is more irritating as I never got to talk any body on this number and i find myself caught in a very irritating machine network which itself needs to be repaired. it asks me to dial my number and each time their computer record the wrong number seems it has nothing to do with customer service but an answer machine has been set to avoid suffered customers.. There is also a so called fault repair service, i have registered my complaints on this but when it comes to checking status of my complaint..All i got is an error message. I don’t know where I should complain for this faulty "fault repair service" Now I feel totally harassed using their services..Can you please help me out.

                            I have given a request for shifting of telephone number 26637739 from Tilak Nagar to Kushal Nagar, KG Halli on December 28, 2012 with acknowledgement no. 19 in Jayanagar Exchange. The commercial officer said your phone will be shifted in 7 days and today is 7th day, but I didn’t have my phone connection back. So today I called to Jayanagar Exchange Commercial office, they said the order has not been passed. Can somebody help me in getting my connection back as quickly as possible, because I am not able to do my office work from Sunday December 30, 2012? Is this the service provided by BSNL to their customer? Due to this I had a lot of problem with my office.

                              Dear sir,

                              i contacted coustmer care executive on 3rd dec 2012 for enquiry of roaming plans with these mobile nos ([protected],[protected],[protected]),i told the coustmercare executive that i have to go delhi on 4th dec 2012 ,delhi telecom is M.T.N.L. ,if i recharge the roaming plan of 150,it will work there? they replied with yes .i were not satisfied cause there is MTNL ..not BSNL...i confirmed the information 7-9times from these mobile no([protected],[protected],[protected])....after satisfied i recharged the voucher of 150 roamplan at 3rd dec 2012 at 9.20pm around.
                              when i visited delhi...it doesnot work there due to wrong information provided to me..and i got a loss of 150 rs voucher,when i asked to refund it they refused....while i comlained for my balanced based tarriff.
                              i complained regarding this to bsnl costmercare with complain id A04UE302878 , l21ue300021,and so on.... .. all the time the problem is not resolved... my call plan was per sec but still the balance is above 5000+ so the plan should be balance based tariff....i called again they said for recharge with 42rs sothat the balanced based tariff may work...i recharged just now of 42 but still the balanced based tariff not work.....when i contacted to coustmercare executive they said u have to recharge with 37rs agian.....
                              each time i call the coustmercare executive and they give the information differnet each time....

                              still the 3g network is not receiving on my cell i complained around 10+ times from mobile [protected].they activate vas service automatically...
                              i called from [protected] to HCL toll free no [protected] on 4th dec 2013 5pm...the balance of 7rs is deactivated....

                              still i am bsnl cousmer since last 10+year....i dont want to switch another operator...but i wanna know how and when my problems will be resolved???

                              now kindly refund the balance of 150(roaming plan due to wrong information provided) and 42rs tooo and convert the plan into balanced based tariff on [protected]

                                I got a new landline connection on 16th october 2012 , and they have yet not given me any Bill for any month.On asking the person shouts back to my mother and says it will get resolved next month no need to bother every time,Moreover,they havnt given any receipt for the connection. i got this connection from T-3 Basement,Bsnl office,Valley View Estates,Gwall Pahadi,Gurgaon-Faridabad Road Gurgaon 122003.

                                Even the helpline number at
                                http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal

                                is not valid !

                                I need the bill urgently for attaching it as address proof somewhere,but these people are harassing us !

                                  sir I have called custmer care at 1503 many times regarding activation of gprs and configuration setting in mobile.but they are not giving any good response.in haalf call they disconnect call.my number is BSNL [protected].and i have requested for activating internet and send configuration setting.i have purchaged this new sim before 5days.sir please take proper action..

                                  No action is taken against my complaint till date. costumer helpline always told that complaint is in process.so you are requested to take action against my complaint and solve my problem as early as.

                                    Hi we are using bsnl mobile[protected]. From last 3 weeks onwards the phone was dead.
                                    But u people sent a lot of bill. May I know how to get a detailed bill?
                                    Is there any chance to stop u r people unauthorized usage of customers phone for their self and
                                    Sending the bill to the customers? Why i am saying this one na, my uncle's phone [protected] don't have any chance for STD.
                                    U people sent a huge bill and saying lot of STD usage. Without STD usage facility how the customer will use it?
                                    And they activated STD and sent the bill and after enquiring they are saying like this and next day onwards
                                    Again they deactivated STD.
                                    Why u people are charging without giving itemized bill?
                                    May i know how u people send the huge bill for dead phone?

While taking the payment they do not see and consider the phone dead period and when they are prompt at taking the payment then they should also be prompt to provide the service also.

                                    our landline bill for the past 4 months is coming huge .we dont use the landline or our internet so much
                                    June - July - Rs.9000/-
                                    Aug - Sept - Rs.8000/-
