My prepaid mobile no is [protected], the BSNL Kolkata is unauthorisedly charging rs.7 per 6 days with a message of "Rs.7 charged. Thank you for using Shayari Service. Your service have been renewed. No authority is given to the BSNL nor subscribed to the service. The message is delivered via BV-TESYNG. AND CHARGE IS MADE via NO.59797. This is despite personal pursuation with the customer complaint in the Poddar Court centre.
When contacting the customer care cetre over phone it is always engaged. Kindly took up the matter with the GCM level and punish the culprit.

    I pay my all Home landline Telephone bills online at bsnl site "Online Payment of Land Line " telephone .
    But I normally faceing problem that when I watch the BSNL SITE for payment every time my bill is being raised delay on portal.

      EXTRA CHARGES CUT PER MONTH

      I am using BSNL prepaid service. My mobile number is [protected]. On my number unexpected service has been started and 20 rupees are deducted every week on the name of live TV. My mobile handset does not support such functions. Many times we have called customer care and told to stop all of the services, they agreed but every week the same amount is being deducted. So we have stopped recharging the number from a month....

      I am johnrose t, residing in thengapattanan (Exchange Pynkulam),kk dist. since 17 yrs I have a BSNL landline service, phone number [protected].
      It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by your dept. Personnel.
      1. For the last 6 month my telephone undergone line crossing problem and which is acting as lying dead and in spite of several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men.

      2. During 1995 we took a landline connection, from painkulam exchange office they issued new phone, more than 15yrs passed they haven’t changed the phone, still we were using the same phone. Presently we like to exchange old phone to new because the faulted phone. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.


      I feel confident of receiving a favorable and helpful reply.

      Landline — poor customer services

      I m a customer of MTNL. I have been using two numbers 26123528, and 26123527. Both of these numbers are dead but I have to pay the service charge every month.. I try to complain about it more than 100 times. But now I have realized that their customer care service is nothing but a joke. There are two numbers ****2198 and 198 for automatic complaint booking. Whenever i dial the first one it tells me that line is temporary dead but it does not tell me the cause of it. On the other hand 198 is more irritating as I never got to talk any body on this number and i find myself caught in a very irritating machine network which itself needs to be repaired. it asks me to dial my number and each time their computer record the wrong number seems it has nothing to do with customer service but an answer machine has been set to avoid suffered customers.. There is also a so called fault repair service, i have registered my complaints on this but when it comes to checking status of my complaint..All i got is an error message. I don’t know where I should complain for this faulty "fault repair service" Now I feel totally harassed using their services..Can you please help me out.

        I have given a request for shifting of telephone number 26637739 from Tilak Nagar to Kushal Nagar, KG Halli on December 28, 2012 with acknowledgement no. 19 in Jayanagar Exchange. The commercial officer said your phone will be shifted in 7 days and today is 7th day, but I didn’t have my phone connection back. So today I called to Jayanagar Exchange Commercial office, they said the order has not been passed. Can somebody help me in getting my connection back as quickly as possible, because I am not able to do my office work from Sunday December 30, 2012? Is this the service provided by BSNL to their customer? Due to this I had a lot of problem with my office.

          Dear sir,

          i contacted coustmer care executive on 3rd dec 2012 for enquiry of roaming plans with these mobile nos ([protected],[protected],[protected]),i told the coustmercare executive that i have to go delhi on 4th dec 2012 ,delhi telecom is M.T.N.L. ,if i recharge the roaming plan of 150,it will work there? they replied with yes .i were not satisfied cause there is MTNL ..not BSNL...i confirmed the information 7-9times from these mobile no([protected],[protected],[protected])....after satisfied i recharged the voucher of 150 roamplan at 3rd dec 2012 at 9.20pm around.
          when i visited delhi...it doesnot work there due to wrong information provided to me..and i got a loss of 150 rs voucher,when i asked to refund it they refused....while i comlained for my balanced based tarriff.
          i complained regarding this to bsnl costmercare with complain id A04UE302878 , l21ue300021,and so on.... .. all the time the problem is not resolved... my call plan was per sec but still the balance is above 5000+ so the plan should be balance based tariff....i called again they said for recharge with 42rs sothat the balanced based tariff may work...i recharged just now of 42 but still the balanced based tariff not work.....when i contacted to coustmercare executive they said u have to recharge with 37rs agian.....
          each time i call the coustmercare executive and they give the information differnet each time....

          still the 3g network is not receiving on my cell i complained around 10+ times from mobile [protected].they activate vas service automatically...
          i called from [protected] to HCL toll free no [protected] on 4th dec 2013 5pm...the balance of 7rs is deactivated....

          still i am bsnl cousmer since last 10+year....i dont want to switch another operator...but i wanna know how and when my problems will be resolved???

          now kindly refund the balance of 150(roaming plan due to wrong information provided) and 42rs tooo and convert the plan into balanced based tariff on [protected]

            I got a new landline connection on 16th october 2012 , and they have yet not given me any Bill for any month.On asking the person shouts back to my mother and says it will get resolved next month no need to bother every time,Moreover,they havnt given any receipt for the connection. i got this connection from T-3 Basement,Bsnl office,Valley View Estates,Gwall Pahadi,Gurgaon-Faridabad Road Gurgaon 122003.

            Even the helpline number at

            is not valid !

            I need the bill urgently for attaching it as address proof somewhere,but these people are harassing us !

              sir I have called custmer care at 1503 many times regarding activation of gprs and configuration setting in mobile.but they are not giving any good response.in haalf call they disconnect call.my number is BSNL [protected].and i have requested for activating internet and send configuration setting.i have purchaged this new sim before 5days.sir please take proper action..

                Hi we are using bsnl mobile[protected]. From last 3 weeks onwards the phone was dead.
                But u people sent a lot of bill. May I know how to get a detailed bill?
                Is there any chance to stop u r people unauthorized usage of customers phone for their self and
                Sending the bill to the customers? Why i am saying this one na, my uncle's phone [protected] don't have any chance for STD.
                U people sent a huge bill and saying lot of STD usage. Without STD usage facility how the customer will use it?
                And they activated STD and sent the bill and after enquiring they are saying like this and next day onwards
                Again they deactivated STD.
                Why u people are charging without giving itemized bill?
                May i know how u people send the huge bill for dead phone?

                BSNL Land line Phone — Phone is dead since 3 weeks

                My phone no is[protected] and is dead since 3 weeks being repeatedly giving complaints no response is given. What is to be done. While taking the payment they do not see and consider the phone dead period and when they are prompt at taking the payment then they should also be prompt to provide the service also.

                BSNL Landline — huge bill BSNL landline

                our landline bill for the past 4 months is coming huge .we dont use the landline or our internet so much
                June - July - Rs.9000/-
                Aug - Sept - Rs.8000/-

                I want to get my bills rechecked and also want to do a detailed enquiry on this.Kindly tell me the right person to contact.

                  Every week 20 rupees are deducted from my account. Many times we called consumer forum to stop all the services they agreed but each week it was deducted. we haven't subscribed for the service. The service on which the amount is deducted is live tv. My mobile wont support the service then why I will activate and use it.

                      hi... i am yogesh from jaipur since last 10-15 days my area's bsnl telephone and broadband services is broken down for this i have registered a complaint on 1500 helpline number and also for this 4-5 time have visit the jhotwara exchange... they does not give me solution so i am hear for the proper response.. i demand that please give the proper charge to person who is responsible for this... because in jhotwar this is very big fault and it can be recover in 3-4 days as i know so please take some action against the officer who is responsible and who is not able to finish the work ....they do not receive telephone when customer called them...

                        I have recharged my mobile through mobile banking (mobile no. [protected]) on 17th May 2012 amounting Rs 1988
                        Status of recharge from your side was unsuccessful and same amount was debited from my account.
                        Bank (union bank of india) give me reply that the transaction was successful at that time they give me Operator Id[protected] transaction id[protected] , merchant id[protected].
                        BSNL Said
                        No Such denomination exist at ctopup server for west zone.
                        Please tell what will i do for refund.
                        Sir, I made a recharge of 222 inr on account from bsnl,s cto bhopal some 4-5 days ago.
                        After that I got a message about successful recharge but my account was not credited
                        with a single penny. I talked to customer support guys but they are non responsive
                        and seem to have no knowledge of what to do. I paid the amount and have not got my account
                        credited yet which really is annoying.
                        Please tell me what can be done?
                        I want either my money back or a suuccessful recharge of 222 inr on my number #[protected]

                            Dear sir,

                            I have requested online for shifting of phone[protected] through http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in on 12th Dec 2012 with service request number [protected]. The shifting of phone did not happen till 21st Dec 2012.

                            Then I placed a complaint in BSNL customer care portal on 22nd Dec 2012 with complaint number [protected] to know the status of the service request [protected]. The ticket has been closed, without any comments and resolution.

                            Hence I walked into BSNL customer care Indiranagar branch to place a manual request for shifting of phone on 26th Dec 2012 with request number 26.

                            Is there any other way, I can escalate the issue? Could you please look into this issue, and getting it done?

                              I have recharged with top up of Rs 111/- after consulting with customer care. As per call center Rs 111/- is full talk time top up. But only Rs 96/- is credited in my Mobile No-[protected]. Few hours later my talk time was left only Rs 1.21/-. I contacted with customer care executive he lodged complain having complain no-L31JH300455 on 31/12/2012 at 2.04 PM, but till now there is no response from your side.

                              I sent mail to [protected]@cepl.in, but till now there is no response from there side. When I want to contact to customer care the number is disconnected.

                                Im very sorry to say that BSNL is by far the WORST cell phone service provider i have come across in my entire life. And i have used a cellphone for over 20 years now.
                                I have no words to explain myself and the situation is so sad and bad that i have to post my complaint on this website and hope that something would be done about it because their HELPLINE is a hoax. It makes it a point to never ever help anyone.
                                This company needs to shut down because they dont have a base, they dont have work ethics and more importantly they dont care about the quality of thier product.
                                Being a government organisation doesn mean you dont care about the people, it means your should care and cater to much more so the country earns more and has happier people.
                                Where the hell do these guys lose thier heads??
                                Im putting up in Bangalore, which is one of Indias fastest growing cities, the biggest IT hub apparently and BSNL SOMEHOW CANT GIVE ME ANY NETWORK EVER!!!!! JUST INCASE I HAVE TO MAKE A CALL IF IM DYING.
                                REST ASSURED, IF I DO MEET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND DIE, BLEED TO DEATH AND IM NOT ABLE TO GET IT TOUCH WITH ANY HELP, I WOULD BLAME IT ON BSNL'S CELL ONE.
                                WHERE IS THE CONSUMER COURT! TAKE THEM TO JAIL.
                                I have never felt this way about anything, if your cant work, please dont put your products out there in the market to fool consumers. This is after all the add campaigns theyre doing and wasting money. Wasting taxes.
                                This laid back attitude is the worst thing that could happen to a country like INDIA.
                                shut it down!

The Broadband is not working since July 2012, From that date I keep complaining that my Broad Band is not working I have visited several times BSNL office(Dhuliyagang branch) & DE (Divisional Engineer), SDO, GM (General Manager),Line incharge, & other more through Phone and in by person , MADE COMPLAINTS ON 123 AND EVEN ON 198 for more than 5 MONTHS with not a productive response there is no option left with me other than this complaint forum.
                                  This is not the first time, this has happened earlier also and many times for more than 15 days NOT WORK . But the bill every time is generated with the rental charges and I'm paying the the bill each and every time. We have logged several complaints on this issue.

                                  Still my Broadband was out of order so me made repair by private man last 2 days before because BSNL is incapable of making connection repair and I am help less what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

                                  How this private line man get repaired line in 2 hours & BSNL officers cant do in last 6 month . ?
                                  If this complaint forum is really worth, then this would be my last and final option.
                                  This is humble request to concerned authorities to take this forward and offer some help in getting my Broadband fixed.

                                  BSNL — Broadband Not Provided

                                  I have been trying to obtain a Broad Band connection from BSNL. but they say that the Jaipur 281 level exchange is full !!

                                  Can anyone provide the contact details of some higher officer who can help me.
                                  I have been trying to obtain a Broad Band connection from BSNL. 1st appication sumbit in may but department miss document and after re application on dtd.25.08.09 but they say that wiring line not proper leve 2539 level exchange so many complain that level exchange.

                                  BSNL Broadband — AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS THE BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING

                                  I would like to bring your attention towards the services provided by BSNL call center/ department. My internet of no[protected] is not working since 6.03.2010. I had made compliant 3 times and the position is still same i.e the net is not working. Every time I got a call and they misguide that there is no problem from our side and there is problem in my system/ internet explorer. I had checked my system and tried the same at some other net at my friend’ s home, the same is working properly. I had also tried another system at my net point, the same was not connecting. From both is these, it is clear that there is problem from the BSNL side. Three times their technician came but he was not able to sort out the problem. Finally last week the BSNL tecnician agreed that there is a problem in BSNL line. But they have not sotted out the problem till date. I am having all the compliant numbers with me.

                                  Please take some immediate action as this is gross negligence from BSNL in terms of consumer service and direct the company to waive off my charges for this period.

                                  BSNL — BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY FLUCTUATES

                                  My complaints and their respective numbers which I have preserved so far for any legal actions towards the exchange my account falls unfortunately. For the past four months I am lodging complaints and the representative person who comes here says its fake because in front of him the connection works properly. My point of concern is so minute which earlier they used to affirm is that connectivity fades away randomly and it is just a coincidence that when they come here it appears to be working fine. More to it.... Earlier when I filed my complaint they used to acknowledge it but know they themselves delete the lodged complaint and remarking it with a O.K. note...
                                  It will be a great help if some possible actions could be suggested in this government driven country and which appears to be running inappropriately....

                                  BSNL Broadband — internet explorer not functioning

                                  Internet explorer is not functioning. While browsing through internet explorer, one message box is being displayed containing " Internet explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the programme stop working properly. Windows will close the programme and notify you if a solution is available" When clicked on notify, another message is appearing saying " Internet explorer unhandled exception - An unhandled exception occured in 3rd party module and will be closed".
                                  When close command is given, the window is not closing. So the PC is required to be shut down. Please arrange to solve the problem. My contact phone No- [protected].

                                  I have Bsnl Broadband connection from last 4 years.My bsnl connection number is[protected].
                                  My broadband connection is not working from last 37 days. I have already registered 3 complaint through 198. but every
                                  time bsnl Engg. visit , but the issue is still pending. On their last visit they told that your modem is faulty and put the blame on us
                                  After that i have checked my modem through service center,the modem is working fine there all is well working. due to this i lost
                                  my BSNL user name also.And one thing more i wanted to connect to the sdo of the exchange but they do'nt pick their mobile number. So plz help me on this issue

                                    I really shocked that BSNL telecommunications company deducting unauthorized charges by automatically subscribing unwanted Bhavisyavani pack[protected] without customer concern. I have already been complained it lot of times but still they did not unsubscribe this pack. Kindly look in to the matter and resolve it.

                                      After one full month the faulty telephone was set right on 26/12/2012 and again from today viz 1/1/2013 the incoming bell ringing is faulty and not working on my telephone No.[protected] under SDO/T Baijnath subdivision. It is not understood why the BSNL deptt is fooling the land line users.Kindly intervene to get the complaint removed with the instructions to department to be careful or stop service at all so that we are saved to pay bills for faulty telephones.
